I literally just went in with my family I had my two daughters with me and wife. The place was empty but we did have one customer walk in right after us and the lady taking our order was so rude and making my wife feel rushed. She has no customer service skills and should be retrained. Our first time trying chipotle and the experience for my family and I was totally no what I expected and I’d give this place no stars just cause of that one bad employee.

We went those location on 12-19-2025 time 9:05pm we order two chicken bowl it’s second time that happen they was out of veggie (fajitas ) and pico it was a 9pm and peoples was still coming those locations they r super lazy employees. We will never go back there they had attitude also un necessary 😞

Came in at 9.pm service girl said no veggie fajitas, no pico de gallo and they where not making any more , the girl looked stressed only her taking orders, & charging, this location closes at 11.pm I feel for you girl there’s no need for the attitude.

I have had a bad experience at this Chipotle two times. The first time, they did not have brown rice ready and said they had just started cooking it, but a restaurant like this should already have rice prepared like other places do. Another time, they ran out of chicken and did not tell me. They gave me the leftover burnt chicken instead, and once again they had just started cooking a new batch. The workers were rude and unhelpful, and only one person offered to remake my order. Very disappointing service both times.

I walk in at 715pm to get a bowl and they have no carne asada or chicken made with a wait time of 20 min. How do you not have food prepped in the middle of the evening...... This location is never busy........I don't get it....

Trassssssssh! If I can rate this 1 star I would. This is probably the worst chipotle I ever been to. Meat burnt, the quality overall was unsatisfactory. I ordered a bowl online & literally got a bunch of rice & sour cream. For almost 30 dollars. This place is robbing folks. 0/10

This was the smallest burrito I’ve ever had at a chipotle!! 6 inch burrito and for what, 12-13 dollars?! I felt bad for my dad too because usually he loves the bowls from Chipotle but even he complained about how skimpy they were with the servings 😕 In addition to this, when I came in to pick up the order, all of the employees were huddled up at the cash register and looked at me weird as if I was doing something wrong for picking up my order?? Then they had the audacity to charge me for the vinaigrette after too!! Not a great experience sadly and it sucks bc this is my local chipotle :/

Been a loyal Chipotle customer, but this is outrageous. Avocado stickers in the food! This could be a choking hazard. Didn’t know this was something I need to be cautious about when eating food.

The food was so bad. The rice was raw the meat was burnt where you could actually taste the burnt mess of it, the guac well as you can see was not fresh and tasted horribly, the chips where stale where all the food was unedible

They left chunks of avocado skin in my guacamole . The tortilla on my burrito was stale and hard. The meat in my burrito was barely chopped. When i contacted customer service about a refund they didn’t offer any help, i had to email 5 times and they stopped answering. I am a loyal customer at this location, the food isn’t cheap and I really just wanted a refund as the food was not up to quality. I’m really disappointed in the customer service and quality.

There is a dead fly in my food. The fly looked cooked. It ruined my dinner. Flat out disgusting. Contacted the manager, she couldn’t care less. Offered a partial refund or a re order of the item. When I went in to the location manager didn’t interact at all. No apologies made nothing. Employees flat out don’t care. I see if you can spot the fly in the photo.

The more I come here the more I dislike the food and service I hate this place PEOPLE DTART GOING TO CAVA. YES “ CAVA” that’s the name of the place. Better customer service and just how I left DoorDash their comment. ANTON being the door dash driver. He does a bad job and doesn’t listen to what he has to do. Same goes to chipotle both of you guys don’t know anything about keeping the customer satisfied . I suggest you guys work on your communication skills because you are giving chipotle a bad name . “ SMOKED SAUCE” The company messaged me but isn’t helping me.quick update! I want a conpendation or for you to do something that will satisfy me in order to keep coming back

Absolutely terrible service from the General Manager. Our fire station did an online order of 3 bowls and 2 burritos with chips and guacamole, and every single order had a could pieces of meat, the bowls were half full, and the burritos were rolled like a ball. Called and spoke with the General Manager, and she refused to give her name. She was completely rude and said I was trying to get free food... she had no retribution and was hard to speak to because she talked over me. Wouldn't go here again if it was free! Our station will not be patronizing this store. See pics with the half effort and lack of meat. Didn't get to the meat until my final bite.
