This was my first time visiting. The food is awesome. I have had spaghetti from many restaurants and they always give you water...😂. This spaghetti was perfect, no water on the bottom of the bowl. I got the meat sauce as well.

Hailey is the best! She is so knowledgeable and helpful as well as just a sweetie. I look forward to seeing her again next time!

We ventured in last night for a little family meal out. We don’t go out to eat often. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The portions were huge, the food was incredible, and the service was amazing! We will for sure be back!!!

I really enjoyed my meal, the seafood with pasta, which I ordered with the red sauce. Great sauce, seafood cooked just right (every clam and mussel open and tender and not overly briny, the calamari equally tender and not rubbery as it can often be). Most of the rest of our group also seemed to like their food, though the Hawaiian pizza was a bit soggy with the pineapple juice, and the pineapple itself looked like it MIGHT have come from a can... The service was friendly but it did take quite a while for our food to come out, though there were twelve of us, so I suppose it's understandable. My experience was pretty great; your mileage may vary.

The crust was too thick and didn't have that crisp snap when you bit into it. Sauce was ok, not great, and wasn't enough.

I heard such great reviews and went for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and the staff was extremely nice. I order the lunch special, 2 slices of pizza and a salad (not pictured). One slice was topped with ricotta cheese and the other with meatballs (paid extra for the toppings) Trust me the salad was the best part of the meal. The pizza was luke warm (I’m being generous) and it taste like it was just sitting around all day and they just zapped it in the microwave. I gave them a 2 because like I said the staff was extremely friendly and I enjoyed my salad.

Portion is small Salsa Alfredo was too watery.

Recently visited Ragazzi's Pizza & Restaurant ordered baked ziti not good. It was bland only thing you could taste was the cheese not sure what that meat sauce was. Had to finish cooking bread knots at home. Not worth going back.

Only people in restaurant service was sub par and food was not edible. They were out of most items on the menu. They were out of Chicken Sausage and most pasta’s. It took 40 minutes to receive meal. Pasta was not cooked. DO NOT EAT HERE

Absolutely the worst experience ever! One of five individuals that chose to dine-in for lunch. Told waiter we only had 1 hour. The only people in the place. We put in our orders but NEVER received our food.Yet, everyone that came after us was served. In fact items we had ordered. The waiter never came to say anything. When the hour had expired, still Nothing. Ended up paying for what drinks we had. Asked for the manager but he/she never came. Not one apology offered or any type of rectification. The only difference between us and all the other patrons was the color of our skin. What a HUGE disappointment this lunch outting turned out to be. Racism is NEVER justified. Shame on them ALL!!!!! Praying the Most High will deal with their actions and hearts.

If I could give this place a negative rating on service I would! My girlfriend and her friends, all public school teachers in the area for training, went to this place today for lunch. When they got there the place was completely empty. They told the server they only had an hour for lunch, and were told that would not be a problem. The server took their orders, brought them drinks and that was it, an hour later and they never got their food. Meanwhile the place filled up with customers that ordered and got their food. So there they are sitting watching everyone who came in after them eat. After over an hour when they went to leave with no food being served, the staff did not apologize for the wait or how they were treated, in fact they went ahead and charged the ladies for the drinks they had! They ended up leaving and going back to training upset and hungry. Great job Ragazzi's staff, I will never recommend you to anyone again!

How hard is it to tell the kitchen to make a pizza? Sorry for the bad review, but you guys did this to yourselves. Bon chance - order at your own risk.
