This place is amazing, and the food is top notch. Big open space with great food. Haven't tried it all but I am definitely coming back to try it all. I could not believe how good the empanadas are. I thought no one makes them better than my abuela...I was wrong. The tea isn't refillable but it was so good I bought three. I found a new favorite spot.
So yummy and lots of options. I enjoyed building my own bowl with fried tofu. The food felt fresh and tasted delicious. I got the cookies and cream boba which was beyond delightful. The staff was also helpful with answering my questions with it being my first time visiting. I’m confident that I will be returning for another bite. :)
We stopped by for the first time here when visiting. Such a local hidden gem! We order pho, bao taco, spring rolls, Takoyaki, lychee juice and guava juice. Bao was 10/10, soft bun, tasty meat 😋. Pho broth is so good and came out so quick. Spring rolls is fresh, good dipping sauce. Both the drinks were great, not too sweet so they don’t make you feel thirsty afterwards. Food was served very quick after ordered with great quality. We were soooo satisfied after a looooong day at the amusement parks—lots of walking and tired. Price is great as well. Definitely will stop by next time we are in town. 💯💯💯
RAVE!! Blended Bistro & Boba on Edgewater! Fast, casual dining, GREAT PRICES, friendly staff, and Delicious VEGETARIAN options!👍👍 I stopped by with the kids for lunch after a day at the Science Center and played some games they had on the shelf while we waited for our food. The cafe is very clean with spacious seating. And the menu has a lot to choose from it was hard deciding what we wanted, bc it all sounded so good! But this is what we ordered: - Tofu Summer rolls - Shrimp summer rolls - Volcano fries - Popcorn chicken (SO GOOD dipped in soy sauce and chili garlic sauce!) - Grilled pork Bahn Mi - Bao flight (all vegetarian VERY YUMMY!) - Fried tofu poke bowl (the tofu was so crispy!) The kids all ordered sweet boba teas and slushes - rookie mistake bc they were all sipping my tea bc they needed something to wash their food down 🤣 But they have a free water station which was nice. I got the Lychee tea with mixed jelly (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! SO REFRESHING!) Everything was fast, fresh, and tasty. Definitely will be going back for an order of their fried tofu!
I was in the neighborhood and craving pho so I found this restaurant. I was quickly greeted at the register and when I asked for a suggestion of ingredients, the three-meat was recommended. It came out fresh and timely and was delicious. The location has plenty of seating and I watch a little World Cup soccer while I was there. I’d definitely return to try other things on the menu and the boba tea.
Ordered for the office. I got the tofu Banh Mi, bao trio, and shrimp summer rolls. I wanted enough to try for lunch and dinner. Everything was tasty and fresh. I also ordered a boba tea which was yummy, though I wish they had plain tapioca boba. I would definitely recommend!
We had the Beef Pad Thai (Hot spice level) and the Pork Pad See Ew (medium spice level) and both were super good! Nice and spicy but tolerable and the portion size was perfect to be full but not feel like you had to bring any home. Also got the Mango Lemonade with Mango jellies and a Brown Sugar Boba tea that were both also delicious. Will definitely come back again in the future 😁
Okay, this is probably my favorite little boba shop. Just a sidenote that if you park in the back parking lot, you can use their back door to enter. I typically get the coconut milk slush with honey Boba, and it’s my absolute favorite here. But my go-to food is definitely the beef pho and popcorn chicken! The staff is friendly, the restaurant is nice and clean, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend!
The food was delicious, and the place is nice and clean. I’m so bummed I got there too late to grab a drink with the labubu! 🥲
First time trying food was amazing.. the caramel coffee and avocado are always on point 🤤.. service is nice aswell
I'm surprised to see negative food reviews for this establishment. Our food and drinks were amazing! Food: I ordered the Pad Thai with seasoned tofu. When the dish came out I was disappointed because it looked like a small order. Don't be fooled, it was plenty! I couldn't finish it all, it was packed full of noodles with a bunch of tofu and a side of peanuts for you to sprinkle as you like on top. The sauce was on the thick side but the flavor of the entire dish was perfect, it had a perfect amount of mild bite for an enjoyable taste. My husband got a cold noodle dish with lemongrass flavored beef, which had incorporated delicious pickled carrots and diakon radish for a well balanced flavor. I opted for a mango tea which had a hint of maybe jasmine? It was floral and light and not heavy and overly sweet all at. My husband got the Hokkaido coffee with boba which was also very good. Anyway, the take away (from my husband) is that this place has the best fried seasoned tofu in all of Orlando. We will be back to try everything!
Went for the straykids cup sleeve event and ordered the ChkChkBoom. It was AMAZING! The event itself could have been better organized, we ordered our drinks which came out quickly but the cup sleeve event took a very long time. Overall a very fun experience would come back to try other drink options and food. Also parking was a little bit of first come first serve, but there is a parking garage nearby.
The food is absolutely great at this place! The seasoned tofu fried rice tasted authentic, very yummy! Their bao bread was so soft and fluffy in texture. The summer rolls were very fresh too! As for the tea, I recommend the butterfly pea tea with cheese mouse on top - you can add boba or not. They’ve got lots of food and drink choices!
I order Blended Bistro & Boba for lunch whenever I can because it is so good. The Shaking steak with spring rolls is my go to. Highly recommend both! My only complaint is with the rice that comes on the side of the steak, they put shredded lettuce with tomatoes with it, which I can't stand because I have to pick out all the lettuce from the rice. I politely ask them to not include that, so instead they load the rice with cucumbers? I'm just not a fan of dry veggies put with my rice because I just want plain rice, not cucumber flavored or lettuce mix. Not sure why this is a thing here besides helping the condensation in the box?
Girlfriend introduced me to this place on a mini lunch date and I loved it. The gyoza is delicious and made perfectly and one of the best shots for boba in Orlando

Excellent place. The food is delicious, the boba drinks are some of the best, and the atmosphere is cozy. The service is always friendly and fast. Definitely a spot you want to come back to.
The drinks and food are devistatingly delicious, so much so I went one day and came right back the next! :D The staff are so friendly and patient. They let us stand back to look at the menu, answered our questions, and we were able to take our time without being pressured to make a decision. They offer a very relaxing and fun environment. There are also board games so it's a great place for a date or just hangout with friends!

Very good, new Vietnamese bistro with all the usuals. Tried the poke, pho, bao, popcorn chicken, boba - all good! They also have summer rolls, bahn mi, etc., variations of each, and other specialties. The salt n pepper popcorn chicken was cooked to perfection - not dry like some places. The place is well decorated in spacious, with counter as well. Could use some rugs and sound dampening padding, because of all the tile and concrete it can be high decibel. Open daily so far. Update for owner - No, not 4 stars for the tile. On Google, 4 stars = "I liked it", 5 stars = "I loved it". A few places I rated 5 stars - Ethos, Firebirds, Indus, Halfway-House. I don't feel you're at that level yet. If you check my reviews, I rated many fine restaurants, including yours, 4 stars. Great job!
Blended Bistro has pretty bomb and delicious drinks. I combine literally everything with lychee. Well, at least the fruit flavors. Definitely approve of the amount of boba and jelly they add to my drink. The food here is alright. Some items are definitely better than others. I definitely dig the desserts, but I felt the grilled pork Banh Mi could have used some more flavor. The Pho was pretty good. It's not the best I ever had, but it was far from the worst I ever had. Then again, I'm not a big Pho guy so I tend to use a bit of Hoisin sauce and Sriracha. I am a fan of the decor, but the seats aren't the most comfortable. Overall, I think this place as potential. I think if they focus on making really popping delicious food, they can bring in a dope wow factor to a pretty good package so far.
Finally we could get the lalabubu, my daughter doesn't even know but she wanted the "bear". As she had an to do blood, we said we would grab something cool for her after. This is a smaller store than the Loop one, but here they had the lalabubu edible (it tastes like jelly with milk and sugar). She ordered the pina colada bona with popping pearls and edible lalabubu large. Total was 12 bucks. Atmosphere it's good but need some improvement. Only wished 5he the employee we had was a more friendly
This is a cute place - very bohemian, a little grungy, but the to-go service is fantastic and the macarons are the best we’ve ever had! We would go for the macarons alone! You have to try the raspberry and pistachio - delicious! The boba is good. Skip the pad thai. There is casual indoor seating, no table service.
SPACIOUS And great location. The service is great and the servers are very helpful and friendly. We got Pho. It was okay. It definitely needed to be hotter. Then the boba. The pearls felt soft to the point of very saggy. Also the tea itself felt warm! So, maybe we were having a bad temperature day and need to go back to get it right. It was over all a good lunch and great atmosphere. The music was on point.
Tried their food last week and it was tasty. We had chicken baos (would be good if we could order different types), steak meal and the fried tofu bahm mi. All were good and we shall keep them on a rotation of go to's in the area. Good drinks, nice staff and restaurant. Need to stop by for lunch or dinner to try all of the goodies they have, next time for sure. Strawberry Fruit Tea and Cheese Foam Green Tea
The food is good but what happened to the restaurant? A friend had been to Blended Bistro before and suggested we have dinner there a couple of weeks ago. I looked up the restaurant and saw the photos; it looks like a hip and trendy space with impressive dishes. ATMOSPHERE (2): When we walked in, I got the impression they were still in the process of building out and decorating the space. Boxes were piled up alongside the back wall. Christmas pillows were strewn on the benches. Some tables were dirty and askew. The restaurant looked nothing like the pictures I saw online. The bathroom needed to be cleaned and updated. FOOD (4): The food was good and flavorful. The vegetables were fresh. Meats were seasoned and tasty though not the most tender. The spring rolls and wontons seemed to be the standard product you find in most restaurants but were prepared well. The Banh Mi bread was awesome...a crunchy exterior with a soft, tender bread on the inside. VALUE (5): Serving sizes were average. They provide a good meal for the price.

First time going here and having bao buns. I ordered a trio and the buns themselves were delicious, however the fillings were less than I expected. Maybe it was an off day but the protein in all three were either chewy or fried too hard. Flavorful yes, but the bite was not pleasant to try to get down.
Had to update because the Noddle Salad just isn’t the same anymore :/ the chicken tastes different and they’re no longer adding in a spring roll? I have also tried a few others items like the Korean chicken wings, pad Thai, and pho and they’re just subpar. Not sure what has changed :/ Great food, great atmosphere, super convenient online ordering!

Outside looks nice, inside could look much better. Not much decoration, messy, unorganized furniture. Food is ok, pricey for what it is. Good selection of drinks like BoBas. Service too laid back.
Having been to other Blended locations and strictly from a food perspective this franchise owner clearly prioritizes saving costs at the expense of food quality. Some items are ok (ie bahn mi, bao options) however avoid the poke bowls that use an over abundance of sauce to mask the low quality fish (ie tiny chopped up pieces of salmon instead of standard size chunks) and other ingredients. The Pho quality is significantly lacking (likely reliant on shortcuts and/or powders) and even the fresh toppings are old and low quality. See attached photos of broth that is as clear as water (no color or hints of “body” that you would get with 8+ hr pho simmering times). Being spoiled by the abundance of options in the downtown Asian/Mills district additionally highlights the need for this establishment to turn itself around.
This was my first visit and I have mixed feelings. The aesthetic is well-curated and the music was at a good level. However, the staff was not friendly or helpful at all. When I entered, I was the only customer… only one person looked at me, but didn’t move the wall they were leaning on. No one greeted me; no smile or greeting when I reached the counter to order either; not even when said, “Hi! How are you ?” I didn’t realize their featured menu didn’t have pre-set boba drinks (you choose your base drink and add the flavors). I mentioned that I wasn’t familiar with the way boba drinks were made and usually order off a pre-set menu at other places. The cashier (guy with medium length black hair) didn’t try to be helpful at all. He just looked in disgust and boredom, telling me, “you can just order whatever. Boba can be added to any drink”. While I tried to figure out my order (remember, I’m the only customer here), he just ignored me and didn’t try to help or make any suggestions. My drink was made quickly. However, the staff member (younger african American girl) that handed me my order did it wordlessly and without a smile. I said “thank you” and tried to make eye contact, but she just walked off (still with barely any interaction with me), got a straw, handed to me, and walked off again. I want to try this place again bc the menu variety looks really cool and I’m in this area frequently, but I don’t like how ignored I felt and the lack of basic, polite customer service.
The bobatea is okay, but not worth the price. I also don’t like that they are promoting a fake Labubu.
Came in about an hour before closing and the cashier seemed really uninterested, no greeting or energy at all. The drink itself was just okay, nothing special. With so many great boba spots around Orlando, this one didn’t really stand out. Probably wouldn’t come back when there are better options nearby.

Today is my third time I come to Blended Bistro & Boba. I am very disappointed not only at the service they provided to me today but how trashy they treated me and served me. I ordered a Boba Tea and instead of getting my drink in the normal plastic Blended Bistro glass, I got it on a cheap disposable cup. I told them it was for here and they told me they were out of those cups. When I looked at the dinner, there were several customers with those cups. So, I thought to myself well maybe they just ran out but no. Customers after me were getting their Boba drinks in these cups. Terrible customer service and resolution for their errors.
The place is nice in terms of appearance and aesthetics but that’s where it ends. First let’s talk about my avocado smoothie that tasted like a tall glass of milk 🥲. I was going to let it slide until I opened my crispy noodle bowl and literally saw CRISPY noodles like a stack of fried hay 🐮. I was expecting crispy as in Panda Express type crispy chow mein but got something totally different. It might be because of my assumption and lack of research but whenever I go to an Asian restaurant and order crispy noodles they are not like long, skinny Cheetos. My husband offered me his noodles that were suppose to be normal but it was like they took a pack of ramen noodles, sprinkled water on them and let them sit. They were stuck together and sticky. I was completely underwhelmed and disappointed by all of it. I had to throw all of my food away. What a waste of money. Next time I want a smoothie I’ll just go next door to New Moon Market.
This is the first time I had to do a review on this restaurant. The food was soooo bad. I feel terrible because my wife & I usually eat here the food has kinda been pretty good. The food did not taste good & smelled kinda like dog food. The sauce was so thick and they barely put any chicken in there. Sadly my wife had diarrhea right after eating some of her bowl. I had a medium flavored Pad Thai bowl & my wife had a mild one as the picture shows. The only thing we liked was the fried Tofu & my wife liked her boba.

The boba here is great, we come here regularly Id say about 4-6 times a month. Each time we have come here, the smell is unbearable. It hits you in the face when you open the door and there has been times we had walk out and go next door. I dont know how they work here with the smell but Im guessing they are use to it. The people here , younger group, seem to care about talking to themselves rather than greet you but I guess they give you a second to take in the smell before you actually order. Ill delete this review once this place starts smelling better but I doubt itll ever change.
I hate leaving this review because I genuinely think their food is delicious, but I’ve now had 2 very poor experiences and feel compelled to leave a review after the most recent one. First, my girlfriend and I got dinner and Thai teas several weeks ago. She’d been feeling great all day, but within a few minutes of taking her first sip of tea she was vomiting quite a bit. Although we aren’t certain, she felt quite confident the dairy in the tea was expired. Yesterday, we decided to give them another shot and picked up some Thai teas. My girlfriend took several sips before pulling…. something… out of her mouth. It was absolutely revolting. It looked like a cross between an insect wing and pieces of popcorn kernels stuck together. Whatever it was, it did not belong in the tea, and my girlfriend’s day was ruined after pulling it out of her mouth. I was similarly annoyed that we wasted $10 on drinks that we immediately chucked. I honestly hate leaving this review because they are so nice inside, the place is so cute, and the food is tasty. But having now had 2 concerning experiences, I am forced to question the overall cleanliness of this establishment. Eat here at your own risk!!
