What a terrible experience I had at this Italian Coffee shop! Honestly, trying that awful coffee ☕️ 😡 is just rude. If they already know that the blend isn't good or that some of their products are of poor quality, they should write these kinds of reviews. Personally, I'll think twice about ever ordering coffee from them again ☕️. Why was that amaretto cappuccino such a bad experience? It wasn't my worst decision; it tasted like I was drinking cod liver oil cough syrup. It was truly horrible and the only bad thing about the beautiful 💚 magical town of Orizaba. The worst part is that I wasn't the only one who tried it; my friends tried it too and had the same opinion: a terrible coffee ☕️. Of course, this beautiful town had to have a black mark ⚫️. Well, good luck, and I hope this doesn't happen to you and that you enjoy your stay to the fullest in this beautiful town of my beloved Veracruz. Happy travels!

I am extremely angry and disappointed with this company. I ordered one iced cappuccino and they delivered it with way too much ice. I had told them I wanted it without ice, and I said I didn't want it with ice. Well, they removed the ice, and the glass was less than half full. I asked them if they weren't going to refill the glass, and they replied that company policy requires them to put ice in all drinks so the glass is full. Because everything is so expensive now. Terrible product. If I order an iced coffee, the least I expect is that it's actually cold. The product is served lukewarm, poorly presented, and the glass is completely dirty. They don't care at all about the product. I don't recommend it. A very bad experience.

Terrible service from the staff. They completely ignore you. You have to order directly at the register and get up to collect your order. They're always in a bad mood. Excessive prices for the quality of the coffee and the location.
