100% Gluten free / 98%+ dairy free / vegan options! The wings with creamy garlic were GREAT!! I don't get to eat wings much due to allergies. Hubby said sriracha is really good but spicy. The teriyaki chicken and the teriyaki noodles 🍜(daughter said 100 out 10!!) fabulous! Many options!! You get two base options with the regular size, or you can get one base with (extra) double veggies. All of the sauces are dairy free, which is just incredible... the only thing not dairy free is the cheese topping option or the cookies. Highly recommend, even for picky kids!! 3 or if 4 gluten free and 2 dairy a well. Hubby loved it even though no allergies.

Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen is a gem! The menu is packed with fresh, vibrant options that are both delicious and healthy. I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the creativity in the dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive, making for a great dining experience. The food was delicious! I love getting some bolay every once in them and their branded sodas are amazing. My personal favorite is the agave vanilla. The bean medley and the garlic chicken on this plate is the best!

This is my favorite place to get a bowl from. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Sometimes it can be a little pricey but it’s worth it. The first time I ate here I was skeptical on how all the flavors would taste together, but it’s such a unique flavor blend together I can’t even describe it. What I added to by bowl - 1. Forbidden black rice 2. Mushrooms 3. Thai spicy shrimp 4. Cheese. 5 Asian sweet potato noodles 6. Teriyaki chicken 7. Cilantro (creamy garlic and herb sauce on the side). I like to experiment with different foods and flavors each time I go.

I absolutely love bolay. It is truly fresh and I love the combinations, that I would never think of putting together. The teriyaki chicken is my favorite and the pickled onions are always a topping I choose! The teas are pretty good too. 👌🏽

If i could give 10 stars I would so youll have to settle for 5. Food is truly out of the world good. For being vegan friendly, gluten free. Every taste was immaculate.

I would describe it as having the texture of ham with the taste of chicken, that may not sound very good but trust me it is. I also had a smash burger with avocado instead of cheese and it was delightful. Our wonderful server Faith made sure we had a fantastic time here, I would go again.

Very fresh ingredients and healthy options. My first time here and it did not disappoint. I like that you can get a pre-planned menu item or build your own. The unsweetened black tea mixed with the apple vinegar berry tea was very good.

Food is always fresh, delicious, and unique. I tried the teriyaki chicken and it was delicious, my go to is the sweet potatoes. I wish the screen that shows the menu would show the new offers/bowls they have, or last longer than 2 seconds. It's hard to read, and it's hard to wait for the propaganda to pass and only see the new bowls for literally 2 seconds. No one reads that fast.

Tiny portions, very stingy with ingredients like basic kale, broccoli, sweet potato, etc. When I Lift up my salmon there was basically nothing under neath. Bowl was very light. Way better off at FK/Fresh Kitchen as they load the bowls.

On a cloudy, gloomy day they have the temperature of the restaurant cold and the fans running at full speed. I wanted to enjoy the food but the environment of the dinning area did not help. The restaurant collects a tip but nobody passed by our table to ask to check on us. The black rice lacked flavor. On a good note the food was not extremely salty or spicy, that is important.
