First of all, I ordered six biscuits and only got four didn’t realize it. It was super busy and now by the quality of the food, I’m wondering why?? The biscuits were reheated and I don’t know how many times because they fell apart. The chicken didn’t taste as good as it normally does. I opted for a Popeyes because KFC chicken is not that good but now I think the same about both. Not sure if it’s only this particular location? The front staff was great oother than giving me the wrong amount of biscuits.

Food takes well over half an hour to get, despite ordering ahead of time and the place being relatively empty and well staffed. A few items were missing after I received the order which I had to go back inside for and ask. I ordered a side because the app said it would be free after joining their new loyalty program. However, it charged me for it anyway. As you can see, even the receipt’s math doesn’t add it either.

So, they offer small combo 2 pc, and large combos 3 pieces and 4 pieces… but they insist in serving you small pieces “unless you order a large piece” it’s absurd to sell a a product in the believe it’s good, but you will get the less from your $ unless you smarten up and request what you truly deserves for the money you are paying… no stars for you!

People should never come to this place the manger and the employee were very rude and lie about thier policy so they don’t want to waster thier food. I asked for Coleslaw and marsh potatoes but, they gave me fries and they refuse to change my order and saying it’s may fault.

Always disappointing. They never get order right, they always miss an item. On top of that, my 3 pc chicken combo had 2 wings and a thigh which was a gyp for the price and the regular breast, thigh, and drumstick. Don’t waste your money coming here.

Terrible. I got delivery from this location and was missing multiple things and what i did get was dry and hard like plastic. How are you charging what u charge then still mess up the order. And when i tried to get a hold of customer service they wouldn't even refund me the things I didn't receive. They want to give me a coupon to come back to get nasty food and missing items. U have to be kidding. This location is a joke they are always messing with people's orders.

Just read an article that there was a vermin issue at this location that's so gross I feel like every place with vermin should be bleached down for weeks to months buddy 🤢 🤮 #getittogether #bleachitdown #roofneedscleansing 😩🤣😭😩

I got food poising ..I went on Friday the 27 and everything was fine I got my food everything good.I got 4 pieces of the signature chicken with small smash potatoes extra side of fries .When I get home I eat 1 of the 4 pieces everything good it was a bit chewing but I still ate it maybe not even 3 hours later I start throwing up like crazy my mom also got sick and said her stomach was hurting.Best believe I loved Popeyes 😩 but after getting raw chicken it makes me not want to buy any anymore :( sucks .Today monday i am feeling better but havent been able to eat for two days and have been drinking liquids because I just haven't gotten appetite.I am not saying don't go to Popeyes but employees please double check that the chicken or whatever meat if fully cooked so us buying it dont get food poisoning .

Horrible experience. The food was awful. The lobby was filthy, so we took our food to go and when we got home we were extremely disappointed with our food and we couldn't eat it. We bought 5pcs chicken, 3 tenders, 6 wings, 2 Coleslaws, 2 fries, and 4 biscuits total. All the chicken pcs and tenders were extremely old and dry, and both Coleslaws were expired. I used to work for Popeyes for almost 10 years and never seen a store this dirty, and food was absolutely horrible. I will tell everyone I know to avoid going to this location.

My cashiers name was Jennifer and she was very rude. She took down my order wrong and gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a classic. I calmly brought the issue up and explained to the cashier that was free and they made it a huge deal when I hadn’t even touched the sandwich and it was still sealed. I tried talking to Jennifer to see if she remembered that I ordered a classic since I had just ordered and she turned around and ignored me. This could have been easily fixed yet they managed to make it an unpleasant experience.

I always have issues at this Popeyes las time I was there the cashier was so rude and I email corporate. This time the person that made my order dint give me my fries I notice when I got home I called at 9:55 and no answer then it sounded busy they don’t want to answer.
