We are longtime customers of the Oswego Ruby Tuesday’s and we are overjoyed that they have reopened!! Will it take time for them to rebuild their clientele, gain back their loyal customer base, and strive to be the great franchise that they once were? Sure, but they are well on their way and doing so many things well!!

Ruby Tuesday used to be a go to, but in recent years the quality had dropped. Went today for the first time in a couple years, and it was great. Our server, Mars, was fantastic.

AMAZING all across the board. A local favorite for good reason. I enjoy coming here for a nice meal and healthy salad. Love the garden bar. Never disappoints! I just want to add how grateful I am that I live close by to this restaurant. Lots of them are shutting down or people have to travel far to get to one. The food is always fresh and cooked good. I end up leaving with lots of leftovers. The appetizers are delicious. I get a buy one meal get one free in my email every week! I love this place. The croutons are amazing. They upgraded the salad bar to more fruits and side dishes. Me and my Bestfriend and nephew came down from Rochester and had a wonderful experience at Ruby Tuesday. As African American people when you travel to places where you know you’ll be the minority it can bring up some anxiety sadly, but we felt nothing but welcomed from the entire staff. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by 3 people who told us they would be right with us. The guys at the bar were so kind asking if we wanted to join them. Our waitress Kiara was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and so on it! The food was excellent. I had steak, added shrimp as a topper with a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli and everything was cooked so good. Dessert was excellent. But the service was top tier and we will def be back! I enjoyed eating somewhere I loved growing up and it brought back nostalgia since the one in Nashville and Rochester had closed down. Thank you staff at Ruby Tuesday!

Food was amazing! For $12, you can get a triple burger with tots and and a salad bar. Burger was super juicy, tots were nice and hot. The waitress was extremely pleasant. The manager, Stanley was a lot of fun to talk to and made sure me and my guest were taken cared of. Will be looking forward to returning here!

With my experience at Ruby tuesday, i will say the food every time i came in has always been to my liking. the salad bar is the golden spot in the restaurant. I have always been satisfied with the wait staff, wait time on food and most importantly eating the amazing flavorful food. ruby tuesday has been a great restaurant to come to ever since i was a kid. i recommend Ruby Tuesday in oswego.

you'll generally get the same experience at any commercial restaurant, but what sets this location apart is the STAFF. KIARA was absolutely amazing. she let my partner and I try Diet Coke and Coke Zero to figure out which we'd prefer (very random ik, but we didn't ask for that). she was on point with checking on us frequently, made sure to cover all bases when ordering food, and even offered suggestions to make the meals better. she was fun, attentive, and made a simple dinner feel like an experience. MANY props to her, keep at it 💪 we got to chat with the chef as well and he was awesome. accommodated perfectly and very friendly. UPDATE: after their reopening, they are BACK on their game!!! Food is still phenomenal and consistent, staff is friendly as always, and my girls Kiara and Linda are still giving everyone a GREAT experience!

i had Linda Bower as a server and she was excellent help and super kind and my exsperians was amazing lots of fun and a good time.

I did enjoy coming here for lunch. There wasn't anybody else there when we were. I definitely felt like we were their center of attention. The crew that was there was awesome. They were all super nice and inviting. They seemed to have a great rapport with each other. It didn't seem like they had to take things too seriously. I enjoyed that. We started with the chips and queso. It was really good. It was the first batch of queso for the day and they had freshly made the chips. Everything was nice and fresh. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks. It seemed a bit overpriced for what it was. (That's my only negative thing to say) The sticks were nice and warm. You can't really go too wrong with mozzarella sticks! My wife ordered the Crispy Chicken Mac and Cheese. She said it reminded her more of chick parm. That's not a digital, she loves chicken parm. The dish came with a bread stick as well. It tasted good and was a big portion that seems right for the price. She also added on the salad bar for an extra charge. She enjoyed the selection. She did remark that the salad dressing was not labeled. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger. It comes with just about everything you could have on a burger: Cheese, BBQ Sauce, Fried onion rings, onions, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. It was cooked nicely. I really enjoyed this burger. I don't get burgers often because they usually taste the same. This was a good variation. It was a good price for everything that it came with. I subbed regular fried for tater tots at no extra charge. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for some good food at a little higher price than what is offered around this area. It is mostly surround by fast food places. So, this is going to seem expensive in comparison. I would come back again.

Went with my wife and kids. Our waitress was friendly and pleasant, however she forgot to put our order in causing us to have to wait longer for our food, so I'm not giving a 5 star in this area. Food was tasty, but smaller portioned than expected. Burger was smaller than the menu pics, but I'm use to that. Very small portion of fries and tots though, so I couldn't give a 5 star in this area either.

We were served by Anora who was very pleasant, friendly, and efficient and was very concerned about our comfort and satisfaction. One of our party ordered a rare steak which came out well done and, even though it was partially eaten, Anora brought it to the attention of the manager and we were compensated. She is an outstanding server and you are lucky to to have her.

The salid bar was fresh and they had a good verity of vegetables. The Philly cheese steak was just ok. The chicken fieta was pretty good.

We love our servers but after several attempts at trying the food due to the salad bar (which used to be huge) we have given up. We were served undercooked chicken wings and burnt cheeseburger sliders. The quality has gone way done.

The service was excellent. The server we got was extremely nice and friendly and she went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. I do not blame her for what I'm about to describe. The reason this place is a 3 star for me is because of the reaction I had to eating their impossible burger. I have a stomach condition that triggers vomiting episodes when I eat meat. I usually stick to appetizers when I dine out but decided to be adventurous. I should have asked how it was cooked, but I can say with certainty I either had a beef patty instead of the vegetarian option I asked for or it was cooked with the beef patties. When we hit the parking lot I started feeling queasy and we had to stop several times on the way home to allow me to vomit on the side of the road. I feel awful for the gas station employees who had to deal with the aftermath when we made our last pit stop for their bathroom, as their toilet did not want to flush. I didn't drink and didn't have anything else that could've made me sick, and this wasn't car sickness. I am not the only person I know who has this type of sensitivity and regardless of why someone orders things a specific way, they should get what they ask for without having to specify why. I want to emphasize that we had an excellent time otherwise, but this is a serious issue. There are people who will have a more serious reaction than I did and may have even needed to be hospitalized instead of just vomiting a couple times on the way home. I hope that anyone who reads this will take this into consideration in the future and be a little more understanding towards guests who order certain foods because you never know what could make someone sick. I didn't think I'd have to specify it could make me sick if they didn't cook my burger separately, but I will in the future. The food was good otherwise, and the waitress was extremely kind. I'm not sure if specifying my needs would've changed the outcome or not, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be a repeat customer.

Service was absolutely on point, wait staff was phenomenal, the facilities where super clean and an absolute pleasure to be in. The food however though prepared and presented well wasn't as pleasant in flavor as I expected for the price point, would definitely return for drinks though. Thank you for the great service Kaisha!

Went in tonight for dinner with my family, linda was our server and was professional and polite. But as soon as we sat there were a few bugs around us, no big deal. I went to get my salad from the salad bar and took 1 bit before the bugs started bombarding our salads. We asked to be seated elsewhere in the restaurant, and that table was just as bad. We couldn't eat there unfortunately, very disappointed

Have always loved Ruby Tuesday's salad bar with soup. We travel quite frequently and today stopped at the restaurant in Oswego, NY. Could not eat salad or soup because there is an infestation of small black flying bugs that kept landing in our food. The wait staff and manager were excellent in listening. The bathrooms were also full of these bugs. Nice restaurant, but something needs to be done.

They were Fruit flies all over the restaurant in the vents and food and on the floor, dead or alive food was subpar and cold. The restaurant is overall cold because the vents don’t work because of fruit flies events and they cannot use the heat salad bar not good at all fruit fries or eating the salad basically overall this fruit flies all over the restaurant if you want to get sick of a fruit fly to be my guest and come here if you don’t, I would shy with this restaurant and go somewhere else not worth the money or the time. They need to close for some serious maintenance and upkeep of the whole restaurant felt like the roof was gonna cave and collapse on me and my family. Basically walked out didn’t pay. Workers are incredibly loud.

Fruit flies , dirty tables, dirty walls, dirty floors, dirty counters and a stinky bathroom. The food was also equally disappointing. The waitress wasn't bad but she was obviously aware of all the issues and seen them as normal. She killed 2 fruit flies on our table before we even ordered. The manager laughed when I mentioned how nasty my food was- A little pride goes a long ways. Get off your phones and pick up a washcloth. Put some soap on it - 🤢

Wish I had read the recent reviews. Still has a bug problem, tiny flies everywhere. We heard the table behind us complain and the waitress told them that "corporate was aware". The food was okay and the service was fine, but it's not very appetizing to have flies all over your food. I'm sure there isn't a lot the local staff could do, but if corporate is aware, I'm surprised they're still open while it's an issue.

First time to eat in this place, Food was okay, it didn't disappoint us until the Drain Flies were flying all over our food. Went to the bathroom (Men & Women) and it was full of drain flies. Can't wait to leave the place fast enough. Didn't even want to take home our leftover food. The server was good.

So since I've tried to contact customer service to no avail. Disgusting. The waitress was rude, including but no limited to me requesting my child use her manners, telling me to "let it go" ok Elsa... Door took an hour, which fine short kitchen staff we get it... But my order was wrong wrong, missing half what it should have had and they added on their own mix I guess. This included paper... Like just chillin, hanging out the side, visible as soon as the plate was placed so deff visible.byultiple people on the way. Adding insult, my kids burger was so overcooked it was crunchy (however she hoovered it even though it was because she was hungry, so yes we had the Convo of of it's not good don't eat it). Not to mention the grapes she was served were literally rotten... Like not just a little meh, like straight rotten. Hard to see in photo but there were a bunch that were mush the one on top was the color and consistency of snot, and there are two down the side there that were moldy. Then the waitress at the end was running the card and out loud was like and no tip and pushed the button... Which we had every intention to leave a tip as honestly yes she was having a day (she said she was going to bring us the check when we had literally just been seated which we laughed off) but we don't NOT TIP. No apologies for issues, no nothing. And no response to messages to the customer service lines. So yea, save your time, your money and your stomachs. Avoid.

DISGUSTING RESTAURANT!!!!! My daughter got chicken tenders when we came in. As she was eating them she noticed that they were filled with hair. It was in the breading. She showed me and we were done eating, I had just gotten my food and was no longer hungry after this. The server came back and had taken half the price of her meal off. I asked her why just half and she said that's what her manager told her to do. I left very upset. I decided to call the restaurant later that evening to speak to a manager. He was apologetic, said he would give us back the money for my bill. I play phone tag w him for a couple weeks, he just kept telling me it was coming in the mail....it never came and now he has blocked me. VERY BAD MANAGEMENT. DISGUSTING FOOD. RESTAURANT IS FILTHY, AND VERY UNDERSTAFFED.

Hello as much as this sucks cause I love Ruby's but customer service is one of the most important jobs in a restaurant with that said I order almost $200 on food for my family as a treat for valentines first off they don't like honoring specials when in the order it says 2 salad bars come with meal and they want to have an attitude and refuse to give you missing food cause they want to call you a lier It is clearly on my receipt I was supposed to get the salad so now I hope them missing tater tots is worth $200 to you

Snowy night out, so I decided to order for curbside. Got home & baked potato skin was rock hard & inside extremely dry. Order a double which should have been two chicken breasts, only received one, no bacon on it and maybe four mushrooms & a few slivers of Asiago cheese. Horrible dinner for over $20

They gave us the smallest portion size I waited in the car for my 30 minutes on top of the 20 minutes they said that it would be I get it that it's Christmas but do you have to give that small of portion size we're already paying crazy amounts for this food and now you're being stingy on the amount

Leaving one star, because no stars isn’t an option. If you are new in town or looking for a new place to eat… it isn’t here! This place is absolutely disgusting! My husband and I stopped in today for lunch. After being seated we noticed that the restaurant was full of drain flies! They were everywhere. Nothing worse than bugs landing all over your food. Both my husband and I run restaurants, both know that drains flies usually means things are uncleanly. After we ordered our entrees, when the food arrived, the server set my plate down and I noticed a very long black hair in my food, wrapped into my fries! I immediately pushed my plate away and my husband asked what was wrong.. I pointed out the hair and called the server back to the table. She was even like “that’s disgusting!” My husband and I both made it very clear that we just wanted our check, the server took my entree off but gave my husband a box for his. After making it very clear that he was unhappy and was not going to eat it, we were still made to pay for the appetizer and drinks! 30$! While we were waiting for the server to come back, there were drain flies landing all over the plate my husband had in front of him. These flies are mature drain flies, very large and all over the place. I would suggest an infestation! After the server came back to the table, we assumed she would have spoken to the manager.. however she just took the entrees off and apologized. Believe me, this was and is no way shape or form her fault. This falls on the management of this establishment. This place shouldn’t even be open! Someone should really contact the health department, their food brand auditor etc….. oh and stay away from the bathrooms and salad bar! The salad bar is filed it black flies and the food looks as if it sits there all day! The bathrooms are sticky and filed with flies! The owner and managers shud be ashamed to say they work or run this place. Absolutely disgusting! This clearly seems to be an ongoing issue of you read through the google reviews, which the “owner” responds too… but what is actually being done? Clearly nothing because the first review complaining of flies was over 3 months ago! Clean your restaurant or close your doors! I attached photos of the flies on my husbands food and the hair in the fries 🤮🤢
