Some fast foods restaurant are below the standard, but not this place. People here work hard and ensure quality. Have never been disappointed so far.

It was my first time visit to this specific tocobell but after going I realised that its pretty good I would like to go again some time the members who work there took my order as I ordered it to be some other restaurants that I am not naming can confuse other people's orders I am not sure how when it gets typed or displayed on a screen but besides that it's no big deal getting up and asking for a reclaim on the type of meal you didnt recive... toco bell is a restaurant you should try out now! If you haven't yet that is I recommend it.

Personally I LOVE ME SOME TACO BELL. Light on the stomach but heavy on taste. I recommend trying they're chalupas, quesadillas, Im also addicted to their freezes try the.green mountain dew freeze its amazing I would drink that all day if I could. LOL

Fast cheap and filling ... awesome specials. Just the spot for midnight snack, especially since they OPEN 24hrs.

This location was clean with staff that enjoyed their jobs and showed it with good teamwork, great attitudes, and many smiles.

Great prices if u tryna save on for some gas money ,I suggest the fritos burritos there just 1 dollar nd their pretty stuffed with meat, beans, rice, and fritos. Dnt forget ur fire sauce it will add the kick u looking if u want a spicy burrito not the spiciest but it's a good mix. I always love to wash all down with the skittles freezes they got there too at most ull spend like 5 to 7 bux fantastic deal to save money nd get good amount of food to fill ur self up , I really suggest if u on a low budget or u tryna save some money $$$.

Try any quesadillas with nacho cheese inside..you will thanked me later..i always order through drive through..the lady that works drive through is super nice super sweet and totally awesome..my favorite goto location closed at 3am..

My go to Taco Bell since I work nearby. Had a couple times where they messed up my drink (no ice) but they’ve never messed up my food, and are always quick and friendly.

Great service friendly staff Taco Bell is always good. Love the $1 value menu and of course the $5 boxes. You can expect great service ordering at tge counter or on the mobile app. They even have a self service ordering station here if you like the high tech stuff. The items I have had here have been perfect no complaints on this end. If your dinning in take out or driving through expect great and friendly service here.

The lady working the drive through at this location tonight (09/12/25 7:39pm) is legit one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever encountered at a drive through; just really cheerful and nice.

During this pandemic it has been a rare siting to find great customer service.. At this establishment i was amazed by a young lady named Xitlali she greeted me with a smile. I have been going to this establishment for the past 5 months and she has continued to provide amazing service everything everytime.. I'll be back when they have Mountain Dew again. I get that Taco Bell is owned by Pepsi, and is thus forced to carry the bile that Pepsi makes, but this location has been out of literally the only Pepsi product that doesn't taste like bubbly vomit for over two months now.

Been coming to this location for almost 5 years, mainly for convenience since I live down the road. They've always done a great job food and cleanliness wise. (Especially big shout out to the night/overnight crew! I see you guys work hard and do your best!) I felt the need to write a review now for the stupidest reason, but I ordered a quesadilla, and it was PERFECTLY cut! I'm so used to having to pull it and it falling apart, but this time, I didn't have that issue. I know, so small and so insignificant, but it made my visit. Lol You guys rock! 🌮

Good old taco bell. 9 times out of 10 there's no more than a couple cars in drive through. The inside is super chill and you order at the kiosk which makes it easy to customize your order. Food has been great, hot, and correct every time. Been here 20+ times 👌.

Service was fine until I got.to the window and received my order. I opened the bag to check to see that my order was correct, that waynI wouldn't have to drive back if not, and the shift manager was a bit rude. Saying "It's all there." No need for that. Lose of a star

I love their breakfast burritos, and they open at 7am, and I start work way earlier... if you want to compete with other fast food chains for the breakfast menus, then atleast open early...

I stopped by here to get a Baja Blast Freeze during happy hour. They have a decent size lot for parking. When I walked inside, the place looks fairly new since they remodel during the covid lockdown. I ordered my Baja blast Freeze and it was okay here, it was less sweet compared to other times I had it. I drank my Freeze inside taco bell and I had a good time. If you try to leave on Paxton then you might get stuck there due to the traffic. I just exit on Van Nuys since it's easier for me.

The taco bell in Pacoima needs to put more beef and cheese in their tacos 🌮. It's mostly taco shell and lettuce. Other taco bells 🔔 put more like the 1 in Sun Valley and San Fernando. They also need to fill the small nacho bagies more and put more Cinnamon twists in the little bags as well. Taco Bell 🌮 🔔 has gotten so expensive, it should give us our money's 💰 worth but other than that, I'm glad the dinning area inside is opened again. Finally things are becoming normal again. Thank God

I really liked coming to this Taco Bell because it tastes the same great taste when Taco Bell first opened up there restraunt! But the last few times I have come to eat the food isn't or doesn't taste the same as it used to be.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while I ordered a Burrito Supreme a taco supreme the minute I bit into the burrito I had to pull it apart and it was more like soup to me I had to scoop it up with a spoon my taco shell fell apart the minute I bit into it, just wasn't right but overall it was good because I was hungry

This Taco Bell is just ok. You have a 50/50 chance of them getting your order right. I was a little disappointed on my last trip because I was missing one of the items I ordered. However, the staff is usually pleasant to interact with. I was also a bit dismayed when I went I purchased a beverage and after paying for it noticed that I could have gotten the same beverage for a $1 because it was happy hour. The next time I went in I made sure to ask for happy hour beverages but was told it was too early for happy hour. This was odd because it was 4pm. When I pointed this out the clerk did say that the time was wrong on the register. All of this to say pay attention when ordering from this Taco Bell and definitely check your order before leaving.

The workers are very friendly, the customer service is very good on that front! There’s always more than enough parking for everyone. The quality is always consistent with other Taco Bell locations. However, if you aren’t in a car, it’s just so slow. They heavily prioritize the drive through. If you just walk in, you’ll be waiting a while. If you order online, and then walk in to pick up your order, you’ll still be waiting a while, despite the app saying your food is ready. However, they’re very nice, and the quality is fine, so if you’re patient you’ll receive good service and quality food. If they could just prioritize the people right in front of them that would be an improvement.

Went to the drive thru and got home the order was wrong and the food was not fully cooked. This was not the first time they always have issues at this location in the evening.

This Taco Bell is ghetto. They didn't have the breakfast quesadilla months ago when it was advertised and when I went today they did not have the seven layered nacho fries that are currently being advertised..poor selection with ill informed employees

Almost every time I go through the drive-thru at this location they miss 1 or more of the items in the order AND get items wrong for the order. In my experience, this is an issue at many Taco Bell locations, but this one is much worse at this issue. They are often faster than most locations at getting people through the drive-thru, though the two things may be related.

I won’t say for all shifts but definitely the morning shift does not care about their work. They don’t care about what they’re serving. Yesterday morning on my second order I had a Baja blast freeze. They gave me one that looked white and melting quickly on the bottom, on top of that it was soooo light you can tell it wasn’t right. I told him it wasn’t right and he looked at me like I had two heads but complied and tried making another one which surprise surprise came out the same. He still handed it to me expecting me to take it. I told him it wasn’t right, I had to point out everything wrong about it. He asked which other one I wanted , implying there is more than one option. I ask him what they got, they just had blue raspberry of course so with no choices I took it. I also told them they should not be serving items that were not working or if it’s not right. Then, I go in this morning and when I get my food the hash brown is just hard. The thing looked wrong. Never coming to this place again even with its convenient location it is not worth the hassle.

This place needs to get it together.... Give em a pay raise so they'd be motivated to step up service,cleanliness & quality.

I hope this location burns to the ground. There was a long black hair in the food. (I have short hair) and many of the nacho fries were inedible, cold and hard. They called me the wrong name. They forgot my cinnatwists. Super upset. Called to tell them about it. Dont even bother, the phone is ALWAYS busy. They purposely leave the phone off the hook to avoid in calls. And believe it or not. My quesodilla was inside out. No joke. Cheese sauce and chicken on the outside bare tortillas in the middle. Today I order one nachos bell grande and I got no meat at all. Some time ago I ordered a burrito Supreme and I got a bean burrito. Horrible!

I always used to buy here, I love the food good people until one Friday night I ate a chicken borito from this place that gave me sevear food poisoning for a week. I can never eat taco bell again.

paying 20 for taco bell is crazy on grub hub. can’t even provide hot sauce and a straw. these workers asking for almost $17 an hour and can’t even put a napkin in the meal. trash. i don’t drive and i always tip for uber eats and grubhub. ghetto restaurant. horrible employees and classless management. you own a business and it’s a franchise. i’d rather go spend $20 at a better establishment.

WE VOMITED WITHIN 10 minutes of eating the food. They also mock white people in Spanish and are very rude. Not sure why Google edited out the photo proof I’d originally attached, but in any case, we placed 2 separate orders, for 4 individuals. One of the people that ate food from the first order vomited, so did one of the people that ate food from the second order. COINCIDENCE??? We tried contacting the manager, and in addition to being told that she could not speak English, we were given the run around. I explained what happened to the person that told me the manager couldn’t speak English. I knew getting a refund was unlikely, and of course no one felt safe having our orders remade. I’d explained that I did not mind getting store credit if a refund was not possible, but of course to use at a different location. I offered to return all of the untouched, remaining food. I was told to call back in 10 minutes. When I dId, they had taken the phone off the hook. It’s all a game to them. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY and HEALTH.

Lack of customer service training, I have to admit I feel like I made a bad call. I'm very disappointed with the management, it's very dirty, no customer service skills whatsoever, no regulation, I don't predict coming back here basically because I don't want to support a business that takes so little care of its people. Rosemary should be taught how to say a simple "hello." My first job was at a fast food restaurant. I would always greet the customer first, let him order then offer a promo item. Example: Me: Hello, Welcome to Del Taco How may I help you? Customer: "Hello, I would like 2 fish tacos and macho fries." Me: "Would you like to make it a combo by adding a Macho Drink for .80 cents more." Customer: "Sure, lets make it a combo." Me: "Your total will be 7.59, thank you very much and have a nice day." The experience I had was not pleasant at all. I dont think I will make a difference by posting my review because I feel like taco bell is not even taking a look at their reviews.

I have lived down the street from this Taco Bell for over 20 years and every time I go my order is wrong. I stopped going there and then when the Mexican pizza came back I hoped to not have to drive an extra 10mins to try it. Not the case spent $20 and my order was wrong yet again. Drove back and the Manager didn’t even come to see why I came back. 10/10 SONT RECOMEND

Unreliable, unprofessional, weak customer service! LOST POSTMATE orders, and delayed 25 minutes to deliver an order. Leonidas was  who assisted me with my order, but unfortunately failed to complete a simple order. As a postmate worker we make our money on orders and tips. I placed a 3 items order .... 3 ITEMS ORDER, she handed me a sealed bag (with one item) and confirmed/ensure EVERYTHING was in the bag. I drove away to deliver my order and handed to the man who placed the order through postmate. He turns and tells me his order was missing food. On my way back to Taco Bell, I called them to informed them of the situation, and was told to get in the drive Thur line and WAIT. WAIT, because they had to verify and open the bag before anything. I pulled to the window and the bag was snatched rudely from my hand. Leonidas  turned around started to  laugh with her co-worker/manager and took her sweet time to correct my 3 item order. On her back to the drive Thur window she decided stop and continue her giggling and laugh with her co-worker before handing me my order. Because her laughter was way more important than the order. I'm speechless that they find there error funny are amused, while I got an  insincere apology.

On Saturday 17, 2015 at approximately 2035 hours I ordered three crunch Wraps Supremes no one was there empty for a taco bell, the guy in the kitchen is a dumbass burned my order not only that left the back to come outside to make out with his nasty ass girlfriend that's ugly this place has lost a loyal costumer. This Co. Should either close it down or replace the ghetto people who work here the only person who had a good mood was an African American young man... Prompts for him... I wish I can give negative.

Charged me $1 for extra nacho cheese and they gave me the opposite. Lol idk who is running this Taco Bell but y’all are some bums.

First off this Taco Bell sucks. My friend had ordered a crunchwrap combo and asked what was in it and the cashier didn't know. Also had another incident when it took over 30 minutes for my order to dine in. Whoever is in charge of hiring these low-IQ people needs to shut this location down asap.
