Customers consistently highlight the attentive and friendly staff, especially mentioning Daniela, Valeria, Dennis and Antonella. The margaritas and dishes like the queso fundido and chimichanga are also highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of being served by Daniela at Don Julio Mexican Restaurant, and she made our dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with the warmest smile and genuine enthusiasm that instantly made us feel welcome. BEST STEAK I’VE EVER HAD! Daniela’s attention to detail was incredible — she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, gave excellent recommendations from the menu, and made sure everything was exactly to our liking. Her timing was spot-on, drinks were always full, and she checked in just enough without ever making us feel rushed. On top of that, Daniela’s friendly personality and upbeat energy made the whole meal so much more enjoyable. This was my first time in Orlando and she even gave me recommendations on local areas. She clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re dining at Don Julio, ask for Daniela — she will make your experience nothing short of amazing. She’s truly a gem, and the restaurant is lucky to have her!
We had a great dinner here! Our server Juliana was awesome. Food was delicious and prices are affordable. Ambience is really nice We’ll be back!
Excellent service and food. Came here for family bday dinner. It was fun. Food are delicious and well prepared.
We had an exceptional evening at Don Julio’s! From the start, parking was a breeze, and we were seated almost immediately without any wait on a Saturday night. The choice of seating—outdoors—was perfect, and the ambiance was enhanced by lush greenery and plants. The service was impeccable. Drinks arrived promptly, and our food came out in record time. The shrimp chimichanga and vegan tacos were delicious, and the queso and warm chips were a real treat. Every staff member was attentive, quickly replacing our chips and drinks as needed, making the whole dining experience seamless. The only slight downside was the DJ music, which was a bit too loud and didn’t quite match the mood, especially as the night went on. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise outstanding evening. Overall, we’d rate our experience a 5 out of 5. It’s definitely a place we’d recommend and return to!
This place exceeded my expectations. Food was excellent, staff was great, love the environment. We sat outside which was pretty but you can also sit inside. The weather was too nice to be inside. They have several options for gluten free, vegetarian.
Absolutely love this restaurant! We are here all the time ! Great food ! Have taken all my family from out of town here ! Managers and servers are always on point and never disappoint!
Excellent every time! Very friendly and engaging staff, amazingly quick service and the food is delicious! Good deals during happy hour that ends a little too soon at 5:00pm. We like to sit at the bar if possible but have the same experience with table service. The Lake Nona/Eagle Creek location is very popular and does get quite busy. Our “Go-To” dish is the Molcajete which provides plenty for two but make sure you come hungry!
Antonella is an incredible waitress. She recommended the best margaritas and the food was amazing!! We will definitely be back!!
Don Julio what's excellent. A definite surprise to my palate considering it is a chain Mexican restaurant. The operation of this location was first rate. If you want excellent Mexican food in the Orlando area near the airport, this is definitely the go to spot.. my Molcajete was stellar! 10/10
Chicken chimichanga was overall good. Got the grilled chicken instead of shredded, which was cooked very well. It was shaped differently than I’ve ever seen - not sure if that’s the reason it was not fluffy and crispy like most chimis. Service was good and fast - the food came out before we even finished the guacamole appetizer.
I hadn't been to a Don Julio in years.... my most recent dinner for Taco Tuesday night was amazing and I so wanna return sooner. I had their Michelin award winning tacos- El Califa de Leon tacos- and the Cadillac margarita. Atmosphere is welcoming, bright , and energetic ✨️.
Don Julio's food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful! The delicious food was compliment well with excellent attention to presentation. The service was friendly and attentive. Additionally a big plus was that they had beautiful, clean, restrooms! One downside is that parking, while free, is a bit tight at peak times.
I LOVE this place! And yes, it's time to make the chimichangas... with pork carnitas, please.... - so good! And look at ALL that Signature Guacamole. Doesn't it make you want to eat these pictures? Don't waste your time! Just go to Don Julios and order some of your own! I'd also like to add - I LOVE this decor! So beautiful... flower murals & the right combo of bright colors - it really brings a trendy yet comfortable feel. There is so much more on this menu. I simply MUST go back!
The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavor. Our server, Sara, was amazing attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the perfect place to enjoy a great meal. Definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. Highly recommend! 🌮✨
Food & service were superb as was the atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Lake Nona area. They were able to seat our large party within minutes.
We went for brunch, and honestly I was about to leave. The brunch menu online only showed lunch options. My husband told me to ask the staff for the menu and thank goodness I did. They had great options, so I ordered the huevos Caribeños and my husband ordered steak and eggs "Los Divorciados". I tried some of his and vice versa. Oh man! It was so flavorful, delicious, and perfectly cooked. The tostones were crunchy, the runny egg yolk. Just thinking about my mouth waters. For drinks my husband ordered a Horchata and I ordered the guava. The horchata was creamy, smooth and perfect. The guava fresca was refreshing, sweet a bit tart but perfect balance. Lets not forget the chips and dip! I thought it was going to be spicy but it was perfect, very fresh. I ordered the Churros to go and forgot to take a picture, they were delicious and crunchy. I loved the caramel sauce not a big fan of the chocolate sauce it tasted like Hershey chocolate syrup, artificial. Our server Maria was a sweet heart and was exceptional. Definitely would love to go back!
Came here for mothers day weekend. It was completely crowded and they were still able to sit us. We opted for outdoor seating since there was nice weather. My mother visited from New York and she loved her food and drinks. The free chips and salsa alone is enough of a reason for me to return lol. I'l got the choripollo and it was the 💣 bomb. The rice, beans, chicken, and chorizo were called cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back to try more. I love how busy they were and their service didn't falter at all. I will be back for more!
Antonella was excellent and very attentive. She brought our food very quickly with no issues. She also was refilled my drink without being asked. Will definitely be back!
Absolutely love Don Julio’s! On a Thursday night, there was a DJ playing music outside. There is outside and inside dining. We sat inside. The atmosphere is super cute, not too bright which gives it a modern day Mexican atmosphere. The service was amazing! Our server Paula R was very attentive, efficient and kind. Food was delish and desserts as well!!
I had a great experience. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What really made the visit special was our server, Sara. She was very friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure we had everything we needed with a big smile. Her service truly elevated our experience.
This was my first experience at Don Julio Lake Nona and I really enjoyed it! The food was fresh and tasty, so were the margaritas. My server Maria O. gave me recommendations to try the shrimp tacos and specialty margarita and both were delightful! Not only were recommendations great, Maria O. provided excellent service, she always checked on us and was very attentive to all of our needs. I recommend this restaurant 10/10.
My server Andrea was amazing! She took out orders right away and 10 minutes later it arrived. She was sweet, easy to communicate, and she was friendly the whole time.
Antonella did a wonderful job taking care of me and my friend for our girls day brunch. We have visited several of the Don Julio‘s in Central Florida and it doesn’t matter which one you visit, they are consistent. The atmosphere is wonderful, the servers are attentive, the food is hot, served quickly and always tastes authentic.
Good food, service, and atmosphere. Came in a busy Saturday night and waiter was able to attend to us fairly frequently. The fajitas were great, and the Birria tacos and consommé were good. I also liked the rice which I typically don’t like too much at most Mexican restaurants. The esquites had a nice roasted flavor too. Would come again.
If you like Mexican you cant go wrong here. Mostly outdoor tables and when it rains expect a half hour + to get and inside table. Once in the server was efficient and our food came out surprisingly fast. Everything was tasted great. I will be back. I had a difficult time to find a parking space.
My friends and I had dinner at Don Julio's tonight, and we had the most wonderful experience, largely thanks to our server, María O. From the moment she greeted us, she was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was attentive throughout our entire meal, checking in at just the right moments without ever making us feel rushed. María was also very knowledgeable about the menu. She gave us some fantastic recommendations (the birria tacos were amazing, just as she promised!), and she was happy to answer all of our questions. Our drinks were always full, and she made sure our food came out hot and fresh from the kitchen. Her friendly demeanor and exceptional service truly elevated our meal from just a dinner to a memorable night out. We'll definitely be back, and we will be asking to sit in María O.'s section
Antonella was an amazing server. She was attentive, fast and very sweet. Our food came quick, hot, delicious and the margaritas were on point. 10/10 recommend Antonella and the restaurant. My family and I will definitely be back!!
Johanna was very sweet and helpful! The only thing that could have made it better was a bit more consumè for the birria quesadilla. It was just not enough for the amount of food there was. Otherwise, absolutely delicious!! Dessert was amaaaazing! The manager, Diego, was beyond friendly and helpful!
Had an awesome time at Don Julio in Orlando! The vibes were great, the food was insanely good (those tacos… wow), and Laura was the real MVP—so sweet, super on point, and made the whole night even better. The manager Diego was very attentive to us 10/10, will definitely be back for more!
Andrea provided fantastic recommendations and helped us have an amazing experience! I’m from out of town but will definitely come back for the food, ambiance and delicious food! I had the Salmon based in Andrea’s recommendation and it was perfect!
Holy WOW!!! We came here to try an new Mexican Restaurant based on its Google rating, and I’m so glad we did! The restaurant was packed (always a good sign) and there was a 45min wait to dine inside. You can choose to dine inside or outside. The wait is shorter dining outside. Just FYI, for as packed as it was (the restaurant), the food came extremely fast after we ordered and that really surprised us. Our server, beautifully named “Genesis” was freaking amazing!!! We never had to wait on her, she was on top of our drinks, our food, and she checked in on us regularly. When restaurants are packed, and this place was PACKED, I normally expect for our food to take longer than normal, and for the service to suffer a little because of it. There's a pandemic going on and that’s just the nature of things today. I fault no one. Genesis, always had a smile on her face, and always had a sweet demeanor when addressing us (also a rarity when a restaurant is packed). Our waitress needs a raise! We left her a good tip because she deserved it! Please tip your waiters and/or servers!!! The food…. My goodness, the food was like the icing on the cake! All of the flavors were very well done and nothing was over salted or over-spiced. Everything was perfect! I had the fajitas Trio and that was also amazing. The fajitas had huge chunks of steak, shrimp, and chicken, and all of it was very tender and not overcooked in the least. The wife had a lobster enchiladas (the real name of that plate escapes me) that was to die for! The restaurant did not skimp on the alcohol in my wife’s Margarita either! My wife felt her drink slap her with drunken fury! She was feeling good afterwards ;)! I can’t really think of any negatives on our visit here. If I had to nitpick, and I'm really grabbing at straws here, the only gripe I can come up with is that the indoor restaurant environment is really loud! Our ears were ringing a little from all the different people talking, laughing, and clapping around us. Once you start eating the food though, you practically forget that everyone around you even exists. Yeah, that’s the worst I can say about our experience. lol. 5 STARS! I highly recommend this restaurant!
Antonella was an amazing, had an amazing experience thanks to her ! She were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. My drink was always full, the food came out just right, and they checked in often without being overbearing.
So you can spend your money anywhere. But rarely do you get what you paid for. This was a pleasant surprise. The grilled shrimp chimney was unique and had plenty of shrimp and fabulous sauce. The vegan tacos had a bunch of flavor and came with rice and beans. The coconut margarita was a first but won’t be the last. Can 100% recommend this for a special night or just a good meal that’s affordable and worth every nickel. Thank you for the wonderful experience 🍻
As always, here is another honest review. Where do I start with Don Julio? The vibe, service, and attention to detail are second to none. The staff is the best and quickest I've seen of any restaurant. The food is fantastic, and Victor, the server, is one of the best. He's our go-to guy. If you are looking for the best Mexican restaurant, then look no further, I promise you. Oh, I almost forgot, both the Salsa chips and music are fire. The classical Salsa music of Hector Lavoe, Eddie Palmieri, and Fania is simply excellent.
Alberto at Don Julio’s went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcomed the entire time. The service was quick, our drinks stayed full, and he had the best recommendations from the menu. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure every detail is perfect, but Alberto nailed it. If you’re dining at Don Julio’s, ask for him—you won’t be disappointed!
First time her Antonella was our server. Food was out of this world. Service indescribable, fast, kind, attentive and knew the menu well. We will be back thank you!
it was our first time & we had julianna as a waitress & we had an amazing time! our appetizer came before she even left our table. 3 min later our margs came then 5 min after that our food came. i had a guava marg & a chicken chimichanga & it was hot & delicious. pleasantly surprised & heavily recommend!!
The service at this Lake Nona restaurant is always exceptional. Our favorite servers, Rodrigo and Guillermo, assisted us and always showed impeccable attention: they are friendly, professional, and always attentive to every detail throughout the visit. Their service makes the experience even more enjoyable and keeps us wanting to come back.
Our server Daniela was awesome from start to finish! She was welcoming the moment we sat down and made us feel right at home. Extremely efficient, friendly, and attentive. She also made great recommendations and kept everything running smoothly. We truly appreciated Daniela and will definitely be coming back! ❤️
Wow this place was Incredible, Delicious & I Loved the vibes. The staff was so friendly & Welcoming. The Food was AMAZING! I ordered the Carne asada and it was cooked to perfection. Very big portions & overall very happy with my experience. Our server Juliana was The best, super friendly & always served us with a smile.
I had such a great experience at Don Julio! The food was delicious and fresh, but what really made the visit stand out was our waitress, Daniella. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we sat down. She checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and had such a positive, friendly attitude the whole time. It’s not often you get service that actually makes the meal even better, but Daniella did just that. If you’re planning to eat at Don Julio, ask for Daniella—you’ll be in great hands!
Absolutely loved our experience at Don Julio Mexican Kitchen! From the moment we walked in, the attention was amazing—friendly staff, quick service, and a great atmosphere. Now, let’s talk about the coconut lemonade… WOW. Hands down, the best I’ve ever had! The flavor was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too tart, just incredibly refreshing. I would honestly come back just for that drink alone. We also ordered some tacos, and they were absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, and everything was well-seasoned. However, the fish tacos were a bit underwhelming—lacking in flavor, which was a shame because everything else was so good. One of my favorite parts of the meal was the chips and salsa they bring to the table. Such a simple thing, but SO well done! The chips were crispy, and the salsa had the perfect kick to it. Overall, this place is a must-visit. Amazing drinks, great food (for the most part), and outstanding service. Can’t wait to come back!
This place was absolutely amazing! Drinks was strong and Amazing! Will definitely come back more often. Updated review Drinks and Guac was amazing. Updated review 12/2/23 Drinks and Appetizers were absolutely amazing I loveeee this place. Walked in after being ignored at kekes across the street. Services was some of the fastest I’ve seen, and the restaurant was busy. Food was excellent, and staff was energetic. Even bought a picture of the wife and I from the roving photographer.
We always go to Don Julio since it’s very close to us but yesterday the food and service was especially amazing! We were taken care of by Angie who did an amazing job. Very genuine, helpful and even wished us a very warm Happy New Year. The kind of service I love and that is sometimes hard to find around the holidays. The food as always was delicious. We will of course be coming back😊
Get together with friends. It was less noisy at this location in Eagle creek than the Waterford location. Food was excellent, but it's bit over priced. $18 for shrimp salad. It was tasty though. Add squeezed lemon and fresh diced jalapeno for the win! Everyone enjoyed their meals. It's good for celebrating in higher end Mexican Restaurant.
The high star rating on Google prompted us to choose this place for lunch. The food and atmosphere did not disappoint. Highly recommend. Don't hesitate to order dessert after your meal. Best way to end a great meal. Heads up: There is a sweet photographer who offered to take out pictures and came back a while later with the framed photos. But $20 per photo was not for us. We appreciate the effort anyway.
We had such a great experience at Don Julio’s in Lake Nona. The restaurant was very clean, and the decor was nice. The Baja fish tacos with rice and refried beans were fresh and flavorful, and the red sangria was perfect. We started with the jalapeño poppers, which were crispy and delicious. My son had a passion fruit margarita and loved it. Our waitress Antonella was the best, very pleasant, attentive, and on point the entire time. Excellent service and food all around. Highly recommend.
I have eaten from Don Julio quite a few times and I must say that this restaurant never misses the mark. Always on point with the food, the flavor, temperature, portions are wonderful. Doesn’t matter if it’s beef, chicken, shrimp or anything else it is lovely all around. The drinks are tasty and not to mention their queso and chips. It’s really all the hype that it’s about. Enjoy!
The chips and salsa were basically as we hit the seats! It was a busy Saturday night - almost fully packed - but our food and drinks came out quickly and tasted great! Definitely on our short list of places to eat the next time that we're in n in the area!
Super clean with a great atmosphere. The music set the perfect vibe, and the service was excellent. Our server Cheka was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the visit. Overall, a great experience and a place we’d definitely come back to.
From start to finish, this place blew me away! The flavors are bold and authentic, and you can tell everything is made with care. The staff (Andrea)were friendly and welcoming, attentive without hovering, and gave great recommendations. The margaritas were strong and delicious, and the portions were generous — excellent value for the quality.
We had a great experience thanks to our server, Juliana. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Juliana was knowledgeable about the menu, gave excellent recommendations, and checked in on us just the right amount. Our food and drinks came out perfectly, and her positive attitude really made the meal even better. Service like hers is the reason we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Juliana!
We want to give a big thank you to Juliana for her spectacular service. From the very beginning, she was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The food was 10/10, absolutely delicious and served perfectly. She was especially kind and patient with the kids, which we truly appreciated, and handled our group with great care and professionalism. Her positive attitude and constant attention made our experience even better. We would definitely come back and hope to be served by Juliana again. Thank you for such an excellent experience!
I had a fantastic experience at Don Julio’s Mexican Restaurant. After a frustrating start to my morning elsewhere, walking in here was a breath of fresh air. I sat at the bar, and my bartender was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Service was fast without feeling rushed, and I felt appreciated as a customer from the moment I sat down. The atmosphere was relaxed, the drinks were great, and the overall experience completely turned my day around. This is how hospitality should feel. I’ll definitely be back, and Don Julio’s has earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend!
Margarita was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. She checked in at just the right times, had a friendly attitude, and made me feel very welcome. Great service like hers really makes a difference, and she definitely helped make my visit enjoyable.
Sara was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. She was quick, professional, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Our experience was even better because of her, excellent service and great customer care. Thank you, Sara! We’ll definitely be back!
Had a really good time at Don Julio Mexican Kitchen . The food was solid, came out fast, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely hit the spot. Shoutout to our waitress Kennedy . she was awesome. Super friendly, checked on us just the right amount, and made the whole experience better. You can tell she actually cares about her tables.
I’m visiting from out of town and just landed 🛬 off the air planes ✈️. We decided to get something to eat and was recommended by an employee from Publix to try them out. The food was good and our waitress. Thank you! She was very nice and helpful 👍🏾
The shrimp ceviche was delicious, not too vinegary and spicy. They didn't skimp on the shrimps on my shrimp fajita and it tastes good too. My husband loved the patron margarita. And the flan for my dessert was smooth. Our server Cesar was attentive and nice, we would definitely be back. Glad that it is in my neighborhood. 🖤
Sara is hands-down one of the best servers I’ve ever had! From the moment she greeted us with a genuine smile, she made the whole table feel taken care of. She’s super attentive without hovering, has perfect timing, and somehow remembered everyone’s little requests.
Literally had to be the best Carne Asada I’ve had in a very long time. The chips and guac were satisfying but the staff and service seemed a bit young, inexperienced and lacking. The Local TV also would rather show right wing news outlets instead of basketball during prime time hours. They don’t offer many drink options outside of alcohol and soda. The lemonade was fountain drink quality instead of in-house which was pretty disappointing.
The food was delicious and the service was great, but it was so loud that I honestly had a hard time enjoying dinner. We asked the waiter why the music is so loud, and they said the owner insists on it, and no other Don Julios has it this loud 🤷🏻♂️ It’s one of the few decent sit down restaurants/bars in Lake Nona, so it’s always always packed - plan to wait a bit. The restaurant is beautiful and modern. Drinks are good and reasonably priced too!
Great Mexican food with very reasonable pricing and a large menu with lots of choices. Everything we tried was flavorful and well prepared. The only downside was that it was very loud inside, so we sat outside. It was a bit cool, but gas heater (right beside our table) wasn’t turned on even after asking. Overall, still a good spot.
Nice atmosphere, beautiful place to hang out with friends and have few drinks. There is plenty room and we didn’t wait to be sit in a Friday night. The food is not that special, don’t get me wrong, is good but not close to be the best Mexican food that I ever tried. Drinks and very good. Definitely will be back.
We always have a great experience at Don Julio, but this was our first time being served by Antonella & she was wonderful. She was kind, attentive, & made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Even though my steak wasn’t as perfect as usual this time, I still enjoyed everything else because the service truly made the difference. Thank u, Antonella, for taking such good care of us. We’ll definitely be back! 🤗
Must of the time, I Enjoy the Food at the Restaurante, but today was one of those days that the place was super busy even when it was Thursday night and the Food was not the best….. The Pull Fried Pork called Carnitas Was super greasy and with a lot of big pieces of fat mixed with the meat. When the dish supposed to be just pure meat inside. I understand that the fat give flavor, but just for taste and when you cook the meat. But you don’t serve these to a customer in a dish, because is super disgusting and bad taste. We’ll ruin my night that was my mother’s birthday and she came from Mexico to visit me and she love the real Good Mexican food. Sad….
Good day all. (Mask was required) there were four people in our group it was a Saturday night and there was a short wait to enter about 15 min. They give you the small beeping disk to call you when read to be seated. The inside waiting area is closed due to covid19 so waiting is outside only. The outside of the restaurant looks very modern and well kept. There are tables with umbrella and chairs open for use while waiting to be called. The place isn't done up in the traditional Mexican theme but the small of food cooking tells you exactly where you are. At Our table the hostess pointed out the phone bar scan option to get E menu's was different. Our waiter was nice clean and knowledgeable about the menu. Our drink orders were frozen margaritas with lemon. They arrived very quickly and were tasty and surprisingly strong. Food orders arrived quickly and with everything still hot and without a mistake. Our server was attentive but not in your face more then needed. The food portion was just ample and satisfying. My only complaint is the rice is clearly a one cup serving and takes away the home cooked feeding. The price was reasonable for the amount. It was a nice experience..
Our first time here and really didn't see what the "fuss" was about. We thought the food was very average. Our waitress told me veggies in my burrito would be an additional 1.99 but ended up being 4.50 when the bill came (which I would never have agreed to) and the veggies ended up being a broccoli/cauliflower/carrot/squash medley which I would have NEVER ordered in a burrito. When I confronted the waitress she said "the price must have increased, there's nothing I can do and if you wanted fajita veggies instead of broccoli you should have requested it". I ate it regardless and just pulled the vegetables out since she would not fix it. It is also very loud in the restaurant, sit outside if you can. There are better Mexican choices in the area, we will not be returning.
To noisy for us hard to hear anything the music is loud. The food was good the service was meh..we were eating our meal whilst waiting on our drinks the waitress semned uninterested we never did get our soft drinks I guess she forgot but changed us anyway I pointed it out to her. When we first got our seat the waitress was speaking with the hotess it appeared she wasn't happy with another table to Handel this was my experience it happens.
The prettiest of all the Don Julios, but the worst food I have had at all the locations. I had to send back my salmon verracruzano so many times and they still didnt get it right, so I just wound up settling. The salmon was bland and I asked them for the dry rub and they just grilled it with no dry rub spices on it at all.
Food and margs were good but the service was terrible. Not going to call anyone out but they took way too long for drinks and only went by once to fill up water. We were almost finished with our food and they finally came with water. They then brought out the drinks and we were already done with our food. The other tables appeared to be getting seated and served properly so it might have just been our waiter.
Reservation can only be made the day before. Which is frustrating, I called ahead and they said they had immediate seating with no wait and plenty of open seats. So I drove over there and it was a 45 minute wait when I got there. I didn't see busses outside dropping people off so it doesn't make since. The food was good and the staff was nice. But it's just not worth the hassle. This was not my first attempt to eat here, the first time I just left because of the wait time.
Went here for dinner and had a horrible experience. We got sat at a booth near the bar and there was a water drop that wouldnt stop landing on us from the ceiling. We told the server about it and she said they couldnt do anything about it because thats how it was. The music was so extremely loud, i actually left with a headache. It was so overwhelming. We ordered a tbone steak because the server said it was a “special” but there was nothing special about it. It was super hard and dry. Also ordered a steak fajita and the steak was so nasty. The steak was bulky and chewy , so gross. Never coming back here. The server only recommended the most expensive margaritas because the cheaper ones “werent good enough”. They only care about driving up the bill in this place. Stay away from this place , lake nona has other places much more worth your buck.
