Tip: Try the sauteed eggplant under cold dishes with lavas bread. Be careful with the lavas bread as it's super hot with the air still in it.

My friends and I went here on January 9. I have been here once before and this was their first time - the food is fresh and flavorful. Murad is an excellent server - genuine and kind. All the dishes were like by my friends. It's a very cozy atmosphere and a local restaurant. The salad is fresh. The feta is flavorful. The ambience is great. We reached first and we left last because everyone enjoyed the food and company. The baklava is also perfect and not too sweet. Enjoy the great food and give business to a local restaurant.
Zeytin Turkish Restaurant in Orlando is a wonderful spot for authentic Turkish cuisine. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, even accepting our order at the very last moment — a gesture that truly stood out. The food was outstanding: the shish kebabs were perfectly grilled and juicy, the Adana was rich and flavorful, and their signature lavash bread was absolutely amazing — soft, warm, and beautifully puffed. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality and taste make it well worth it. Overall, a delightful experience with delicious food and genuine hospitality.
We ordered the lavas bread with hummus, baba ganoush, and a few other dips, and everything was amazing. The chicken seekh kebab was flavorful and perfectly cooked. We also tried the freshly made baklava, and it was hands down the best I’ve had so far. Definitely a place we’ll be visiting again!
Delicious buttery rice and tender lamb! Cute decor as well. I liked the YouTube channel they had playing on the tv. Love that all the meat is halal (per server). Their hummus and bread is yummy- make sure to be careful as it’s super hot with the air still in it. Bathrooms were clean too. A little pricey to me but fair for restaurants that are similar to this. Excited to come back soon.
Great Turkish restaurant. This is one of the best Turkish restaurants I have visited. The food we ordered are flavorful and amazing. We ordered Lamb Doner Pide and mixed appetizer platter pick 4. Lamb doner pide was full of flavours. Great cook!!! That one alone is enough for two people (well.. my stomach is small). We finished the meal with traditional Turkish tea. Great people and atmosphere. Will visit them again.
I stumbled upon this spot on Google after seeing a ton of great reviews, so I decided to check it out, and I’m really glad I did. It’s a cozy, family-run Turkish restaurant that feels like one of those hidden gems you’re always hoping to discover. The place itself is pretty small and unpretentious, but don’t let that fool you because the food and the service are both top-notch. Honestly, I was surprised it wasn’t packed on a Saturday evening because it definitely deserves to be. We started off with a sampler of four appetizers: baba ghanoush, eggplant sauté, tabbouleh, and a creamy, yogurt-based dip whose name I can’t remember, but every single one was excellent. Each had a fresh, homemade flavor that you just don’t get at big, commercial places. I kept going back and forth trying to decide which one was my favorite, and I still couldn’t pick. For the main course, I went with the lamb sauté, and my wife ordered the okra sauté with chicken. Both dishes were bursting with flavor, and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care that went into the cooking. The portions were generous too, so you definitely get your money’s worth. Service was another highlight. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Overall, it felt like the kind of meal that’s prepared and served with pride, and that’s something I really appreciate. If you’re craving authentic, mom and pop style Turkish cuisine with rich flavors, generous portions, and genuinely warm service, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I’ll definitely be back, and next time, I’m bringing friends.
Thoroughly enjoyed dinner at this place in Winter Park. Had the “ pick four” with the babaganush with tremendous Smokey flavor. Murat, our server, was super pleasant and attentive. We also had the lavas and moussaka. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Definitely recommend this place.
There are so few actual hidden gems anymore BUT this is the real deal! Food is delicious and service is great. Definitely try the sauteed eggplant under cold dishes with a lavas hollow bread. We've tried both the lamb and chicken sautes which are both yummy.
It is a cozy place with authentic food and drinks. The bread and mezes are great. The service was very friendly as well. It would have been great if they were open after lunch, but you have ro plan for a nice dinner there.
Most amazing place ever!!! The food was amazing, service was incredible. Went for the first time with my husband and it won’t be the last one! 🩷🩷🩷
Authentic delicious Turkish food. We ordered hummus, baba ganoush, lavash, chopped salad, Turkish sausage pide and moussaka. Also had Turkish wine and beer. Baklava for dessert. We had tons of food to take home. Friendly service. We will be back. ♥️
I found this tiny gem online and was not disappointed! I wanted to take my family to experience some of the foods I experienced many years ago (my father was stationed in Ankara and we spent four and a half years there). The decor brought back many memories of my time in Turkey and provided a fitting ambience to my family's experience. Adam, the waiter was ever alert to our needs, while remaining unobtrusive and very friendly (which also brought back memories of the people I met). The food was everything I hoped for and more! My family and I enjoyed our dining experience immensely! It was a perfect evening!
The BEST Turkish food I've ever had! The lavas & the sampler of spreads were delicious. Lentil soup was very creamy and full of flavor. Feta pide was amazing. I'm still full and got my mouth watery just thinking about this place. Everything was cooked to perfection! Thank you, we will be back many many more times!
This Turkish restaurant exceeded my expectations with its commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients and exceptional service. From the moment I stepped in, the welcoming ambiance and attentive staff set the tone for an extraordinary dining experience. Each dish, bursting with authentic flavors and prepared with evident care, highlighted the freshness and superior quality of the ingredients used. The seamless blend of traditional Turkish cuisine and impeccable service truly made this a memorable culinary adventure.
Certainly the best restaurant I have ever been to. We’re in town driving through, and a friend of mine recommended the place to us. Of course, me being the slightly extra person I am when it comes to food, we got there 5 minutes before they opened. We walked in right at 4:00pm and was greeted by Michele. She asked if we had reservations, said we didn’t, and she sat us down. She was so great to talk to explained the items we questioned about on the menu very well. She also said it was just her & her husband, and they make everything from scratch every day. SHE WAS NOT LYING! You could taste the authenticity in all of their food, the bread and dips were SO GOOD (Warning: bread comes out very very hot, so just remember)! Me and my wife finished the bread along the whole time sitting there, I got the Roaster Lamb Pide and my wife got the Lamb Sis Kebab! Both of them were 12/10! This is now our new favorite restaurant, sadly we live 600 miles away so we will certainly be coming back here anytime we are back in the Orlando area for sure!

Tasty food with different options for vegan and regular Turkish dishes. This is a small restaurant but wasn't too busy on a Wednesday night. Teas, coffee and Coke products along with various fruit drinks offered. We enjoyed the mixed kabobs.
Came her with my dad and my sister to try something new. Overall we had just a phenomenal experience. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing with beautiful decorations and lighting. The speed of service was fast and professional, especially with only two people working the night crowd. I can’t even describe the food in a negative light or will even think about it in a negative light, it was so good if I wasn’t full after 3 appetizers, lamb, and a syrupy dessert that just melts in your mouth, we would have ordered everything again to go!! Thank you Zeytin for an amazing dinner!!
What a hidden Gem! Right on the corner of Edgewater and Thistledown in college park, is the best Turkish food in Orlando. It’s set in a quaint building that feels like you’re eating in your grandmothers kitchen. Turkish lanterns adorn the ceiling and the smell of red lentil soup fills the air. The food is fresh, full of flavor, and as authentic as it gets. Our server was kind and pleasant and offered us an array of their cold starters to try with the Lavas bread and each of the 7 spreads had a unique and delicious flavor. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful and makes for a great date night for intimate conversation. Don’t pass up this great spot!
From the moment you walked in you can tell the home feel vibes of the Turkish culture. The service and food was incredible. The authentic Turkish plates to even the extra Accommodations they did for us. 5 Stars to the chef, service, everything! Go check them out!

The food was really tasty and everything came out fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had a comfortable vibe. I enjoyed my meal and had a good experience overall.
I’ve Had in Years This restaurant may be small in size, but it delivers big on flavor. Most of the dishes we tried were exceptionally delicious—rich in authentic Turkish taste and cooked to perfection. A few items were just average, but the majority stood out for their flavor and quality. Service was impressively fast and the staff were warm and friendly, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance is simple and not particularly fancy, but honestly, when the food is this good, that’s not a concern. Do note that parking is limited and the restaurant space is compact, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area!
Adena kabab is too spicy Pide was perfect Shish Kanab is ok Heydari and salted eggplant is good I hope they have a beef option as well
