The fastest Panera Bread I ever been. Shopping plaza is also very nice.

I didn't get any food here, but I am part of the sipper club (get it, it's a great deal!) and I stopped in to get a tea since I was at Ulta. Nice set up! The girl that helped me super nice even though I was only getting my free(ish) drink! I will definitely stop by here to get my favorite salad.

Quite disappointed with my last visit after all the hypes from Panera refreshing their menu. $13 for half a sandwich and literally 1 cup of soup - these are kids portion! Other than portion, their food always tasted good . . . Been a while since I've visited Panera and missed the bagels, they smelled so good especially after toasted and with a heaping pile of cream cheese just pure bliss! Opted for text messaging to let me know when order is ready for pickup, this works great if you're not in a hurry! Tue's baker's dozen for the win! . . . Original review: Improvement can be made toward the rapid pickup service - most of the times, my order is not ready and it's usually a cookie or something that doesn't require any preparation.

It’s strange to walk in and see empty shelves so early in the morning at a place that makes pan( bread). Panera use to have really good bagels, with good service. Not anymore. I noticed the whole atmosphere is off, it’s not as welcoming with enthusiastic friendly staff as there was before. Hope they get back on track. My last visit was last Friday @10:22 and no bagels to be sold and was told there hadn’t been that morning, so they didn’t sell out they just didn’t have them.

We waited for just over 8 minutes before she reappeared and 5 more people in line. No sorry for the wait or anything. This was very poor customer service. Management needs to be plan their staffing and how they manage the walk in customers.

The service was mediocre. They don’t carry condiments other Paneras carry. The server practically threw our plate on our table when our food was ready and to top it off it was cold. The cashier was rude. Stopped here on a whim on our trip to Santa Barbara, won’t do that again.

Make sure you check your food all the way when you pick up (even dinning in) once you take it and they made it wrong, they won’t fix it.
