Wow! This may be the best Korean food experience I’ve had in a restaurant! The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, well designed and the food was full of flavor! You have to order the “Build Your Own Bowl” with the hot pot. Your choices are serviced in a stone bowl that is heated for 20 minutes over an open flame… enough said! Go experience this TODAY!

This place is a jewell located in the Dr. Phillips area. We visited this restaurant for the third time visiting and we as still happy with the food quality. As you can see from the pictures, the food tastes as good as it looks. The customer service is top-notch, and they genuinely care about the customer having a great experience. Our children love the children bowl of bibimbap, and the ice creams were great as well. We will continue to support this restaurant and tell family and friends to come to check it out.

I like the experience! As soon as you enter the place, there's a huge screen with Kpop videos. I tried the bibimbap hot bowl ( which is very hot be careful) and I enjoyed trying New flavors. The ribs are delicious!!! The fruit tea flavor is exquisit ( I just missed a cup tea, not a coffe cup though) I reccomend this place!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Babbi Babbi and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing. The flavors were authentic and the dishes were prepared to perfection. From the savory bulgogi to the mouthwatering bibimbap, each dish was a delight to the taste buds. While the food was exceptional, I must mention that the service was a bit lacking in terms of engagement and friendliness. The staff seemed more focused on taking orders and bringing food to the tables rather than creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, personally, I didn't mind this as I was primarily there for the delicious food and didn't require much interaction. Despite the service being just "so-so," it didn't overshadow the incredible dining experience I had at Babbi Babbi. The quality of the food and the cozy ambiance of the restaurant more than made up for it. If you're someone who values great food above all else and doesn't mind a more hands-off approach from the staff, then Babbi Babbi is definitely worth a visit. Their delectable Korean cuisine will leave you wanting more, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Love exploring new places !! The food here was so yummy and flavorful. The presentation was spot on. If you want good Korean food gotta come here. Only thing I could say was the food could be a bit more spicy. Walk ins only first come first serve

Delicious Korean food in town! It's better than many Korean restaurants in NJ/NY areas. I love their seafood pancake that is outstanding! Crispy and a lot of seafood! Their jjamppong is very delicious as well. Great Korean music 🎶 too! Owner, would you consider opening one in Central NJ? 😉

Surprisingly good! We came here on a whim when going to Micheal's and was not disappointed. We got the build a dish which came with a miso soup with topping to add, and the "bomb fries" as an app. The fries were tasty with a sweet and sour sauce. The miso was nice to and really fun to add topping too. The main bowl was really wonderful, very fresh but I would get the hot stone next time (if you want hot food) but the regular bowl was still really good with a great variety of ingredients and the spicy wasn't very hot but had added a nice flavor. Also, the bathroom was really nice and smelled wonderful! Overall, I think it's a really cool spot with nice decor and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

I was hesitant to visit but was pleased to find that the food portions were great and tasted authentic. My server Elaine was also extremely sweet and made sure to check up on us while we ate. Can’t wait to come visit again ❤️

Wow, Jaime, where’s my waitress and she was fantastic. I always come here. I haven’t been here in a few months because I am not close in the area anymore. But I return now and I can’t stay here. This is the place I speak to eat today. And it would be the place. I picked tomorrow to eat too if it is fantastic. I always remember how it taste before I come in. That is exactly how it tastes like. Thank you Jaime for taking care of my table.

I was traveling in the area and looking for a new dinner experience. Well, I chose the right place! BaBbi BaBbi was amazing. The service was excellent, the dining room was clean, and most importantly, the food was delicious. Several regulars stopped by while I was there too, which says a lot about an establishment. I will visit again if I am back in the area. Highly recommend!

Pretty cool place to eat! Food was good. I do wish I would've ordered something else to try more. Ordered the veggie kimbap which was delicious! Yuzu drink was really really good! Love the complimentary sides as well. Paid around $15 for everything which is very reasonable!

Second time ordering from here and both times were amazing! Did delivery one time and pickup today. No complaints with either. I used to work in a high end Korean restaurant and this food is comparable to there! Very authentic tasting and the portions were generous. Looking forward to the next time I get a hankering for Korean food.

Food was fantastic. To be doubly redundant it was very delicious. I would certainly come again and again and again. What more can I say. Oh yes service was wonderful friendly and cheerful. I personally want to thank Elaine for being a wonderful server and taking such good care of us. She knew this was our first time and she really went out of her way to show us a wonderful time at this restaurant. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and invited. I believe if you come here for Korean food you will be very happy like I was. One last thing, they give you plenty of food. Plan on bringing home delicious leftovers to eat later on. Pay for one meal but get at least two or more.

This was our second time here. This place had great Korean food! We arrived and we're greeted right away and brought to our table. This place is very spacious and has TVs playing K-pop music, great decor. We love it!! Between 6.5 of us we order quite a few items off the menu. Starting with Fried Mandu (Korean Gyoza), Korean Corn Dog (cheese and hotdog with ketchup, Mayo and sugar), seafood pancake. Then we ordered some bulgogi kimbab (Korean version of sushi roll), spicy squid, bibimbab, tonkatsu, and bulgogi. The server then brought out some water for us and miso soup. We shared all of the entrees and all were super delicious!! Can't forget to mention all of the banchan (small side dishes like kimchi). All was great!! Service was great!! We had the same server last time and this time as well. I'm sorry but I don't remember her name (she is non Asian and has glasses) anyway, she was an awesome server and very knowledgeable!! Will have to ask and remember her name next time we stop by

I love this place, my favorite so far for the bibimbap dish. They are organized, scan the code on the table with your phone to get the menu, and you can order your food online, if you need help with the menu they will do help with details. They serve it fresh and fast. We had the regular bibimbap bowl and the hot stone one. They serve it with the meso soup, kimchi, cucumber kimchi, seaweed salad and more sides. The price is fair for the amount of food served. The presentation of the food was great. The staff was above and beyond, very friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a Korean food experience, this place is a must to try. It's in dr. Phillips area.

Visited Orlando and had to get my Korean Cuisine fix. Blackpink plays on the speakers as I enter. Immediately greeted and seated (NYE visit). Ordered spicy squid, Gochujang pork belly, Korean corn dog, purple rice, pickled veggies, and passionfruit tea. Great portions. Perfect cooking. Tea was so top tier the waiter brought out the jar they used so I could take a photo for personal shopping purposes. Got distracted by XG and New Jeans music videos on the TV screens and couldn't finish my food but we were provide to-go containers and sent away with complimentary yogurt drinks. 10/10 would dine again. (If I'm in "ya area")

Came to the BaBbi BaBbi after the Disney World tour. The restaurant is clean and well decorated, and full of K-Pop music. The custom Bibibamp tastes really delicious, highly recommend for everyone. The spicy seafood tofu soup is average, just like every Korean restaurant you walked in. Seafood pancakes are definitely above the average. At the last, total cost is shocking, haven’t seen a lot of restaurants in Florida could compete with it!

Clean and spacious restaurant! Love the menu design - straightforward with lots of pictures. The servers were quick and attentive. The food were very savory and shareable in size. Soondubu on a gloomy day is comforting to the soul! Two year update: Still my go-to Korean restaurant in Orlando area! Still serving delicious food and friendly/efficient workers as always!

I was skeptical at first as it felt like it may be style over substance but we were very pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and priced well and we’ve been to a lot of Korean joints over the years. Complementary bottled water, 5 dishes of banchan, miso soup and yogurt drinks after the after dinner. We both got bibimbap which were fully customizable, a first for us. No extra charge to get all the toppings (protein up charge aside e.g. double order, premiums like shrimp, etc.). Service was wonderful, property was clean as were the restrooms. Colorful paintings on the walls, not busy though we were there between lunch and dinner on a weekday. Plenty of free parking. Had imported Korean beer, a proper 500ml bottle of Terra, which I rarely see available out. Would visit again for sure.

Great find! We loved our experience here at babbi babbi and the food was delicious too. We found this place by accident because I was so in the mood for a Korean corn dog and to my surprise and look they also had my favorite Ttebbokki ! It’s in a very nice shopping plaza with lots of parking, which is always great in Orlando. The atmosphere was nice. The restaurant was clean and the staff was pretty friendly. There was so many things I wanted to order, but we’ll have to save a lot of them for the next time I go back I indulged myself in the cheesy corn, the Korean corn dog, and I had to have the Ttebbokki. The portions were a little small compared to other Korean spots I’ve been to, but I have to say the K-Dog and the Ttebbokki were the best I’ve ever tasted. The cheesy corn not so much. It had a very odd taste to it. I don’t know if it was the cheese or the drizzle. They put on top but just did not like it. K-pop videos playing on the walls and it was getting pretty crowded after we ordered. I thought the prices were reasonable and will definitely stop back here again if I have the time for the Ttebbokki and try their Galbi !

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much. I was thinking this place could be just a photogenic place not for taste. But, all the food I ordered was really good!!! I'd return whenever I visit Orlando!

Babbi Babbi is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Everything they serve is absolutely delicious. Our family really enjoys the L.A. Galbi, but I always go for the Donkkaseu (breaded pork cutlet), Rosé Tteokbokki (spicy creamy rice cakes)… Their Pork Mandu is definitely the best I’ve had anywhere. The Banchan is wonderful, the service is excellent, and the food always arrives quickly — hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. I’ve been to Korea before, and I truly believe the quality of their food is outstanding. It stays true to authentic Korean standards. The hot dishes are always amazing — every kind. Very well made. I also love the Spicy Squid, and the Korean pancake is delicious. Honestly, it’s hard to pick a favorite dish. I’ve already recommended this place to several friends — and now they’re fans too.

The food was really good, customer service was really nice to me, too. They give you a free dish of stuff with your main course. Which was pretty surprised about. I got the Kim bam and Korean hot dog U・ᴥ・U. Tips 💡 If you want to come with someone or hang out with friends, you can really just get one entree and it's enough to fill you up. I ended up taking leftovers. The side dishes, it really helps make the dish feel full. As well Overall- Really, really nice 10/ 10

Surprisingly really good Kfood. Honestly just as good as food from Ktown in New Jersey or NYC. The portion for the price was also incredible. For about $25-30 per person, had enough left over for another whole meal. I highly recommend the Tofu soondooboo jjigae and spicy octopus mix with udon noodles. Place also give’s complimentary water bottle and yagurt as dessert.

I went for the first time with my friend, she had been multiple times and talked great things about this place, and it lived up to her hype! I've never heard of, or tried, corn cheese before but it was delicious!! I also tried the pork belly bibimbap, also very tasty. The pork belly was cooked a little different than I had anticipated but was juicy and not dry. The side of sauce (I think it's soybean paste based?) was so good I had to take an extra side of it with me back home. Adding a little bit of that and a piece of the crispy garlic chip gave such an amazing umami burst of flavor on the bibimbap. The location is great, very spacious and CLEAN, even the bathroom. Some of the prices are a bit high, especially for the katsu, but the food was worth the bite and expected for the location. Service was 5 stars, initially had 2 different girls ask us if we wanted drinks but everything went smoothly. I was really happy too that they play kpop music 😍 Highly recommend this place if you've never tried Korean food or like a quick bite with a great atmosphere!

Looking for an authentic Korean restaurant in the Universal area? Unfortunately, there isn’t any. There are handful of Korean restaurants in the area, but none of them may not meet your expectations if you have dined Korean food in LA or NY. But Babbi Babbi is certainly not a disappointment. Their signature menu, hot stone bibimbop is quite excellent. I’ve never had japchae in my bibimbop, but it was surprisingly excellent pairing. I was very pleased with the quality of this entree. SoonTofu isn’t bad either. It’s actually better than the recently opened tofu restaurant near Lotte market - I won’t name it though. Service was excellent, and the open kitchen seems to be very sanitary. The restaurant itself does not boast its interior design but it’s very clean. I highly recommend this restaurant to whoever craves Korean food after a long day at Universal Studios.

Good food...it was "fresher" than expected so I had to add more seasoning. Good service. Very fast. Very clean environment, excellent health protocols. Reasonably priced. My favorite dish was the Korean wings. The hot bowl is very deep. Ample portions!

It was my first time here. Place is cozy, clean, and well designed. Kpop music on the background and huge tv with artists. I visited on a random weekday evening so place was quite and many seats were available. Right away a lovely server came to offer drinks. And patiently waited for our order, meanwhile bringing side dishes. Food came super fast. I got kimchi fried rice to my surprise plate was huge (idk if it’s authentic size you get in Korea). Person with me got bulgogi and rice side plate. I definitely enjoyed it but some flavor was missing. For two people it came out $60. And the rest was a takeout. I definitely recommend to check it out!

They have big portions!! So the quantity of food for the price is worth it. They also had speedy service and we receive our order so fast!!! BUT I’m only disappointed on the “bulgogi japache” It had no flavor it tasted like raw veggies and noodles. The glass noodles absorbed all the flavor of the romaine lettuce. It was so odd. I never had japache like this not even the frozen version from the grocery store. The bulgogi kimbap, bulgogi kids plate, and bibibamp were perfect though. I even loved their passionfruit fruit tea. I should’ve ordered another one.

This was my fourth visit, and I can say the food itself is still good and quite authentic. My son really likes this place. However, today’s service was disappointing. Even considering how busy it was, we were not given water and had to ask three times before finally receiving it. We were also told that many side dishes were out, and only two banchan were served—pickled garlic stems and seasoned bean sprouts. I was very surprised that there was no kimchi at all. For a Korean restaurant, running out of kimchi is hard to understand. I think this is something that really needs improvement, because the food itself is worth coming back for.

Before I continue this review, I hope the owners are polite in their response. I've seen them reply to genuine comments, and they have often been unnecessarily rude. As someone who is Korean American, and worked in restaurant management for many years I can safely say that this is not authentic tasting Korean food, but the service and servers are indeed wonderful. The food lacks taste, quality, spice, flavor, etc. How do you mess up rice? Overcooked. Kimchi is bland and flavorless, the cheese corn tastes like frozen corn with overly stringy shredded cheese. The food comes out so quickly, you can tell why. If you grew up with Korean food or have had it in other restaurants with a good flavor palette, you're not imagining if whether or not youre the only one. You're not. It's pretty bland. However, the servers were kind and generous. They did everything right. I didn't complain about the food, I paid and left a good tip because the servers are not what I had an issue with. So 10/10 for the workers. I do hope this restaurant takes the constructive criticism and focuses on bringing a more authentic taste of Korean food to people's plates & mouths.

TLDR: A modern, nice Korean restaurant whose downfall is greasy food and a menu that lies about vegetarian options, so ASK BEFORE ORDERING. Service: The waitstaff was exceptional and we have no complaints about the individuals serving us. In fact, they were very helpful deciphering what on the menu was vegan. I only docked a star because for a nicer restaurant, one expects to be seated and instead it was "grab a menu and sit wherever, I'll be over shortly" which is clearly a direction from management. Atmosphere: modern, clean, cute, and fun. No complaints. Food: let's talk menu first. There are a slew of items marked vegetarian and vegan. However, upon asking, the server informed us that all but three items actually have fish sauce, shrimp paste, or other seafood products cooked in them, even when noted as vegan/vegetarian. I defintely worry about fellow veggie lovers just ordering based off menu marking and getting sick from seafood products slipped in. Kid you not, the following items are marked veg, but have seafood products in them: 1. bap sides - spinach, zucchini, carrot, corn. 2. Kimchi pancake 3. Jjamppong 4. Veg kimbap Now onto what we can eat: mixed veg pancake, bi bim bap tofu and raddish, and tofu japchae. The pancake was the only item of the three that had a lot of good flavor, but boy... it was more greasy than a large McD's fries. We only ate half and left the rest because the oil was too much. The bi bim bap (one of our favorite dishes normally) was quite bland as well, with the rice being covered in oil. Lastly, the japchae was just basic and I had to get a side of gochujang to make it taste like anything other than oil. See pics for the grease shine. Improvement recommendations for management: redo the menu with a consolidated and clearly marked list of vegan and vegetarian options (that do NOT include seafood), cut down on the oil, and season your veggies. Just because we don't eat meat doesn't mean we don't like flavor. EDIT TO RESPOND TO BUSINESS: I'm unsure how to understand the majority of what was written. However, my server talked with the kitchen staff and they told me the ingredients of every dish I mentioned. So if the kitchen is putting the incorrect ingredients into dishes, then they need to be told that. As of today, kitchen staff said they put fish sauce in soups, shrimp paste in all kimchi, and other seafpod products in the other dishes noted.

This place was way too sweet. The squid was cooked really nicely but all I could taste was the overwhelming sauce of sweetness. Their korean fried pork was tough and tasted like fried chicken to be honest. Another pork dish was just drenched in sweet sauce. Other than that, the glass noodles were nicely done and the bibimbap (a bowl full of yummy veggies, egg, meat topped over noodles and rice) were delicious. The little Korean side dishes were great as well. Also, nice touch are the soft drink yogurts they give us at the end for free!

Food is nowhere authentic. Very disappointing compared to what I get in LA. Jjampong is just pure acid.’ No flavor and it didn’t look like anything like the previous pics. The kidnap is just long grain rice not even sushi rice. And the kimchi fried rice disappointing.

Every time we go to Orlando we eat from here. every time we order, they gave us free soup and large servings. But this time when we ordered from here and the rice was very little and not enough to eat. they also gave no free soup. Everything was so much more less than what we got before. Even the SIDE DISHES were SO MUCH LESS than before. We would not recommend this restaurant anymore! We bought it tonight. We bought 2 soondubu, 2white rice, 2 bibimbap, 2 kimchi fried rice, and 2 pork mandu. Also, there was absolutely not sauce in either of the bibimbaps.

This used to be me and my partners go to spot and we always look forward to coming here, we haven’t been here in a few months and today we went around 3:30 and noticed the whole inside is changed which it looked very nice. There’s no more physical menus you have to scan a QR code to order , the prices went up on a lot of things and not to mention the quality of the food changed and it’s horrible. We get the same thing every time and it was awful , the rice cakes tasted hard like they weren’t cooked all the way , portions got smaller, and the even the teas taste watery . Didnt even finish the food because it felt like I was eating plastic we just wanted to leave. Unfortunately our favorite go to spot is no longer an option for us. Not sure if it’s management or something but we won’t be back sadly .

I live in New Jersey and eat at Korean restaurants in Fort Lee and New York very often, so I’m quite familiar with what good, authentic Korean food should taste like. Compared to those places, this restaurant was honestly on a completely different level—in a bad way. The meat I ordered was $28 per portion, yet the portion size was extremely small and absolutely not worth the price. The texture was also very odd—so tough that it was hard to even mix properly. The bibimbap had the same issue. The flavor was strange and unbalanced, and it tasted nothing like authentic Korean food. What shocked me the most was that this is the first Korean restaurant I’ve ever been to that did not serve rice with the meal. That alone was very disappointing and made the experience feel incomplete and unprofessional. I came to this restaurant with high expectations, but instead I was served one of the worst and most inauthentic Korean meals I’ve had. Overall, it was a huge letdown, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
