Customers rave about the variety and freshness of the buffet, especially the seafood. However, some customers have reported issues with cleanliness (greasy floors) and service (included gratuity, change not returned). Food quality is good, but not excellent.
Tip: The buffet offers a wide selection of dishes, including fresh sushi and various seafood preparations. Be aware that gratuity may be included in the bill.
The sushi is incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, with vibrant colors that make it irresistible. Each bite is perfectly balanced and full of flavor—I’ll definitely be coming back for more.
Craving wonton soup and sushi. Found this place for lunch. Great food for the price. Clams Mussels soup and sushi were my favorite. I didn't even try most of what they offered. You would pay that for just one sushi roll elsewhere. My waitress was always there clearing my table, and very nice. I'll go back again when I'm in the area
I love this place. I’m from Texas and None of the buffets (although very good) come close to the great options this place has! Food is coming out left and right and they stay on top of the food game. Servers were friendly and attentive. Clean overall and bathrooms were clean too. We went on a Saturday and seafood lunch was 10.99!!!! For two adults with waters it’s right around twenty and we left a generous tip because we really enjoyed this place! Give it a try! I had so many options for once I didn’t try the sushi but I bet it was amazing! The only con is parking is a little bit scarce and I don’t like parking in the back but we eventually moved the car to the front and ate in peace. Definitely coming back when we come to Orlando!
Good Food, Good People, 'nough said! I've been there twice and I'm a fan of all you can eat Japanese. You can also have Chinese, or Hibachi! All you can drink Soda, or tea. Amusement Park Across the street, Souvenirs, Ice and Gift Shops Next door. Great Staff! Friendly, Kind people who check on you. Very Humble! Do date night, parties, celebrations or just out and about. Sit and chill. Clean, Cooked Caring And Colorful! 'nough said!
Lots of seafood and sushi options and they have a hibachi style grill where you can ask the chef to cook your food. Desserts bar is great! The dinner price is $17.99/adult.
The food is amazing. If your like me and want to get your money's worth, this is the place for sure.
The staff were very attentive and prompt, tables were clean and tidy. The only reason for 4 stars with the food was because most of it was cold before I sat back at the table. The heating pots were on and hot (steam was coming around the edges) but food didn't stay hot for long enough.
They have different varieties of food and the seafood like crawfish and other like shrimp were hot and fresh the waiters were good I recommend this place it is really good .
We were sat quickly, there were plenty of fresh choices. Left with full bellies. Waiter was attentive to drink refills and picking up dirty plates.
I had the pleasure of dining at Hokkaido Buffet today and was thoroughly impressed. The food quality was excellent, offering a wide variety of authentic Chinese and Japanese dishes that were both flavorful and fresh. The overall hospitality added to the experience, but what truly made my visit stand out was the warm and professional welcome from the front desk staff—especially Ann. Her genuine kindness and attentive attitude set the tone for a wonderful meal. I truly appreciate her service and will definitely recommend this place to friends in the future. Thank you again!
Excellent place to share a dinner with family and / or friends. The service is great.. Recommended 100%
Great price! Awesome customer service! Huge selection of choices! This is now my favorite place to eat in Kissimmee. We will have to try their lunch menu as it is an even better deal. They do have a 2-hour limit on dining, but that's plenty of time. If you are in the area you should definitely give this one a try. My favorite part is the Hibachi. You put what you want on a plate and they cook it right in front of you!
Thanks for a great visit - we will be back next week before we head home so I can update my review then! I read through quite a few reviews and disagree with the negative comments, the staff have been great, and the food too. The price is ridiculous for what you get, and obviously not every dish hits the spot, but generally very good. We were particularly impressed with the Pak Choi & Habachi Grill. Michelle was our server and she was lovely. Update to follow ...
Absolutely! Here’s an updated version of the review with Lin and Ann mentioned and a warm tone throughout: ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Weekly Favorite! Amazing Food & Even Better People Hokkaido Chinese Buffet has become my go-to spot—I eat there at least once a week with my friend, and sometimes we bring others along because it’s just that good. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and the variety is unbeatable. From sushi and hibachi to seafood and all the Chinese classics, there’s something for everyone. I especially love their crab legs, stir-fry bar, and the tasty desserts. It’s all well-prepared and constantly restocked. But what really makes Hokkaido stand out is the staff. Lin and Ann always greet us with such a warm smile that it feels like coming home. Their hospitality, along with the kindness and attentiveness of the rest of the team, keeps us coming back. They remember us, treat us like family, and genuinely make the whole experience better. If you’re looking for delicious food and a place that makes you feel welcome every time, Hokkaido is it. Highly recommended!
Best spicy crawfish I’ve had in years at a buffet. Everything was really good (salty yep) but full of flavor. Idk what the bad reviews about the food taste are about. My advice is do what we did, look at the pic and if it’s something you normally get down with, ex: head on fried shrimp, go here you won’t be disappointed. Everything we saw in people’s pics and why we went hit the spot. Even the hot oil was good. Service was good to. As far as cleanliness… it’s a Chinese buffet…
Hokkaido is the best Asian buffet we have found in Kissimmee. They have an excellent variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes, seafood, hibachi, sushi, and more. The ingredients at the hibachi grill all looked very fresh. Sushi was fresh, very well made, and several varieties were available, both raw and cooked. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. At only $10.99 for their weekend lunch buffet, Hokkaido is also a good value. We will definitely be back.
Good variety of foods, appwtizers, sides, desserts, etc. Hibachi make your own plate from plenty of choices and they cook it for you. Chicken, beef, fish, shrimp and variety of veggies to put together to hand over to the hibachi cook to make it for you. Sushi rolls buffet starion. Several buffet stations of hot and cold food options. Ice cream, dessert buffet as well.
Great place for seafood lovers. Variety of food was good. It was very busy, so there was fresh food. They have a hibachi station. They are a few things that need improvement. The ice cream in the fridge seems freezer burn, like it was melted and then frozen again. The bucket that held the ice cream scoops was dirty. The pipe with the running water needs to clean, it was dirty. The fries are terrible, too dry and paper like. There was hardly any label for the food, I had to ask to know what was there. Other than that food was good.
We enjoy coming here as a family with kids. The environment is casual and kid-friendly, and the staff are understanding when it gets a little noisy. A nice option for families looking for a comfortable buffet.
Great for the whole family !! We are a family of picky eaters- one vegan, one gluten free, and three generally very picky eaters. This all you can eat buffet had options for all of us. They offered sushi, meats, pasta, hibachi, soup, Asian rolls, and ice cream to name a few. For me as a vegan, I started with some fruits like cantaloupe and edamame. Then, I made my plate for a vegetable hibachi. The chef asked if I wanted meat and I said no, that I was vegan. He offered tofu - that another chef went to the back to get for me. He waited until the other hibachi’s were finished (with meat), cleaned the flat top, and then proceeded to cook my vegan meal. I was highly impressed! I also ready enjoyed the vegetable rolls and hot and sour soup. They had a variety of ice cream flavors- from mint chocolate chip to sherbet, but they all contained dairy. Very large venue with lots of seating and easily accepts large groups. We went on a Wednesday evening around 5 PM and had no wait. The servers didn’t talk much, but they were nice and cleaned up immediately after we finished each plate.
Fantastic buffet, endless, shrimp and other seafood dishes plenty, prob best chinese or any buffet I've had since the days of the pandemic. We ate on Wednesday April 18th dinner 17.99 pee adult. Sushi bar, fresh grill and the best pot roast I've ever had. Try a look, if you don't trust the reviews, go in and see for yourself. Thx, a very satisfied Canadian
This is one of the best buffets in the Kissimmee/ Orlando area. The food was fresh, hot, and seasoned to perfection 😀 The inside and outside are well taken care of. Even the restrooms are immaculate! I loved that they have a hibachi and sushi bar! It's always my favorite part of a Chinese buffet. They have a sign for a party room but I forgot to inquire about that. I'll keep you posted. If you're in the area and have a good appetite, I'd say give this place a try. I highly recommend it!
LIU. was our server Thursday night and he was great picked up plates when he seen we was done he was very friendly and a all around good vibe.. if u come here I would recommend him 10/10!! Great job LIU!!!
This Buffet is the best of the best. Fresh, Hot, Delicious. I always get there early for lunch while they are bringing the food out, And thank the staff for cleaning cases of green beans. THEY CARE HERE to give you a fresh tasty buffet. I am glad they survived the covid. And hope you all get out to support them! The food here is hot , fresh , and tasty, even with covid-19 they manage to make you feel safe here by offering disposable plates, silverware, everyone masked, you must wear gloves provided to go thru one way buffet line. Well thought out to be safe, and everything fresh and delicious! This has always been my favorite place, and now is the time to try it while it is not too crowded. They open 11am and are all set up then!
This Chinese and Japanese buffet is a great place to enjoy a wide variety of food at a reasonable price. The buffet offers many flavorful Chinese dishes, a large selection of fresh sushi, and seafood options that are well prepared and satisfying. Everything we tried tasted fresh and delicious. The sushi area has many choices, and the rolls are made with fresh ingredients. The buffet is clean, organized, and constantly refilled, which makes the dining experience very enjoyable. The staff is friendly, polite, and always attentive to customers’ needs. The restaurant has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for family dinners or group gatherings. Overall, this is an excellent buffet with great food, good service, and very good value. Highly recommended.
Delicioso . Mucho de que escoger u todo Rico .
¡Simplemente genial!
Went here for dinner on a Tuesday night. Got a table right away. The buffet is really big. They have a huge sushi section. Different kinds of shrimp, noodles, fried foods, soups and dumplings. Their dessert section is small but they have different ice cream choices.
Monday lunch and I should know better than to do this to myself but I was hungry and this is here. And yes, this was one of the better Chinese buffets with a really nice display of sushi, clean steam tables and a clean restaurant. Protein options were very good with a few items not completely swimming in sweet sauce. My waiter was great at clearing dirty plates and keeping my water glass refilled. This was a good meal. I left stuffed.
In general, food was good and aplenty. We liked it. Good: Options and range of food are good, and service is pretty reasonable too. We got place to sit fairly quickly as a walk in dine in. Location is fairly accesible. Could be better: Quite a few of the food option could be warmer, and bars could be refilled sooner. Also the hibachi noodles place closed earlier than we expected without notice. Sushi quality can be improved as well. Overall—good buffet options and you will leave the place full.
Better than the competition! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The place was cleaner and had a much better ambiance than the competition a block away. I had been at the other Japanese Buffet many times in the past year and half so to me having another option was a welcomed surprise. Unlike the other place (Ichiban) this restaurant had a Hibachi table. The food was good, but I’m having issues with determining which sushi is better. I think, because I felt more comfortable here, i was able to enjoy the food better. Definitely, I will go back.
Went here for dinner the day b4 my birthday they had most of the food I enjoyed , ate my fill and left
4 stars because i didn't get to try a lot of different dishes while I was there since we had kids with us. But I had the crabs and it was delish (the claws are huge with a lot of crab meat so dont forget to ask the waitress for crab opener) the fried rice and pizza was really good as well, cuz the kid went back for seconds. The only thing that I was a bit annoyed with was that the waitress brought out our bill when we didn't ask for it. I guess that's their way of kicking us out? Kids didnt eat much because they were too exhausted from disney world. Adults dinner was $17.99. Price was pretty decent. Saving tip: they have business cards at the counter that will give you 10% discount, so grab it before paying. We'll definitely come back here next time we are in Kissimmee!
Regular Chinese buffet, food is good. Just wish that all items were marked properly along with calories amount per serving
It was about 8pm. Some sushi pieces were good but the rice was stale on others. The rest of the food was good.
The price is good and the variety is great! To me though a lot of the food lacked a lot of flavor. Place was clean, service was prompt, and it was a busy Sunday but didn't feel rushed and they kept the buffet quite full too. Overall compared to a lot of the jumbo variety Chinese and Japanese buffets this one was rather good and not a bad price! Good if in the area and want lots of food fast.
A perfect place for Chinese and Japanese food in Kissimmee, FL (near Orlando). This place is quite inexpensive ($8.99 for buffet lunch). Different varieties of food items including fresh seafood ( raw or cooked), sushi, grilled hibachi and many more. The place could me more clean.
Some of the food was great some tasted like it sat out all day and dried out. The noodles and Mac and cheese were good as well as their spring rolls. Stand clear of the mini crabs, the inside was very mushy. It was 15.99$ per person for the buffet. So glad their water didn't taste like trap water!
Saw the advertisements showing negiri sushi (ねぎり寿司🍣), which is our favorite. With a Japanese city as the name-sake, 北海道、we expected an assortment of other Japanese food, so we selected this place. Sadly, the only sushi they had was roll type, called maki zushi and uramaki zushi in Japanese. For those of us who’ve lived and worked in Japan, this is not real sushi. Lost a star there. The other food was more Chinese than Japanese, so lost a half star there. The server did not deliver my Sapporo beer- I had to go to the drink area and ask. Lost half a star there. On the other hand, the price was reasonable and variety of food was impressive. Gained back a star there. There were three types of clams for example. Steamed buns, crab legs, and clams must be good because we saw customers hoarding plate-loads of these three items as if they were training for an eating contest. Ice cream was way way way too soft.
Great food and variety with sushi (different options), seafood in several ways(fried, steamed, tempura), tempura items, orange chicken, orange pork, dumplings, soup, tacos, fries, onion rings, desserts and ice cream. The cost is about$18 USD per person. It's a great buffet (all you can eat) and it's not crowded.
This was my go to spot for lunch. They recently raised the lunch rate it's now 10.99. Kind of pricey but the quality is very good. The hibachi grill is great and items are always fresh. There are plenty of seafood items which are also fresh and good tasting. There are buffets a dime a dozen in this area however this location has lots of space and adequate service. They also have more variety of foods than others. For example there are pork buns here , something you don't normally see at other buffets in the area. The sushi selection is also vast. What's interesting is that the items remain the same for dinner as lunch. So the real bargain is lunch time here.
Very good for the price of weekday lunch, only &12.99. Do not compare this to your $30.00 meal. Its a solid place w reasonable good food and excellent service. Great waiters and waitresses. Food are mostly above average and hot. Many choices of hot, cold, soup, hibachi..etc It may be one of the best value in the area.
My spouse loved the sushi, sashimi, shrimp and oysters. A lot of other "fins and scales" choices for me on the buffet. Great value great service.
Food was ok. Was really busy during our visit so food finished really quickly. Not that big assortment as another buffets. Ice-cream was great 👍🏻 Serving was great. Place was cold Open Christmas We pay $17.99 for adult and $13.99 for kid Server give us senior discount on the end
We have eaten here twice now, a few months apart. Same quality food. The service was great, the food was bland. Most dishes were overcooked and some downright crunchy and tough to chew and eat. It's an average Asian buffet with all the typical and usual items you come to expect. The steam buns were disappointing. This buffet is not great, but also not terrible. Just average. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat at an Asian buffet in the area, it'll do. If you have more time to research and find a better place, please do.
The waitress was top notch. The food was okay, but very hard. I believe most was overcooked or either old. Sushi bar was delicious, but had a very rude hibachi staff member. Price was reasonable. We enjoyed our visit, but would not recommend or return.
This buffet is pretty ok just don't go on Sundays as that's the only day the don't offer the lunch buffet. It's dinner all day no matter how early you go
Every time we come, the food gets worse and worse. Dry food way overcooked or are way undercooked. Servers are rude. They don't speak to you half the time until it's time to pay or tip.
Is a okay buffet with nice price. They have a variety of food and nice hibachi. There was a variety of sea food but a lack of meats or chicken variety though, great for sea food lovers. The place looks a bit old and the stations can look a bit messy (cause tye place was full this is normal from constant visit of people). Food taste okay, nothing mouthwatering but it taste okay and is satisfying.
Treat employees better they get hit with a large inconsistent batch of customers and it shows that they are stressed. The dining experience was better than some restaurants, but missing the charming atmosphere of a cozy inviting restaurant.
Great amount of options, especially all types of meat & fish. Veggie options were limited, but tasty for the most part. Service was good and the staff was really good at taking away used plates and utensils. I recommend a try.
Good food for the price. Service was excellent very attentive decor atmosphere lacked seemed rundown.
I can’t rate this buffet with a higher score. Food is below average in quality, it is felt in taste, this buffet has the same problem as everyone else - the rolls have a slightly strange smell and cream cheese is very cheap. The rice has a lot of soy sauce and also a strange smell... stop spoiling the rice. Broccoli are not raw. The service is good.
Pretty good sushi for a buffet. 12.99 lunch is a good price for this area. Custard buns and soups were good. I think they cook all their proteins at too high of a heat because it was all dry and/or hard even though it had just come out. I really didn’t enjoy a lot of things that I usually do at buffets. I tried to try a little bit of everything. Mostly filled up on sushi and linguine and shrimp although overcooked. My server was great but the lady checking me out just gave me a dead pan death stare. Probably because I ate so much.
Price was similar to other buffet. Atmosphere also very similar to other buffet style set ups. Food was okay. The place was dirty needs a good cleaning in dinning area. My biggest complaint was server was grouchy, she may be having a bad day or something but not attentive, and making faces of annoyance when asking questions. It was hard leaving a tip but the other server was really nice. Would not return. I would note there is a 10% off coupon in a booklet I got locally at walmart
Our visit the other day on Sunday June 22, 2025 was our first time here at this location. We were excited because the other location was fabulous. We showed up at 11:05 AM and they opened up at 11 o’clock. There was barely anything ready and cooked on the buffet and it took nearly until 12:10 PM for them to the majority of the items out on the buffet tables everyone was standing around waiting, and it was very disheartening because you would think a business would have everything cooked and ready to go when the restaurant opened so we waited around and we’re able to try a few things, but it took forever to get all of the items out so sadly, we didn’t get to try what we wanted to try and most likely we won’t be returning because of that. This was never a problem at the other location. Everything was hot and ready as soon as the doors opened.
I was visiting from Los Angeles and came to this place 2 times during my stay in orlando. The food was not to bad. I did love the salmon but the staff never refilled a lot of the food and that is not enjoyable. During my second trip I was getting some food and notice something near the salad bar. I took some photos and from what it looks like there are fruit flys. When I saw that I could not eat the eggs(they are my favorite things to add to my meal. I am not very sure if I will ever go back to this place but who knows if things will change. The staff was ok but there were times they never came to fill are drinks. We felt rush being there even when we had plenty of time to have a good meal.
Okay, the wings? Crappy. Fried rice? You can barely taste it! The food did NOT taste good. The only good thing was the ice cream. They also had rigged claw machines, so me and my family pretty much wasted all our quarters.🫤 The place itself? It didn’t really look too nice in my opinion. Also, for the hibachi they didn’t have a lot and couldn’t cook that good.
Very crowded and loud not alot of food choices. unorganized food labels, cross contamination at the habachi bar. food runners not wearing gloves. As we were entering, the sushi bar had hair and no sushi. Hopefully things will change and this place will become the price it's worth.
Nasty! The food was terrible when it 1st open it was real good. I will never go there again spent $31.00 for nothing. The fried shrimp was greasy and taste like it was old. The fried crabs was cold and look like it has been sitting for a while. The crawfish was mushy I spit it out in a napkin. I was so upset I should have went to another restaurant. I was so frustrated because the food was terrible.
I ate lunch around 12:30 PM. The food was cooked, bit cold. Some of the tables were putting out steam, but the food was between room temperature and cold. Maybe they didn't turn the warming tables on early enough before they opened.
Went for birthday dinner with my kids. Party of 7. Nice looking place inside. Food looks great and smells amazing but lacks in flavor. Staff was not too friendly. Upon paying for check with a card a tip was demanded. We were going to tip in cash but I’m petty sure we were cursed out in Japanese as they were trying to rush us off the table. It is a buffer but we were never offered drink refills and no one came to check on us. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for good food.
Place was not the best not a big variety of choices. There were flies everywhere. In the fried shrimp on the cake, around the cookies. There where some good things tho the water taste fresh but gave us old slices of lemon on the side. The orange slices were good and the oysters were yummy The price was good
To who may concern!!! The food is not fresh all the shrimp or crab are dry and cold !! The fried chicken, mozzarella too is cold and not fresh !! The sushi just with the presentation you would notice is not gonna taste good!! this place I do not recommended to come, I told the employee I was not Happy just tell him the food is not fresh and him tell me that’s my problem!! IF I CAN I WOULD TELL EVERYONE BEWARE AND DONT COME HERE VISIT OTHER RESTAURANT AROUND .. Please be safety and eat on other place thanks for read
They open at 11 we went in waited 10mins the workers just looked at us but no one said anything to us. On top of the bad service they are charging $18 for adults and $11 for kids all day on weekends.
The food was cold and tasted old. The diner price is $20 and barely have anything good. Not worth it all at. My fiancé and I felt nauseous afterwards. I normally don’t due reviews but after spending $100 on no good food I had too. So disappointed
Probably the worst Chinese food ever! Tourest driven, must be fake reviews. Cheap, yes, food, spent our night in the bathroom, wife is still suffering. Imagine a place driven solely by the thought that their customers are all tourists (with the exception of the unwary local like myself) and they will never see the again. Provide the cheapest quality, quickest prep, and if it spoils, mix it with the new.
Food was cold, hard, terrible. Lady likes to argue with ppl. She said well I haven’t had any other complaints so it’s good food. I said well I’m ur first
If they close at 10:30 and we arrive at 9:50, why did the Chinese guy at the entrance, so annoyed, tell us so with a sour face and grimaces? If you don't like your job, then find another one. I brought my friends on vacation to find this. Thanks for ruining our evening. Obviously, we're gone, and I'm not going back.
The only good thing I can say is my kids liked it 🤣 they loved to be able to grab sushi and dessert as much as possible. The floor was greasy and everything felt a little dirty. The food choices were ok. But I def have had better. The bathrooms were absolutely gross. The toilets are so dirty and the sinks looks like there’s stains all over it. Doesn’t look clean what so ever. You slide all over the place while trying to get food. Hoping and praying you don’t bust your butt and hurt yourself spilling food everywhere. Don’t waste your money
The atmosphere was nice. The lady at the front host stand was sweet. The waitress didn’t speak and she asked for a refill when he was holding his drink about take a drink when she took it out of his hand to refill. The food was rubbish and they didn’t have a salad bar. If you don’t eat seafood don’t come because they don’t have a enough for you to get a plate
I was very disappointed with this place, my son saw the high reviews and we went there. The food was old, like made the day before and then reheated. The fish had a bad smell and taste to it, I'm glad I didn't get sick... most of the trays were empty or had bits and pieces in it (See photo) My son and I will not be going back to this place... The one good thing about this place was that the waitress was very nice.
The food was horrible. The hibachi was a total joke. It literally had imitation crab meat and a few vegetables with no chicken, pork, steak or shrimp. All the food was not fresh at all and we got terrible service at the restaurant. I would recommend going 5 minutes away to Ichiban
Do not eat here, they will take money out of your account without your permission. First time trying it out went for the lunch buffet it was 12.99 plus tax when I look at my statement. Sam took out almost $18 off my card. Then when I took the receipt back up there. The guy lied and said that they didn't do such a thing. I showed them a picture. He claims that my bank did it and I asked for the manager he said that the manager was not in. I asked for the original receipt they printed out another one I said no I needed the receipt that had my scratch out on it from earlier. He demanded with force to give him the ticket back, almost knocking me down by blocking the door way. I will not be returning to this place again. And here are the pics of the two, banks don't take extra money out of your card unless you leave a tip, and which I didn't because the server was not good the server was the same guy that tried to block me. I also called back the next day and ask for the owner of the restaurant and the same girl that works up front in the pic, was the same one that answered and kept saying she was the manager. Then she kept hanging up on me, and told me not to call anymore. The Lord says Vengeance Is Mines, you will reap what you sow. What you do to people will come back to you because karma is real. People work hard for their money and one day you will regret your actions 😡🤬
So the bathroom smelled so bad, urine as in heavy. The main area where we ate, smelled like feet the entire time, and to top it all off my wife's plate seemed to have a bug in it. When I brought the attention to the manager she assured me, iT was part of the mushroom that was in my wife's plate. I have enclosed the picture and you guys can be the judge. Then I asked to be discounted, which I shouldn't had paid at all, but I was kind, and the bill was 2 whole dollars less. Was a favorite of mine, but will no longer eat here.
By far the worst place I have eaten, the smell of fish turned my stomach when I walked through the door, then at 7:00 pm the food looks and tasted like it had been on the buffet since lunch..... Save yourself the time and money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This place should be called "Rock Bottom" because that's where you are if you decide to go here. Due to "Covid" they have an excuse to be lazy. They aren't serving the higher quality food even for dinner on a Saturday night. Bad sushi, no sashimi, no snow crab, several empty bars. It cost use $41 for 2 adults and a 4 year old. It honestly wasn't worth $20. They automatically charge you a 10% tip. That reflected when I had to chase down our server to get a water refill. She got paid whether she gave good service or not. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to go here based on past reviews and photos of awesome looking sushi and hibatchi options. Both of these were a major disappointment. I feel like I got ripped off. I could have gotten to-go chinese for $20 that would have been much tastier. My pictures I took (6:30 pm on a Saturday) were of empty bars include 2 bars that are normally sushi and hibatchi. Don't go here.
Just finished eating there. Literally everything I tried tasted old or literally disgusting. Hibachi steak meat looked slimey and gray. Once cooked was nasty smelling and rubbery. I couldn't even swallow the food. Please don't waste your time or money. $101 for 5 people was a joke. $10 would have been to much. Once we got to the pay station I wrote no tip because it was literal trash. The lady at the register seen that and I said no because food was bad. She then started cussing at me in front of the whole restaurant. 1000 percent worst food I've ate. I would leave negative stars of possible. Also. Felt like I walked out of a hot car back into a hot car to eat. Should've known that was a bad recipe. Had high hopes off the reviews. Trash
Service was nice and the Hibachi chef was friendly, but that's about it. The food was tasteless, dry and looks like it's been out there for awhile. For $18.99, you're better off paying the extra $2 at Kizuna and get awesome food. Until they change for the better, this place is not with your money and your time.
For the first time in over five years the hot food was cold and crabs 🦀 over cooked. The girl who gives us our sodas gave us 🍒 coke instead of pepsi. Food that supposed to be hot wasn't. Cheese sticks was cold 🥶 just as much as most of the hot food. Never again, that we will come back here again. Such a waist of money 💰.
Want free food? Keep reading. I mean no exaggeration when I say this, do not eat here. Probably my worst experience to date. I brought my family here yesterday after school and upon entering, no greeting from any staff. The girl at the podium took us to our table, sat down silverware and left. Didnt ask our drink order or say a word to us so we went to get our plates thinking they would atleast bring waters. Nope. 5 minutes into sitting down and Im looking around for a hostess. This place is dead, other than the couple sitting behind us and im confused why the customer service is crappy. But I see more than 5 people on staff. Every single worker i laid eyes on was ON THEIR PHONE. Close to the end they cleared our plates and brought us the bill. I set my card on the bill to pay. Waited forever until we got up to go to the exit and pay at the counter as we were heading out. I go to the counter, try to hand the girls there my receipt and card to pay. They didnt take it. Know why? They were both on their phone and gossiping with one another. Both made eye contact with us standing there, bill in hand, and just proceeded about their day like we didnt exist. So I walked my family to my car without paying. They didnt want to take my payment at several parts of this process, my business wasnt worthy enough for any of this staff to take my money so I didnt mind walking out without paying. I will use it to eat at a better establishment. So I guess thank you for the awful service and the terrible food I didnt have to pay for. Ice cream was good though.
if I could leave zero reviews for this place, I would do yourself a favor. Do not go here. First off dinner prices are all day long on Saturday and Sunday. The food is all cold and super freaking disgusting they don’t have good customer service they could care less about their food or anything you have to say.!!!! Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else! spent over $100 and everything was cold when I speak with the manager, since the manager wasn’t there, they sent a teenager to talk to me talk about professional! GROSS!!!!!😩🤮
The floor is greasy, I couldn't walk because I kept slipping! The food isn't fresh, and the waiter wouldn't give me my change! I'm not going back to that place! Oh, and the smell of old grease! They should inspect the place.
