A pleasant place. Its strong point: the owners/managers!!! Competent, friendly, welcoming. ------------------------------------------------------- A place where it's easy to feel at ease. In my opinion, two things make the difference: the human and professional approach of the owners, all capable of giving their best, and Ale's cocktails, which contribute (and not a little) to motivating you to return. In any case, thanks to Arturo, Ale, Mattia, and Cecilia (and to all their collaborators).

Obscene.. the cafeteria closes after a certain time... it's only there for "regular" customers, never heard of such a thing in a bar 👎👎👎 we definitely won't go back

We asked for 2 coffees but were told that after a certain time the cafeteria is closed. After 10 minutes they serve coffee to 2 other tables. I asked why and was told that the others were regular customers. Zero professionalism.

Their disdain for customers is staggering, especially those outside their elite circle. I usually never write negative reviews, but given the repeated negative incidents I've encountered over the years and having never noticed a significant positive change, I'm forced to write this way. I assure you that, despite being from Orzinuovi, I will never return to this bar. Its only advantage is its location, but the environmental circumstances aren't enough to cover up the terrible management and human shortcomings, especially in interacting with people, with customers, something they're absolutely not suited to here. They should change their profession. There are many bars in the square, even if they're a little less "chic," and as a customer you'll certainly find yourself in a more positive and pleasant environment than this one. Highly not recommended. Rating: 0.

Do you think you're in Venice? Unjustifiably high prices, ask for the menu, and still using this Covid excuse, when practically everyone has already restored their menus, it seems like a good excuse to hide the prices. Ask for a gin and tonic, and it costs practically the same as in Piazza Duomo in Milan. The absurdity of it all makes you ask for an iced tea, and they bring you a glass of tea, washed out, probably on tap or, worse, bottled, for €3.50—a steal for a town in the lower reaches of the valley.
