Best birria ramen I've had in the area so far, The meat was soft and tender. The portion size was perfect and the flavor was there I had the lunch portion for 12 bucks but definitely worth it. Will definitely be back to this area and the food hall. Definitely a good date night stop.

Different, fun, fresh, tasty, crunchy, savory and excellent presentation! Surprisingly not heavy. We tried the ramen noodles (chicken) which was super flavorful and with tons of chicken, chicken epinadas (crust was flaky & fresh) was oozing with cheese, and finally the beef birria taco (that’s the tall one!). Go hungerryyy!

If i should give them a 10/10 i would!! the reviews below don’t add up to my own experience!! from the service to the food was outstanding!! this spot is a must visit when you are craving anything BIRRIA or tacos, they have eggs rolls, empanadas and so much more tacooosss!! fiireee!!!

My favorite out of the stalls we tried at the Great Southern Box Company! I don't see birria ramen too often, so I gave theirs a try, and it was on point. Plenty of meat in the bowl, and the noodles weren't too overcooked. I'll have to try the tacos next time. Service was friendly, and I'd say the price was reasonable here.

The birra quesadilla has an awesome cheese crust. The birra empanadas are flavorful with a nice dough outside. The churritos have a great balance of sweetness with the Nutella. Also the egg roll are delicious. Everything is a must try. I can wait to try the rest of the menu.

Just had the chips and salsa, but they were delicious! The chips were crispy. The salsa is to die for.. it was a little bit spicy, but the cilantro and cotija really added so much flavor. I'd go again just for them!

This birria was flavorful and rich. The way the dishes are cooked maintains the great birria taste and textures but also accomplishes it without it becoming soggy which I’ve noted at other places. My partner loved the birria quesadilla but I think the Birria Empanadas were probably my favorite. The empanada, egg roll, ramen and rice bowls are such innovative ways to serve birria, and I hope to try all the other versions next time. The location is clean, welcoming, and a good atmosphere. customer service is wonderful. Recommending to family and friends immediately!

Attention!! They are not real Birria tacos. You want real Birria tacos visit las cazuelas. Their prices are outrageous for the amount of food you get. $50.00 for 3 tacos, one quesadilla and churro. Also I can get bigger churros at Disney for the same price.
