Hotel immerso nel verde. Personale veramente accogliente e cordiale. Ottimo per motociclisti. Offrono garage chiuso e coperto per le moto. Le foto non rendono la bellezza del posto. Vicini al fiume è possibile percorrere a piedi un anello con due piccoli laghetti e piccole sculture. Consigliato anche per chi porta con sé il cane. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante. Piatti curati e molto buoni con specialità del posto.

A review in Italian + an opinion in French. 🇮🇹 Great memory of my stay in Aplis in August 2024. The environment is very peaceful and the staff is very kind and welcoming. Access and parking are easy. It is possible to take a walk along the Degano River, which passes near a goat farm. The site is spacious and offers a change of scenery. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, located in a recently renovated building. There is a play area for children and a bar that allows the adults who supervise them to cool off, with some music. In the evening I ate very well. The menu is varied and the quality-price ratio is very correct. I recommend discovering the cuisine of the Carnic Alps, which I did not know and whose refinement and originality I appreciated. There is a rather spacious indoor room for cold evenings and a terrace near the lawn. The staff is warm and very helpful. The center of the village, which is 2 km away, can be easily reached by bike or car, and there you can find all the necessary amenities. Aplis Council: • For cyclists who want to tackle Monte Zoncolan and the splendid roads of Forcella Lavardet. Attention: if you want to rent a bike, you will have to go to Tolmezzo or Ravascletto. • To motorcyclists. • For hikers who want to discover the Zoncolan area. • For those looking for greenery and tranquility. • Families with small children, who will have enough space to play safely under parental supervision. We spent a peaceful and serene family weekend surrounded by nature. The hotel and restaurant staff are super helpful and friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food: well-prepared, plentiful, and creatively presented. We loved the restaurant so much that we ate there three times in one weekend. They also just opened a spa with a pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and whirlpool for a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommended; we will definitely be back.

A beautiful place to recharge your mind and body. Surrounded by greenery, overlooking our wonderful mountains ⛰️ I found this lovely little spot not far from the center of Ovaro and a 2-minute walk from the spring lakes, flanked by the crystal-clear, sky-blue Degano stream. We had lunch outside, starting with a platter of cold cuts, cheeses, and accompanying sauces. For starters, the famous cjarsons in two variations, and to finish, a delicious strudel. 😋 Everything was delicious and the waiter was super friendly... we'll be back 💙

It is possible to book the spa of the hotel without actual hotel reservation. The spa has 2 Finnish saunas, a steam sauna, a 40m long narrow pool, a hydromassage pool and a room with a massaur offering massage. The relax loungers were very comfortable and turmeric tea and cold water were prepared.

We stayed here on a group cycling trip while following the Giro. A quite unique place that looks not much from the road but great from the front door round the back. The breakfast was good and we also had an excellent evening meal. Staff were great We enjoyed our stay

Pace verde montagne. Io ho fatto anche la mia passeggiatina scalza sull'erba. Che gioia. Il museo proprio carino e il giretto intorno al laghetto è piacevole. C'è il bar e il ristorante e per chi vuole camminare di più non mancano le opzioni. Adatto anche alle famiglie.

Posso parlare solo del ristorante non avendo utilizzato la struttura come alloggio. Davvero positiva l'esperienza ogni volta (ormai avrò cenato lì almeno 5-6 volte negli ultimi anni): piatti saporiti e cotti sempre a puntino, prodotti stagionali del luogo selezionati, porzioni adeguate, prezzo corrispondente alla qualità. Consiglio di prenotare: pur essendo un posto non frequentatissimo a pranzo e cena, meglio non correre rischi soprattutto in alta stagione. Il posto è suggestivo e curato, potete anche fare una bella passeggiata digestiva nel parco adiacente con i laghetti.

Ho cenato in questo ristorante una sola volta, transitando per Ovaro. E' una struttura nuova, vicina al centro del paese, con adeguato parcheggio. Il menù contiene proposte mare/monti (dagli spiedini di pesce al tipico frico carnico). Esperienza positiva. Prezzi accessibili.

The rustic charm is more reminiscent of a traditional inn than a three-star hotel. The location is quiet but somewhat secluded. We were the only guests and were given a clean and spacious room under the eaves. The service in the restaurant was friendly, and we enjoyed our meal. Prices were high. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for the meager breakfast. Nothing fresh (no fruit or vegetables), just the simplest, cheapest rolls, and cappuccino cost extra. We were not informed about a garage for our motorcycle, nor about the pool, spa area, or sauna. With plastic chairs and a cheap tent serving as shade in front of the building, we find €110 for a double room unreasonable.

We stay in a room facing the river. The people downstairs in the restaurant wouldn't stop smoking so we were forced to close the window. Now the room is full of smoke and we have to open the door for ventilation!

Non abbiamo disponibilità per la camera da voi prenotata. Vi chiediamo gentilmente di cancellare la prenotazione. Un cordiale saluto." BEL TRATTAMENTO!! SCONSIGLIATO SE NON VOLETE RITROVARVI A PIEDI COME ME!!

Non sono solito fare recensioni, ma dopo l`arrabbiatura presa oggi mi sembra il minimo. Il giorno 24 Maggio prenoto presso questo hotel la notte tra il 17 e 18 giugno piu` cena con un pacchetto di EMOZIONE 3. Prenotazione accettata. Decido addirittura di contattare l`hotel per avere informazioni sulle attrazioni da visitare non conoscendo la zona. Fino a qui tutto bene, la risposta gentilmente arriva. Oggi, dopo 20 giorni dalla prenotazione e a pochi giorni dal soggiorno, con una mail, vengo avvisato che la mia prenotazione e` stata annullata in quanto a causa di un errore nel sistema hanno piu` prenotazioni rispetto alla capienza dell`hotel. Perfetto. Benissimo. Essendo del settore so benissimo che in caso di OVERBOOKING, la struttura e` obbligata a trovare un altro alloggio pari o superiore alla prenotazione iniziale. La risposta arriva e recita piu` o meno cosi`: NON ABBIAMO ALTRE ALTERNATIVE, DISTINTI SALUTI. Premetto che mi sono preso due giorni di ferie, ho prenotato escursioni e pranzi a rifugi ma adesso mi ritrovo senza alloggio e senza la possibilita` di prenotare un altro hotel tramite EMOZIONE 3 in quanto tutto pieno essendo sotto data e in piena stagione. L`alternativa sarebbe prenotarmi autonomamente un hotel fuori dal circuito EMOZIONE 3, pagandolo di sana pianta. Quindi in breve mi ritrovo con un pacchetto non utilizzato (con scadenza nel 2023, ma io volevo usarlo per questo weekend, e` un mio diritto. Non so se e quando potro` usarlo), con escursioni e 2 pranzi prenotati e con l`obbligo di prenotarmi in autonomia un altro hotel e dover sborsare il soggiorno di sana pianta. Ma vi sembra giusto? Pensate che la gente trovi i soldi sugli alberi? Che possa stare alla vostre regole in quanto "istituzione"? Capisco il problema tecnico (anche se ho un`altra teoria a riguardo, ma lascio stare) ma non tollero la non risoluzione del problema e il poco tatto nelle comunicazioni. Detto questo un soggiorno da voi non lo vorrei nemmeno se mi venisse regalato dopo questa, sto cercando di risolvere il problema con EMOZIONE 3, sperando in un rimborso totale dell`acquisto in contanti che investiro` in questo viaggio.

Abbiamo prenotato due cene e due notti con SMARTBOX regalatoci da amici il 28 e 29 settembre. Siamo arrivati il 28, cena tutto bene, il giorno dopo abbiamo visitato la Carnia ed al rientro a sera tardi abbiamo trovato il ristorante chiuso per turno, nessuno ci aveva avvisato di una convenzione con altro struttura per la cena, siamo dovuti uscire a cercare una trattoria/pizzeria. Al mattino ci è stato detto che sul tavolo della reception c'era un avviso e che dovevamo informarci noi🤔 posto discreto ma non ci tornerò
