Shake Shack Florida Mall

Delicious as always, yes it's a little pricey but if it's your first time it's definitely worth it. Although it may not fill you up it leaves a splendid taste in your mouth. If you like a sour lemonade then you will love theirs. Try it all. You won't be let down.

Food arrived quickly, something about 5 minutes after I ordered. Everything was great, including the milkshake. Total was around 50 USD including tip, 2 people.

We came to mall to kill some time before our flight . The food was really good and had little to no wait . Constantly saw staff helping and cleaning. The atmosphere was a little weird because there was a homeless man playing his videos a bit too loud but other than that very chill .

The hamburger is very tasty. It's "lighter" than the Five Guys burger, and it comes down to personal preference to decide which is best.

You have to do a self order on the ipad. They will bring you your fresh food. The food is very good.

Absolutely a great location! The food was great, and the service was phenomenal! When we did have something to have them correct, they quickly fix the problem with a smile and delivered it to our table. Thank you for a great experience! Thank you leadership for taking care of your team members. It shows in the way they take care of your customers.

I love my lettuce burger, no bread and avocado. Chicken too was incredible.

We placed the order in the mall parking lot because of the deal offered via the app and by the time we walked in, we waited less than 2-3 minutes. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. With the burger, fry and drinks special deals, we got a fantastic meal at a great price!

This brand is really impressive in terms of the reliability of sticking to the coree brand tenets and producing a consistent product. This unit was incredibly quick, and they do good work! Seeing the one dude on the griddle whip out food that fast was impressive. Order was accurate as well! Even with special prep. One critique: their burger buns are not substantial enough to hold more than one burger patty with toppings.... just get a single burger and get more than one.

Cliff helped us out a lot. Amazing service. Amazing hospitality. Just wow, we had some trouble with our order and he went above and beyond to help us out. Give this guy a raise!!

While waiting in line, I became best friends with the other customers & the cashier. 🤣 It was such a friendly upbeat environment, so we were all chatting it up. The cashier even gave silly nicknames to the orders based on our joking around. I tried the new spicy fries. The fries are thick wavy fries, perfectly cooked, crunch on the outside, & hot & soft on the inside. The spice blend was very spicy. I'm a thai-hot level girl, but this had my tongue numb. It's just dry spice & a lot of it. I would have preferred less of it or it in a wet sauce version. I had the mushroom vegetarian burger & my husband had the garden burger. Both were delicious. Great thick size, crisp fresh toppings, & the burgers were just like the fries- crisp on the outside & soft on the inside! I'm SOOOO happy they not only provide multiple vegetarian burger options, but also non-dairy dessert options! It's located in the mall with indoor & outside seating. Booths, high-tops, & tables available with ample space for mobility devices.

My first time at Shake Shack and I was not disappointed at all. Love the mushroom burgers although the fries were a little too salty for me. Kiddo milkshakes were delicious (yes I drank the milkshake I bought for my kiddo). Since we stopped for a quick bite we could not stay to try more. Will surely visit again to try other options and some plant based items (if available).

Really good burger and fries. Service was pretty fast and it exceeded my expectations. I got the Spicy Double Shackburger with bacon cheese fries and some chicken bites to try. Chicken was excellent, piping hot but juicy all the same and seemed pretty high quality for a fast casual restaurant. The burger was seasoned well and cooked perfectly and the fries were nice and crispy and their cheese sauce is super good. Overall very impressed

A little pricey but you can tell the quality is good and fresh. The SHACK STACK Burger is really good. The fried portabello mushroom is crispy and juicy, pairs really will with the burger patty. The bacon and cheese fries were good too. Also thought it was cool they repurposed wood from bowling lanes to make their tables.

Great burger joint to grab a quick lunch. Really yummy cheese fries! The interior is decorated beautifully with reclaimed wooden tables.

Great place. They keep it simple with just a few burgers, some chicken, fries and milkshakes. They do serve alcohol. If there are any others dishes/salads I do not recall them on the menu board. You order your food and they give you a pager for when the food is done. Very clean restaurant. Tv's are on, sports mostly. We had the bacon cheeseburger, Portobello mushroom burger, cheese fries, regular fries and 2 chocolate shakes.

We had the shack burger, cheese fries and two grilled hotdogs. The food was food. The burger a little small. The staff was very professional and nice. The restaurant and restrooms were clean.

Found this location a taddd greasier than others; always love their milkshakes though! Plenty of seating, kept clean. Inside the mall near MAC cosmetics.

A tour group must have just arrived because it had a HUGE line, tables www the full or trashed and it was SO loud! I got in line and remembered that they had online ordering so I downloaded the app, quickly ordered and I ended up getting my food before I would have even gotten to the register to order! The food was good as always although the fries portion seemed slightly smaller than I have gotten at other locations. I ended up eating outside since the restaurant was so chaotic and trashed by the large group. I know I’ll be back, and be prepared to use the app!

Ordered take out. You order from kiosk, take a number, and they bring it to you. The cheese fries I didn't care for, the burger was okay.

Heard lots of great things about this place from friends. Tried it out myself and I could see the appeal. Yes it’s little pricey but the flavor makes up for it. I would like to try more things on the menu the next chance I get. The “shake” I got wasn’t too flavorful though honestly. Needed to be a stronger strawberry presence and maybe it wasn’t mixed well enough.

My first Shake Shack Experience! I was so excited to try this place out after hearing so much about it! I decided to try out The Chick'n Shack Burger. Honestly I wasn't too impressed with this burger, mainly because I wasn't a huge fan of the buttermilk herb mayo. I wish they used a thicker aioli type of sauce for this burger instead. I did get a chance to try their The 'Shroom Burger though, and was actually pretty tasty! I didn't realize until our meal was over, that they also have a second vegetarian Beat Burger that was wasn't listed on their menu. ( Definitely going to try that out next time! ) I've noticed that the actual burgers are a little on the small side. This gets a little frustrating when you're paying a premium for Fast Casual, but it was definitely worth trying. I think I'll try the ShackBurger next time.

Came in to try the Hot Ones Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It’s was alright. The sauce slowly creeps up on you and lingers in your mouth. I really liked the bread, it wasn’t a regular burger bun. I felt it needed a pickle or something like that. Also the men’s bathroom was dirty and I wondered the last time it was cleaned.

Food is great as far as cooking and tasting goes! BUT as a lot of people mentioned is just regular burgers that you can get at any fast food where you actually can get a bigger portions for cheaper price. This place itself is great, employees were very nice,store is very clean,bathrooms maintained.

Poor customer service. Made eye contact with several employees all who failed to help, very disappointing. They also messed up our order. Overall, food tasted good though.

The front guy was great, ordered 2 burgers and mine was fine but my wife’s burger was undercooked and she is pregnant. So I mentioned it to the front guy that agreed to change it BUT I was waiting and I heard the cook complain about me complaining without knowing I could hear him. I explained him the danger of uncooked meat for pregnant woman is real and I don’t need his attitude. Isolated incident most likely it still had to mention the attitude.

Great burger w/ fries but I have never seen this much oil in a fried chicken anywhere else (not even in McDonalds, BK or Wendy’s).. we complained and the response was “It’s normal , is fried”. No this is not normal….

I’ve been to several Shake Shack locations, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The food was just average—not what I expect from Shake Shack—but the real issues were with the service and cleanliness. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, and service was incredibly slow despite the restaurant not being overly busy. Orders were coming out inconsistently, and there was little effort to engage with customers or ensure accuracy. The most unacceptable part, however, was the state of the restaurant. It was absolutely filthy—trash all over the floor, overflowing garbage cans, and tables covered in leftover food and spills. It was clear that no one was making an effort to clean or maintain the space. For a brand that prides itself on quality, this was shocking and disappointing. Shake Shack, you need to do better. This location is a disgrace to your brand, and I won’t be returning. If you’re in the area, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a meal.

Later, I asked one of the staff members where I could find a straw, and instead of answering, he just pointed without saying a word. It felt like no one there knows how to speak or interact with customers. To make matters worse, the food is nothing special. The burger I ordered was just average and definitely not worth the poor experience. Overall, this place is a disaster—dirty, rude staff, and mediocre food. I would not recommend eating here.
