Tip: If you have time, visit the CityWalk location for the most flavorful and fresh food.
We love eating here staff is so friendly. Quesadillas veg options were the best. And nachos omg just loved it. When you look for healthy options Moe’s southwest grill is the best and affordable option for you to choose.

It was our first Moe's experience, and it was good! My "Homewrecker" burrito was very tasty. IMO a much better restaurant choice than most options inside the Universal theme parks.
Came by Saturday night was really busy but the experience was amazing thank you niya to helping me out to order your male manager was helping her out! Got my food was great your employee Christopher was great really helpful too, Maria the manager was amazing I really recommend this place it a must and free refills yay me
I stop by today and got a burrito, great choice and the services were excellent niyah and Nichole were amazing, I will def come back for sure. Great food and great people. Also you Spanish female manager she was busy, I could not talk to her but amazing thank you!
The service was fast and friendly. The lines in other restaurants were long and slow pace. The staff worked together to take care of the customers. Definitely good experience with the amount traffic they get at City Walk.
This place was a life saver on our Universal Studios honeymoon! After soooo much greasy food in the parks and a bit too much alcohol, moe’s came in clutch with veggies, tofu, rice, fresh lettuce, etc. It was delicious and filling. The location gets super busy at peak times and there can be a wait in line, but the staff all works their butts off. Huge shoutout to Jade, who checked us out both times we ate here and made sure we had salsa, silverware, and water
Joe, the manager, was great and super helpful! When we showed up to try the breakfast burrito (which was pretty good), we were waiting a few minutes to be served, but Joe came out and did everything for us.
This Moe’s doesn’t skimp out on any protein, queso or guac! They practically gave me 2-3x the amount of every ingredient! My nachos were truly loaded! Never been to Moe’s that gives you so much queso! Love this one
Some of the best food I’ve came in contact with! From the customer service, to the queso, all the way down to their bowl, I AM OVERLY SATISFIED. The speediness was swift & the food was fresh! It was my first time coming across a Moe’s & it will not be my last!
As someone who eats a plant based diet it can be pretty hard to find accommodations and competent staff to handle my allergy needs. None of the other fast food restaurants in City Walk had any options for me and my girlfriend. But thanks to Moes I didn’t have to starve or spend loads of money. My experience started with Niyah who informed me they had run out of tofu but was quick to make sure more was made fresh for us. As we went down the line we interacted with Todd and Matthew. I was prepared to ask for them to change their gloves but after informing Todd I had a dairy allergy, he immediately washed his hands and changed his gloves without prompting it and labeled my burrito as an allergy. Matthew took charge of handling our food so Todd wouldn’t have to spend more time washing his hands and changing gloves. It was so pleasant to see the staff abiding by simple cleanliness standards. As I moved down the line I talked with Bianca and Nichole who made my checkout a breeze. Also by the register was Ellie who answered any and all of my allergy questions with confidence. It’s always so wonderful to speak with employees who are knowledgeable about their product, and it gives me peace of mind eating in their establishment. I wanted to take the time to thank each and every person on staff tonight for being so kind. Have a happy holiday!
My experience at Moes was amazing, the food was wonderful, the staff was so accommodating with my requests. I was especially grateful to the owener Joe who assisted me in helping me rapidly resolve an immediate concern I had in if i’d my wallet. I will absolutely be returning to this location, the vibes we immaculate and the food was delicious.
I have many happy memories of going to Moe's when I was younger. We'd go every Tuesday after my theatre classes because it was close, and had amazing food. My family was devastated when our beloved local Moe's shut down. And so, we of course had to get Moe's when we went to universal. It was nice to have a nostalgic meal with my family here! Thank you!
Recently ate here at Moe's. Demien prepared my food and was extremely careful once I mentioned my food allergies. He shared the information with other staff members and changed his gloves anytime there was the slightest possibility of cross contamination. I really appreciate the care he took in making sure I could enjoy my meal safely.
I love eating here — they are truly the best when it comes to seasoning! I’ve been to the locations near the Orlando airport and in Clermont, but if you really have the time, go to the one at CityWalk. The food there is the most flavorful, tasty, fresh, and delicious you’ll ever try — plus, the place is super clean. I always order the nacho bowl, and it never disappoints. Every time my brother takes me here, I enjoy it just as much as the first time. Highly recommend 100%! 🌟🌮

When I went here the service ended up being super fast (judging by other reviews I may have gotten lucky). They don't have a joey bag of donuts or Joey juniors so you'll be paying for guacamole whether you want it or not. The staff was fine but short with me.
Overall affordable price, however the ratio to rice to meat to veg was not the best. Got a big portion of rice however barely any meat or other veg such as corn. It did taste really good tho just wished there was more meat. Free chips and salsa was a nice touch.

It's upstairs in the city walk if you are looking for it on the same building as panda express. The lines are usually long and prices are a tad higher than a stand alone moes outside of an amusement park but still same taste.
Much better than expected given the low reviews but my lad wanted a burrito. Better than the chipotle we had in kissimmee 2 days ago .
Okay for how busy but with a limited menu you’d expect more efficiency. Some staff were really helpful. Disappointed that they had NO drinks.
Pretty standard Mexican quick paced food location. Ya go in, ya go down the line and request things to be added to whatever your ordering, ya get the food, ya eat and go on. I'd recommend going here after walking around universal (if you intend on going to the parks instead of just CityWalk). 3/5 would recommend
Well it is Moe's... But it doesn't have the same atmosphere. No salsa bar, no stacks, no Joey burritos, and no coke freestyle machine. Yes the food was still great, but I wish it was a little more like the Moe's I'm used to!
It's ok. Good A/C if you are running around and want to cool off. Food at the other vendors is basic and overpriced. Panda express has burnt noodles and clumpy white rice. Not the best quality for a fast food Chinese place. BK is basically the same as outside.
A extra star for free chips and salsa with the burrito bowl. I ordered the veg burrito bowl... the quantity was good, but the taste wasn’t that good... felt like I was having some boiled rice with veggies... i added my spicy salsa sauce to add some flavor. I’d definitely prefer chipotle. The staff was alright. Gave me a glass of water twice, since i was parched with all the walking in universal.. but they forgot to give us salsa at the counter first.. had to go and ask for it.
Food was relatively lower quality compared to other moes locations I’ve been to. The adobo chicken was a little burnt. Other then that, service was as expected and the queso was great as always.
Spent $15 for one burrito with just steak & queso in it (i eat simple). No addl toppings, no side of queso, not even a beverage included in this price. Food was good, but pretty pricey. Also like $6 if you wanted a bottle of water
Everything was awesome. Price is out of control. 20.00 for 3 tacos and a drink. 28.00 for nachos (extra queso and extra ground beef) and a kids meal. (No adult drink). Completely insane. However, the food was good. They screwed up ringing it up. Hence the two totals.
My family has been coming 2 times a year for the past few years and we always go to Moe's for lunch and never had a problem. We were there Sat 3/9 for my daughters birthday and the service and food were horrible. The chicken and beef was so dry it was hard, quesadillas weren't crispy but soft. There were 3 girls working the line and were not professional at all while 1 guy was on register and getting drinks he wasnt as happy either. For spending over $100. for lunch it was so not worth it. So disappointing for this location.
Limited menu items. This isn't like a normal Moe's restaurant. They only have one size burritos. You can also choose the bowls, nachos, tacos or quesadillas. Not a lot of seating since there are other establishments sharing the seating area.
Ricky is terrible at his job. He doesn’t talk at all and it comes off rude.
The burrito I ordered was just ok. The chips needed salt. The salsa was good. I won't be back.
We were heading out from Universal and decided to eat here before heading out. Elias is the entire reason for this review! Our family is plant based and he went so far out of his way to accommodate for us. When I was concerned about all the cheese in the guacamole and he was happy to use a new scooper to ease our minds. Very thoughtful employee.

From the time they started to assemble my burrito until the time I paid was prob like 35 minutes. By the time I got it it was cold and soggy. They give you a lot of chips though. We’re out of some stuff. Staff was rude. I went at like 930 on a Saturday. Don’t know if this if the norm.

This Moe’s was okay other than the fact that they did not have salsa. The bowl I got was good but it comes with chips and I didn’t have anything to eat them with.
Pretty appalled by the service here. There was nobody in line and I decided I wanted a chicken quesadilla. I stood at the front patiently waiting for two employees to finish their conversation, but I eventually had to flag someone down. In doing so, both employees rolled their eyes at me. I told the lady I could go somewhere else, and she was constantly saying "Is that you feel? Is that how you feel?" Afterwards the lady said "Come back and tell me how you liked it." in a way that made me uncomfortable. Come to find out all the beans fell out of my quesadilla. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but I won't be going here again. Not worth the stess if the employees get mad whenever a customer comes up.
Not a real Moes. Over priced and didn’t even know what a Joey was! My first burrito was wrapped so poorly fell apart on first bite. My second make up burrito was tiny. Don’t go expecting anything but a bad franchise location.
Slowest Moe'sEver! I was going to go back in the park, but instead I spent 90 minutes waiting for a burrito in a line that was not very long.... $4 for a drink, or $5 for a bottle of water! The dude taking orders is as clueless as half the customers. Hey guy adding the meat and beans...You are wearing a mask... Speak up! And then cash register person, maybe, just maybe you should check and make sure you put everything in the bags before you send people on their way for a to-go order. Walking away and figuring out 12 minutes later that you are missing a meal is pretty depressing after the otherwise horrible experience we've already had!
Food was ok. Service was horrible! They gave our food the wrong party. Employee's were carrying on personal conversations, which included profanity and derogatory comments.
Food is mediocre. Salsa bar was near empty and what they did have had a bad appearance. Has the feeling of an assembly line. No love in this place. No “welcome to Moe’s” greeting.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Took over a half an hour, line didn’t move for at least 15 min. Completely disorganized and un-functional. Universal rides have shorter wait times and better results. Update: came again with better service but still doesn’t change much, you will wait.
Even though there were 5 people working the counter the entire experience was slow going for such a straight forward design. The staff was soft spoken for such a loud environment and showed no care in their work. When half the scoop of meat fell on the counter instead of the plate being madethe designated worker did not try and fix the issue, instead pushed the plate down and l ignored the fact that it only had 3 pieces of chicken on it. When we sat down to eat our meal it was cold, and the chips were half fried and stale. All and all I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience.
Fun is what you would expect from fast food, nothing to write home about. The staff is extremely slow with the worst attitude that you could imagine. Staff does not care about their jobs, customers or quality of the food they serve. They are rude in their actions, facial expressions (rolling eyes, walking away from customer in the middle of preparation of their order) and over all conduct towards the customer and each other. This restaurant should shut down for a week and retrain and readjust staff. Good luck.
Veggie burrito was way too salty and lacked veggies. Couldn't finish. The steak burrito was also super salty. Maybe new staff made a mistake. Horrible. Dirty seating n tables. The chips were warm n crispy.
Food was mediocre at best. Staff was just plain rude. Dirty and grody. With all the other options in CityWalk, eat somewhere else.
I would not recommend this place. I eat Moe’s here in Jacksonville all the time and on their busiest days the counter is always clean. The counter at this location had food slung all over it. There were lids piled up where the food was. I ordered a quesadilla and the employee left my item on the grill and was pulling food from the containers with the spoons and hauling it over to the grill then cut it. I’m just trying to figure out what part of that mea made me as sick as I have been.
We used to love going to Moe’s back in Alabama and always ordered the Billy Barou Nachos and a home wrecker. The nachos taste very diff and they hardly add any queso to it. This location took forever to order and to get the fixings on our order. The employees preparing the food kinda had an attitude and we’re very slow preparing the food.
We love Moe’s but this location is a mess. The service is super slow for the amount of people going in. The tables are always dirty and they’re so stingy with the salsas! We ordered about 5 quesadillas last time and they gave us 1 salsa, when we asked for more the lady at the register had to go and ask the manager or whoever was in charge and she came back with one extra salsa? Staff is nice and they give good portions though. If you’re looking for something quick to eat after leaving the parks this place isn’t the one. You’ll be waiting at least 40min for your food
Stopped in because I love a burrito, but that’s where the positives end. The food was alright at best, but the real issue was the staff—completely disinterested, borderline rude, and clearly lacking even basic customer service training. Not a smile, not a greeting—just a cold transaction. The atmosphere was equally dead; no energy, no warmth, nothing inviting. I visit Universal often, but this place won’t see me again. Utterly forgettable and not worth the stop.
Melisa at the counter rushes you and is unfriendly. The staff wasn’t polite. This restaurant doesn’t use the app, nor coupons, nor points. You also can’t get a refill. Taking your drink to go? No lids provided. Cashier took a personal call while I was paying and another employee had to take over (said Melisa). The food wasn’t bad but the protein portion was laughably small.
I always wondered why Moe’s doesn’t get as much recognition as chipotle. I no longer wonder their food is terrible, rice is “seasoned” it’s actually salty and that’s where all flavor ends. The food is horrible.
Stopped in because the kids are picky and they wanted one of the "normal" foods upstairs. So disappointed. The quesadilla was subpar but the worst was the queso. Literally tasted like they dumped that jar garbage in the bowl. It was gross.
They forgot to put my $5 side of queso in the bag and didn't give me a receipt. Everyone was nice and the food was fine. But my queso man. Hurt my feelings real bad.

STOP DO NOT EAT HERE - SEVERE STOMACH AND FOOD SICKNESS EVERY SINGLE TIME. Both Moe’s and Universal should be sued over this one making hundreds and thousands sick over the many many years.
Horrible customer service! They didnt take my order right, and when I asked for my drink that I had already ordered they just stood there and stared then when I asked for it again they laughed, said "okay boss" and finally gave me my drink but in a small when I originally ordered large 😤
Ordered a cup of queso and they gave me a cup of avocado crema, as you can see from the color. Also waited in line for 15+ minutes before staff told us rice was raw and would take a while before it was cooked and ready for serving.

Terrible customer service. One employee completely ignored my husband, then another argued with him he hadn’t ordered. This location is in a food court, and the atmosphere is such. Limited menu and theme park prices to boot. Go somewhere else.
My sister and I went in to get queso, corn salsa and chips for my children. The staff was childish, rude and down right disrespectful. They misheard what my sister wanted, instead of trying to clarify, the employee walked away without attempting to help us and began to make fun of my sister with another coworker. Then, both coworkers proceed to talk about her, laughing and pointing in plain site. I’m very disappointed in the service we received. And said employees should be ashamed of being so childish.
what a TERRIBLE experience. I wish corporate would visit this store because even on a Thursday night it’s completely disgusting. you can literally see cross contamination in front of you with the food, I almost gagged. I asked to speak to a manager and she says “yes this should be cleaned more often you’re right” and then goes back to NOT cleaning the disgusting mess! i’m an annual pass holder and I will never eat here again. the one in the loop is way better!!
Don’t eat there, you will get sick
The manager’s (DANI)hair was completely down, check the cameras at Feb 15th at 9:30 PM. It probably was shedding. She was wearing an army green top. They were stopping the lines before the times closed. Around 8:15 pm. Andrea didn’t even apologize and they all completely didn’t even care. Ridiculous, horrible customer service. They need to make sure every customer is told that information before waiting in line. This is ridiculous. I waited for over an hour.
Where do I start. I seen this place on line and thought I would try it because we were in town at city walk and I did read the reviews and they were bad Concerning the workers attitudes. I thought I would go ahead and try it anyway hopefully the attitudes will be adjusted by Now. as we got there I believe there was a lady manager there that had the worst attitude ever because they were short staff but we stayed in line.Once getting to the front of the line there was a young man there that didn't seem like he wanted to be there wanted to be there he wouldn't even talk as I was asking him questions about the drinks then after I receive my order I noticed that I had an extra items on my ticket so I approached the counter and asked if this came with my order or was I charged for this and the girl told me yes and then the guy told me no and I asked which one was it and the girl got a bad attitude with me this little young girl Started copying attitude and rolling her eyes at me .this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life these kids not wanting to come to work nor be there and taking it out on the customers. I don't know how this place stays open cause the food is not that great and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life. I'm from Cali and we will never treat customers like this so I received a refund and I'll never go there again. This is All Bad.
Rude staff. Not very accommodating at all. We have moes where we live and visit frequently. Came here on vacation, soo excited to see a moes. Nothing like others I have visited. Lost a pretty large food order. Not recommended, now understand why their line was the shortest all all the other food places around.
Got 2 steak bowls, very skimpy on serving. Inconsistent each time I go. Kelly who I assume is a supervisor is incredibly condescending and rude. Not someone who should be working the line. Alberto the trainer though is so sweet! I think they should switch positions for sure!
Every single time we come it is like torture with the extremely slow pace. This time there are about 6 people working, 7 in line and after 20 minutes I have only had my tortilla warmed haven't even made it to the main window to create my burrito. I feel like I am on crazy pills. Before I thought they were understaffed, but nope they are just painfully slow.
Not really a Moe's. The people working there were friendly, but the food wasn't very good. They were skimpy with the chips, and there is no salsa bar. They were extremely stingy with the prepacked sauces they did hand out. Very disappointing "Moe's" experience.
Rude and Unprofessional Employees Serving the Food. They are miserable and very unwelcoming. The food is plopped into plate like garbage, NO ATTENTION. Hire and Train Employees to be pleasant and adhere to Exceeding Customer Service Expectations, not to Deter them Away!
3 of us ate at this restraunt for lunch today. The rest of our day at universal was wastex as we all got stomach complaints. I personally had the fish and was violently sick. Would not recommend this eatery. Reported universal staff but do not feel I was taken seriously.
Order takeout, food was lukewarm, no salsa no napkins and no utensils, you got be like "scarface" and be barehand baby+! Food line is filty!
OMGGGGGGGGGGGG!!! I am a MOE’s regular! After a long day at Universal, I decided to take my best friend visiting from Dominican Republic to Moe’s. He has always tried Chipotle but I wanted him to taste the Moe’s experience. EPIC FAIL! The girl serving our food was disengaged, she was new and apparently in training. Her name was Angie. The girl training her knew less than her. I was soooo embarassed. On top of it all she kept rolling her eyes as if we were bothering her. The manager or Supervisor next to her did nothing and did not even attempt to correct ber mistake or teach her the right way. Everyone deserves a chance and everyone learns in their own way. But a team member should never be place in a position they are not comfortable in yet. This was the case. She did NOT KNOW HOW TO PREPARE A CKN QUESADILLA. We ended up cancelling our whole order as she was preparing it. We decided to go to the Moe’s at the Loop Mall where they know what they are doing. Extremely bad experience. Would not recommend in a million years. My mistake for having high expectations of a Universal location.
I love Moes, this location doesn’t do it justice. I think the lack of traffic causes for bad food, they don’t have a full Moes menu no refills on soda. Just not the Moes I love and am used to. Won’t be returning to this location.
Aside from the super disinterested employees the food was remarkably poor. Hardly any meat on their "homewrecker" burrito. They kindly stuffed it with a dry rice to make the burrito at least appear the part. The queso was good enough to save me from throwing away the complete tray.
So rude! They were short with us and gave attitude when we asked for extra chicken! Then ran away to the back, I watched a line form with no workers to serve them. Avoid this moes!
Hire some happy employee please! Your employees appear miserable and it’s really disturbing to watch the colored man plop food on a burrito shell as if I was bothering him to prepare my food. I asked for hot sauce on side he rolled his eyes and reluctantly gave me some. The line moves terribly slow only one person making food and the lady was ringing up. My drink was only 2/3 filled and it tasted watered down. Chips were stale. Will not be back to this location. If the owners cared anything about customer service he would re-evaluate his or her system and improve customer experience and even make more money. More satisfied customers is a win win for everyone involved.
The food was absolute trash. Chicken was dry, rubbery and too salty to eat. The rice was dry and tasteless. Service was way too slow considering the number of people working. Ran out of queso on the line and took 20 minutes to get more out. Zero redeeming qualities. Avoid at all costs.
A nice place to eat, but I felt a very ugly treatment towards team members. Everyone was looking tired, I went to ask for a refill and the manager who treated me with a very arrogant and unfriendly attitude. Of all the only person who treated me really good was a girl whose name was Maury, she is very sweet. The meat was burned with a bitter taste. The cheese was with a taste not very good to other Moes that I visited. In short, the experience was not what I wanted. Thank you Maury for being so sweet and kind to me. To the manager who does not treat his team badly because without them their store is nothing.
I attend Moes at Universal studios. The Line was not full. I waited 10 minutes for my plate then waited 20 minutes for rice and the mea. Another 7 minutes for topping and 5 to pay. By the time I ate my food it was cold. It is not worth it. Plus customer service is rude. No one know what to do . Several people before keep on having a problem with there order. Either missing a burrito or wrong toppings. Plus the crew laugh, joke around and tell stories to each while you wait for them to add toppings. Lastly there’s one register open.
Absolutely horrible. Rotten lettuce, very mediocre service, stale chips... I'm not one to leave a bad review but this place needs some major attention.
Ate here last night and it was a mess. They seemed completely overwhelmed by the Saturday night crowd. Food and spilled drinks everywhere and their counter where they make the wraps was disgusting. As I was picking the foods for my burrito the person helping me was sliding my wrapper along the gross counter that was covered in sour cream and other food. Her gloves were full of sour cream as well, so when she proceeded to fold my burrito it was covered in the white stuff. I mentioned that I can’t have dairy, so they had to remake it. No apologies or anything. Staff seemed very indifferent.
The food is mediocre at best. For breakfast there was no eggs ready and potatoes not available. Customer service skills of nearly all 5 people that were on the line lacked or rather nonexistent. Give another place next door a try instead.
Upon ordering there were no Joey Jr burritos. Thought that was odd but not a big problem. After ordering our food the attendant handling the cash register bumped with another worker and my wife's burrito and chips spilled onto the counter. The tenant began to pick up the chips with his hands wearing no gloves and putting them back in the basket. handling money and then touching food with no gloves. After my wife told them that she was not going to eat those he replied I guess you're right. Got to wonder what they're teaching their staff? We had to remind the cashier three times that we had a universal annual pass so we can get our discount. .This particular employee was not on their game. To top it off my wife had a free burrito on the Moe's app. It's what she got for her birthday from Moes. They would not honor it and today was the last day she could use it. The food quality was very poor. The salsa for the chips was just bland. The steak that was used in my burrito was very fatty and not cooked to its standards. Any other moes I've ever been to the food has been fantastic. This location really needs an overhaul. There was one guy walking around who appeared to be but that's all he did was walk around and didn't engage any gas. I hope this location really gets their act together. Being universal annual passholders we were pretty disgusted as we spend a lot of money not only for our memberships but just to drive out there to go on the weekends. Overall very dissatisfied and Disturbed at their cleanliness. Just imagine if they handle the food when handling money with no gloves what are they doing when they're cooking the food?? Are they taking every sanitary precaution? I really should have just throwing my food in the garbage as it didn't sit well with myself and my wife after we ate it. Totally disgusted!
Just not worth it. I paid for a steak burrito and Im not exaggerating when I tell you I only got 3 pieces of steak. The guy who added the steak didn't give me a full scoop and when the other guy folded my burrito some steak pieces fell out. I literally paid extra for a veggie burrito
Food made me sick. Hubby said the staff were all rude and shirt with other customers and staff and made him feel like an inconvenience for ordering. Only staff member that was nice was the cashier. I should add that we visited this location at City Walk after park closing at 9pm and there was a long line.
This was a terrible experience. I’m a moes employee in my area and this was an awful experience. They use pre fried chips that taste like trash, they’re cookies must never get rotated because they were expired and crumbly, the salsa containers weren’t even halfway filled and they didn’t even have the full menu available. One person was in a uniform and everyone else looked dirty. SMH I’ll have to stick to my moes and only my moes I guess.
Ellie was extremely rude and when I asked to have specific items on my burrito, she put the wrong item on and when I went to correct her she literally grabbed handfulls of the ingredients on my burrito and threw it to the side. She then asked rudely if she should remake the order because she screwed up and didn't listen. I understand it was busy, but it's not my fault that she can't handle her job in a calm matter.
If I could leave a 0, I would. They took forever to acknowledge us, skipped over my partner, and by the time we made it to cash out, no one was at the register. Every single employee looked miserable to be there. We ended up leaving all together. Not worth the money and terrible experience.
Did not taste like other Moe's I have been to in the past. Food was not fresh. It seemed to taste different as well almost like if they serve left overs from the theme parks.
Do not go to Moe’s. The staff is trash and they work sooooo slow. Zero desire on the staff to a decent job. The young black lady at register was the worst. I could not work slower if I tried. Go to Panda Express or BK. They got rid of their long line a lot faster than Moe’s.
This location is absolutely ridiculous. They have no a la carte options. When I asked to buy a single Taco understanding that I was going to be purchasing the three Taco option, the employees fought me. I told them "I do not want three tacos however I will pay for the three tacos. Please do not make the other two tacos. I only need one and I do not want to waste food." The server said "why don't you just eat the extra taco." I explain that I am allergic to their food the employees argued with me for 10 minutes before I was even able to place my order. They proceeded to make the two extra tacos and when I said I do not want them. I asked the staff if they wanted one. Nobody answered. So I said they're either going to go in the trash or somebody can eat them because I cannot. An employee picked up the extra tacos and threw them in the trash while staring at me completely pissed off.
If i can give 0 stars instead of 1 I would. Do not come here especially after the parks. I waited an HOUR in line to order my food. Not because there was “a lot of people” , there was at least 6 people ahead of me. The employees were extremely rude and extremely slow. Waiting an hour for food & they wouldn’t be able to get the order correct. We order 2 cups of soda, only gave us 1 until we asked for the second one. In addition, we ordered 3 burritos and only bagged 2 burritos. Luckily I checked before leaving. The girls in the cashier were extremely rude and the whole ENTIRE staff was working extremely slow. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone coming here, ESPECIALLY after the parks. A little advice to the franchisee, look at the employees you hire, this overall experience was a 0/10
I was ordering a burrito and while making it, the employee dropped the sauce bottle on top of the opened burrito. It got all over the guacamole and queso (and the rest of what’s inside). They refused to remake it and I walked away. At a minimum it seems they have very questionable food safety standards, borderline reportable. Avoid this place at CityWalk.
This is the first negative review I've ever left any establishment, but this place has earned it. I've worked food service in the past so I can excuse most things because I understand people have bad days, short staffing can affect wait times and availability of food, etc., but I dont think that's the case with this resteraunt. Slow service despite 5 workers being on the bar, dirty food bar that was out of most items, cold and bitter tasting food, being out of basic necessities like napkins and utilities, and rude, bordering on hostile, employees. This location appears to have been neglected by both corporate and management for quite some time. No one in my group could eat more than a few bites of their food due to the steak and chicken being cold and chewy despite coming off of the hot bar and the beans being extremely bitter. We might have asked for a refund, but after the eye rolling and snappy responses when we asked for napkins, a knife, and salsa that was supposed to come with our meal (none of which we received) most of our group just decided to cut their losses and head across the stairs to the Bread Box. It was delicious and I highly recommend it or the Panda Express, whose workers were extremely kind to use when we asked for napkins and utensils.
The Manager was the only person on the line who actually seemed to know how to be a people person or actually care. A female worker who was working the topping section had no clue what she was doing. Manager if your reading this you were great, your workers however weren't good at all. The burrito wasn't good at all.
Workers were very rude, didn’t give you the time to talk and tell them what you wanted. The lady was just trying to put everything on my burrito. Not friendly at all. Didn’t have the options between cilantro rice or brown rice, it was just brown rice. Didn’t have pinto beans, only black beans. Only gave us one salsa.
Food is salty, bad quality, employees have attitude, after picking rice and meat they closed our containers without asking if we want any veggies, asked for beef and got chicken without asking also. Do not waste your money here.
Wife and I got food poisoning which ruined the next couple days! We usually love Moes but the chicken was cold and clearly uncooked. Definitely disappointed.
Panda Express right next to Moes had double the amount of people on line, yet people that got on line after us received their food first. The service was terrible. The food was great. No caps for the fountain sodas was a huge bummer. They said it’s universal policy yet Panda and Burger King had caps…
