I was seated immediately upon entering. Order taken quickly with drink and food coming out fast. Had the Cajun Pasta with chicken this time. No complaints with this choice. Sat in bar area this time and the waitress was very attentive but not to the point of being annoying. Overall a good choice.

Our server rocked it! We had a big party and had different wants!!! She was delightful, diligent, and personable! We loved her so much we added her to our family pictures! Thank you for the amazing service and making us smile a little bit bigger!!!

Fabiano & Tracy have set the standard for customer service anywhere!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, exactly as you order it consistently!! Hands down my favorite Chilis to visit. I encourage everyone to stop in and experience this level of customer service and ask for Fabiano or Tracy!!!

Not a big fan of Chili's. But I've had plenty of great experiences here. The customer service is the meat and butter of this place, with everyone making a point to send a genuine "hello". The food is good for a Chili's but still left to be desired. The staff work very Hard like Justin, that guy never stops. Juli is another who really puts her passion into her job and it's just nice to see the effort. It's a decent place to watch football. I usually enjoy the triple dipper or the big mouth bites. I was also impressed with the shrimp tacos I had. It's the best place to get a drink in 2 cups.

Great service from the host and food runner to the server. Quality of the food is what you would expect from Chili's. I was recommended to come during an early weekday night. Plenty of seating and not too crowded to enjoy dinner. If you are offered the 2 for 1 on the domestic drinks do note that they bring you both mugs of beer at the same time. If you are enjoying dinner with others, consider ordering one 2 for 1 drink order then get another after you finished with the first. Overall great experience. This is one of the cleanest Chili's location I have been to.

The restaurant was clean the stuff was friendly the food was great My server Jason was excellent I'm 70 plus years old and I've never had a better waiter in my life if you go in there you need to get him as your waiter if you want complete satisfaction you can tell he loves his job and likes to take care of his tables

Me and my boyfriend came here to spend time before our flight. I am silly and accidentally left my purse behind. We live in Ohio and by the time I had noticed we were already through TSA and sat at our gate. The team here went above and beyond and is sending it back to me through the mail. 10/10 service. We also had Lee as a bartender while we were sitting there and he was amazing as well. Thank you guys for everything, true life savers.

Food was fresh and came out quickly, good service. Not 5 stars due to the recent menu changes such as the skillet queso being removed. Prices have also risen quite a bit the triple dipper and a few others.

We had a pretty enjoyable experience at this spot. The service was efficient and the food was well prepared for the most part. The only hiccup was that one of the servers tried to convince me that the chipotle wings were barbeque.( They got my order wrong) but it wasn't a deal breaker . The wings are pretty good.The brisket sandwich was inspirational. I can go there again.

Typical Chili's. No surprises, in a good way. Their nachos are warm and thin. Great burgers, salads. Full bar.

Everything was delicious from the food to the server who bought the food to my car. I had a order of barbecue wings and the baby back rib dinner with fries and corn on the cob. Chili's are always on point‼️‼️

Not my first time eating at this Chilis. The food could be a hit or miss. But what is consistent is the old timer burger. Top 10 burgers I’ve had. Tbh it’s the only thing I like from the menu at this location. The fries were half done and the wings were flavorless. Besides the buffalo sauce thrown on top. I could only eat so much tortilla chips and salsa before I’ve had enough. I didn’t forget about the cheesecake. The cheesecake is also pretty consistent in taste. Best flavor is best plain without the strawberry syrup included. I would order from here again just to eat the burger.

I dont know what's going on. But, I was your biggest fan for the portion sizes on your like 3 for $10.99 and up. But, the portion size ai gor yesterday for the chicken tenders is Horrible...... I got the 3 for me!!! I ordered the double oldtimer , soup, chips and salsa!!!! When u order the sides, they can't get any smaller!!!! The soup was in a tiny tea cup!!!! If you get the salad, prepare for the tiniest salad you ever seen!!!! If you get about six bites of it!!!They should call it 3 samples for me!!!! Because basically that's what you get!!!! The old timer hamburger was fantastic, but the sides are pitiful in size!!!! Management quit being cheap and fix this!!! Thx!!!!

The bartender customer service was not on point. It felt as if he was rushing me. Then he made my drink wrong. I asked for frozen margarita not on rocks. I probably won't be back to this location.

When I got to my destination the chilis sign was off, very confusing almost looked like they were closed. I did a pick up order when I got home there was a hair in my salad, I was given no sour cream for my load potato. The food was very good but this issues out weighted that. I will not be coming back.

It was a while since we ordered Chili's due to the portion of the food as well as the set up. The food always looks like it is thrown into the plastic containers. Almost 50% of the time it's cold especially the soup. We ordered a side of fries to share and they must've counted the fries that we received. For the amount of money that is spent it is ridiculous for the cooks/servers/management to be ok with serving the food the way they do.

I came to this Chili’s with my wife and baby, and we had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant. When we arrived, the hostess took us to a table, and then suddenly told us we had to take our baby’s stroller back to the car because “the fire department doesn’t allow it.” This made no sense — we’ve been here before multiple times with the same stroller and never had an issue. We explained that our baby needs her stroller and that we’ve always been allowed to bring it in. While we were talking to the employee, another couple walked in with a stroller AND a car seat, and they were seated with no problem at all. So clearly, the rule is not consistent. It honestly felt like discrimination or just pure incompetence. When we pointed that out, the manager Chris came over with a terrible attitude. Instead of listening or trying to understand the situation, he raised his voice at my wife and accused her of “yelling at his employee,” which was completely untrue. He acted defensive, rude, and unprofessional from the start. His tone alone made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. At that point, we decided to leave. No family should be treated that way, especially when they’re simply trying to sit down with their baby. The inconsistency, lack of professionalism, and the manager’s attitude were unacceptable. We will not be returning, and I hope the company seriously looks into how this location is being managed.

My girlfriend wanted a 10 ounce steak but she wanted to do the 3 for me like how i did she asked if there could be an up charge for the ten ounce but the server immediately shut her down instead of trying to work with the client or explain that the computer will literally just not let him change it but no he became immediately hostile. I got a cajun pasta and I asked if i could change my chicken to crispy chicken (which has been done before) and he said no immediately I do not fight it or push it. Our entries come around and my girlfriend asked again if she could change it this time clarifying that she doesn’t mind paying more. The server gets hostile and tells her how no it isn’t possible and doesn’t explain why just no he, without her asking, immediately fetches his manager and refers to my girlfriend as a “young man”. The manager a heavier 50 something year old male also treats my girlfriend as someone less because we look younger. We both work in environments such as this and she just wanted an apology for the hostility from the server, never got one. He was just outright rude and nasty towards her. I recommend changing the attitude if you want a tip especially when your wage relays heavily on it.

I got my food delivered through the Chili’s app and when I recieved it the Mac and cheese was burnt they didn’t give me a good portion. The packaging looked like it was under a heat lamp for a very long time. I did not eat it. I tried calling to see if I can buy something else and they put in a new Mac and cheese for my order and they said they can’t do anything even if it was burnt. Horrible service horrible food. They lost a loyal guest! I am livid

It was my first experience at this Chilis location the server was fantastic but the general manager was extremely rude and already came up to the table with an attitude as someone who works in customer service i completely understand having a stressful night but the restaurant was not very busy so for him to as rude as he was i feel like was unnecessary he had absolutely no patience and refused to answer any of my questions if you’re in a general manager position you should have some sort of patience and greet everyone with at least respect which he did not do once

So this was my first and probably my last curbside pickup for all restaurants! It best to go inside and see what you get. I had ordered because it was convenient since the restaurant was 30 minutes away. My order was ready when I got there so perfect time of service. I arrived home then it happened, order was all wrong. Called the restaurant back to inform them it was wrong the young lady was helpful an offer me they would replace my order, but I explained to her that I was 30 minutes away and it was late to drive back to the restaurant. So she got her shift manager on the phone I explained to him that my order was wrong, he apologized for it and said he was going to send me a digital credit for my next visit to the restaurant for how much my order cost. It been over a week ago and I haven't received anything. So if you're ordering anything from this restaurant, Please Please Look at your food before you leave. Not only my order was wrong plus the food wasn't done! Not very good!

We asked to speak to the manager TWICE and he never showed up to our table. Very disappointed. Worst parts the restaurant wasn't even busy. I have photos for proof. We asked the host to combine two tables she said no because it was for bigger parties. Our party size was 7.
