This subway is excellent on point dont listen to these other reviews. Check out my pictures, guys you have to remember there making you're sub in front of you they can't read you're mind they don't do tarot cards or fortune telling, tell them what you want and exact amount they will do it. You get my five 5 stars any day of the week

Today 5/9/24 I had a really bad experience at this location. One crazy customer came was rude to Ladies she bought a sandwich and 1 hour later she came and told cashier she wanted her money back that her sandwich wasn’t good but she finished the sandwich and ask her for refund. She was mean and rude to the ladies. Please be kind and respectful with people who serve you. She used bad words to the ladies. 😡
I had a fully loaded Hot Pastrami... Hit the spot. No photo due to my hunger... lol The location (Pacoima) where Costco and Lowes are located was clean and the service was friendly and fast. See you soon. 😋
Subway is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner. They make great sandwiches. But the subway near Costco on Paxton Street in Pacoima, one of the workers made a dirty look at me when I asked them to cut my sandwich in 3 ways. And when we ordered cookies she just put random cookies.
This restaurant is always very fast and seems to be always very busy. I like to order ahead of time via the web so that I do not have to wait in line. They have their tea is always full and the dining area is usually clean. Restrooms are accessible to customers and are clean.
Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. Not sure how you can mess up a sandwich, but they are really good at it. Perhaps the subs were a day old, or the meat had gone bad. Also they have gotten really cheap with the amount of veggies they put on, and I usually order the veggie delight. I don't like paying 8 bucks just for bread.
Were low on options which is understandable with the bread. But the fact that I got a skimped out tuna sandwich with more mayonnaise than the rest of the ingredients ticked me off. There’s being an understanding customer and then there is being taken advantage of 🤡

This subway has no 6inch deals or footlong deals everything is regularly priced which is amazing becuz every other subway ive been to has deals..n they didnt give me my change.first n last time here.
Service took forever and was embarrassed for asking a simple questions about the meal difference and got yelled at but this rude lady that works in the evenings so I just said nevermind let them keep it after we paid for 3 meal. Sbeen a long day as it is wasnt up to any more nonsense. Ruined my appetites. Thanks.
I came on 12/01/22 at 9 pm,door was open,all signs ,lights were on ,when I walked in the lady told me it was closed,..even on the subway website it says they close at 10pm. I believed they didn't want work anymore
I arrived at 1050 tonight and the girls working would not serve me it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to make a sandwich this is not ok it was them I will never come here again
There should be a sign in front of the store stating that they do not accept coupons. I went in to spend $13.99 on two foot long subs. I ended paying $30 because they didn’t accept coupons.
Staff not very friendly. Had to ask thrice to even receive napkins. They also don't have a restroom for paying customers.
Very disappointed got two one 6 inch a one footlong mexicali chicken and it was nasty. Chicken had to much juice and made my bread soggy. My kid went here today 1/10/2025 and got me a tuna sub and it was garbage poorly made this subway sucks 100%
Second time with the same techs that come and do maintenance on there facilities I've notice that they do not use gloves while working 1 inch away from food. There were 2 technician working on replacing the front glass that covers all the fixings on the sandwiches. About one week the same technician were working on the same glass and still not wearing gloves working 1 inch away from all the vegetables and meats right in front of looks like the owner of the place. Very disappointing experience, with all this covid19 going on I would assume Subway would take thinks more seriously. On this last visit a subway customer had to tell one of there employees to please wear there mask correctly for everyone's safety.
I came at 8pm and apparently there was no bread. I have never been disappointed with subway before. They really need to step up there game.
Went to this place today and ordered two sandwiches. The guy asked if I wanted cheese on both. Never got my cheese. What is a sandwiche without cheese.
I just got out from work and I decided to grab a late night bite because I worked a long shift. I checked the website to see if the subway on Paxton in Pacoima CA was open the website stated 11:00 pm. So I went at 10:28 and it was already closed. I don't mean to be rude but get the hours right online. Just for future reference save the people the drive. Thank you for hearing me out.
