Nona's Urban Pizza is known for its Caribbean-style pizzas like the Tripleta and Jibaro. Customers rave about the unique flavor combinations and crispy crust. Some reviewers mention slow service, grumpy staff, and small pizza sizes as potential drawbacks.
Tip: Let the pizza cool off a bit after it comes out of the oven, as the dough can be a little soft when it's fresh.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nonas Urban Pizza in Orlando is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming — modern yet cozy, perfect for any occasion. The pizza is next-level — fresh ingredients, perfectly crispy crust, and flavor combinations that make every bite unforgettable. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their food. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need without ever feeling rushed. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, the service is always top-notch. If you’re in Orlando and craving incredible pizza, Nonas Urban Pizza is the spot. 100% recommend — you’ll definitely be back for more! 🍕🔥
1st time trying and wow, the pizza is so good. We had the tripleta and Domi and it was beyond our expectations. Though I wish they had more seating, the dining area was nice and played good music. Eli working the dining area was top tier on customer service! Always helpful, attentive, and never far if you needed something. Great young man, good job hiring that one. We will def be back again. To try more types or if anything definitely the Domi/tripleta
The pizza sauce was delicious and had a lot of cheese. The dough was a little too soft right of the oven so let the pizza cool off before you grab a slice. The staff is nice and the atmosphere is pretty chill. The TVs are great!
Based on several video posts I saw on social media and knowing it’s part of the Cilantro Restaurants chain, I decided to visit Nona Urban Pizza to try their Caribbean-style pizzas. I was particularly excited about the tripleta and domi pizzas. The pizza dough was excellent, and the flavors were spot on. However, one thing to note is that with an open kitchen like this, you can see some chaos that seems to carry over into the dining area. The staff takes a long time to clear and prepare tables after guests leave, which could be easily improved. That said, this might have been due to arriving right after a rush, but this is my honest review.
Wow ! The meat lovers pizza was delicious. Crust has great taste and is not soggy. Employees provided great customer service and were friendly. Three NFL games at the same time was nice. Wish they served pizza by the slice so I could try the Domi and Tripleta pizzas. Joey V says, "Check it out !"
Want to know how good Nona's Urbans Pizza really is? My husband and I have eaten there 5 times in under 6 weeks—yes, it's that good! We've tried the Tripleta, Domi, Jíbara, Chama, Chorizo, and of course the classic cheese and pepperoni, and every single one has been absolutely delicious. We love it so much that every time we go, we bring friends along… and they end up falling in love with the pizza too! One of the best parts? Their prices are super affordable, and if you can’t decide on just one flavor, you can do half and half at no extra cost. Great taste, great value, and a great vibe, highly recommend it! 🍕🔥
Well what can I say, I love Tripletas and pizza and I got the best of both worlds. Nonas Urban pizza really gives you a twist on your traditional pies. From the tripleta, chorizo and jibaro pizza etc… to your plain cheese and pep every bite is tasteful. Their garlic knots are a must have. Let’s not forget the ability to pair it with a cold Medalla or your favorite beer🍺. They also have games to enjoy like Jenga and connect four.

Amazing location! We had seen this place pop up on Instagram and made the drive to check it out. Their jibaro pizza was so delicious. The mixture of flavors between the maduros and pizza was exquisite. Their staff were very courteous as well. Recommend you checking it out and enjoy it. Will be back!
I decided to take a drive from East Orlando and went in today after seeing Nona's Urban Pizza in an Instagram ad. The pizza looked reminiscent of a classic NY slice and their novelty offerings looked intriguing. I opted for an XL Pizza Bianca, to-go. We were greeted by one of the super friendly pizzaolos into a spacious and well-thought out dining space (kudos to the owners/investors!). My pizza was ready in about 15 minutes. The dough is spectacular and a simple pie like mine really let the ingredients shine! I wish this business much success and local support. I cannot wait to go back and try another pie. Thank you for coming to the community and for the free keychain :D Felicidades!
This place needs more exposure!! Great Customer Service and a touch of a unique Fun Atmosphere!!! Offering delicious, filling, fresh single slices, and nice cold draft!! In addition to daily specials, they have reasonable price$- A Must for Locals🤗
Best pizza in all central Florida. Finally a place with chorizo pizza...
I recently visited Nona’s Urban Pizza, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! Their Tripleta Pizza was absolutely delicious packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and an amazing fusion of ingredients that truly hit the spot. It’s easily one of the tastiest pizzas I’ve ever had!
Pizza was great! My family had calzone and they said it was one of the best they've ever had.
Pizza is great and the spot is nice. They also have small tabletop games like connect four and jenga to play with your family/friends while you wait for the order. Definitely worth coming back for pizza and fun mini activities with the family.
Very good pizza service in all of the lake Nona area near the walmart. Cheese perfected to the stretchness and the taste is perfected absolutely. I would give a 9.5/10 for anyone wanting to visit. Definitely a cheap place for best pizza.
man … just went today, and if i could give more stars i definitely would !!!! one of the best pizza spots from flavor to great quality place to just go and enjoy some time. their tripleta pizza is just top notch, their wings delicious. can’t wait to be back.
La tripleta pizza is amazing. But the pizza in general was delicious, the sauce and the cheese had really good taste. Definitely coming back to try more!
Excellent thin crust style pizza with fresh ingredients and a great sauce.
I went there for the first time, just a little biased based on several reviews I have read previously. Including a couple not that good. Having said that, the pizzas ordered were “Amazing”, flavors that took me back to my late night party snacks like the “Tripleta”. That pizza with a couple of beers, works out just perfect. Here is a free word of advice to the owner. Do a “Buffet” night every Tuesday from 6pm until closing time. Have all the chefs cooking every pizza from the menu. And by paying a flat fee, people could sample some other flavors. Here is another advice: spend some money on advertising. Not many people in Lake Nona know about this place.
Great pizza. The atmosphere is really cool. They put a lot into it and the prices are good too.
Totally love this place!!!! The pizza is amazing. We got here because we saw a promo on Facebook. Totally worth it. We had a chorizo pizza, the crust was thin and delicious. Nonas Urban Pizza is must try!!!. 😋
Yesturday 7/27/203 approximately 4:45pm I When for the first time to try their pizza 🍕...Never had one with so much favor o a New York Style pizza. And today for my birthday I want another one, so my boys want this pizza again. So delicious in every angle. the gentleman who made my pizza Mr. DAVID, so nice who answer all my questions to what type of pizza shuld i order. So I asked him how different their pizzas are compared to the big competitors out there knowing their prices are way less...his answer was " the quality of the ingredients are always the best and the passion how is made every pizza everything is fresh🍕 " 🍕 I witched him every step While he was making my Pizza how he prepared. Love the cleanest of the place . ..Thank you Mr. David , for you great job and the rest of the staff 👏🏻 👍🏻 😀 .... Mr. María Clara
So this place really good. The pizza is really really good. My son and I took out but waited at a table and the restaurant is pretty cool. One of the best meat lovers pizzas I’ve had in a real long time. My new pizza place for sure. Good job y’all!
Omg, where can I start? The staff were incredibly friendly their all super nice! The food was incredible (I recommend to not get extra sauce on your pizza for a more crunchy texture) the sauce was outstanding the chesse was perfect. And the esthetics of the place are immaculate and the Vibes of the place are awesome. 10/10 definitely recommend!
Food was amazing costumer services was in another level Thank you so much guys .
Nona's Urban Pizza on Narcoossee is a true culinary delight! The moment you step in, you're enveloped in a cozy ambiance that sets the tone for a wonderful dining experience. The menu is a symphony of flavors, boasting a diverse range of artisanal pizzas that cater to all tastes. From classic margheritas to inventive combinations, each slice is a masterpiece. The crust strikes the perfect balance between crispy and chewy, and the toppings are always fresh and generous. The staff's passion for pizza is evident, as they ensure every creation is a work of art. With top-notch service and a warm atmosphere, Nona's Urban Pizza is a must-visit for any pizza enthusiast.
It’s honestly amazing, I love the look inside and the atmosphere❤️❤️ the pizza was amazing and they have awesome deals!!!!!!!! Will visit again soon
I ordered from them using Uber and pizza came really nice, I’m doing Keto so is very hard to find cauliflower crust and they have it, wow 😮it really tasty, now I have another location to have great pizza
Ist time visit. Clean, organized, friendly staff, a very interesting menu that we'll have to come back to try again. They also have beer and wine. I ordered a meat lover pizza and garlic parm wings to go, which we really enjoyed. This seems to be a fun place to sit and relax and have fun with your family and friends. Stop by after your weekly trip to Lowes, Walmart and Sam's Club.
Been going to Giovanni‘s pizzas for years when i found out the chef left, and open up this spot i HAD come out. Boy he did not let me down in the slightest, pizza was delicious and the insides looks soo nice. The insides i love looking artsy on top of the open kitchen that you can watch them making the pizza. This is the go to spot for pizza now in lake nona
First time at Nona's Urban Pizza🍕 and I can said they are super. Great customer service as soon I walk to place my order they greet me with a smile I mentioned that is my first time at the location and Mia took her time to tell me a little bit about what the offer and what they have with a great smile. I place my order (Calzone) and I was going to take out but the environment was great that I decided to eat there Mia told me to have a sit and they will bring my food to the table. After they brought the food Mia came to my table asking how was my food , if I need anything else and if I like the Calzone. That's a great customer service it was another Young guy tall but I didn't get his name he was cleaning up the tables and he also stop by and ask me if I was ok or need something. This place is top with customer service and the food was good also. Mia keep that great customer service and great personality thank you for everything 🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This has quickly become my new favorite pizza spot. Don’t be swayed by the negative reviews. It's an urban fast food pizza place with a self-service model, but the service was excellent, and the pizza is incredibly delicious and unique. The place has beautiful decor and plenty of entertainment options. I’ll definitely keep coming back to try everything on the menu. A must-visit—make sure to try the Demi and Chama pizzas; you won’t regret it!
We came without a lot of expectation just to give it a try. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised with their pizza! Is a pizza place with latin fusion! I saw in the menu Pizzas with ingredients/combinations that were trying to emulate a typical plate from different Hispanic countries. Garlic cheesy knots were delicious. Being “una buena boricua” we went for the tripleta pizza. I am not gonna lie. At first We were a bit hesitant to order as how the heck potato sticks and “Mayo Ketchup” would mix in a pizza…. but, Oh my! It was delicious! We also went for a traditional Margherita pizza, and it was one of the best we have had in a while! The atmosphere was nice and very family friendly! Connect fours, Jengas , tic-tac-toes , a couple for arcade games for you to entertain yourself while waiting for the pizza. So… If you want a pizza with some latin twist, and a different bold flavor, this is a Place to try.
We love coming here to try different pizzas. My daughter loves to make her own little pizza. It’s always the highlight of the dinner.
This is a hidden gem. Pizza is really good with many combinations of flavors and variations from the b asics cheese down to tripleta and domi which is my favorite combo. I have been at the restaurant 4 times and the same pizza prep and same consistency which is key for a good pizza. Love it! And I recommend it. Update: another amazing find La Jibara and Korean BBQ man the people working at the station both are consistent in their work I have been here 5 times same flavor and consistency.
I recently made the 40-minute drive to check out Nonna Urban Pizza after stumbling across their unique offerings on TikTok, and I'm glad I did. The major draw for me was the Tripleta pizza, a concept I had genuinely never encountered on a pizza before. That alone was enough to pique my interest and convince me to make the journey. To start, I ordered the garlic knots, which were indeed quite good—a classic done right. But the main event, the Tripleta pizza, was the real star. It was very good and certainly lived up to the hype I had built up in my mind. The most surprising element, however, was the inclusion of the mayo-ketchup sauce. I honestly didn't expect it to pair well with a pizza, but it actually provided a unique and delicious creamy tang that complemented the other toppings perfectly. It's a flavor combination you have to try to appreciate. The atmosphere at Nonna Urban Pizza was also a fun and different experience. It had a lively vibe, and I particularly enjoyed playing the pinball machine while waiting for my food. It brought back a wave of nostalgia, reminding me of the old-school pizzerias up north that used to have small arcades where you could play games while waiting for your order. Ultimately, Nonna Urban Pizza offers more than just a standard pie. If you're willing to step outside your comfort zone and try a different, unique flavor profile, this is absolutely the place for you. While the drive is significant, I would definitely go back again if I ever find myself in the Lake Nona area. It’s a worthwhile destination for a truly memorable pizza experience.
Food is good!!! My 2nd time. The service is not very good. Nobody talks to you, and almost everyone has a grumpy expression.

🍕🔥 “Urban Pizza in Lake Nona is a whole mood! From the crispy crust to the bold flavors, this spot delivers every single time. If you know, you know — this is where the pizza party’s at! Don’t sleep on their garlic knots either 👀👌” #UrbanPizzaLakeNona #LakeNonaEats #PizzaVibesOnly #FoodieFinds #OrlandoEats #PizzaCrush #SupportLocalEats #TastesLikeHeaven #FoodieGoals #MustTrySpots
Good pizza. Loaded with great tasting toppings, but a very thin undercarriage that needs to be more firm and thick.
Pizza is good but on the sweet sauce side. Table was dirty. I had to have them clean it and they weren't too happy about it. The young man cashier hates his job. Poor dude.
Good pizza. May have been an off day, but the wait staff looked like they were irritated to be there. Not a smile or thank you at any point.

I decided to get this place to try as it was close to my hotel. The location has the ambiance of a sitan restaurant, but it was walk up service. My food came out hot, delicious and in a timely manner. I can't believe this place was not busier on the day I visited. The young lady that took my order was friendly, courteous and follow it up. On the way back to my hotel, I actually recommended this to other tourists that were visiting. If you're local, I would definitely recommend if you're visiting same response.
1st time eating here. Pizzas are very pricey yet are big enough to enjoy with 4 to 10 people. They due sell single slices. Too many crazy made up pizza with ingredient that too me do not go in a pizza. They need to take time in chopping there vegetable and cooking them. $5 a 2ltr bottle of soda is wayyyy to much. They do serve very fast.
As a Puerto Rican I always want to support our people. I’ve seen the videos on Instagram and TikTok so decided to try it out. The gentleman making the pizzas said hi and welcomed us in with a smile, after that everything else was bad. The food: The cheesy garlic knots and the Jibara pizza were very good. We really enjoyed it. The Service: Terrible! No acknowledgement, no suggestions. They guy seemed like he was in a bad mood. Barely said a word to us. It was just bad. Then we go to the table, we’re not offered or given plates, napkins or utensils. I went and got the napkins myself. He brought the garlic knots to the table and still no plates or utensils. Then he brought the pizzas and I had to ask for plates, he brought them with out even saying a word. It’s like I wanted to enjoy the place and the food. And I couldn’t, at least in the food part you aced it. But the rest needs serious work. What a shame.
The food was good, but everything else needs serious attention. The service didn’t feel welcoming at all—the staff seemed very serious, barely spoke to us, and it felt like we were bothering them just by being there. They also didn’t give us plates, which made the whole experience feel unorganized and unprofessional. The biggest issue is the condition of the chairs and tables. Management really needs to inspect the dining area. Around 25% of the chairs are unstable or missing pieces on the legs. One of the chairs actually fell while we were there. This is a major safety hazard, and someone is going to get hurt. It’s a liability waiting to happen, and it needs to be fixed immediately. The food has potential, but the service and safety concerns overshadow everything.
Came for a quick lunch, the place was pretty empty with plenty of seating available. Ordered the lasagna. It was pretty tasty. The garlic knots were pleasant. Will have to return for the pizza.

Their large pizzas are pretty small and overpriced. Tasted fine but not worth the money. Papa John’s is just as good but less expensive. For the cost you are much better off going to Tomasino’s or Park’s Pizza & Brewing .
Service was great but pizza was not it. Tasted like school pizza or like a cici pizza kind of deal. Ordered pepperoni and the domi pizza and i was not impressed . They have connect 4 while waiting for my food and there was about 4 sets of connect 4 set up and all the pieces looked disgusting like it has not been cleaned.
Food taste is average. Personal pie is good for 2 people who want to snack. Bigger than we expected. The atmosphere is more for the younger crowd than older 20 yr olds. I like that they got games! But I hope they spray them down with Lysol. They are clean but the mop water stinks, might want to consider a fragrance for the place.
Great environment/place but if you need anything you would need to go to the front to ask for because the staff is just walking around. The pizza is OK, but will give another chance to try the winds. Gave 3 stars because I love pizza.
Had a Meat Lovers Pizza and Mozzarella Sticks delivered to my hotel. Wasn’t impressed. Did not like the sausage and not very hot. They were like Pepperoni slices, not a fan. Crust was not very crispy. Mozzarella Sticks were semi cold by the time it was delivered.
Food is great!!! Place is clean. However the staff are not welcoming at all!!! They do not smile, no hello welcome when you come in.
Pizza was pretty good tasting although it was very small and toppings were extremely skimpy. Took 50 minutes to get my food from time I ordered but it was a busy night On a holiday weekend. However, they only have 2 ovens that cook one pizza at a time so it's understandable. My biggest issue is that the amount of toppings did not match the photos online. If I ordered 3 toppings, they only gave me 2. For such a small pizza they can afford to be much more generous with the toppings and still be profitable.

This pizza Shop would never be allowed in this state of New York. It’s a 4 at best. We got a large pile and it’s like the next step up from frozen pizza, we also got the spaghetti and meatballs. The spaghetti was good. The meatballs were cold. The sauce is too acidic. And the guy at the register has the personality of a brick the place needs help, it was clean but service is lacking and the pizza was full of garlic Powder over garlic.
Great location in Lake Nona. Needs to improve service. Pizza topping was burnt. Taste had a burnt flavor. A shame for this place.

4 of us came for lunch. Less than 6 others in there yet our food was brought one person's at a time with 5-10 minutes in-between. So those with hot food waiting for others food to come ate it room temperature. Red wine tasted spoiled, moldy I guess from dirty lines. Cesar salad had 4 pieces of chicken dice size and 24 croutons I guess they were disguised as chicken. Calamari and chicken sub were good. It's a shame they couldn't time the food better so we could eat together or hot...both couldn't be done.
We ordered an XL half veggie half cheese. The order was supposed to have pineapple it didn't. They offered to make it but it was Friday night 9:30 so we just took it.For an XL pizza it wasn't that large. Taste was comparable to Dominos... Not sure if we'd come back. Maybe it was just a first bad experience.
Ordered the meat lovers pizza and the domi pizza. Both were ok, nothing to write home about, both could have been cooked for longer, the bottoms were crispy but the tops and sides were not. Not certainly not worth the 48.00 total cost. And if your not coming to the table to take the order then why are you asking for a tip. Here's a tip, clean the place, lower the volume a little, and cook the pizzas longer. This place is just one step above little Caesars at five times the price.
I wanted to love it so bad, I’m always one to support my people but the employees look like they don’t want to be there and they treat you like it. The food was okay, i got the jibara pizza but i wish it had more flavor and sauce. Their customer service definitely needs improvement.
Great pizza, terrible service. I called in a pizza for my wife to pick up and they told me 30 minutes. My wife got there a little early and they said it wasn’t ready. She was waiting and finally said something roughly an hour after I called and the girl at the front was like oh it’s in the warmer. No apology, or acknowledgement. Who knows how long my wife would have been there if she didn’t ask where our pizza was. I guess who cares about my hungry toddlers waiting.
The food was good, The service didn’t feel welcoming at all—the staff seemed very serious, never Smile and doest speak , and it felt like we were bothering them just by being there. They also didn’t give us plates. It honestly felt like they didn't want to be there. The young man behind the register doesn't even make eye contact and it's very uncomfortable especially when they are serving you your food. My wife and son also noticed this.
I travel almost 3 hours to try one of my favorite pizza in PR the chorizo one. The pizza was delicious but the service was 0, i went with my family and we don't feel welcoming, the cleaning was awful. The person that takes your order was no friendly it all, for be our first time sadly is gonna be our last one. Travel from far away for that is not worth it. You guys need works more with your employees for be more friendly, enthusiasm and for the service be more excellent and welcoming.
I wanted to love it so bad, I’m always one to support my people but the employees look like they don’t want to be there and they treat you like it. The food was okay, i got the jibara pizza but i wish it had more flavor and sauce. Their customer service definitely needs improvement.
Took 35 mins to get 1 pizza. There were probably 4 families eating. Guy who took the order literally just looked at me and didn’t even say welcome or how can I help you. The pizza? A sloppy disaster with no flavor. Price? Not cheap, $40+ dollars for one pizza and a pasta.
Check your receipt! We just got charged and received nothing. The girl on the register charged us and then said the charge didn’t go through. I showed her on my phone that it did go through to AMEX. She got the manager who told me we’d have to pay twice since they didn’t know how to operate their register. Lake Nona needs a decent pizza joint and this isn’t it.
Local too small, food men not that good and water bottle taste like dirt
Though no pizza will ever be a New York pizza, I've found plenty of really good pizza here in Florida. Nona's Urban Pizza isn't one of them. The dough is off in texture, not at all the type of dough a pizza would normally have. It's like a soft pretzel. The large pie looks like a small but priced like a large. Overall I'd say skip this place. Chuck E Cheese pizza was better than this.
We visited this place yesterday. We live in Ocala and don’t mind the drive since we are pizza lovers, especially me. The reviews were amazing, and our expectations were high. Upon arrival, we noticed a large group of people accompanying a bunch of kids who were playing ball in the parking lot. To say they were loud would be an understatement; it was incredibly noisy. I couldn't hold a conversation with my family because we couldn’t hear each other, and that went on for more than 30 minutes. No one from the staff said a word to them. While I understand they are customers just like us, I think there should be some consideration for others or at least common sense. This was neither a park nor the street. After a while, someone finally approached them and asked them to lower their voices. They immediately complained about being told to leave but did so anyway. A few minutes later, my husband went to ask about our order. The staff didn’t have an answer other than that they were unaware of its status and would notify us once they knew. We received our order about 5-10 minutes later, and it was clearly prepared in a rush. The pizza was undercooked, saggy, and had a colorless appearance—the dough was barely done. The meat on it was delicious; however, that was the only redeeming quality. Perhaps we chose the wrong day to visit, but overall, it was a terrible experience.
Extremely disappointing service. Arriving an hour before closing, when they brought out our pizza, they didn’t give us plates, cutlery, napkins, water, or refreshments. We had to go up to the counter three separate times just to ask for basic dining essentials. For a sit-down experience, that’s unacceptable. The food might’ve been fine, but the lack of service completely ruined the meal.
Their marketing and videos look amazing — they really make you want to try their pizza. But honestly, it’s all looks and no taste. The crust had zero flavor, the cheese tasted fake, and the sauce was straight out of a can. Great promo videos can’t save bad pizza. Definitely not coming back.
What a terrible place. Ordered a cheese pizza and a calzone and it took an hour to come out. I get your busy but you have 2 maybe 3 pizzas in a large oven and the pizzas are tiny. They have 1 guy making pizzas, while the rest of the staff stairs at him. They lack efficiency and the service is garbage. No one smiles, why should they when everyone is upset it’s taking so long. Management needs to really figure their stuff out. Will not be back!! Stay away!
Worst lasagna ever. Cold inside and the pasta hard and looks those pre-cooked pasta that you can find at the super market. No meat it was more sauce that meat. Meat lover Pizza No flavor very dry Visited Feb-7 2026
While on my way to “Nona Pizza” I called to place the order for pick up so I didn’t have to wait long. As I’m calling they answered with, “Hi can you hold” as I’m holding I’m wondering if I’m even calling NonaPizza. I get there and noticed the phone is still on hold on the register and all the guys are talking. I told the young boy at the register, he left me on hold and I’m here, he than hung the phone up. By the way it’s not busy, phone was on the register and they were all talking. I was so upset with the customer service and the professionalism these teenagers lack. Not even an apology I got just a simple, what can I get you. NonaPizza please do better when hiring teenagers.
Para los gustos, los colores... Crowded, noisy and not clean. Is a waiting game just to get a table and is a competition to seat before someone else get it! The staff isn't attentive to clean the tables so we ended up with a dirty table and cleaning it up ourselves. There's no refills machine out so some people just get up and ask for refills. Clearly a lack of options for seating and the atmosphere wasn't the correct one for a child in the spectrum. We choose to leave and just had it as "take out". The pizza was great just wish for the long drive it took to get there we could enjoy it inside the restaurant. Ohh well just a bit disappointed... Que se puede hacer...
My expectations for this place were really high the ideas are great, but unfortunately the execution missed the mark today. I’m not sure if it was because they were understaffed or because it was a Sunday and management wasn’t around, but the experience was disappointing. We ordered a half Domi, half Tripleta pizza, along with Nona tostones as an appetizer. The tostones arrived soggy and had barely a tablespoon of chorizo on them. The Domi pizza had an overwhelming amount of cheese to the point it was hard to enjoy and almost chocked, the salami felt like it was just thrown on straight from the bag. The pizza overall was very soggy, more like a cheese dip than a slice you could actually pick up. As for the Tripleta, I had high hopes, but it was mostly ham and papitas with only one noticeable piece of actual meat, and again, everything was quite soggy. I truly believe this place probably has better days, but unfortunately today just wasn’t one of them.
