Something that every Disney park needs is more places to sit down, especially with air conditioning. This is a welcome addition. I got the pizza here and it was adequate. The refillable soda cup was like $4 something. But as far as seating goes, there is a decent amount. I bet it will pack on a July afternoon, but still, packed seating is better than no seating.
Seating more than 1,700 people, Connections Cafe & Eatery is bright & airy with floor-to-ceiling windows and great views (depending on where you are seated) of Spaceship Earth, the Imagination Pavilion, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and more. I like the charging stations, lots of seating options, ginormous mural and artistic touchings. But I ESPECIALLY love the "Hand-breaded Chicken Sandwich" ($11.99 as of April 2022) - possibly the best fried-chicken sandwich I've ever tasted. A large & generous portion of fried chicken sits on a toasted brioche bun and house-made pickles. The batter has a nice crunch, the chicken itself is moist, and the "signature sauce" has just the right amount of kick to it (not too spicy-hot). Seriously, folks, try the chicken sandwich! Also comes with your choice of side: french fries (nothing special); coleslaw; a tiny-looking side salad; or 2 cuties mandarins. // Before or after eating, have a stroll and look around at the three show-kitchens; the ginormous hand-painted mural (reminds me of the walls at Living with the Land); the clever nod to Epcot's original schematic layout (look at the floor entrance to the Connections Cafe); the colorful and playful lighting (come back after dark); and the artistic decor scattered throughout. While many of us will miss its dated predecessor, Electric Umbrella, Connections Cafe & Eatery are a welcome addition to the ongoing transformation of Epcot.
food was great and the prices weren't too bad. the chicken tenders were good and the mango milkshake was good too. bathroom is clean but the toilet paper is crazy thin.
Tasty food at a very good price considering you’re in the parks - well done Disney. Mobile order made it super easy. Kids meal was easily enough food for an average adult.
Just stopped in late last night and got some pizza that was very tasty! However what made this trip so amazing was the service provided by Niti! She was so kind, polite, and made my experience magical. She is the type of employee that sets the standards so guests can enjoy and have a great time! I loved her!!
Cheese pizza slices are delicious. Kid’s portion gets you a slice, two sides and a small drink for less than nine bucks.
We had the hand breaded chicken sandwich. It was very good. The pizza was delicious. We got the pepperoni pizza. It was a little pricey, even though it is a meal that comes with two slices.
The Niçoise salad was very good! My husband said his burger patty was very thick and filling. I was so excited to try fresh baumkuchen. It was pretty decent. The mobile ordering was so convenient
Food was ready quickly, many options, lots of seating and friendly staff. Defiantly a good option for a quick bite to eat.
Very good quick service place. There’s plenty of seating and menu choices for all. I had the southwestern burger that was topped with salsa and a special sauce. It tasted excellent. The wait also wasn’t too bad compared to other quick service places. I would highly recommend going here for a quick service lunch.
Great burgers 🍔 The staff was very nice and the atmosphere is clean and plenty of space to eat. Feels a bit like a cafeteria which is why I gave that 3 stars. A side note, I am currently on a keto diet and Disney (although saying they have keto options) doesn't have many keto diet choices. Highly recommend bringing your own snacks if your on the keto diet. That said, the staff, specifically Grace, went way out of her way to help me find a solution, even showing me a list of all ingredients in the food choices. So at long last I was able to get my keto meal! A big thanks to Grace for all the help!! And a note to Epcot, simply offer lettuce buns and your menu here would quickly have a variety of keto choices. 😀
I got the Korean Barbecue Chicken Sandwich which was great for theme park food. It wouldn't even be too out of place in a normal restaraunt, especially for the price. The fries were great and they gave a large portion of them as well.

Hard to find a table for sure, but the food is really well priced for Disney. They have great little snacks and huge slices of pizza. This is our go to lunch spot for Disney, but I would recommend ordering early on the app and finding a spot ASAP. Great way to get out the heat.
Efficient eatery with family-friendly options. I got the kids chicken skewer with fries and a soda. I liked this as lunch because there were healthier options like grilled chicken in the middle of a day full of treats around the world. 4/5 on food because it’s good but it’s definitely fast food. The chicken was only a little warm when I got it which is good or bad depending on your taste. It’s not too flavorful and not too bland. 4/5 on service because it’s not really a service place. We ordered in the app and picked it up. We went before peak lunchtime so we only waited about 15-20 minutes for six meals. 5/5 on atmosphere because it’s very clean with lots of seating. I noticed it filled up quick closer to lunchtime, but we went at 11 and had our pick of tables.
It was very rainy outside so we had a snack here. My husband tried the matcha bamkuchen (if I'm not mistaken) and I had the Belgian waffle. Both were really good and generous. Although I was hoping for the waffle to be warmer. It also a large place so plenty of sitting available too.
This place is pretty large. Great floor plan so you don’t feel like you are too cramped like other restaurants. Great place to get out of the rain as well. As far as the food is concerned it’s your basic burger meals with a few Asian twist. We got the general Tso salad and the bah mi burger. The salad was ok. The greens were surprisingly yellow. It didn’t have a “snappy” salad feel to it. Pretty soggy at first bite. The chicken in the salad however was pretty good. Great flavor. Not too greasy. The burger was good but very unbalanced. It’s supposed to be soaked in miso but I feel like it made the patty very salty in certain bites. Other than that it was tasty. It wouldn’t be my go to but I wouldn’t mind trying it again. There is a Starbucks on the back side of the restaurant. The interior is nice and bright with tones of windows for people watching. Great addition to the Epcot park. Just wish the food was a tad bit better.
Nice, clean space to seat quite a lot of people. Generic theming, which was kind of disappointing but not a deal-breaker. The offerings are generic burgers, pizza, and salad and was fast to be ready after ordering. The food was nothing special but still good, though we went with the basics to get a general feel of the food for the first time. We got the American Classic Burger and a Chicken Strips kid's meal. Would definitely go back and try the other food options and it's a nice place to escape the heat and sun for a decent meal.
We visited just after midday, and despite the crowds, found our service to be fairly speedy, waiting just 5 mins to be served. The menu here is fairly basic, and somewhat less contrived than some of the themed restaurants in WDW. Plenty of seating, including outside options, and our table had wireless charging for phones, which could be very handy for some. At the time of writing, the meatfree/vegan option was a blackbean burger.
Very good food and also cafe (Starbucks). Supports mobile order, has a lot of capacity. Pizza tastes really good.
Delicious Chicken Sandwiches, and good pizza. The staff was very nice and the atmosphere is clean with plenty of space to eat. They also have high chairs for you to grab as needed which is helpful. The style for this eatery is a cafeteria style but it has plenty of space and A/C for you to get out of the sun and enjoy a quick bite. I recommend ordering through the app if you get there early this way you can get your food when they start serving or you can order it as your hopping off a ride so that way when you walk in your food is ready.
I had an amazing experience at EPCOT! The sitting areas are spacious and the service is top-notch. I found it really convenient that they accept mobile orders, and I highly recommend reserving a spot for lunch in advance because it tends to get busy during that time. I only gave it a 4-star rating because I believe there's room for improvement in terms of food quality. On the bright side, the food portions were generous and I found the value for money to be excellent.
Pretty good meal! The honey chicken hamburger was amazing with a little touch of spiciness which gave it the kick. Very well served and faster than expected. The Coconut smothie was extremely sweet which made it imposible to drink. The rest was great.
Pizza Review. The sauce is mildly sweet, not overpowering. The dough is chewy and powdery. The portion size is substantial and impressive compared to other Disney pizza stops. I ordered the Cheese pizza, so the main attraction is the cheese. I found it to be burnt at the bottom edge away from the crust, but the rest of it was fine, mild. It clearly wasn't an "extra" cheese pizza, but it had enough flavor to cover both slices adequately. I'll give it a 3.8/5. There are also allergen friendly options, made separately to prevent cross contamination.
Connections Cafe Eatery is quick and convenient! It's located closer to the entrance of Epcot. It's very spacious and the food is actually good. The menu consists of burgers, chicken tenders, pizza, etc. I had the pepperoni pizza. It came with 2 huge slices. The prices aren't too bad either. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.
Connections Eatery is a quick service location in Epcot. The menu includes pizza, burgers, salads and more. The quality of food here is actually pretty good, and there is a large amount of seating, so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding a place to sit and eat here. On this visit, we decided to try the liege waffle. This is a freshly made waffle that is topped with whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate drizzle. The waffle has a nice crispness to it and overall is a very good sweet treat. Give this place a try on your next visit to Epcot.
It is hard to do quality food at large scale, but Connections does it pretty well. Food was prepared quickly. Good variety on the menu, from chicken and burgers to pizza and specialty salads. Tip: if you want a smaller portion order from the kids menu - includes a side and beverage- best value on the menu!
I had a great meal here but my friend did not enjoy hers. I got the Asian style crispy chicken salad and it was so good… great portion as well. I also ordered it on the app so it came super fast. However my friend asked for no sauce on her fries and they still added it, and the burger was EXTREMELY dry for some reason. Unfortunate
Nice place with a great location. We had to wait about 45 minutes to pick up our mobile order through the Disney app, and it was a bit hard to find a table, but overall everything else was very good and the atmosphere was lively and pleasant.
A good place for some great food in EPCOT. I have often walked through this eatery to get ice and water on hot days when I was visiting the park but rarely stop to look at the menu or eat at this location. On the recent visit, I was a little hungry and decided to give it another try. I am glad that I did. This is right inside the EPCOT Disney park just to the left after you enter the park and pass under the large sphere that is the Spaceship Earth ride. For those who remember the park from before the new design, I believe that the eatery sits in the prior Communicore East Building. The restaurant shares the inside space with a large Starbucks. You can see much of the kitchen and most of the ordering is done by the dining app. I ordered a double slice of the Margherita pizza and a peruvian salad. Each dish was about $10-$15/dish. The two downsides to this location and eatery were the time to get the food and the limited seating. The 2 dishes were delicious but it took almost 30+ minutes before they were ready even though the app gives you a specific time to arrive. Additionally, there is a lot of seating in at least 4 different areas inside the air conditioned space but during the high volume time it may be very difficult to find a seat. It took 3 circles of the kitchen for me to find a seat. I will suggest 2 things for future visitors: 1) if seating is limited, go outside under the trees between the Spaceship Earth Sphere and the lake where there are seating areas and tables and 2) come either before or after the high volume times. Enjoy.

This is a large place with a decent amount of general options to eat. They do have pizza here as well which is a big portion. We mobile ordered which is great because the lines to stand and order were decently long. We ordered the limited time offering that they had which was the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was good, but not great, we’ve had better. But for a large quick service place, it hit the spot. There is lots of indoor seating around and a soda machine that you can self refill at. There are restrooms here as well. It is attached to the Starbucks location called connections café. With so many other options to eat at in Epcot (quick service, table service, festival booths), this ranks pretty low, but for indoor AC seating with a variety of general theme park food, it’s a great place to get refueled for the day at the front of the park.
The menu has only gotten worse! This was one of the best quick service restaurants in Epcot when it opened but now the menu is minimal and fails to stand out against any other basic burger place.
I’m sorry, but Epcot never had this issue when it was the electric umbrella. This place is twice the size, yet it takes an hour and a half to get a slice of pizza at the counter service? Give me a break. Disney has gone backwards.
Quite a large restaurant in EPCOT near the big golf ball. Lots and lots of seating all the way round. Margherita Pizza was ok, not great, although the slice was large. Bean burger was just ok and the chicken burger again just ok. Personally, wouldn't recommend those items here.
A restaurant right in the center of the park with several options of dishes - salads, sandwiches and lunches. A friend ordered the bacon sandwich and said it was good. I ordered a cheeseburger that was a little burnt. Not to mention that it took a while for the order to come out. Suggestion: eat in the themed areas.

The burger patties were very thick and filling but other than that we were not impressed. The side salad was small and soggy (and we found a very long hair on top of one) and the burger toppings were usually clumped together on one side and not spread out evenly. I understand we went through right at the lunch rush but it was just a sub par meal. With so many other interesting and tasty options to choose from in Epcot I would not choose this again.
The food just isn't worth the price unfortunately some of the worst quick service pizza too. One of our pieces even looked like a crust had been pulled off half the pizza. We came in July and gave it another chance this time. Won't utilize it again likely. The atmosphere and air conditioning is great, but it can get very crowded. The staff does a great job of staying on top of maintaining the cleaniless for considering how much foot traffic they see. The biggest perk is if you get an assorted beverage drink you can get a free refill.
My family ordered burgers and salad and theirs was fine. I however ordered the pizza and got food poisoning. On my last couple of bites of the BBQ chicken pizza, something tasted off. That night I was SO sick. I knew it was the pizza and I knew it was food poisoning. So just be careful!!
This restaurant is incredibly underwhelming, often jam-packed with patrons running back and forth frantically, but that's the least of your worries here. The food we received was abismal, bland, overcooked chicken burger with a handful of crusty fries. Probably the worst place I've eaten in any of the parks.
Prior when this location was Electric Umbrella... There was tons of comfortable seating and even a nice outdoor area with shade. It was always nice and cool. Now that they demolished that building and threw up this one with thin walls and covered in glass windows... Not only does it look like an airport commissary mixed with an Apple store... But all the glass and openings allow this place to never cool off during the summer. Not to mention the few uncomfortable tables there are are always taken on days that are busier than a 3/10... So people are constantly getting into arguments trying to find tables or just sitting on the floor. I couldn't imagine a bigger downgrade. PS.... To the employee that told me that they can't help it being "hot in the summer"... Um - okay. Lol. Talk to any competent structural engineer or architect. Not hard to have a location with some insulation. The old place never was. Idiotic.
No bbq,no mayo,no zesty sauce, long line, dirty silverware.... Update: no ice on the soda machine, had to go to the Starbucks to get ice
Missing order, rest of the food turned up cold. Disney resorts are completely useless, disorganised. Completely ruined our timetable to the holiday. Please avoid or eat else where before coming to the park.
