I celebrated my birthday yesterday at Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The service was truly top-notch—every single person was attentive, caring, respectful, and genuinely friendly. They made us feel like we were the only guests in the restaurant, which made the night feel extra special. The food was outstanding. Every cut of meat was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, flavorful, and incredibly juicy. The Churrasco Experience offered a wide variety of meats, and each one was better than the last. The salad bar was plentiful, fresh, and very clean, with a great selection of both cold and warm items like white rice, black beans, and other delicious options. They also have a full bar, and the drinks were excellent. The grilled pineapple and cheese with guava was delightful, and the strawberry cheesecake was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the interior is beautiful—elegant yet welcoming. This is hands down the best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve been to, and I will definitely be returning. Overall, it was an amazing birthday celebration and a truly great experience. Highly recommend!

Chuy was the best. Very attentive and continuously brought out amazing cuts of beef and lamb. He was very informative with the pineapple cut and the enzymes to help with digestion. The cinnamon grilled pineapple was extremely delicious. Our group had an amazing night and a large part was due to chuy and our waitress Raquel, she was amazing from start to finish they were a dynamic duo.

Over all the food was amazing! Service and Gauchos were warm and they smiled. Our server was very sweet and patient. She was the right fit for us. Brussels sprouts were very bland. We just didn't eat them. There was enough to select from the bar. You really dont need the full experience options The drink was a water down but it was ok. We did send it back. Great time and food for a Christmas day dinner. We did the Full Experience.

first visit: Dec 22, 2025 Raquela and Guilea (pronounced "Julia") were very attentive and can't ask for any friendlier service! overall way better than the other brazilian steak house I've been -same concept though, which is weird.. I was not able to take pictures of the food, but rest assured when you come in you will have options! Beef, Lamb, Pork... salad bar is great too, wide selection of stuff to put in your plate! i would come again, definitely! highly recommended for semi-formal dinners.. clean place, lots of parking (underneath the restaurant) and ambience is somewhat formal.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Adega Gaucho, and the experience was excellent. Luisa Fernanda and Mr. Rodolfo provided outstanding service and were always attentive to our table and every detail. We enjoyed a great variety of perfectly prepared meats and finished the evening with a delicious dessert. We also had the chance to sing Happy Birthday to my wife, which made the celebration even more special. Although the atmosphere was a bit noisy due to the music volume, we had a wonderful time. We would definitely return and highly recommend Adega Gaucho

We had the pleasure of dining at Adega Gaucha this Thanksgiving with our family while also celebrating my husband’s birthday, and our experience was made truly unforgettable thanks to our incredible waiter, Davi. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our evening was perfect. His professionalism, attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care made our entire family feel welcomed, valued, and very special. He handled everything with such grace and a beautiful positive attitude—it was clear that he truly loves what he does. This was a very meaningful night for our family, and Davi played a huge role in making it so memorable. Exceptional customer service like his is rare and should be recognized. Truly, all servers could learn from his example. Five stars without hesitation! Thank you, Davi, for making our Thanksgiving and birthday celebration so perfect and unforgettable. We will always remember this experience because of you.

I attended a dinner at this location on November 7th with a group of +20 friends during a trip to Orlando and had a fantastic time. The food was exquisite, and I tried new things I'd never had before - like lamb, papaya cream, and the delicious grilled cinnamon pineapple. Just thinking about it now make me feel hungry! The staff was incredibly accommodating, dealing with our noisy group for over 3 hours. We lost track of time and realized we had stayed 30 minutes after close - but they still treated us with kindness throughout. Two of my friends got engaged at the dinner, and the staff even brought them some dessert and champagne to celebrate. Wagony and his crew were some of the most professional people I've ever seen in food service. All in all, I and my group had a wonderful time, and I fully recommend eating here. I hope that we return when we take the trip again next year! God bless.

TL;DR: The staff were fantastic, the food was amazing, the staff were gracious enough to allow us to stay 30 minutes after closing, and they even got the good TP in the restrooms! Walking in you can feel the atmosphere is good, our group all slowly rolled in, the staff were already making sure we got our drinks as we waited for everyone. Once everyone came in and got seated, the head of staff Wagony introduced his team to us, explained how it all worked, and welcomed us warmly. We got our salads, and Wagony & crew closed the doors to the room, to allow our host to say grace, we got to see an engagement happen with twi of our group, Wagony and team brought out a desert for the engaged as well as champaign! They showed such great attention each and every one of the staff. It was a wonderful evening and a great blessing. Thank you Wagony and team! Hope we see you all next year!

The staff were absolutely wonderful! Very accommodating for our very large group of 20+ people - they even closed off the doors in the room we were placed and turned off the music for us both when we were getting ready to pray over the meal and during the surprise(!) proposal that ended up taking place >< their attention to detail and genuine attitudes when serving us and going the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of (including gifting the newly engaged couple some complimentary treats) was a joy to experience. On top of that, the food was to die for >< while I couldn’t try every cut of meat otherwise I’d be stuffed, the cuts I was able to try were on a whole other level of amazing! They also have a gorgeously arranged salad bar and I would absolutely recommend saving room for one of their BOMB desserts - I personally had the NY style cheesecake but my friends loved the tres leches (a staff recommendation) and the crème brûlée >< All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience, would recommend for anyone visiting the Orlando area in the mood for great food and even better service!

We came here for lunch to celebrate my birthday. What an incredible experience from start to finish. JNanie and Raquel were absolutely incredible servers Meeting our every need. The gauchos were plentiful, bringing cut after cut of delicious meat. The fresh food bar was fresh, clean and delicious. They even brought me a complimentary dessert for my birthday. I highly recommend absolutely everything in the restaurant and we will definitely be back.

Amazing place amazing atmosphere. My wife eats only Halal meat and they have a great variety for all Muslims. This is a very nice place to dine in with your family. It is Very presentable customer service is far beyond great and it is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse. I was enjoying my food too much to take pictures, but these are some from the salad bar and this is after the place actually close wish I had got better pictures from my experience.

The food was outstanding — flavorful, diverse, and cooked to perfection. The meats were served in the traditional Brazilian style, with excellent seasoning and quality cuts. I was especially impressed with their clear understanding and respect for halal dietary requirements, which provided great comfort and peace of mind. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to choice whenever I’m craving a great steak. It’s easily one of the best restaurants offering authentic Brazilian-style steak in the area. A special and sincere thank you to Mr. Wagner, whose exceptional service and demeanor truly stood out — his professionalism was second to none. Also, Ms. Raquel, was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire evening. This was our first time at a Brazilian steakhouse and the experience definitely lived up to the hype. The food was absolutely spectacular and the service was just as impressive. Everything was fresh, and I really liked the style of service where the staff constantly brings different cuts of meat directly to your table. Out of all the meats we tried, the beef ribs were hands down the best — incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. A few cuts could’ve used a bit more salt, but nothing that took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. The staff was friendly, fast and made sure we got to try everything we wanted. Leo was amazing! Thank you Leo! We went for the full experience at $60 and it was totally worth it. Even better, if someone is celebrating a birthday, they get a full experience for free, which makes it an amazing deal. On top of that, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert at the end — a great final touch. Overall, a fantastic place to enjoy great food and a fun dining experience. We’ll definitely be back! I have been to many other Brazilian steakhouses. This one was ok. The chicken was dry, they only have drumsticks. The selection of meats it’s only like 5 or 6 different things. Out of all the meats only 1 was tender. The buffet is not all that either. It’s a very small selection. Shrunken version of Fogo de Chao. It’s the only way I can put it. The service was good. But overall experience was “ok” nothing special.
