Can't go wrong with Panda Express! I used to think they measured/weight the food before serving on container. I always thought twice about returning. Overtime I tried different locations and noticed the difference! Enjoy the varieties of foods! Pacoima location is not bad at all. Avoid the lunch rush! It gets really busy! Enjoy!!
The food is always fresh and tastes good. The staff are friendly.
Great portions, well prepared and Maria was my cashier today. Excellent employee, excellent service. Super communicative, helpful and was genuinely happy to ring the bell when I donated today. Thank you Maria!
This location is always busy but the staff here is awesome! They get you in an out during rush hours quick. Best Buy and Costco are nearby. Go get your grub on!
Panda has come a long way in the years they've been around. Fresh from the stir-fry wok is what you can usually expect as you look into the trays, deciding what combination looks good to you today. Some great tasting food from Panda's offerings. Dine-in or take-out, you can feel like you'd eaten well - & at a good price!
Very busy, even though the employees are super nice and friendly. Employees deserve more than five stars.
Get the Bigger Plate it's only $1.50 more and you get an extra side.. get all super greens no noodles or rice!! Cut out those carbs and eat a healthy-ish meal for around $10. Cant beat it!

Dorian was polite and very helpful with my order. As a cashier did great job you can tell she loves her job. Some other places just there for the pay check. She was great highly recommend ☺️👍
Very busy location around dinner time but the food was fresh and came out quick. Everything seemed clean and efficient. Pretty much all you can ask for.
One is able to order food online, show up, wait a few minutes until it's ready, and done. It's been a working system, thank goodness. Even during all of this curbside pick-up, they have kept it very well organized. Good staff, good food. Can't get enough of PE. Thanks staff!
My friend and I were stressed about needing a place to work with our laptop and grab a quick bite. The team here (esp Jeff and Eneida) showed so much kindness and patience. And the food was so yum. Grateful for the group here - really solid team that made our stressful day a lot better. Very efficient, organized and kind. 12/10 experience and bigger Panda Express fan now
Alyson from this store outlet did beyond my expectation. Fast, efficient plus a good courtesy and respect made my experience excelkent

This restaurant has gotten a lot better, it was a bit rough when it first opened. My only issue is with the Homeless people that during my last visit, were parked right outside the place hitting everyone up for a handout. Management needs to keep their place clear of this.
This is a typical Panda Express, the food is fairly fresh and owing to the regular business they get, the items are consistently coming in hot from the kitchen. The ladies at the counter are organized and have a good system to keep the line moving. Service is polite. There are a couple tables outside to dine and a few inside..this Panda is a little small compared to a few others.
This place is a win it or Miss as I've been here two times the first time I went was about a month apart the food was really good. good quality along with taste the second time I went it was very salty and like the flavor food almost dry
Customer service is good and also the vegetables are perfectly cooked crispy. All the plates we ate were great. The only reason I give it 4 1/2 🌟 is because is hard to get a table. It is always so busy, but I love The food and another thing they are not so stingy when it comes to portions like other pandas are.
I had a late lunch at 2:00 and it was still busy. The line moved fast. The tables could have been wiped down and the trash was overflowing, but that's typical for any fast food place after a long rush. The food here is the same as any other Panda. Parking is good, even with the Lowe's and Costco.
The food is great but they Don wash the bathrooms floor are disgusting, everytime I go is dirty, they suppose to wash them with soap and bleach, and they only sweep and use dirty and nasty mops
Service was good. Food is so so for me, but for my friend it’s delicious food

I wish I could rate my experience higher. I love american style Chinese food! But the place was pretty empty, the food in the trays was pretty old and everyone seemed checked out. The cooling style could be updated a bit. Seems very 90s.
The food at every Panda Express is basically the same the only difference is the freshness and temperature. With my experience this place is so so. It's really a hit-or-miss on some days the food comes out excellent and other days it just seems stale. I find it better to go in when they're busy this way they're making more stuff fresh. Try your luck
I got the noodles and 2 entries which were good, oh but those noodles. I think they had been sitting there most of the day as they were dry and tasted old. Couldn't eat them and they're my favorite.

Ok, so I rarely go to Panda Express. I decided to go there solely on the basis that it is directly next door to the Costco gas station. Lo and behold, there was a whack job lady trying to get her order just right despite there being a million people waiting behind her...but it's totally ok because her life us WAY more important than anyone else's. Bottom line: Don't go to this particular location if you want good service and good food. I mean, it is your choice. You certainly can have that if you'd like.
Usually I don’t mind this location but one night they didn’t have food (only rice and scraps of sides) an hour before closing. I understand maybe 15-20 minutes before closing they might not have many options, but an HOUR?
I like the food, but I didn’t like the service that much- they don’t focus on each client they just see you in bunches of clients. The lady that was helping me out my plates individually when I was getting two. It got distracted (or doing something else too) and totally forgot about she was helping me. The coworker that replaced her while serving food didn’t pay attention to me at all- I was just standing there waiting to be helped TO PAY in the end the cashier was nicer than the rest :/ the food is good as always, but the service needs to improve…. I got my order to go.
I got double the orange chicken, but doesnt look like it? Each time I go I sware I keep getting less and less!

I ordered 3 times on their app for pick up on my lunch all 3 times something went wrong whether it was recieving the wrong order to waiting more than 20 min for my order..
I stopped going to this panda it's always busy and the workers always look stressed and speak to you in that way. I have seen customers that were very rude to them as well prior to my ordering so I believe respect goes both ways. Aside from the service the food is similar to other places tho portions are smaller than the foothill location

I checked online prior to coming to the the business and I arrived at 9 the work was closed and the website said they would be open until 10:30 so that was misleading
The girl taking my order was super rude and impolite she was asking me what I wanted to order while talking to other people around her. I’m sorry but that’s rude that you have 10 employees in a building but only allow 5 customers I was waiting very patiently I left and found another panda. That was horrible after a 8hr drive all I wanted was a good dinner but that girl ruined it for me thank you.
I went here to grab a quick dinner and the 3 employees behind the counter serving the food are very disrespectful and need to be taught better customer service skills. I had ask for orange chicken and chow mein and got served beef broccoli and chow mein. After ordering the rest of my food and proceeding to the register I requested hot sauce and teriyaki sauce and was not provided any. My bag was thrown on the table behind me, the lids on my containers went closed properly so my food was tilted to the side falling out. I stood their for 10 minutes waiting for sauce and when asked to speak to a supervisor all 3 employees were very disrespectful. I informed the supervisor Natie that her employees need to trained in customer service better im very disappointed.
Big lines, very disorganized and bad customer service, rude employees. I been in the business all my life doing customer service and I experience yesterday a rude behavior, there are ways to talk to your customers and co-workers, besides they are the business treat them well, they pay the business and generate our pay check and income be nice. Treat all customers like if your only one, and they will always come back 🙏 that is 100% guaranteed 💯
A worker here made a mistake with my order and still made me pay for it. When I confronted him about it and asked to see the manager he blamed it on me. They were no help with clearing up the mistake and they tried to avoid me. I will not be coming here again.
Place crowded as always, food is ok like any other Panda Express. My only dissapointment was on service, they wanted to give me chicken teriyaki when i asked for orange chicken. I told the lady and she looked at me like if i was stupid when i ordered. Finally she changed my ordered ans got what i wanted since the beginning. All i ask on every place where i go is to be treat it respectfully.
The food server BRENDA, is so rude she rushes you and dosent listen, people had warmed me about this girl, but i never thought someone like that could act that way, she served me what ever food she wanted. Terrible !!! Wont ever come back again
Jenny should not be the first head staff who takes orders if she does not know how to work under pressure! She shouldn’t be there at all if she does not have great customer service skills.. I understand this location gets super busy, but that does not ok the rudeness of this staff and to make it worse, manager Luis was right next to her witnessing the poor service.. very unsatisfied . This happened right now so if any upper management wants to speak to their staff about bettering customer service. Not returning to this location!
Today, I went to place an order at this store for four equal orders and they only gave me three. The fourth order only had sapgetti and rice, I do not know why the employees did not notice the meat if it was double, I do not eat this place where they do not give the full meal, even though you pay for it. Now we know the situation to review your orders before picking it up. I called exactly three times and they didn't answer
I ordered a bigger plate and extra veggie rolls and they did not give the order correct. They forgot the small entree that it is supposed to come on the bigger plate. When I ask for the right order they charge me for what they forgot. Alondra the cashier said that she did that way because it was going to be expensier when when I did not ask for that. The people that were cooking were also complaining about making more food. Honestly they lack of customer service and they lack of team work because the manager did not even help in the situation.
They barley give out any chow mein. Like they don't fill up the plates. The food is horrible. Service is ok. But they only put 2 scoops of chow mein and that's it. After a big plate. I'm still hungry. They need to put more chow mein in the plates.
Before entering the business there are covid-19 guidelines, and other rules/policies(5 guests only at one time" from the operator/company. When entering the business I see the "6 feet apart" signs on floor, we (2 guests) proceed, stand on the signs, and the food preparer behing the covid19 protective shield yells at us, due to the noise and barrier it is difficult to hear her, so i approach, and she says only 1 of us can be inside. We step out, and I count the total number of guests, and there is only 3, so why I cant us 2 go in? I proceed to ask for a supervisor to clarify the information provided at the front door. I must add that there are 3 employees sitting on a table, maybe on lunch/break, but I do not know that, maybe they can assist in assisting with the misunderstanding of their so called policy. While waiting outside, I count the number of guests, and now its 2, the shift lead/supervisor comes out, and first thing she tells me is "relax" with a tone of arrogance. I proceed to have the 5 guest policy explained, she states that is only 4 walk on guests allowed, and 1 possible online order guest. I ask to inform management that its a bit misleading, and at simple view when entering the establishment, you think and feel that 5 guests are allowed at once. The shift lead/supervisor becomes irrtated when I mention why not be more organized and have a person stand out and provide a better customer service experience. After about 9 minutes of being outside, we are finally allowed to go in and order. The same food preparer employee behind the protective shield yells at us give her our order, when my son does so, she yells back to sprak louder, my 12 year old son lowers his face covering ,and she quickly yells back to put it on, or leave, in a rude tone. At this point, I ask to get the corporate contact to file a complaint and suggest a better customer service experience, which took about 5 more minutes of wait time. Finally we place our order and go about paying. I finally get home, i open my chicken teriyaki bowl, and I notice no teriyaki sauce, there was no sauce in the bag. Unbelievable, I call the store, and I ask Sandra ( the supervisor on duty) why was I not asked or informed that a chicken teriyaki bowl requires that the customer requests the teriyaki sauce? Sandra states it is policy, that all sauces must be requested by the customer. If that is so, why did they put Soy and chili sauce packets in my bag? My experience was horrible, my food was cold, bland, no flavor, i apid for 2 teriyaki chicken bowls with No teriyaki...
Ordered super greens x2 and broccoli beef x2. You’d expect to get a good amount of beef but quite the opposite happened.

Tiny inside, but the orange chicken from this location was weird and left a glazy residue my mouth like cheap donut glaze residue. Weird. Never happens at any other panda I’ve been to.
First time using the panda app When I arrived at the store, I waited at the register to pick up my order . I was ignored by the employee. She walked away from the register to talk to an employee then she helped a couple finish. Their order looked at me at the register and continue to finish their Oder. Since they were the last people there, she decided to help me. I didn’t know. I had to wait in line to pick up an order. I saw other people go to the register for online orders.
The cashier at 3:45 pm. A girl. Maybe alyson stole my money! I diddnt want to make a scene so I will make a full report! She asked if I wanted to donate and I said no so she gave me nickles instead of quarters!
Wow. 2 hrs in traffic stopped for a restroom break and to grab some chicken to eat on the road. RUDE girl behind camera wouldn’t let me use restroom until I ordered, and there was a long line. Terrible service. Was planning on eating but I will drive somewhere else after my Costco fuel stop.
We've been going to this Panda Express for 5 years and while they've always had issues like closing an hour early or being unfriendly, I've never had an issue that caused me to write a review until today. I'm a pretty understanding person. People make mistakes so it's not a big deal and I never hold it against someone but today after they put meat into my vegetarian plate, the woman (short and in a black shirt) helping us felt the need to tell us that "everything is cooked together anyway". She started by scooping the meat out of the plate and back into the serving bowl and I told her I couldn't eat the rest of that plate after the meat had been on top of everything. I wasn't mean about it but frankly, in food service you shouldn't just remove the thing someone can't eat and then give them the same food back. She then got very passive aggressive and started putting all the food back into the serving bowls (so all the Super Greens that had Orange Chicken on it were now back in the Super Greens serving bowl). I'm sure I looked disgusted and I was honestly shocked and quietly mentioned it to my husband, but I didn't say anything to anyone who worked there and they remedied the situation by making a fresh plate so we were just going to take our food and be done with it. But of course this lady then felt the need to come back to us and rudely say that we were overreacting because "everything is cooked in the same oil". It was completely uncalled for and we were both shocked at her attitude and decided to just leave without food at all. Ruined the entire night.
Worst panda to go to small plates this little short girl with glasses I think she was the manager didn't even filled up the whole spoon and I paid 15 dollars the best panda is in Lauren canyon next to the Ralphs if you could avoid This panda do so
