I've always wanted to go to WAWA and the wait was worth it. They have enough gas pumps and the air/vaccum actually works. Its a typical gas station,but the sandwhiches were great. I had a Cuban sandwhich that was awesome

Busy Wawa in middle of tourist area. Great service and plenty of products available though. Store is clean and well laid out so it is easy to find what you want. Hot food order are taken on one side which leaves plenty of room on other side for quick snacks, drinks and other items ready to be taken ba k to your hotel or in your trip bag as you venture forth on the adventure of the day. Gas is reasonable for area and there are plenty of pumps to choose from.

Food tastes good, but my sandwich was missing the tomatoes! Sandwich ruined.

I normally love this Wawa but they've hired the most miserable person in Orlando to do their speciality drinks. Always has a face like a child who's had their toy taken away. She'll see the orders come up and start making them and not call out orders until she's done a few. I saw one guy waiting for a long time, I got lucky and was last on whatever process she has in her head before she bothers to print the labels. That was the last time I bothered going for a speciality drink. Everyone else was friendly though. Food was alright, expect the omlette in my burrito breakfast was ice cold. But for the price you do get a decent breakfast, especially their current $5 meal deal they have (Sizler, hash brown and an iced coffee). I'd also recommend getting their app, you'll soon rack up points and they have good deals on there also.

This wawa is becoming a homeless/derelict hangout. No matter what time of day. Some going inside getting food/drinks and walking right out. This location is not safe after dark. The other day at 6:45 am someone our front yelling loud " cat callibg" at everyone walking in and out. Staff inside did not seem to care to do anything or they are not allowed. Very sad. Also, both ice machine for drinks have been broken for a few weeks.

Not sure if it was an off night, but the absolute slowest service ever. 5 mins after paying for my two milkshakes one of the employees came over the loud speaker to announce all deli and drink items would take at least 25 mins. That's crazy. Back home Wawas are 10x busier then tonight and there's no delay.

Online orders never ever ready here. Last 4 times ordering when Tesla in charging. And never even started by minutes after due time for pickup. The tvs never show the orders, they never seem to know the order was made when you ask the employees. So dont know exactly why its like this

Google maps said "less busy than ususal" yet a cold sub took 30 MINUTES. Unacceptable. They need to hire more people. The efficiency level is too low. And the app wouldn't let me order online. What a mess.

Diesel pump is one of the slowest in Orlando and when I tried to express that to the cashier inside, she completely ignored me so I will never return here even though I am a local from dr Phillips.

I never will come back to this Wawa store, was disorganized, and dirty restroom , and without paper, I asked for a Frappuccino regular double shot and was only ice no coffee flavor and almost none sweet on it , was the worst I ever tried and believe me I always ask for this , I asked the girl and she looks like she was tired and doing her work without any desire , she offered to do it again but I refused .

The worst wawa location. They took 30 mnts to prepare just a hoagie. It was cold and lacking ingredients. When I complaint, instead of getting an apology I get nasty attitude from worker Nkechi. Saturday 530pm. One of the busiest places in the state.. One worker doing sandwiches. One worker doing drinks. Pitiful. Of course if you think 15min is too long for a drink, you can't get you money back. In the mean time your food will get cold.

I use Wawa religiously and this is by far the dirtiest & least friendly Wawa I have ever been to. I ordered a smoothie as usual and it took over 10 minutes and they weren’t even busy. The woman who made my drink was extremely rude and the quality of the drink was so poor that I took a few sips and threw it away. The drink had several additives and cost me almost $15 so this was a huge waste. Very disappointed. Corporate needs to save this location.

An hour on 2 sausage biscuits and ended up getting a refund. This is like this every morning. Either hire more people or shut down the food side permanently

At night the staff are rude, they act as if they hate their job, they all have stank looks on their faces, I put $60 dollars of gas in my pickup and went inside to buy a snack to go wrap, cigarettes and brownie, so I spent another $20 so after $80 dollars I day Hello to the cashier but she just looked at me like, " What do you want! .. none of them say hello, have a good night, how may I help you, nothing!! ... I went to get my snack to go wrap and as I was waiting I was observing the food employees and they almost throw the food at the pickup window and call out the number and don't care if the correct person picks up the food or not, this is crazy being in a tourist area, I'm totally astonished, really makes me think, do I truly want to come back 🤔 😳

Unfortunately since this wawa was opened it has went down in service 110% I don't think I have actually in my life ever had been in the store that was just closed for general purposes no explanation nothing. You only have one employee in their mopping floors basically doing nothing but eating a bag of chips. It's really a shame that you can't find staff good employees or managers that can operate the store properly they always seem to be having issues. I've been coming here since they opened and this is the first time that I've seen it closed for no apparent reason. Now you can buy gas as long as you got a credit card at the gas pump but you can't go in the store and buy food or products of any sort. There's a lot of people showing up at the store at this hour which is 8:17 p.m. on April 5th. But just to be turned away at the door because the sign says they're closed. Wawa better step up something is wrong.

I went to this Wawa, purchased my items, and then went to use the Coca-Cola freestyle machine. While dispensing a drink, cockroaches came out of the machine. I immediately recorded video and took photos to document what was happening and to confirm I wasn’t mistaken. This is a serious sanitation and food-safety issue. I’m posting this review so store management and corporate are aware and can address this immediately to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Waited for a really long time for my food, like at least 20min. I was standing there the whole time hearing them call out everyone else’s order except mine. There seemed to be a larger order sitting there so I thought maybe they were backed up. The lady called someone who came in after me and he said “I think she was here first” and pointed at me, then I told her I’d been waiting a while for my food. She looked around for it and turns out my food was tucked behind the counter and to the side. Completely out of view, I’d have no way of knowing the order was mine, and then she claimed to have called my order “a long time ago” like no, you didn’t because I’ve been standing there the whole time. I ordered an iced latte too and that took forever because there wasn’t anyone behind the counter for a while, and then when that lady made the drinks she never called them out. So again, my coffee is just sitting there behind the counter where the employees assemble the drinks, completely out of view, and they’re expecting us to just reach back there and grab them without ever calling our numbers. I travel for work so I’ve been to a lot of Wawas and this one is one of the worst I’ve been to.

Went to this wawa at 2:30am, At the cash out the young lady said she was ready to go home as small talk. I said back “what time you get off?” Then she called me a stalker in front of the other customers even though i was just tryin to small talk with her. Most embarrassing interaction ever.
