I go to this location all the time and wanted to give a review. I order here before my shift, even when we have our own ice coffee at work. Shhhh, I did not just say that. Point is I love Starbucks it caters to multiple dietary matters and is on top of their tea game. As someone who is allergic to milk, I LOVE Starbucks cause you get the options: Oatmilk, Almond, Coconut. Mwah, chefs kiss. And it's always an awesome experience too. Customer service is always A game, model customer service. I couldn't think of a better establishment and for coffeeeee.
We placed an order at 8:44 am drive-thru, I didn’t catch the young lady’s name , but she was super sweet and gave us great customer service!! Very friendly and welcoming.
This place is great. Forget the young lady that always helps me and greets me. She’s super sweet and is always positive, always makes the experience great when I pick up coffee for me and my wife!
Sam wasn't even taking my order but in the midst of making other guests happy/orders, she heard what I wanted and shared the ingredients were in stick (despite app saying otherwise). SAM IS AWESOME!!!!

I have to honestly say that the past few weeks this Starbucks has done some adjustments. I use to order my morning Joe and arrive only to have it not be ready for pick up. Or I would arrive and there was no organization system to the orders. NOW, I walk in and there’s someone ready to help me and if I do wait it’s only like 1 or 2 min. Whatever it was it’s working :)
I have been to many Starbucks but let me just start by saying that Andrew is the best barista that I have came across. He's so nice And attentive. My coworkers and my orders always come out tasting delicious every time Andrew makes our drinks. He always has the place running smoothly and is very organized. Thank you Andrew and the rest of the staff for great service😁
Quick service. Clean location. Friendly staff. I like when I can go in quick and be taken care of. The wait wasn't long at all despite there being more than a few people in front if me and a full drive thru. This is how business should operate. Great job!
While the menu is standard Starbucks, this one always has excellent, friendly service. The baristas are quick and courteous. I've never had a poorly made drink here and seriously, the baristas at this location (Truman/Maclay) are consistently the best of any Starbucks I have been.
I love the workers there always friendly and polite. Surprisingly, this store is very limited to the variety of food face apply. I have brought this to the attention of the managers and the district managers many times over the years. This is only my opinion an observation oh, what I have noticed is that when I go into nicer areas they are always fully stocked, the variety of salads and sandwiches are wide... I find a bigger variety of healthier choices in those areas outside of San Fernando Sylmar. I know Starbucks can do better for their Sylmar and San Fernando stores. Let's wait and see!
If I’ve fallen in love with starbucks, this one could be a particular. Their employees are friendly, offering a fast and really good services. For the place, the interior, the sunlight goes in, I believe everybody loves being inside especially because of the smooth sunlight. As for exterior, the good layout of out-door sitting can be a reason you sitting outside, felling relaxing. This is the first time I being there, and this one leaves a really good impression on me.

Honestly one of the few Starbucks I like going to when I actually want Starbucks. Super friendly staff, they now how to make drinks the best and always have a sense of urgency. Even on busy days they will always make you feel seen. The staff today was great and can’t say enough good things about them!
Raquel at Starbucks is absolutely amazing! She is always so welcoming and makes every visit feel special. She remembers our names, asks about our family, and truly makes us feel valued as customers. Our drinks are always made perfectly, and her positive attitude brightens our day every time we come in. Employees like Raquel are the reason we keep coming back. I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and Cynthia went above and beyond by also giving me samples of the new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk — both were delicious. I also got a new cup for my collection free of charge with my rewards, which made the visit even better. But honestly, nothing compares to Cynthia’s friendliness, attention, and amazing service. Thank you, Cynthia, for going out of your way and even sharing your name so I could include you in my review. You’re awesome 🤩! This Starbucks has officially been added to my VIP list.

I’ve been coming to this location for years tried others but nothing like SF Amazing service everyone is very friendly, fast and efficient at the art of coffee, the flavor is exactly what you ask for not watered down. Erik is amazing he always has the best recommendations when the seasons change and they bring new drinks, he remembers all of my orders daily without me even asking, 👏 thank you.
It was good no issues what’s so ever maybe random people walking in the drive through but that’s not something they can control
I stopped by this Starbucks during the early morning today. I chose this location because it was on my way to get gas so it was convenient for me. I came around right when they open so I think I was their first customer of the day and I went through the drive thru. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese, vendi iced chai latte with soy milk for my sister and a vendi iced water. The person taking my order was very enthusiastic when she greeted me and when I got to the pickup window. She made my bagel and drinks quick so I didn't have to wait long. The parking here where this store is at is very limited so be aware. They have outdoor seating as well if you're planning on hanging out there.
I’ve had two amazing experiences with Victoria. She is extremely helpful and always has a positive attitude. I had concerns with my drink looking a little off (if you know you know), and without hesitation or attitude she offered to remake it. This is the opposite of what I am used to experience with young Starbucks employee’s. I have a Starbucks a mile closer to my job but Her attitude and positivity makes me look forward to coming to this location instead.

Great place for a coffee , employees are very polite. There was just a huge line in the drive thru that seemed to take a while to move forward. The drive thru is very small so it does get crowded and there might be light traffic in the intersection before entering it , so be careful. Other than that flaw great place , great atmosphere !
It's Starbucks! Service and product is as expected. They run out of coconut milk too often though. Be warned - the drive through is nuts with people merging from 3 directions and blocking the flow of traffic in the parking lot. Free wifi.
Really disappointed that they changed the atomsphere, no indoor sitting especially for charging electronics. Only outdoor sitting available, an employee recommended another place across the street to charge which honestly is disappointing.
My beverage is usually the same at most locations. This place was really busy on a Saturday around 10am. Even though they were busy, they managed to get my drinks out really quickly. I always go inside and avoid the extremely long lines
Typical Starbucks experience. If they had a chance to move to a larger location it would help the drive through. Walk in traffic was steady. Today I was witness to a kind jesters from a Barista bringing coffee out to a elderly regular. It was heart warming to see that our Baristas are here to serve and if given the opportunity they are faces we see everyday that make our days start a little brighter.
The customer service is always friendly and patient. But the drive thru is in an awkward entrance that blocks others from going through. And the inside is always full so you have to stand most of the time. Not a big deal since you're waiting for a tasty drink!
Service has been on the decline still 4 star service. It's a busier Starbucks so the baristas may be overwhelmed. I recommend ordering in the app or be prepared to wait in line.
Was good. Consistently still give me whipped cream when I say no whipped cream though. It's not a huge deal but maybe management should push the issue a little more or maybe increase employee caffeine intake for better mental clarity haha. Jk. Honestly though I notice starbucks generally gives pretty good customer service in the morning. Which I feel is critical because thousands of people rely on starbucks every morning to start their day and all it takes is one little issue to derail someone's morning by having a bad experience at starbucks at 6am. You can't always prevent bad customer service, we're all human but this location has never failed me. Keep it up
Busy Starbucks location. Usual Starbucks quality. A couple tables had outlets nearby. Space was a little tight inside. Employees were working hard, but still friendly. Parking is fine for smaller vehicles. Due to the relatively narrow strip of land, stay alert for the drive-through traffic. Nice outdoor seating area. Good looking building from the outside.

Review 7years ago:Enjoy the public under the valley sun with a cup of Joe. 2024: Well, ever since opening, it hasn’t been the same. Yes it is a regular Starbucks with a lot of traffic. If a cup of joes is worth a little traffic, then go but be prepared to be waiting outside on the curb if you go through drive thru. If not wait inside with minimal parking. And yes, ever since Starbucks took away, indoor sitting, and none other Starbucks have been the same.
Don't expect fast service or them to get your drink 100% correct. They are very nice and try very hard. This store gets really busy so make sure you have time.
Good spot for coffee on the go. Same overpriced coffee as is the case with all Starbucks in my experience. Happy hour is 2 for one on Friday's I think. Overall quick decent service. Two ambi- bathrooms for public use. Now only one due to covid-19. Quick friendly service. Be warry of the current events in society when visiting places like this. A lot of strange interactions lately due to the stress of covid. If you have a problem just call the customer service number on line. Warning ⚠️It's kind of a pain, but if truly dissatisfied call and complain they will usually compensate you for your time.
The cashier was helpful n courteous, however it took 15 minutes before we get our drinks, and cake. I usually do drive thru at this location but tonight was family night so we decided to sip in. This is m third time inside there. It's always crowded no seating and very untidy. The floor is filthy with spills n debris from napkins n straws, and outside as well. Ai they could do better with cleanliness n inside service. Drive thru is usually faster.
Was not told when I ordered that they were out of a food item. Waited over 20 min for my drink and when my food wasn't ready and I inquired andbwas informed that they were out of that item. I had to be refunded the item and had to leave hungry and without breakfast after waiting so long. To make matters worse, the excuse I was given was, "It's red cup day and I didn't have a chance to check to see if we had your item available." Not an acceptable answer! Ugh!
Update 2/21/2024: This store removed all indoor seating. Only outside seating available. I personally think it's not a customer friendly place. Smart baristas, and good managers make this Starbucks a joy to go to on a regular basis.
Drive thru is always busy. I repeat, waiting time is about 30 minutes, minimum. I've been there in the morning, afternoon and nights: the same long, long waiting time. If it wasn't for my wife, I definitely, absolutely wouldn't wait at all. Waste 30 minutes of my time to pay $5.35 for an iced latte, no way. Not me. I do it though for my loved one.
There needs to be another Starbucks close by. They rush service here due to the long lines acting robotic at the end of an order after starting with "what's your name?". Today, they gave me half my order at the window, then told me to park out front for my last two drinks. Anyone who knows this location, knows how bad parking can be here. This inspires me to make my drinks at home.
Stopped by because I was craving my usual, and since the prices went up by 20 cents, I thought I'd see if this location in the San Fernando Valley would come through. Including this drink, my last 4 cookie crumble Frappuccino's have been perfect. Unfortunately, I was not expecting this location to be as busy as it was. My drink was ready 10 minutes after the estimated time. If you have little patience or are in a hurry, I recommend placing a mobile order way ahead of time.
I would like to give this Starbucks 5 stars but it’s a hit or miss depending on who is making your order. Some of the baristas are amazing and make the food and drinks perfect. Others make mocha drink taste like straight black coffee. I’m happy when I see the people I know make my order and then I get let down when I guess “new” people take my order.
Isel or whatever her name at the drive thru is needs to learn better customer service. If you’re gonna be in charge of drive thru, provide the service with it. Had a problem she didn’t want to fix and seemed like there was no way around it but thank you to the manager on duty for taking care of it & setting an example on how to treat your customers that buy from you. I didn’t catch the managers name but she had shorter hair. Thank you for resolving it.
Annoying. Theyre so inconsistent with their staff that I cant even begin. In the morning when I go, I get the same people serving, for the most part, and every morning I ask for the same thing the same way and they keep getting it wrong. During the day its a hit or miss. My order is always very simple. Caramel frap, extra caramel, no whip. ALWAYS and yet they always seem to get it wrong in the morning even after repeating it correctly back !!!
There’s nothing against the taste, quality, or any of that. Taste, should be the same in any continent. Is the same recipe don’t matter the location. Issue here is the amount of time you get stuck in the damn drive through. Can’t believe they haven’t consider the long wait. It’s ridicules!
Drive threw took about 20-25 when i did get to the window it was fast, but honestly i could have saved about 10 min if i went inside and they need to fix the entrance there was aome as$&%! Trying to cut me off even after the fact i was already there for 5 minutes. They were accurate on the oreder. Oh well
Waited 35 minutes for a grande Machiatto.. I went in and there was a long line, good thing I ordered via the mobile app to speed things up. A gentleman by the name of Humberto was either new or not properly trained. Everyone around him was making at least 4 or 5 drinks to his 1. And unfortunately to my luck he was doing my order. I stood there and watched how people who enter after I did, ordered there drink and left and I was still waiting. It wasn't until I asked another employee for my order, she got it going for me. Nothing against Humberto but as busy as they were someone should've shadowed him or better yet trained him.
The smallest and most crowded Starbucks I've ever visited. In 20 years as a customer, I've never seen such insanity and an uncomfortable atmosphere to spend my time and money!!
This location is awful. The inside is clean and friendly, never had a problem. However the drive thru and parking situation is horrendous. The drive thru takes forever and is always packed, plus people arguing over who’s next because you have lines forming in two different directions. Then, you have the parking issue, most would think that parking is easier than waiting in that horrible drive thru line. Well, not really, you end up getting blocked by the drive thru line and by personal experience waiting up to 15 minutes just to be able to pull out. This location is a nightmare.
Took 30 minutes for one of our 3 items we ordered ahead. A food item and drink came out timely but one drink (which was the same drink as the other one, so makes no sense) took a ridiculously long time. Awful time management. Absolutely ignored my girlfriend standing there for the longest time.
The star bucks at San fernando they got my order wrong after I repeat it several times..face to face!!! The store needs new flooring..chairs..it looks very used but its understandable because massive people go there but it dies new up grades!!! Cleaned too!! Lots of parking but tricky..heads up. Service was ok not great could use improvements..
The morning crew is amazing, and drinks are great. However, my experience the last couple times i went in the evening the crew is nice but drinks are not done too well.
I ordered my drink on my app estimated time was 8 min. I know they are a lil busy mornings so I gave them a few extra min before I arrived. I arrived about 4 min after the estimated time, drink was not ready I was asked to wait a few min the batista was making it now I stepped away as to not block the pick up area. I asked about my drink a few min after I was told it was given to someone else my mistake I was upset and annoyed because I was on my way to work they took another 8 to 10min to make my drink so i had to wait for my mobile order an extra 15 to 20 min. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened at this location so I don't frequent it too often. I will not be ordering from this location any more.
If they get your order correct it's usually standard Starbucks quality. This location is so busy that the customer service is barely there. There are a few employees that try to be good at service but those don't include the management.
The Starbucks staff at this location is super friendly and courteous. I had a double espresso, served in a small paper cup. I noticed it was lukewarm as soon as it was ready. The barista was nice in getting me a fresh espresso. Again, it was lukewarm. Not the right taste, mostly unsatisfying. Next time, if ever, I'd like to have a ceramic cup.
Don't buy a shaken espresso at night or through the app. The last time I ordered one at night, and I say this without exaggeration, they filled about 80% of the cup with pure ice. It was so watered down and I didn't even get to drink longer than a minute or two! Through the app, you're not allowed to change the ice amounts for shaken espressos.
I normally never have a problem with Starbucks they’re pretty consistent across the board. My problem with this one is that every time I order a mobile order and I go to pick it up their doors are locked. I usually go between 430 and five in the morning. But I’m not sure why they allow me to make the order and they take my money if I then can’t go pick it up. It can be very frustrating and it happens all the time. I’ve also experienced a Coffee being extremely weak more than once. Now don’t get me wrong the people inside the store are actually really nice. They just need to fix the mobile app and door opening issue and strengthen up that coffee a little bit and I think they’ll be good to go.
Friendly staff but slow service. This not because they work slow but because they have too much going on. The bathroom needs some housekeeping, same as the lobby. Lobby hours on a Saturday is open until 10pm. The lobby is extremely cold. Not inviting to sit in and enjoy your cup of coffee. The temperature outside was 72 degrees,no need for such a cold room
The service was good at first. We came to the window and they introduced themselves and asked us for our names. It was a super polite service. Our only dislikes were that she waited until we got to the window to pay to tell us that a portion of our order was out of stock. I assume that that’s the pace they use for Starbucks since everything is so fast paced. It is sorta a bummer, though. Also we ordered a blueberry scone and they gave us a blueberry muffin. 🙄It was disgusting, and my fiancé only took a single bite. So much for $10! I’m not sure if I’d waste my time here since they basically give you whatever they want you to have regardless of your order. The only thing they got right was the coffee.

This Starbucks sucks! The posted hours on the website is until 1130 pm just to be told that the store closes at 1030 pm (it was 1040) and only the drive thru is open. I desperately needed to use the restroom but was told by a barista that it is not allowed. He asked the supervisor but the supervisor refused as well. By the way, I was dressed decently and I’m over 50 years old!! Even though I ordered online, I still had to wait on the drive thru!
My aunt and I had a bad experience at this starbucks. 1st we order venti and they said they were out of venti cups so we just got granda once we got home 1 of our drinks had a candy rapper from olive garden... I had never had a bad experience in Starbucks.
This lady and the skinny guy in the window messed up my order 3 times. The 3rd time i just drove away with the wrong coffee. I didnt want to hold the line up anymore so i left. They got mad and started giving me attitude after the second one. I asked for a venti white chocolate mocha with vanilla sweet cold foam and white mocha drizzle. 1st time they gave me caramel drizzle. Second time they gave me reg mocha and it was darker than the black coffee. 3rd time they didnt even add the drizzle. He said in a loud voice i repeted your order 3 times. U said mocha drizzle.. i said no white mocha drizzle. And the guy in the other pic was distracting the blond lady so she kept messing up and giggling
Got my order incorrectly twice, and put whipped cream when I didn't ask for it; they didn't ask me either. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Floor was wet with urine, messy toilet, and unbelievable smell! Place would have been shutdown if this was seen by a health inspector.
The worst wait time and customer service. The app said 10 minute wait. Then it was an additional 25 minute wait. I asked for a refund in addition to the drink. They took back the wrong drink they had made me & gave me a refund. Horrible service. I wasted over 30 minutes & left without anything.
Very rude employe didn’t catch her name. She was rushing me to order and trying to charge me more for something I wasn’t trying to order. I usually don’t like coming to this Starbucks but I wanted to give it another shot. Wasn’t worth it, had to even throw my drinks out, didn’t even taste like coffee just milk and water.
4:40 am , I stopped for two reasons , one to use the restroom since I’m driving off the freeway and two to get myself a Starbucks , I drove out of my way to come get a Starbucks drink , they didn’t want to let me use the restroom saying we open lobby until 5 , we can’t allow you in but google says 4:30 am
When will I learn my lesson in coming to this location. The employees are just as rude as the customers. If you are not getting cut-off getting into the drive thru, the employees will definitely make sure your experience is negative.
This place is a disgrace! They get my order wrong almost every single time. I'll ask for my soy chai latte light ice and I'll drive off and it's not soy milk :/ or its not light ice. Sometimes I'll order a panini but when I reach the window they give me my drink and say "thank you very much" I'm like... my panini? "Oh we don't have one" ...I'm like, and you were going to mention that when?? I wouldn't care if it was once and a while, but it happens every time. They are super slow and disorganized. It takes an eternity to get anything in this place.
I was first in line ,I did my order like everybody else , and the next five on the line got their orders first than me , I had an appt so I had to go to it, then went I came back I waited another 20 minutes for it , I just got my refund because I couldn’t wait any longer this is just unacceptable… total of my wait 30 minutes !!! If I can give a negative I would. Horrible service this is probably the 5th time we go our vanilla bean always taste like it only has milk our passion tea taste water down. Ordered my caramel latte drink with ONLY 1 pump of caramel and it seems they added 1 extra pump to it instead 😖 it was way to sweet !!! I called various times to complain and they never answered nor there was a way of leaving them a message! So disappointed! I've been going to this Starbucks for many years now but about 3 months they got new employees and well that has changed my mind on this Starbucks location. In three particular time I've walked in to order a drink and I always have to wait more than 25 minutes to get one drink. The people working at this location have changed because before 3 months ago I would walk in and out didn't matter what drink I ordered. I'm really upset about the service I got the three last times I went its sad because I live down the street. Never again
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered through the drive through last night and waited 30mins for my drinks and there were only 3 cars in front of me. Only to have a drink missing, my family and I pulled up to the front door and a store cashier informed me that they were closed and to go through the drive thru again!! There were 6 cars in the drive thru!!!! Horrible service! There is an issue with our order every time we go! You can’t even call to address the issue because they don’t pick up the phone.
6/17/22 I had a terrible experience this morning. I get my coffee everyday, most of the time at this location. I order the same thing day in and day out. Today I was told that my order is a specialty order because I asked for steamed half and half. Therefore, I needed to pay more. I politely ask why. Also, mentioned that other Starbucks location have no issues adding a splash of steamed half and half. However, she was rude and impolite! Her response was, “well this store do.” Due to this unpleasant experience, I have decided to find other alternatives to get my morning caffeine!!!
This afternoon vicite went inside to horden, I waited for 10 ninutos and they never took the courtesy of coming to take my horden.
I come here sadly everyday and. Spend $$$$$ I came by on 8/ 27 and asked a young lady with red hair for a cup of water and she told me NO! She's not adding No Add ons mind you it's not a add on it's water for my child!!! So rude of her never coming again ..
This place is always SUPER busy and the customer service is definitely lacking. The gentleman was interrupted 3 times when taking our order and ended up getting our sandwiches wrong. The girl who warmed up our sandwiches called out or name and literally tossed the sandwiches onto the counter. This place also needs some upkeep, the tables, floors and the milk/sugar station are always dirty. The bathroom was horrible this time around as well.
I waited 20 minutes for a double smoked bacon sandwich. Only to get up and ask for the status of the sandwich and then be told that it was not available (they ran out). So I asked why had nobody communicated with and the answer was... well no answer. The cashier was nice about it but being nice will not return my 20 minutes of just sitting there. Totally unacceptable. I hope it never happens to anyone else.
I was so dissapointed with the service i got here today. I watched and waited while 12 people got their order before me. After about 15 minutes the girl then asks me what my order had because they didnt know. This is already after telling another girl the exact same thing. Then while im leaving the girl at the counter said something rude thinking i wouldnt hear. Just sad cuz i never get bad service in the evenings.
I was just at the San Fernando Starbucks (Thur 09/12 Time: 9:44 pm) drive through and I cannot believe how rude the employee was she couldn’t even spell my name right that she put an offensive word on my cup. She was so unprofessional that when I asked for my receipt she didn’t give it to me because she was so busy chatting away with the other employee. When she finally gave me my receipt that I asked for she rolled her eyes. there was no need for her to be rude. She lacks customer service skills. Worst experience at Starbucks.
Drinks were horrible. After, I asked the manager that the drinks needed to be remake she had attitude and ask a "new employee" to remake it. Clearly, she's in training and has no idea how to make it. These Starbucks prices are not cheap so if the customer asked to remake an $8 drink there should not be an attitude. This complaints goes for the store manager for Wednesday's mid-day shift. Worst customer service.
So awful. Ever since they completed the remodel, it has been completely different. I thought that maybe the first time it was just because they were adjusting, however, every single time I visit, they either mess up my order, or they claim they didn’t receive it. I have waited 30 mins for a mobile order, when I have already placed it 10-15 mins before I head out. So ridiculous. Staff doesn’t even know how to handle this type of thing either, because when I asked they just brushed it off and kept going with their day. It wasn’t until my fiancée & I kept pushing for my order that someone was finally nice enough to make it.
This starbucks takes forever to give you your order. And you tell them you have been in line for 25 mins and they really don't care. Then give you order wrong and had to wait another 15 mins for my order!
I do not recommend it at all. The person who serves is very rude and disrespectful. It is the last time I stop by this place. Besides, my coffee tasted like tap water.
Arlet is a horrible human being. Not understanding in any way. Had to contact costumer service so I can get a refund. This isn’t the first time Starbucks hires horrible workers.
I ordered 4 drinks and a cookie, cookie was warmed up after I said don’t want up my cookies please my cinnamon dolce tasted like water😝very disappointed it’s one of my favorite drinks but this time my nice was shot of by the taste 😞
Every visit to this location there's something wrong. It's either I get attitude from the employees, drinks wrong, missing items, or not having items requested added to order. Or a combination of the above. I have spoken to the manger about twice before, once about missing items, the following the extreme attitude about employees. Honestly only come here when I don't want to drive far for a coffee. Though, never ceases to disappoint. Customer service here is truly unethical, and as is the coffee at times. It's to the extent that I'm parked outside the facility after not getting my order right, and receiving rude mannerism in the drive thru. Had to go back for my missing item, per usual.
Iván is such a rude employee, he kept speaking Spanish when I was speaking English all of the time just because I have some Hispanic accent. I literally ordered just 4 simple drinks and took more than 30 minutes to prepare them and it wasn't a busy day at all. Also when he gave them to me he did not call my name out loud and kept asking me what I ordered and what was missing
I waited over an hour for a single coffee order. Completely unacceptable. There was no clear communication, no realistic estimate, and no attempt to manage the delay. This location needs better supervision and order management-drivers can't lose an hour for one item. Supervisor was Anna
Service sucks really bad , I stop by 11:50 and the guy just told me he was not serving because he put everything away which I was confused online says open till 12 : I told the person online says 12 so I can’t get no drink no water he said NOOO but there was a car before me , either switch ur open hrs or just pick the right customer service , we love starbies but no bad service !!! This morning 7/19/2025, I went to pick up an order for my office I work at. My day started great, only to leave a horrible flavor in my mouth after this experience. I get to the line, where I’m told to wait because someone in a red car sitting at the ENTRANCE was helped before me, despite the fact that that is NOT the line!! I let it go at that moment. Then I’m told to park, even though the order was for DRIVE THRU!! Then to top it off, I was accused of cutting the line, even though I was the one in line. This was a terrible experience. You fix how I feel about your location with a free drink to redeem yourself. I will remove this review if you give me a free drink
Hi I checked the websites hours before ordering online on the app to be sure I would be able to go in and grab my coffee super quick but the lobby was closed keep in mind it is 9pm when they say the location closes at 11:30pm. I called to cancel my order because I was not able to wait 15 minutes in line to pick up my drink on my way to work. I would have came earlier or not ordered at all if I knew their lobby was closed. They told me I would either have to wait in line to have a refund (so either way I have to wait). This completely defeats the purpose of the app to make it convenient. The website should say only the drive through is open after a certain time to not give the false illusion that this location is fully open when it is not.
Terrible service! Waited at the drive-thru speaker for several minutes before being acknowledged. Just as I began approaching the window to pickup my order, I was then instructed to backup behind a pole and wait before approaching the window. Waited yet again until the employees hand stuck out the window and rudely waved me over. The man said absolutely nothing and just handed my drinks as the window quickly closed behind him. He was so rude!
Melanie and store manager who is a male (refused to give me his name) gave the worst customer service just by me trying to fix my mistake for ordering drive thru to pick up my drink in store. SF rd is a congestion area for drive thru orders so i try to have pick up. My drinks were tossed out and redone just because i came inside and not through the drive thru so i had to wait extra time when this was supposed to be avoided when i came in regardless
