I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The sushi is delicious, the rice is well cooked, and the fish is fresh! The Italian dishes are also good, and the fried foods aren't greasy! Not to mention the kindness of the waiters. Everyone is smiling. I really liked that. The staff is generally friendly and attentive to your needs. The service using your phone is excellent. This way, you can see which dishes you've ordered, which have arrived, and which ones are yet to arrive. The bill is visible on your phone! Everything was excellent, we'll be back.

The place is large and well-organized; it filled up quickly, the service is prompt, and the menu is varied. The dishes are beautifully presented, and some items are cooked right before the customer's eyes. The raw fish is delicious, while the fried foods are a bit greasy. I found the mobile ordering system very clever, clear, and fast. The staff is very attentive, parking is convenient, and we'll be back.

The food is really good, but the variety isn't great. I guess on evenings there is a wider choice of foods, but I usually can only go there for lunch. The atmosphere is cozy and really nice, nothing negative to say about that. The service is good too. I've been there a lot of times and they rarely forget about bringing a dish (or accidentally give it to someone else, I don't know how such mistakes work in sushi restaurants).

Very good food, but it was a shame it was very oily/fatty compared to other restaurants. The food was delicious; I found several dishes that weren't available in other restaurants in the area. The place was simple, but the hospitality was excellent.

Mood is an affordable all-you-can-eat restaurant offering good value. The service is very innovative and attentive, with a few minor flaws. The location is excellent, with parking and an outdoor area. The menu features some nice new additions, but some dishes are truly flavorless.

La settimana prima di Natale sono stata in questo ristorante con delle amiche. Loro vanno matte per il sushi, mentre io posso dire tranquillamente che non è per niente il tipo di cucina che fa per me. Il servizio è stato veloce: si ordina tramite tablet e o un cameriere in carne ed ossa o un robottino portano in tempi rapidi ciò che si è ordinato. Il ristorante è pulito e l'atmosfera è piacevole. Per il cibo rimando alle recensioni di altri utenti, preferendo le trattorie e la cucina casereccia.

Il menu viene messo a disposizione del cliente senza restrizioni di quantità, a prezzo fisso, l importante è saper scegliere per non andare incontro ad eventuali intolleranze. La scelta viene effettuata tramite un tablet direttamente dal cliente, sperando che venga igienizzando ogni volta terminato il servizio. Pesce e crostacei meglio cotti che crudi. Sushi e sashimi nella norma.

Premetto che ero già venuta a magiare da voi altre volte ma nell’ultimo periodo la qualità dei prodotti è peggiorata notevolmente. Il cibo è sempre freddo, il fritto molle e insipido, per non parlare della quantità eccessiva di riso nei rotolini che ogni volta aumentano di dimensione ma diminuisce il contenuto del pesce all’interno. Praticamente una palla di riso molle. Questa volta ho provato a prenotare da asporto ma non lo farò mai più. Oltre al ritardo il cibo è arrivato freddo gelato, molle e immangiabile. Ho speso 70€ per buttare tutto. Mi spiace davvero perché inizialmente venivo volentieri da voi ma date le ultime cene fatte da voi andate sempre peggio non penso di tornare. La qualità nel cibo è fondamentale.

Terrible experience. During dinner, we found COCKROACHES in our food, and despite asking beforehand if there were any insects outside (they said no), we were literally surrounded by flies the entire time. In fact, we barely managed to eat anything. In the end, we were only given a €15 discount, which was completely inadequate considering the severity of the situation. We will never return and I strongly advise against it.
