Opinions de Juicy Ladies Pacific Palisades
My favorite breakfast spot/ healthy cafe in Santa Monica.. maybe even LA. They have everything from smoothies to brekkie bowls to lamb kebabs. Plus tons of snacks available. The coffee was average but every food item I’ve tried has been top notch. Portions are also substantial. It’s always so difficult to pick what to get but definitely give this place a go!
I always take friends and family coming from abroad to this restaurant for the views and simplicity (bonus 50% of the time i see celebrities there). The place have an ocean view almost an ocean front, when you sit in the outside area you can enjoy the views and the weather. I tried their avocado toast, their avocado egg sandwich and their egg benedict and they are all good. They have healthier options for coffee or lattes and also for sweet crepes. I like their banana Nutella crepe. Over all it is a nice place for a breakfast or a brunch, it is a little pricy though but it is for a reason.
This food is great!! I’ve had everything from the burritos, acai bowls, to lattes and smoothies. Very lovely atmosphere- indoor and outdoor seating that faces the ocean. We come here post surf or when we’re celebrating a birthday over lunch. Recommend this place, only downfall is it’s a bit pricey but good portion size.
Delicious!!!!!!! Great healthy options that still have tons of flavor! Love the new staff! They are so welcoming.
It's a gorgeous place, very tasteful interior design: a mix of oriental colourfulness and Californian tenderness, good, healthy food and lots of female customers, at least in the mornings! There is also free valet parking (1hour)
It was a bit pricey and parking is limited, but they do have valet.. what can be expected from the Palisades. Food was tasty and the locale is super cute, lots of good seating and beach views. 🤩
Their food is so fresh and healthy. It’s extremely delicious.
Great location if you want a chill brunch time here. Food is tasty with a decent price range. Recommend their juice or smoothies
It lasted all the way to the beach, and we took our time eating it. It felt so perfect for today! Nutritious & delicious. I love the coconut shreds on top the most!
Great coffee shop/cafe. I had the two egg breakfast and their featured drink, a lavender maple oat latte. Everything was great, will definitely come back.
Tried 4 juices and 2 sandwich/wrap and all were well made, well presented, fairly priced, and delicious! Layout is cost but does not feel cramped at all. Plenty of outside seating options, both with shade and right in the sun. Bathrooms are large and clean. There is complementary valet parking, for the first hour. Will be back for sure, and staff were all attentive and friendly.

You can't beat the location and the view! I had an avocado egg sandwich, which was delicious. The menu has lots of options for breakfast and any other time of day. It's a bit pricey but pretty standard for LA and worth the price for the healthy options. There's also plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the decor is right up my alley 😍
Yummy and healthy choice from smoothies to hot drinks.. toasts to lunch brunch item’s. Cute ambience and vibe. A bit pricy for some of the items. The energy bar is yummy!!!! Enjoyed the green smoothie as well. The avacado toast was fire as well!! Tasty and healthy
It’s hard not to like Juicy Ladies because of its stellar, organic menu and location within view of the ocean in Pacific Palisades. The interior and deck give it a lovely, upscale beach house feel and who doesn’t want to chill in a cool beach house looking out at the ocean? It can be a little pricey, but that shouldn’t be surprising considering the fine, organic ingredients they use to create their menu and their location where L.A’s famed Sunset Boulevard meets the Pacific Ocean. They say that love is in the details and I think that is what I like best about this place. I visited Juicy Ladies for the first time on April 1, 2021 with a girlfriend of thirty years who had been there before and fell in love with it. The parking lot is on the smaller side and was already full so we paid for meter parking on the street. As we approached the entrance we passed by a charming, little outdoor sitting area made with comfort and coziness in mind. A tall row of slender bushes curve around the “little garden” offering shade and privacy from the sidewalk and vibrant green artificial turf is spread throughout the area controlling the dust. I immediately went out on the deck before going inside because I could already see the ocean and wanted to get a closer look. Once I was up there, I could instantly feel the fun energy that comes when you first arrive at the beach. Kind of like that little surge of joy that comes when you first see the ocean coming out of the I-10 tunnel onto the Pacific Coast Highway. It has the signature charm of a deck patio with large umbrellas shading cute little tables and party lights hanging, promising more fun if they were plugged in. However, my favorite part about the deck was the bar seating all along the edge making it possible to sit and enjoy the view of the beach a block or two away. The interior does not disappoint with a simple French elegance that exceeds the charm and allure of its outdoor seating areas. It has everything from handsomely crafted cabinetry and colorful tile to a posh, lime green, velvet couch and a basket swing chair. Contributing to the groovy beach house effect are the many windows offering lots of natural light and faux plant light fixtures hanging from its white, vaulted ceiling. A final note about the indoor ambiance is that the loving details are once again shown by the special touch the bathrooms have to offer. The women’s room has a feminine touch you would expect to find in a lady’s dressing room (my friend held the door open for me to see, I didn't just go in), and the men’s room has the masculine feel of a man’s study. Both bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with hand soap and paper towels. Our snack was pretty simple with vegan cheese and spelt crackers we shared along with two blueberry oatmeal squares and two caffe americanos; including tip, everything came to $40. The vegan cheese was delicious with a flavor very similar to a pervasive, herbal goat cheese and the light, crispy spelt crackers complimented it well. I liked the blueberry oatmeal squares because they were more tart than sweet, however my friend didn’t feel the same way that I did (but her sweet tooth is impossible to satisfy). My friend ordered a decaf americano and the barista, Marbli, clearly marked the lid of the cup with the letter “D” but my friend wasn’t paying attention and took my americano and poured in way too much cream for me to handle. I like my coffee just like me, brown and bitter. Since it was “our” mistake I was embarrassed to ask Marbli to make me another one without charging me, however she was very sweet and graciously agreed. The cool setting, tasty food, and Marbli’s kindness will definitely lead me back to Juicy Ladies, but it’s not really in my budget to go there frequently. Definitely worth the experience.
Trendy, health conscious spot right off the PCH. Came here on a Monday around 9am to fuel up before hiking the Parker Mesa trail. There’s valet parking that’s free for one hour with validation and $3 per hour thereafter. There’s not a lot of spots so if you’re planning on hanging out, I’d park further down on Sunset on the street or getting there early to ensure a spot for your car. I got the small Strawberry Creamy Smoothie which was ~$11 - not cheap by any means but they were having a Labor Day sale where a smoothie came free with the purchase of an entree so it was worth it. Made with oat milk, it truly lived up to its name. Really refreshing and slides down super smoothly. My friend got the green juice and it was slightly spicy and also really yummy. I would get that in a large size for a meal. The food wasn’t quite as good as the smoothies - I got the farmers burrito since the eggs Benedict is only served on weekends. The food came out quickly (within about 5 min) and they give you a number after you pay at the counter. They do take credit card. There’s indoor and outdoor seating and both are so cutely decorated. The burrito tasted strongly of coconut (they use coconut oil) and was on the small side given it was ~$17. There’s a small side salad to accompany it with a sweet vinaigrette and a thick hot sauce for the burrito. The hot sauce was thick and had a hint of chipotle but wasn’t spicy at all. It overall was a convenient place to stop by before hiking as you can also get things to go, but I’d stick with the smoothies.

I love the interior and exterior patios! It was such a great place to take photos and chill! Unfortunately i was shocked by the parking, $10 valet parking…and I expected cute decorations of my pancakes and toast, but it weren’t good enough…my pancakes was so cold, taste just normal..I expected more at my $20 pancakes..🙂i would say all the juice were great, green juice and creat my own juice(apple with grapefruit)
I was so excited to give this place a try and I wanted so badly to give it a higher score. The restaurant is in a great location. It’s perched on the side of a hill overlooking the ocean. I sat outside. It was a gorgeous day and the their patio is great. They offer valet service. If you are dining in, the first 30-minutes are free, and after that, there’s a flat fee of $8. You order at the counter. The menu offers something for everyone. They have offerings for to meet all dietary restrictions, or if you just want to be healthy and eat fresh food. This all sounds great, right? So why the 3-stars? I ordered a veggie burrito and asked for it to be in a bowl. This is a menu offering and not me being difficult. I waited almost 30-minutes. (There went free parking). When my food arrived, it was a burrito, in a tortilla and not a bowl. I told the server that it was a mistake and he offered to have the kitchen fix it. At this point I just wanted my lunch as I had already waited long enough. Luckily my desire to not eat a tortilla was a choice and not a restriction. The burrito was good. It was packed with ingredients. I wasn’t able to eat the whole thing. The burrito and a tea cost me $25 + $8 for the valet. I didn’t get what I ordered and paid a lot for it. I could have gone up to the counter to complain but you have to assume that if they didn’t care enough to get one order correct, they probably do not care about a mediocre rating. The wait staff and the valets were very nice. I ate. I left. I will not return.
At first glance from the outside walking in, Juicy Ladies looks really adorable, like a cozy place to just chill. I had never been here, so I assumed just a juice bar. To my surprise , once I looked at the menu, I was pretty happy to know they served breakfast. The cashier was somewhat rude, but I ignored it. I thought maybe the guy was overwhelmed handling the drive-thru and the front. I ordered my food with a drink and came out to about $22 dollars. Now, this is where it bothered me. Other customers came in, and he was kind of chatty, and I feel like they received better service. He seemed to know them, maybe locals. I received my drink and I asked for some honey for my drink. Cashier said you have to pay for it, next time I will charge you, to which I said I will gladly pay for it now sir. I didn't know, but he said it in such a manner that it is not customer service. I went to sit outside, and I was told the food would be brought out to me. I received my order in about 10 to 12 minutes. The breakfast sandwich was amazing, but I just wish it was warm. The toasted bread and eggs were cold. I will give them another try another time, but I will definitely not go out of my way to go there.
Got the protein shake and it was way too sweet for me. The consistency didn't seem like it was made from solids at all and mainly just liquid coconut water. The space was nice , I don't think the smoothie was worth the price, though.
Officially set the record for most expensive latte I’ve ever purchased, coming out to $10.12 for a single drink. For some reason I could not get an iced latte in a 16oz, only a 20oz. It was an ok latte, but nothing amazing and not enough vanilla syrup for the $1.25 extra it cost me. Ambience was nice but not worth the price.
