Food is burger King quality usually. Today decided that to eat in restaurant and order a whopper. Bun was cold, and all the tables were littered crumbs.

It reads 6am for dinne in but they do not open 645,,and buy the way restroom need attention it smells bad of urine!!!!!! It stinks really bad

One of the most frustrating Burger King experiences. Long wait to order Cashier was rude and exasperated, took almost five minutes to order - son is autistic and has ARFID. We wanted a whopper on a bun with no seeds, just a bun and the patty with no condiments or salad and this confused her. I had to repeat my order four times. Also wanted just a plain whopper on a bun without sesame seeds (so one combo meal AND one burger on its own) and had to go through the whole rigmarole again. Food eventually came out and husband’s bun was sopping wet with grease. You have to use a code for the toilets and when asking Gaby she looked at me suspiciously - I’d just ordered from her! It’s stupid having codes on the doors anyway but when you’re a paying customer it’s ludicrous. The two children of a different family asked for the code twice - she asked them why they wanted it! Awful, awful place! Only come if you’re desperate and want to get the experience of being in a hidden camera show!

Terrible service. I had a $10 off offer that I applied to my app but didn't show at the time of pay. Spoke with a woman with two toned hair and glasses that lied to my face and claimed the offer was applied. Per my receipt that is posted no offer. I really don't appreciate that and I had to ask for a receipt which she was reluctant to give because it would prove she lied about the offer being applied. I wish BK would hire competent emplyees. We are never again!

No fail, it doesn’t matter if we order on the drive through window or in the lobby, we always get our order wrong! Today was no the exception, we wanted to try the new Philly Cheese king and what we got, was a double cheeseburger, sooo dry and no flavor at all. They thought that kinder was enough to conquer this World, please teach employees how to make each burger so this won’t happen again. It ruin our day. Should we make a drawing of what we want next time? 😡😡

Got my food. Stood at the counter to get some ketchup was never acknowledged. Left and found out my order was completely wrong. Phone number isnt in service so couldn't call.

I just went to this place and they took long to give my order, plus I got home and the food was not cook enough and they missed some stuff 😠 what a waste of time now do I need to go and get my money back cause I live far away ? Come on people work, if your are working there is because you like customer service, or cooking !!

Came for dinner and ate inside food was great my fries were pretty hot and food was great as well but my problem here is towards the manager the man who was in the kitchen and in the front as well. While i was eating i kept hearing that his way of talking to the workers is so rude. That man just kept getting mad at them. I felt so bad for the young guys at the register. Thats no way to treat the workers
