A good place to grab a bite while visiting Universal Studios Park. The interior is 1960s‑style. Note that drinks are not refillable, even though you pour them yourself from the machine. If there's an outdoor show, the person sitting by the window can watch it, but only from the back.

Mel's chilli fries are the best! If you like fries cover with a great amount of cheese and such a amazing chilli this is definitely something you should try on your next trip to Universal studios. Don't leave until you get to try their shakes too best ones in the whole park for sure!!

Good food, kind service, and the atmosphere is so cool. Decent prices for a theme park. Will definitely be eating here next time I'm at Universal. (in the photo I already ate some fries so don't think that it's a small portion size)

To all my gluten-free friends out there – I know how rare it is to enjoy a proper burger and fries without worrying about symptoms afterwards… but this restaurant completely changed the game! Honestly, it’s AMAZING – and I was symptom-free afterwards! A special shout-out to Rajesh (an absolute legend), who was incredibly knowledgeable about different allergies and took the time to make sure everything was safe for me. Thanks to him, I had one of the best gluten-free burgers and fries I’ve ever eaten in my life. Highly recommend this place for anyone who usually struggles to eat out safely – you won’t be disappointed! 10/10 would go back tomorrow. If you’re gluten-free and craving the real deal – THIS is the spot! 🌟 it also has amazing non-gluten free items!

Asked for my fries well done. Didn’t happen. It’s nothing fancy. Just super basic food. It was SUPER EXPENSIVE, but that’s what you get for eating in the park.

Despite the huge lines, the wait time wasn’t long at all. Food was tasty and good portion sizes. Milkshakes and chilli cheese fries are definitely worth a try. Good retro theme inside. Ordering online on the app is a quicker option to avoid the queues especially at noon.

We came in because my wife's name is Melanie so we had to eat at "her diner". The food was great and the music was amazing, but what sold the whole experience were the cashier, chef and, the manager on duty. Mel has celiac and they personally made her food and modified it to be gluten free making sure every step of the way that she could enjoy the food without the risk of cross contamination. So thank you Jaycie,Quentin and, Ashely for making my wife's first experience unforgettable.

I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was a good sandwich for theme park food standards. Wait time was under 5 mins. Very nice decor feeling like it’s the 50s and 60s.

This is a must-have for anyone at Universal, especially if you're a fan of the American Graffiti. It's especially a cool experience with the 50s feel, 50s music, and the actual cars from the movie sitting right outside. It's a little expensive, but that is completely overlooked when compared to everything else. Make sure you check it out!

Good vegan options. Tasty burgers and fries and can use refillable drinks in the restaurant. $12.99 per person.

Can't say enough about this place. This is top 5 food places @Universal in Fl. They offer burgera, chicken and yum yum salads!! to name a few, they also have a wonder staff headed by Danny who absolutely stepped up to help me and my family out with a lost order. I strongly recommend that Universal Management understand what an excellent employee you have here. Honestly if you are visiting stop in Mel's Dinner grab a shake and ask for Danny - nicest guy.

A Vintage movie scene 🎥 🥤. As you come in is like stepping on the 80’s! The staff on vintage uniforms, everyone working nicely, efficiently. Every corner is clean, and the menu is assorted (very good chocolate smoothie). I would not let Universal without experiencing Mel’s Drive-In 😊

Good food, about a 10 min wait to get in, but it's universal during the holidays so totally understandable.

Didn't get to stop here to eat; but, everyone that was coming out said how much they loved the food. We will be stopping in to eat on our next trip. The place was packed so I take that as a good sign. They carry the normal types of meals you would find at a drive in; burgers, fries and milkshakes.

I would have given this review a 4/5 but my insanely picky husband was so adamant about how great his grilled chicken sandwich was, I'll give it full stars! Haha! We got the Chicken Tender combo and the Grilled Chicken Sandwich platter. The food is definitely pretty good, but it's very expensive. Our meal cost about 40 bucks for the 2 of us. My husband claims his chicken sandwich is the best chicken he's had in Florida (including at Disney) our entire stay. I enjoyed the chicken fingers as well and the onion rings were nice and big! I just wished there were more. We also got a shake. Be warned that the swirl option is not what it seems. The workers only have chocolate and vanilla options so they have to manually "swirl" it by going back and forth. Another tip. If you mobile order, don't wait around like we did. It's not the same as Disney - you have to check in with a worker so they can take your ticket to the kitchen. We didn't quite realize that and sat around for quite awhile. Haha! But we're pretty happy with everything! Definitely worth a stop. :)

This is my top pick for restaurants at Universal Studios; I'm a fan of everything they offer, and the service is surprisingly efficient, even with the usual crowds. The ambience is great, it has good vibes and is one good choice for a quick meal during your visit to Universal.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and shared the Mel's classic burger with fries & a drink & a very on-theme, delicious chocolate shake. I think the total was $26, not bad at all. Love the diner vibes, cute ambiance, staff were cranking out the orders quickly and the food was good for a quick bite. They were busy and still plenty of available seating inside & out. As we were leaving there was a show of performers dancing outside near the classic car collection. Would recommend for an easy lunch for any size group!

Okay, I'm not sure why this restaurant has so many negative reviews but as a UOAP holder this is actually my personal favorite restaurant within both parks. I have come here so many times and it's always a great experience. I love the scenery from the moment you even walk up to the restaurant from outside. It gives that retro vibe from the 50s to the colors and signs and let's not forget to mention the gorgeous cars sitting outside from the film American Graffiti which Mel's is based from. Then as you make your way inside, you feel almost as if you have walked back in time with the Delorean as the scenery continues from checker-style floors, vinyl seating and even juke boxes !  Then the service here I've never had an issue. There's actually some memorable moments I've had here such as dancing with one of the staff in the middle of the isle of the seating and even having fun interactions during Horror Nights when it was further themed. Then lastly and most importantly is the food. I've tried several items from their menu and for being a theme park, the prices and quality is fair. I've eaten the chicken sandwich, tenders, even loaded fries and shakes from here, but my personal favorite is the "Mel's Famous Burger". My only complaint about Mel's is they or Universal didn't sponsor me for this review because I do love Mel's Dine in.

I didn't go in to eat having just arrived. It would have been a good time for lunch or late breakfast as it wasn't busy early in the morning. I liked the old style cars in the parking lot. I would avoid it once the park gets busy in this area.

I mean it’s in the park so low expectations. It’s kinda like Steak and Shake. The person taking my order was very nice and suggested a combo. Pretty skimpy portions, shake from a machine topped with whip cream and cherry. For a snack and 20 bucks it worked. I probably wouldn’t go back.

I have been attending this classic-style diner since the 1990’s and they have an excellent menu for a quick bite including burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, and milkshakes. Richter’s Burger Co. across the pond is comparable, but you must choose the atmosphere that you desire the moment hunger strikes you.

Stopped here with the family to break up a long drive and was very happy we did. There is a reason this place is one of the higher rated venues in the surrounding area. The food was yummy, the bathroom was clean, and the service was top notch. They brought our food outside to us while we waited in the shade of some lovely big trees. There is also an excellent green space adjacent to the picnic tables which was perfect for the kids to run off their extra energy. We ended up hanging out for over an hour total. Will definitely stop here again.

Food was good, it came out pretty on par with other quick service in the park, maybe a bit shower. Some of the staff were very un-enthusiastic. There was one woman working the quick serve line working very fast and efficient, another woman was moving very slow and could definitely be helping more to get orders out quicker. There was food waiting on the shelves to be sorted for peoples orders. Overall would recommend, just leave a little time buffer.

Great quick service theme park food, burger was spot on as were chicken tenders, bbq sauce is really good... would recommend using mobile order, much quicker... theming inside is great and real life classic American cars used in movies make a good attraction

Pretty decent grilled chicken sandwich. We were lucky and sat down just before the lunch crowd hit. It's pretty smooth operating but does get bottleneck crowding. Sorry I didn't get more pictures.

Pricey but yummy. All The Times that I've gone to universal, I've never eaten here but it was raining. And I got hungry, so I don't kn, I when tamales, the fries were super crispy, they seem like hand cut fries. The burger was delicious. Our booth was clean. They have a juip box and it was like 50s, plane total theme And I love that music because of my dad.So it was just it was great. The people that were working there were really nice

The service is good and prompt, and the atmosphere is very good. The facility is not filthy, but it's not very clean either. There is some trash around, and some tables that were not cleaned, but it appeared better than most typical fast food restaurants. The food is very generic, with limited options, and limited customization. The burger was cooked evenly to medium, and tasted acceptable, though I would prefer the other burgers offered in the parks, such as those at Finnegan's Bar and Grill. The fries were overcooked and not seasoned well, frankly awful. Likely some of the worst fries I have ever had. The chili cheese dog was flavorful and had a large amount of toppings.

Food was warm, not hot. Atmosphere was crowded but to be expected, but the tables were not kept clean as patrons were leaving. Also the flies were pesky, just knowing they were there in the window next to me was enough. There were two big horse flies at my table thankfully they did not bother us while we were eating.

K

Super good food. We had the shakes, bacon cheeseburger, and chicken tenders. They were all warm and delicious. I took away 1 star just because the pick up system is weird. You stand in a group in your “line”. Your drinks come first and then a while later your food. So you are standing awkwardly in their crowd holding your drinks waiting for your food. More and more people come to the front for their drinks so you get pushed back. Then your food comes up and you have to push back to the front.

D
Destiny Bultena

It’s okay for being in universal. 1/4 of my chicken tenders were questionable in texture and didn’t get eaten. Fries ok. Can order on the app then pickup at the front. Was a line for seating for lunch

They don’t have a huge assortment of vegetarian items but they do have good cheese fries. It’s definitely a fun place to stop by and get a milkshake especially during Halloween horror nights. Love how they turn it into Mel’s Die In lol.

Food is amazing, atmosphere is great, you get through the line fast. HOWEVER, they need to get cashiers that listen to what you order and then put it in correctly. We ordered ours with no BBQ sauce and extra cheese and we got no extra cheese and BBQ sauce. Live and learn always check your receipt. Still great food

A
Aaron Green

Decent sandwiches and French fries. A little pricey, but not bad given that you’re at Universal. I got the Vegetarian chicken avocado and it was pretty good. Unfortunately, it is very crowded and confusing to order with the app. Eventually our food did come though after about 30 minutes. Overall the crowd and the time delay made it less enjoyable than it could have been otherwise. But everywhere else in the park would have the same problem.

T
The Rapunzel Effect

The burger was great! There didn't seem to be a lot of options to choose from. They are really busy, so think of everything you need before you get to the counter because you probably won't get to ask them anything else after that.

W

A good spot for an easy and quick meal. The fare there is simple including burgers, fries and milkshakes. The food there tastes pretty good and the building is centrally located within the park and is based of a 80’s diner. Building looks especially beautiful at night with the neon lights on.

P
Pin Yeoh (Foodie life)

Right next to the lagoon. I like the idea that the staff ensures the table is available before they let you in to order. You still need to be in line to order the food. They ask your name when you make an order. Later, they will call your name to pick up your order. Food is good, and price is reasonable. They will give you cups to fill in water at no cost when you ask.

the patty was burned to a crisp. all i taste is the lack of ketchup and the bitterness of the „meat“. the fries are fine and i like the diner theme a lot! but why would there be no refills? that‘s exactly what i came to america for.

The service here was quick and friendly, definitely the highlight of our meal. Most of the food was fine, but the burger, which is the signature item, was awful. It was incredibly overcooked and charred. Easily the worst burger I've seen in any theme park restaurant. Everything else was fine though. I would definitely recommend mobile ordering since the line to order is usually long and I would definitely advise against getting the burger. If you're looking for a burger close by, check out Richter's Burger Company right around the corner.

The sad thing about this restaurant is it is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. They should take better advantage of this place. The cheeseburgers are about a step above the Krusty burger and that is not saying much. The food needs an overhaul. Even my wife did not like her food and she is much less picky.

P
Paul K

Excellent ambience, really feels like you’re sitting in an old 50’s burger diner. You can even select music from the tabletop jukebox which was really cool. The food, however, is pretty terrible. A obviously frozen hamburger patty and soggy fries. The portion sizes for the price too are quite terrible. I got an upset stomach after eating there.

R
Rayder De La Rosa Vizcaino

Service is really quickly and the staff is attentive, I really loved how the place is set up but the food was another story, we ordered Chicken tenders and Crispy buffalo both with french fries and almost everything has a salty taste. Coffee was not good at all.

A
Ana Blanco

This is a beautiful spot, service is fast and it's perfect for a quick stop before continuing exploring Universal Studios. However, that's pretty much it, food is not awesome and the prices are high considering what you're getting. Definitely a tourist orientated restaurant. Gotta say I was pleased to see vegan options on the menu, beyond burguers and gardein chicken sandwiches (go for the beyond burguer, I wasn't too lucky with the gardein chicken one). Sadly no vegan milkshakes just yet.

Quick service, low quality, high prices. I love these diners styled in the 50s era and from the outside, Mel's seems authentic enough, but that feeling ends as soon as you enter. The interior is just a standard food joint. The queue moves quickly and I only waited 3-4 minutes for the food and drinks. Getting seated is a bit of a challenge as the place is always busy. The food was very average quality and I think it should've been better given the very high cost.

N
Nasir Grant

For value while being at Universal, this one is like most of the other quick service resturants at Universal for being a extremely long wait for fast food. The Chicken Tender combo with milkshake is just a Big Zax Snack from Zaxbys but a $10 upcharge and a small shake addon. I went to this diner dyring the Spring Break which is a factor, but waiting for 45 minutes is unjustified. If the waiting for food wasn't so long and the prices came down, this would of been a easy 4 stars.

S
Sam Ip

I visited Mel's Drive in diner on a Thursday in April at approximately 1pm. The park itself was not that busy, the longest wait for a ride was 90 minutes. Disappointingly you have to queue outside for the first 5 minutes or so. After placing my order I had to wait around 5 minutes for my food which I thought was pretty quick considering how busy it was. From the outside and even when you're queuing for your food it looks small, I was worried I would find it difficult to find a seat. This did not turn out to be a problem as there is plenty of seating. It wasn't dirty inside but it wasn't clean either. It felt very dated (and I don't mean the 50's theme!) I felt the venue could do with some refurbishment to freshen it up. The food was reasonably priced, as far as it could be, being in Universal! Not a great deal of choice but I guess that's how they get a fast turnaround. The food was nice, nothing special but not bad. The service was fast and efficient.

They serve ice-cream on the name of shakes. 6 piece onion rings in $5. Everything is pricey. Not recommended.

R

The food is okay, but the environment is so loud with the crew yelling out people's names the whole time. It's not nearly as nice as the sit down experience at other Mel's Diners where the juke boxes actually work.

Mel's famous burger is, by any standard, remarkably lacking - clearly a frozen patty, it tasted like freezer burn with a fake smoke flavor. Wouldn't eat again. My wife, brother, and sister in law all got the chicken strips - I had a bite of one of those, and it was pretty good. Glad to see they use Ken's honey mustard.

We were really looking forward to trying Mel’s and placed a mobile order, but unfortunately the wait time ended up being about an hour longer than advertised. With the day already packed, we had to cancel and grab some crepes from a nearby kiosk instead. That said, the management at Mel’s handled everything perfectly. They refunded our money without any hassle and were genuinely helpful and understanding about the situation. Even though we didn’t get to eat there this time, their customer service deserves a shout-out. I’d definitely give them another try on a less busy day.

A very strange place. We were served burgers with absolutely nothing on them — just a piece of chicken and a bun. But in the photo, they show lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sauce. I’ve never experienced service this poor. After we pointed it out, they just gave us a piece of lettuce, some tomato slices, and sauce on the side.

After a long wait (queues around the building), you order, give your name and wait for one of the women to yell your name. This means the whole time you're eating you can hear people's names being screamed. We got our food then I waited for our shakes. There were a team of 3 serving food but only 1 on the shakes so by the time I got my drink the family had finished their food and my food was cold. Burnt cold burger. Yuk. If the burger had been warm and the chips, then I think it would have been very tasty. Sadly the service was poor and my food went cold.

Hopeless service ,. We used the app ordering system , we waited 20 minutes then it said order ready , we waited another 20 minutes at the counter , we asked twice and were told someone clicked ready in error. This was a lie as our friends ordered after us with a larger order and had finished their meal long before we started our. Good burger but Hopeless organisation by the staff. 2022 here again and no better.

I will give 2 stars because the vibes and cars out front were cool. However, the service was terrible, and the food quality was that of mcdonalds or burger king. None of the tables were clean. I'm not sure if this was a staffing issue or staff and management just don't care. The milk shakes were great but I would recommend somewhere else worth the money spent. (WAY OVERPRICED!!!!)

P
Parker Lund

I liked the atmosphere but the food is really sub-par, reminds me of grade school lunches but at 20$ for a burger and fries. The burger is overcooked low-grade meat on an un-toasted grocery store bun, But the fries are alright. Over all a 2 star.

The food was over priced and the quality was below fast food. The lady at the front was extremely rude. It was my husband and my first time there. There weren't any signs stating to wait to be seated. So we had just followed the group of people who were in front of us. Come to find out we should have waited. As we were walking back to the front of the line, the lady scolded us and began taking the people behind us. The people were nice and told her that we were there first. The interaction from the lady just continued to go down from there. She put us in a booth and told us to order on our phones. She gave no explanation on how it worked and just left us at the booth to figure it out on our own. It was a very first impression experience for us!

My husband and I tried the vegetarian options and they were definitely disappointing. He has the beyond burger which tasted just fine. I had the Gardein chicken burger that was simply flavorless. The burger had no sauce and the avocado inside wasn’t even seasoned. The fries were good and the service was fast which is why I still gave it a 2 stars. I’ve had better food at Disney Parks. I would skip this place.

Supposedly this grilled chicken platter should include avocado sauce with the burger. I was in a rush to watch the Mardi Gras parade so went directly outside without checking the sauce inside the burger, plus it was EXTREMELY COLD. I used the mobile pick up and was there waiting more then 30 mins for my order so as soon as the lady called me, I ran to her… meaning the food was waiting there for long before the lady at the counter called me. Absolutely a disappointment.

I got the big bopper burger on4/23/25, and it was so old the bacon and onion rings cut the roof of my mouth, and stabbed my gum. Don't know if it's so busy how the food tasted like it sat for 5 hrs. But just a warning not to go there.

S
Shauntai Carnes

This is an insult to the original diners. The food was served cold, onion rings as if they got pulled right out of the fridge. Cold and stale. No option to purchase ranch dressing on the app and then want to charge 1.00 for a teaspoon size of ranch. I don’t suggest wasting your time here in the park. And the servers were messing all the orders up and treating customers like crap.

J
Janet Testwuide

We tried to eat here on Tuesday 10/22/24. This is about as bad and sad as it gets. 4:30 and there was 1 person taking orders( pleasant enough) 1 person serving orders and 1 person attempting to make shakes. The entire set up was out of a really bad movie. Completely understaffed, overwhelmed and someone should be held responsible for the three that were hung out to dry. Every restaurant has issues at times but this was so understaffed and poorly managed , they shouldn’t have been open. We spent way too much time eating and drinking calories that were just plain bad! No excuses for this at an iconic landmark like Mel’s Diner!

M
Mike Masters

Food is fair at best , you order first in a long line and then you wait in a long line to pick up food. Don't go on weekends. Chicken sandwich has no taste or seasoning. This use to be the spot to eat.

T
Tim Yocum

The triage method of letting people in works well to keep the inside area moving well. That’s the only positive I can write about this place. The food took forever to get, despite watching a large amount of orders sit inexplicably for 10+ minutes. It was all cold, but heat wouldn’t have made it better: burgers are all fairly gross. Not a single person in our party finished theirs, and we were all hungry. They just had no flavor and were on thin and seemingly stale buns. Fries were similarly abandoned, even by kids who love fries. But what really gets me are the Freestyle machines. Each cup has an RFID tag to ensure you can’t get any refills, but they barely give you a full fill in the first place. If you’re charging $5+ for a soda, it’s insulting to get screwed out of a full cup. $90 for lunch that not a single person finished. We all left hungry, and ended up having a much better meal at Disney(!) for $85 — and we got free refills to boot.

I was so excited to try their vegan chick’n and avocado sandwich. It was so disappointing. The buns were 2 bottoms, the avocado was brown, the vegan cheese was cold and clearly just taken out of the package, the vegan chicken tasted uncooked. Just because the chicken is vegan doesn’t mean you don’t have to cook it all the way through. This item needs to be removed from the menu. I wanted so badly to like it as I appreciate the park trying to offer vegan options but wow this was gross.

R
Rebecca Miller

I love milkshakes, they're one of my favorite dessert beverages to have! Their definition of milkshakes is down right horrendous! It's not even blended! It's ice cream, topping, ice cream, topping. I had to stir it and mix it myself with a spoon and I still wouldn't consider it a milkshake. If I could give a 0/5 I would. Don't come here for milkshakes unless you want to be disappointed. Tables and chairs are hella dirty too!

K
Kate Jensen

The food here was so bad I wouldn't eat it if it were free. I think the fries were sitting in the warmer so long they started to dehydrate. Incredibly salty, dry, and bland (both chicken burger and fries). The tables were all sticky and all the employees were low key rude which was surprising because everyone else in the park was so nice. Probably the worst food I've had in a long time, definitely the worst food I had at the park.

My wife put in a mobile order, I walk in with the order number and the name it's under, they still won't give it to me. Then they say they need to see order details. BURGER RAW IN THE MIDDLE!!! Maybe it’s an off day since the 1990s Universal culinary staff handled things. Too many window/counter servers looking confused. Cooks standing around in the back while food sits under warmers so long the buns to the burgers shatter like over toasted ash at the touch. Fries cold, onion rings soggy. It’s a theme park so I don’t expect much other than the consistency and quality we maintained when we worked here as college age kids. Today’s experience at Mel’s and at Leaky Cauldron resulted in nearly $120 worth of pretty cold, low quality food. I am going to start claiming a serious allergy to the RISK of poor holding temperatures at the restaurants on property at Universal and IOA. I’d like to see them stop me from bringing my own food from now on. I’d have been happier in the park on bland meal replacement bars in comparison to the food we received today. Zero Bacolin Stars awarded for this experience!

Spend $150 elsewhere!. I get it, I'm in a theme park with my family.. but the place has NO customer service. I was on vacation with my wife and kids, and we stopped in for lunch. The meals were $21 each and NOT worth it. The burgers were small, and almost burnt. The fries were kid size [ literally ], and 4 onion rings cost about $6... wow!. The drinks cost $5 each with NO refills! Seriously? This was garbage and a rip off. Lastly, my children didn't eat everything in the basket, so we needed to go boxes. They had none..when I asked for a bag, the guy at the register to me that I could walk across the street to transformers to get a bag. We'll stay clear of this place on our next park day.

Dirty tables. No one absolutely no one around to clean tables/ floors. Food is below mediocre. French fries were cold and stale. There is not a kids menu. . Here lies a photo of my chicken sandwich with some sort of green debris in the batter I didn’t notice until most of the way through. The lettuce was on the other side and there aren’t pickles on this sandwich. Poorly managed for such a big named place like Universal!

Uffda, this is a rough one. You know it’s bad when I gotta break out an “uffda”. (my Northern Midwesterners will understand) I’ve always thought the exterior of Mel’s was one of the best presentations and aesthetics in the entire Universal Studios park. From the neon teal and pink colors, with shiny and fancy old school cars sitting out front, along with the blinking sign, the mood is spot on. Finally I tried eating there several weeks ago, and with zero dramatization I seriously say the magic all ends there. I’m almost a little upset that I tried to eat here. It’s a classic burger, shake and fries set up. It is an American Diner style, after all. And that’s great. But the inside of the restaurant looks like it’s cleaned every few months- I felt dirty just walking in. We tried some burgers of course, and what a joke! The brisket burger was literally pink, like it was barely cooked. How does that happen? Also, a warning- if you want a real strawberry shake, this ain’t it. What they call a “strawberry shake” here is actually just vanilla ice cream with some strawberry sauce drizzled around the cup. Way, way off. I felt worse after eating here than I would’ve just skipping the meal. It’s quite sad, but I’m going to just stick to my old ways of admiring the outside of Mel’s from now on.

This place is chaos. People place their order through the universal app. The app gives updates up to when the food is ready. The app prompts that the food is ready so we go up to the front to pick it up, and there are 50 people (not exaggerating) waiting for their food. Everyone's app says the food is ready, but the staff haven't even started on most their burgers. The server calls out names quietly to the point where people dont know if their food is really ready or not. Whoever manages this place needs to pass it on to someone that's actually run a restaurant before. 1 hr 20 min wait for a mediocre burger.

S
SilyaBeeodess

Took close to half an hour to get our food after the order was already messed up once, bacon was half raw on burgers that were half cold and didn't have much flavor (barely any sauce to cover it), and not enough fries to compensate for what you don't/can't eat of the burgers. We had to explain to the staff multiple times what we did and didn't want, we think they forgot about us TWICE is why it took so long, and the member of our group that had to give their name for the order had to type it on the register themselves--not a kiosk, the register. Would not recommend. There are plenty of better, actually quick-service joints in the park.

I wouldn’t serve this food to my dog. Ate a burger during HHN and it was cold and like a hockey puck. Went for lunch now in February for something quick. Figured it’s hard to screw up chicken tenders. I went to pull the tender apart to cool it off and it wouldn’t break in half. It felt and looked like rubber. The breading slid right off and the chicken just would not go in half. Got a coffee full of grinds too.
