I was a bit skeptical about going to this location after reading the reviews. Sometimes you have to remember that there are a lot of people out there that you just cannot please. I had a great experience the food was delicious and Nicole was so nice! I noticed this amazing chalkboard up in the dining area and asked who made it. And it was also Nicole! She does an amazing job and she is so friendly. Remember folks take these reviews with a grain of salt some people are just grumpy.

I come to this location once a week and every time I always have a great experience from the food to the staff. Not only is the food delicious but the service is impeccable. I am greeted with a smile once I step in and have small talk with the team. The manager LETTY is out of this world. She has a great attitude, positive, and upbeat. I dine in and i notice a team member checking up on guest and going above and beyond by offering more condiments, samples, and fortune cookies in which I’ve been to several locations and I was highly impressed by this. Talk about hospitality!. The team member name is Carolina whom I had the pleasure of interacting with during this visit. I highly recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you so much for making it a great experience.

I went to this Panda and I was wearing my Dodgers jersey. As soon as I walk into the door the whole staff was saying "Go Dodgers!". They were really awesome and very fast with my food. If you're a dodger fan go support these employees! It doesn't hurt that when the Dodgers win we get a good discount on a plate! The manager is also very nice so I left a nice tip

Update: the beyond orange 'chicken' was good, can't tell it's not chicken, but at a premium price and so stingy with the portion that is not worth it unfortunately . . . Ordered $30 gift card and got a free bowl - placed the free bowl order over app and grabbed our order through the drive thru 5 mins later. There was only one car in front of us, our food was already ready, so the process was quick and easy Been getting the bowls and the portions are noticeably smaller, that hurts the wallet and especially so when you get the premium items - only 5 measley shrimp for $10+tax. Don't make the same mistake as me, stick with the regular items, I think the orange chicken gives you best bang for your buck!

This Panda WAS the best in town. No longer. Prices went UP, portion sizes dropped. This is the Plate. 2 Entries with Chow Mein. There is 1/4 cup of Chow Mein ( Yes, I measured!) I gave the Rose location a second chance . I was hoping for a different outcome. On this visit, we arrived at 9:30 and had 5 entrees to select from. The pickings were slim at that. Still had a 7min or so cook time. Not to mention that 6 people came right after us. Not friendly at all.

For my combination with two entrees, they only gave me a few beef but a lot of broccoli. Placed on a tiny box. That wasnt what I expected. Service was good by the name of Karen.

I’m so disappointed with my experience at this panda express. We came in an hour and a half before closing, which is still enough time to make some fresh batches. Except everything was old stiff, and the chicken breading was already falling off the chicken. Everything was cold and chewy. I also asked how long it would take for them to make super greens since they only had like two broccoli pieces in In the hot plate and that’s all no cabbage or nothing. And they said it would take up to 6-10 minutes. But then again most of the food in the hot area was already empty or look over an hour old and it wasn’t being Made again, even though they had an hour left. Not to mention a hair in my food. I couldn’t even finish my plate. They also put a chair in front of the dining room door at 10pm even though they close at 10:30. I’ve worked in fast food and I understand people need to clean and have everything prepped for the following day. But that doesn’t mean rush everything, give out disgusting old food and close early in order to have that done. I work hard for my money and I’m sure everyone, and I hate to spend a good amount on cold food that’s falling apart.

They messed up my order twice, made me drive back waste my gas. They pretended that they would give me a replacement mea.l came back a couple weeks later and they said my name was crossed out. So typically, I got screwed over never will I come back again.

Went here on a Saturday Night 9:45 their website says they close at 10:30 they had the door locked & laughing at us while looking inside. Went to the drive through & they ignored us. It really put a damper on things & we visit panda every week it’s our favorite place to visit! Or at least was. I will say the last few times we went we had a pleasant experience but the way we were treated was not ok. We saw two employees outside and we overheard them making fun of employees & cussing while swinging a pan leavening their storage room.

Esthetically, not a bad place. My problem is that out of the 4 times I've gone here, they messed up my order twice. I waited for 15 minutes after being asked to park to the side to see my order clearly wrong. Missing food, and wrong items. I was tired and didn't check my order. It's ridiculous that the person that brought me my food, read my receipt to me and still gave me the wrong items. I'm never coming back here. Ridiculous

Food was horrible, honey walnut shrimp had no flavor at all, same with the orange chicken, and the fried rice was stale. The chow mein was the only thing that had the smallest amount of flavor. The few times I’ve been here, there was a problem with the food each time. Won’t be coming back
