Great food and great service always nice and smiling when I walk in
The price is good for the amount of food you get. The service was great they checked on us refilled our drinks and were patient with us. The atmosphere was wonderful, the music adds the feel of place and isn't overwhelming. After eating here I was asked for the name so we could eat here again. BTW sweet tea here was fantastic 👌.
Fuji Japanese Steakhouse never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The hibachi chefs are entertaining, the portions are generous, and the service is friendly and attentive. From start to finish, it’s a fun dining experience every time. Highly recommend for family dinners or a night out!

We love this place. We do like going to sit in and eat, but mostly get to-go and it is always spot on! Food is fresh, nothing is ever inccorect, and the staff is so friendly and helpful while picking up my order. 10/10 recommend this place. Also, love the online ordering. The website is so easily readable, and super easy to order from. They even send text updates when the order is ready!
I absolutely love Fuji!! Not only is there food beyond delicious, the atmosphere is so nice and clean, and to top it off, service and management always exceed my expectations ❤️ The owner is the kindest, most passionate soul and it is such a joy seeing her the 3-4 times a month we visit there. The food NEVER disappoints. My husband and I have been going for years, and it is our favorite restaurant in the Oxford area. Check it out, you will be SO happy you did!!

Mandi the manager answered phone and she was so easy to order from. She is friendly , helpful and a very pleasant person to order from . I recommend the food, service and restaurant with 5 stars .
My family has been doing “sushi Fridays” here every Friday that we don’t have plans since January 2024. The food is amazing and fresh, and the servers are excellent!
Alexandra was an amazing host! She kept us entertained and her personality is amazing! they were packed when we were there and the food was top notch! Highly recommend this place and highly recommend you to bring your family and check them out! (They have a robot named Bella who brings your food to you) (pps. It also sings happy birthday to you)

The renovations are everything. It looks great! So upscale looking. The food was delicious. The menu has alot of new items to choose from. I love this place and my husband and drive from GA at once a month to eat lunch here.

The service was good. The sushi was decent nothing spectacular. I found it and the other cuisine lacked flavor and pop it was just kind of bland. I'm not giving it a bad review because of this because everyone has different taste. One bright note was the kids meal for my grandson was huge.
It was pretty good. I would definitely go back. Normally a meat a potato kinda girl, so stuck with some basic menu items. But when I go back I will reach out of my comfort zone. My waitress was not super attentive to us or speak to much of the menu but i guess that happens. Clean place and comfortable. The opposite side looked fun where they showboat (think what its called). Looks entertaining.8/25.

Rather forgettable to me. They do things I’m not a fan of with their sushi. Ate once and may never come back. Pretty building though.
While visiting Anniston, Alabama, I dined at two Japanese restaurants. On my first night, I ate at Yume across the street, and it was an excellent experience. The next night, I decided to try something different and chose Fuji Japanese Cuisine. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The atmosphere and service at Fuji were good, but the food fell short. My miso soup was lukewarm and had a slight off-putting smell, so I couldn’t finish it. The salad, however, was fresh and enjoyable. My main entrée—salmon from the Teppan Yaki dinner menu—was a letdown. It had a slight seafood smell, not overpowering but noticeable, and wasn’t cooked to perfection, which affected the taste. Had I not dined at Yume the night before, I might have rated Fuji a bit higher, but the comparison was stark. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t return.
Fuji was not the best Japanese food I have ever had. My daughter was with me and she spent two and half years stationed in Japan. She agreeded that the food was not not very authentic, but it was edible. She even said it wasn't the worst but not the best. We got it to go. With COVID-19 we are still a little shy of going into places. We didn't eat it all. Springroll was soggy in the middle, but the sauce was good. The steak was over cooked even for medium well. Fried rice was good. Vegetables were soggy. Maybe we will try something different next time. We haven't ruled it out yet.
have been going to this restaurant since 2003, so I've witnessed 1st hand its decline. I laughed at when they wouldn't turn on the air to save money, I patiently waited for service cause they are ALWAYS understaffed & the turnover there is high & I continued to go periodically when their food quality declined. But my experience yesterday, 3/26/25, sealed the deal to never go again. My son likes the steak dinner in dining, but their cooks rarely get it right & he usually has to send it back. It's not even close to the right temp. That owner had the audacity to come out of the back yelling at him, telling him he had to pick which one he wanted. My son ordered medium, they served it rare, he reordered, they served it well done. She EXPECTED him to eat & pay for one of them. Then she said it was medium when it left the kitchen & it continued to cook at our table to well done, so it was acceptable. Parking is the best thing about this place cause the locals rarely go due to the food quality & poor service
Don’t let the name fool you. This is a poor excuse for Japanese dining. The portions are small and the food lacks the typical flavors. I’ve made store bought pork dumplings that far surpass their gyoza. The soup and salad were okay but the main entree was very disappointing. The fried rice was the most disappointing especially since I paid extra for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless every other restaurant was closed.
