I heard a great experience here. The place was clean, the food was fresh and tasty. The employees had good team work and chemistry. Multiple orders were happening at once and they did mess up once. I will be back!

Wow, what a culinary experience…this fine establishment takes you on a gastronomic journey to the Far East. My meal consisted of the classic tried and true Orange Chicken, which was the perfect combination of crispy and sweet. I suspect the chicken is organic and free range based on the delicious taste and impeccable texture. The temperature was just right…not too hot and not too cold. Next, I was greeted by the perfectly cooked chow mein; the noodle dish has a delicate balance of umami and salt flavor. If I was on death row, my last meal would be orange chicken and chow mein from the Panda Express. There are those people who consider TPE to be “low class” and who dismiss this incredible establishment…however I do not consider these people to understand the complex flavor profiles which are found at TPE. I shall continue to support this restaurant as long as she stands here.

I have eaten at several panda expresses, and this one was by far the absolute best. They go out into the parking lot, and they sweep to make sure trash is picked up they're so unbelievably kind, and when you ask them for something, they have absolutely no attitude when responding.

Walked in and Jasmin help me, she was so helpful and attentive. Had to wait for noodles and egg rolls. When they came out Jasmin jump on it and I was out. Jasmin rocks!

Nice place, there are only a few people so the service is fast and polite, the food is fresh and really good, i definitely recommend this restaurant!

Came here on Valentines Day, every where my daughter and I went was extremely busy, and no different at Panda. Quick and efficient service, Have to give a shout out STUART thank you, for your kindness!

I’ve visited this location a few times for lunch. I order on the app so that my food is ready by the time I get there. No problem picking up my order in the drive thru. The drive thru is great especially when I have my kid in the car and don’t want to unload them just to pickup food. Two of the employees there I’ve had great service by are Reuben and Joseph. They’re always so courteous even if I ask for extra sauce or something. The food is typical panda food, nothing special but it hits the spot. This is my new favorite location and no messing with the horrible traffic at the rose shopping plaza to go to the other one close by.

Usually quite quick, though sometimes it can be a little slow to get your order. Food is always on point for what I expect from Panda Express.

Update: we returned to the Oxnard Panda Express during an extremely busy dinner service. The drive thru line was looooong so we went inside. These workers were hustling their booties off! The chef was producing fresh entrees like crazy. The workers were powering thru the drive thru line while assisting those of us in store. Stuart was so polite and greeted those of us in line and assured us we would be attended to soon. He looked super stressed but kept his cool. We really appreciate him. Our to go order was so good. The food was still hot when we got home. The servings were a good size. Thank you Oxnard Blvd Panda. We appreciate you and the hard work you do. The new panda express in Oxnard is great. We got a wonderful greeting upon entering. The service was great. The employees were happy and friendly. The food was good. To quote my daughter, "they just need to be less Stingy with the beef in the Broccoli Beef. "

This place is always really clean and the food is always really good but the smell inside the restaurant is like they are having plumbing issues. I thought it might’ve been just me the first couple of times but then when I went with somebody they also pointed out the smell. It makes it really hard to enjoy your food inside the restaurant

The place is fresh and new. The classic Panda Express is there and the regular food is there. You will definitely have your chinese food cravings near to you if you are located here in Oxnard, CA.

Order my food got to the pay window girl ask me if I order the same item for all 3plates I confirmed and pay, was parked in the front of restaurant very small wait time, got my order one plate was wrong but I had long day at work so I just took it as my plate. Food was good just weird I was ask if my order was correct them they mess up on one.

The parking situation is a little crowded when busy as drive thru over flow kinda block some of the spaces. Other than that its fine.

Freshly prepared food selections at reasonable prices. The beef brocoli and orange chicken are quite good. Newly built locarion, with easy in and out access. We have gone several times and have made this Panda Express a regular choice.

Ordered $30 gift card and got a free bowl - placed the free bowl order over app and grabbed our order through the drive thru 5 mins later. There was only one car in front of us, our food was already ready, so the process was quick and easy Been getting the bowls and the portions are noticeably smaller, that hurts the wallet and especially so when you get the premium items - only 5 measley shrimp for $10+tax. Good customer service but they forgot to pack some of my food in my take out.

First of all, Panda with a drive thru… what?! Yes, this Panda Express has a drive thru. I have not experienced that because the line was fairly too long for me so I went inside. It was nice & cool inside, inside dining should be good plenty of places to sit. Now food wise they were running low on alot of things or they simply didn’t have it. The portions they give you.. gotta say isn’t enough for what you pay for it. Reason for the 3 stars. Literally if they’re only supposed to give you X amount of scoops per item then I got maybe 1/2 of that. Otherwise I recommend you check it out just tell the employee for at least a fair amount.

The serving is getting way too small. Not the same panda we had before the covid era

First time ordering from this location. Ordered on the drive thru. A soon as I paid I was told to go park and they would bring my order when ready. I waited like 25 minutes. I wasn't the only one waiting. There were several cars parked waiting too. Really slow service. Update: Looks like waiting times have improved and finally no more handing out your phone to be able to tap to pay which was kinda awkward. Keep it up.

Just opened and already a disappointment. I ask for sesame chicken and they’re all out, I ask for sweet and sour sauce, “sorry we don’t have any”, I order teriyaki chicken and they don’t even give me the teriyaki sauce, on top of that the chow mein tastes nothing like chow mein… at all. That is actually ridiculous, laughable even. Decided to try it out because its closer my house. I guess I’ll stick to the one on Rose.

The air conditioning is too cold, I do not know if they make it that cold for people to eat at ease in there and fast we leave oh I do not know what the target is but unfortunately if it is too cold and then the weather in Oxnard also so 🤔 I will think about it to return. The place is very father, but unfortunately it is very cold.

Arrived a bit after 11 AM on a weekday. They had only 4 entrees prepared. So very little to choose from. The server needed to spend time talking with someone prior to helping me, to the point I almost walked out. Only to find out this was likely the manager, who, it seems, believes he is more important than a customer. The fried rice was not cooked. The rice was crunchy. I won't return, that is for sure.

I had no idea Panda was open at this location, so I stopped by on my way home, I love Panda. I was expecting a long line, but there were no cars in the DT. I ordered and drove up to the window, I could hear a lot of laughing going on once I pulled up, the girl handed me my food before paying, never looking my way, she literally put the bag out the window as she was laughing with the others about something, I doubt it was about me. I could tell she wasn't paying attention, she then held her hand out to get my payment and I handed her my debit card. The whole time they were having a good time. She did look for a second to make sure I got my card and receipt. I have no idea what was so funny, but they should pay better attention to their customers. The food was only warm, but edible. I drove away surprised at their lack of attention.

We ordered a bigger plate with chow mein, brown rice, mushroom chicken, string bean chicken and orange chicken. The food did not even taste like Panda Express food used to?! The chow mein was dry and flavorless and not even the proper noodles for chow mein and the mushroom chicken hardly had any mushrooms in it and had no flavor! Also, part of the string beans in the string bean chicken were raw. The food was so disappointing, we don't think we'll be having Pamda again any time soon!

If I order ahead I never get egg rolls because they are "out" and when i went and ordered in store they didn't have as many as we wanted so they had to make them (which only takes 7 mins.) The lady rolled her eyes and walked away with out a word... there are always more veggies than noodles or meat in your entree and don't even bother ordering through Any app because you will never get any sauce or utensils requested. I love panda but this location sucks.

Slow as hell drive thru

I wanted to see and compare this place to the one near Rose. The place is almost empty and I drove up the drive thru. Whoever was taking orders need to talk slowly and louder. She was more focused on trying to get tips and donation. Must be that desperate huh. The serving portions were way less than expected for the price I paid for. This place is not comparable to other locations. 2 thumbs way down!

Ordered 4 plates… 2 entrees and 1 side were missing called their store number on the receipt 4 times to avoid traveling again and no answer. What’s the point of having a store number if they don’t answer? Might as well unplug the cable. Went back to the store and the parking lot was empty so there was no reason for them to not answer… I recommend paying attention more since there mostly youngsters working there… all of this could’ve been avoided if they answered there store phone.

Very disappointed. Chow mein taste like fish, teriyaki chicken was hard & over cooked. Spring rolls cold. The gal was bothered to get sweet & sour sauce. Just overall poor. We read other reviews & were excited but wow 😢

I ordered a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken and the girl filled the bowl to one fourth of chow mein, I asked her to fill it up more and she literally took one single noodle and added it to my bowl. Serious, I'm paying full price Not half price. I came to support my son's school fundraiser but will NOT be returning here.

Well, it’s very upsetting when you ask for a donation for a kids hospital and your company can donate more money than I can and get a bigger tax break. When you don’t donate they skimp on your portion with your order. You shouldn’t ask us for a donation. It’s very tasteless and needs to stop!!

It's always something at this location- from rude employees to serving food that looks as it's been there for hours. This is why I'd rather drive to the location on Rose Ave. Gracie decided that cleaning was more important than customer service. She had me waiting while she cleaned without one acknowledgement. Apparently, these are her priorities. I will not be returning. Stay away from this location.

They have me waiting in the drive threw parking for over 10 min to cook some fresh bejeni. Was not expecting to wait this long going threw a drive threw ,then having to park and wait. Then inget home and am missing some items. Food isn't even fresh. Don't see why it took long .

Went to the drive-thru on Friday, March 24th around 11:50. Slow customer service, bad communication (had to ask for my total and if I could drive up) and the young guy working handed me the bag with both containers tipped over. Not coming back to this location - second time it's been small quantities and terrible service.

Worse experience at a panda ordered ahead online and our food was suppose to be ready at 6:01. We waited until 6:48 to get our food . They were not apologetic at all. And continued to take care of other orders and did not help us until it cleared out. I will not be returning to this Panda.

But then again most of the food in the hot area was already empty or look over an hour old and it wasn’t being Made again, even though they had an hour left. Not to mention a hair in my food. I couldn’t even finish my plate. They also put a chair in front of the dining room door at 10pm even though they close at 10:30. I’ve worked in fast food and I understand people need to clean and have everything prepped for the following day. But that doesn’t mean rush everything, give out disgusting old food and close early in order to have that done. I work hard for my money and I’m sure everyone, and I hate to spend a good amount on cold food that’s falling apart.

Food was horrible, honey walnut shrimp had no flavor at all, same with the orange chicken, and the fried rice was stale. The chow mein was the only thing that had the smallest amount of flavor. The few times I’ve been here, there was a problem with the food each time. Won’t be coming back
