Place is under new management. Matt is the new manager and he's amazing, great customer service. They have breakfast (didn't know this we stumbled upon it). Got steak with out breakfast bowl which was absolutely amazing! It was like something we got from a hibachi grill. You could taste the delicious flavor, very moist and tender. Also got some cheese curds (secret menu item) that were delicious. We will definitely be back to try out some more items!

First, let me tell you I don’t really do reviews like this often on small franchise spot, but I was there when they almost closed and they still were OK with serving my friend and his wife they were taken care of by a young woman named Vanity she made sure she made there burritos very full and offered discounts through app ! Wow!!! Stopped here for lunch today while my car was getting worked on next door. Food was amazing. I got hibachi steak and shrimp quesadilla and it wa delicious. My fiance had the nachos with hibachi steak and the serving size was pretty much sharable but what made the experience ever better was ESAM, he made sure we enjoy our food and his friendly demeanor made our experience more enjoyable.

First time here and it was a great experience! Esam was very patient with me while I took my sweeeet time deciding what to get (the menu is pretty extensive) and one of the few places locally that have an extra spin on TexMex foods. It was a little slower so he took the time to chat and with my husband and I while we ate. I will absolutely come again and hopefully he’s here because he went out of his way to make it a great experience for us. The portions were great, flavors were on point, price point was great.. 10/10 won’t regret!

My daughter found this place on Instagram so we had to drive over from clermont to check it out . First the service was amazing ! Julie greeted us when we walked in and Esam cooked us the best quesadillas and tacos we have had in a long time !

My wife and I were in town visiting and wanted some food for delivery and we're craving some Mexican fare, and Bubbakoo hit the spot with their breakfast quesadillas (one with bacon and one with steak) plus we tried the Nashville hot burrito. Very flavorful, the food arrived still warm (via Uber), however one quesadilla was missing sour cream and salsa, and delivery time took longer than estimated. Overall a good experience!

This food is always fresh and tasty. My fav is the taco salad. Everything I've ordered exceeds my expectations. the tacos and quessadillas are also delicious. Fresh cilantro and Pico. Variety of sauces. If you like spicy, mango habbanero is It!

I walked in, was greeted right away, and picked up my online order. It was well past lunch, so the place was pretty empty. I usually get their tacos and taco salads, and they’re always solid. This time, I decided to switch things up and try some other menu items. I went with the Nashville fries and two burritos. As I was walking out, I noticed it was Taco Tuesday, so of course, I went back in and grabbed a few tacos: two carnitas and one chicken. The Nashville fries are so good. Crispy chopped chicken, pickles, Nashville hot sauce, and ranch dressing… yeah, they were excellent. The tacos were great as always. They really pile them up...very generous portions. Now… the burrito was an absolute disappointment. Don’t get me wrong, the ingredients were tasty, but it was so small that I honestly felt cheated out of my hard-earned money. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t order it again unless the portion size improves. Customer service was great overall. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. All in all, I definitely recommend Bubbakoo’s. But for the love of God, don’t order the burritos.

Order for pickup at John Young location. Picked up immediately. Food was cold. Asked in the details section of the online order to have sauce and salsa on the side. It wasn’t. $18 for a steak burrito bowl with Guacamole and cheese. $22 and change out the door. Disappointed.

We were excited to try Bubbakoo's Burritos until we almost ordered. The person working said quietly something when we entered and keep working on a order, must of been online order because no one was at the counter. She never said anything to us again, she sould of said I'll be with you in a moment. But that gave us a chance to look at the choices. The ground beef looked old and crusty. The grilled chicken container was about empty and other containers were empty. The behind the counter were the food was being cooked was dirty looking. We walked out!

The employees were sweet but I just wish they knew how to make the food with care.
