So, I have never liked Subway. But for some reason I have given them a try lately. And I’m not sure exactly what they have changed but it has actually been quite good. Especially compared to Jersey Mikes, which I’m not a fan. Especially for how expensive they are. So I just walked into the Subway and the lady behind the counter was extremely nice. She was attentive, she asked questions, she communicated, she did everything she was supposed to and she did it quickly. I had absolutely no problems. She did a great job and the food was fresh and good. That’s about all you can ask for in a quick service joint. Good job.
I came in late at night and didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Vanessa helped me to order pick out what I would like based on my preferences and the sandwich was great. Her hospitality and help made it so much easier and welcoming!
Had a problem with our mobile order, I came back in to the store and they promptly corrected it for me. Great customer service!
The location is on Orange Ave so expectations were met and I was not surprised. The lunch time rush was there. I ordered 15 minutes before arrival and was surprised by the prompt and courteous service. I will definitely be ordering again.
love coming to this location because they always get it right. one of their best employees for sure is valeria literally always a in a good mood and really attentive

Solid 5 stars for a reliable lunch. The staff here is friendly and they don't skimp on the toppings. Bread was toasted perfectly—just the right amount of crunch. It’s a nice, quiet spot to eat in if you need a break. Clean tables and good vibes overall. I’ll be adding this to my regular rotation for work lunches.
I don’t know the ladys name, it’s a beautiful dark skin Young lady, she was working ALONE and doing an amazing job, you should hire more people she souldnt be doing everything alone, subway do best, they were like 10 people at the same time in the store and she was so nice, im súper pregnant and she made everything awesome with EVERYONE
This is a great SUBWAY location. The staff here friendly and courteous. Anyone who’s familiar with the kitchen knows that constructing a sandwich takes time, even if the prep is already done. That being said, I waited maybe 5 minutes for the two people in front of me to get their order. My food was fresh and made to order. The restaurant is clean and there’s plenty of indoor seating. Parking is limited. There is easy access to the restaurant and you could probably park on the side street if needed.
Omg I've never seen anybody have this much experience. Asked every single question perfectly was on point extremely nice and fast and friendly if you were to pick a subway this is the one to come to.

I haven’t been into a Subway in a very long time. I was awarded a gift card and stopped at the closest one to my office on the way home from work. My first observation was how clean every aspect of the store was. The ingredients were plentiful and perfectly displayed. The very nice and helpful lady that worked with me was great. She laughed that I was like a kid in a candy store because me and my husband were so amazed at how far Subway has come.
Fast and accurate ordering online and pick up, clean environment inside and out, my salad was made with care, best oatmeal raisin cookies I’d from other locations, respectful and friendly staff

Stopped here after scooping Leah from the airport. We’re both very tired and it’s close to the hotel. Good food. Great service

Super nice boss. And I was there the last day before the new remodel. I just hope they don't make it where you can't see the meats and vegetables so you can pick them out and not have to guess what you're getting. The visual picking of your needs and vegetables is what makes Subway a Subway

The people that work there are really great. I used to eat there 3-5 times per week. They have added 4 types of high calorie tea and so now with regular sweet tea they have 5. They removed their unsweetened tea. I’m a diabetic and go there for the good service and tea. I won’t be going back. :( 3 x per week @ $8.00 = about $1,300 per year they are loosing.
My half sandwich was good, but there was a small conflict between the young preparer and the cashier, who I believe was the manager. She turned to him and said "is that what you call half?" and proceeded to charge for a whole one. I said nothing in the moment because it was clear she was being quite unkind to the poor employee. Her attitude was deplorable.

The service was good but wooow ALL of the vegetables were already rotten. I have no idea how a supervisor can see that and think that is okay to sell to people.
I would have loved to give it a better rating but the employee making the sandwiches was rude, and pushy. She was also rude to the other employee that was working there. If here attitude is because of the managnent/ corporate pushing to be so fast that she is miserable then shame on them .
I asked for an order and they didn't even want to read to do it, they didn't ask for anything and they gave me what they wanted. They are terrible customer service people. They should change the staff. I won't go back to this store anymore

Food is good. Employee Name CAT tends to think every customer knows the sandwiches in store I was building my own sandwich and has a very bad attitude with making my sandwich need to do better.

Ordered online ahead of time. Arrived after the estimated ready time it was showing on the app. They still hadn't even started and were not planning to start until I asked them. I hate to give low ratings to locally owned businesses but their attitude blaming us that we came too early was really annoying. We stared at them as they prepared and we were in a rush to catch our flight but they had no sense of urgency at all for being late to their online order.
Lady was very rude and acted like it was a problem to help us!! We were here on 8/3/2025 at 4:15 pm
The education of their employees is grotesque and miserable. When I turned down a request for money from one of Subway employees, she attacked me in a rude manner and that is not acceptable. Subway should not allow employees to try to ask customers for extra money.
Customer service : 0 stars!!! Good afternoon I am leaving a review because I had the worst customer service experience ever. I was at the subway on Perkins and orange by cerveza house betweem245-305 may 13,2023an older lady and younger lady were working at the time they were extremely rude judging me in front of my face at the way I was ordering I order like this daily at subways and it is never a problem. As I was ordering everything I was saying came out as a burden to them. The older lady was talking about me too my face by saying I am being extra and doing too much literally gossiping about me in my face. I am very tempted to call corporate or unless the manager/owner of this specific subway responds to my review in a well fit manner with a resolution. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time because I couldn't go anywhere else because I was on a tight schedule. need a time I told her I told her I was a burden that.
I came to this location last Sunday.. only one in the store and the lady working would not stop to take care of me.. kept tending to the dough.. about 5 minutes went by so I used the restroom. After using the restroom the lady was still dealing with the dough.. waited for 3 more minutes and left.. This Sunday, same worker present.. It was 9:30am.. they open at 9am.. door was locked.. lady was working on dough again.. I knocked on the door to get her attention, she looked up and ignored me.. great way to treat your customers !!!! 👎🏻
Absolutel worst subway I’ve been to in Orlando. Ordered Buy one get one 2 footlongs from here from the subway app, and they completely forgot my chips and sauce that I requested on there. The customer service here is not the greatest at all.
Little girl messed up the online order, first denied until I showed her the receipt, gave me an attitude and didn't even care to apologize
Came in today, and the cashier thought that i needed to be preached to, about "jesus's love". It wouldve been one thing, if at the end all he says is "god bless" but no, as i was turning to get my drink, he got my attention, and was like "i just want both of you to know, that jesus loves you"... if i wouldve known that my order came with a sermon, i wouldve gone somewhere else.
I used my app but instead of going to pick it up I decided to have it delivered and this is what I got I asked for more pickles there was 6 I asked for more mayo I had none and the most important part the bread was hard as a rock and burnt NOT THE SUBWAY STANDARD I was just employed by subway and am very disappointed in the complete and utter laziness of this store can’t call the store it just rings off the hook I want my money back
Ordered a 6” Veggie Delight through the app with extra lettuce, extra onion, extra green pepper, light pickle, light cucumber, & tomatoes. Mayo, mustard, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, & parmesan. Sandwich was dry. Absolutely no mayo, mustard, oil, or vinegar. No seasoning except oregano. There were barely any veggies. No extra lettuce, onion, or green peppers. I guess I have to come in and stand over the sandwich artist making my sandwich to ensure its quality which is ridiculous because I cant use the discounts offered in the app while in store. Please do better!
Went on 12/11/25 10 am lady there was friendly but I didn't like the sneaky upsells " do you want more meat then that?" Do you want avocado"? Do you want more cheese"? Without telling me there a big charge for it all!! As I usually don't go to subways, you have to tell customers extra meat is more as well as the other stuff the way she said it was like did I put enough on for you want more?
Placed a mobile order for 2 subs my first buffalo chicken sub was fine but my second sub I ordered a all American club sandwich that comes with turkey ham and bacon and it only had turkey not even cheese. Turkey and lettuce is what I ate and to top it all off I did not check my order until I reached my destination. Who eats a sub with just Turkey and lettuce and no cheese? And now that I’m looking at the pictures the Turkey had purple spots. 100% unacceptable and not what I paid for. Don’t think I will ever go to this subway again…
Went to restaurant at exactly 8:25, they closed at 9 the place was empty but the employee refused to serve me as he was closing soon and had to do inventory and clean he said all I wanted was one sub! Since when do we stop serving people thirty five minutes before closing!!!!!!

My review has been updated because, 2/11/26 i ordered online, went to pick my order and this employee had the worst of attitude towards myself. I waited ro be addressed and said I'm here for pick up,said my name she went "i don't have that name" she asked " is it under another name " to which i replied that it shouldn't be I'll go grab my phone to see. I come back and when she asks again i tried giving her the order # to which she says " i don't want that" with an attitude. This interaction was longer all attitude...
The rudest employee I ve seen in a while, She is really unprofessional, she didnt say a word to us, when we tried to pick up the food. I was standing at the cachier and she was doing something else in the back, when she came she slided the sandwiches to us whithout a word.
First and last time going to this subway. The girl making my sub had a terrible attitude as if she did not want to be there. I did not appreciate her rudeness in rushing me on making my sub like relax and me a sec to tell you what I would like to have. The toppings were not fresh the salad look old and the spinach had tomato spread in it . 0/10. I’m upset cause this subway it’s a few minutes from work and I won’t not be going back or recommending.
I went today to get some subs and there was this one lady who took our order who was completely rude the whole time, it looks like she didn’t want to work there. Whenever we would ask for a specific sauce on our sandwich should would barley put any so I asked her once again if she can add sauce to it and she grabbed it and acted like she put some sauce but didn’t even pour anything, she did the same with my mom, very bad service, and I’ve never had this experience at a subway cause the employees are usually nice and helpful but her, she was rude and i as soon as we left the restaurant she smiled like if she was laughing at us
