Today my friend and I visited the Ihop in San Fernando, we visited during the morning hours for breakfast. Upon being greeted quickly we were seated and were quickly acknowledged, by our server Claudia. She demonstrated great customer service, patience, kindness and gave great food recommendations. She has great energy, the food was delicious and the restaurant was clean, we will definitely be coming back.

I came in Tuesday night with my family last week and had a great experience, although I was doubting about coming in since my last visit wasn't all that great, I gave it a second chance and everything was great, the food the service my server was Veronica and even tho she seemed to be running the restaurant on her own with no help she never lost her smile and was very helpful also followed our very particular orders. Definitely coming back and looking forward to be served by Veronica once again!

We have been coming to this IHOP for 20 years now. We've always had really great service. They deserve praise because they carried us through the pandemic years and still continue to serve us. The place would not be as great as it is without Walter the manager. He really is involved and comes out to greet customers and ensures his team is on Pointe. The team is always friendly and you get your food hot and delicious. The place is always clean. Never had issues.

This is the best service I have had in a long time! Patty is the best!!! The manager on duty today was amazing! Patty was on it and made sure my grandma was comfortable and had the manager change the temperature in the place. He personally came over and asked if she was okay. Our drinks were out right away and Patty offered to bring me different types of creamer for my coffee. The manager walked around making sure everyone was okay and happy. The food was amazing also. All in all a great experience and I wouldn't mind the drive to keep coming back here!!! Thank you Patty!!!

The food was absolutely amazing. The best I've had at any other ihop thus far. Our waiter was okay. I guess friendly, but not noticeably friendly. There was no one going out their way to speak. Maybe a cultural thing. But I'm giving 5 stars for the perfect food. Also, it's time to upgrade. The bench on the table we were sat at was lopsided and very uncomfortable.

Natalie was so helpful, friendly, and polite during a very busy Saturday morning. She went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t get his name but the host wearing black glasses also had amazing customer service. Fast service almost no wait .food got to our table fast after ordering. Promptly ask how many being seated walk in around 8:30 am. I order pancakes coffee eggs and country chicken with white gravy over. it was delicious thanks IHOP for them fifteen free pancakes with the app.

The food and service is always great! No complaints there. Some of the items are a bit too pricey now, but I guess that's just inflation. Last visit the lamps that hang right above the tables were a tad too bright. Good background music and volume.

Claudia was Amazing today as she is every time I go! She is the server that I ask for everytime I go! She makes the experience there 100% better she is very attentive and super nice specially to my 3 year old! We have a great time there because of her :) There needs to be more servers like her!

International House of Pancakes (IHOP) serves some of the best breakfast and lunch specials around anytown. This particular location does it best! IHOP does not have Tapatio hit sauce, only Chalula. The kitchen staff makes their own hot sauce but you have to ask if they have any left.😎. The front line staff are fast and very friendly and most importantly, the food is great!

Food was good but they are severely understaffed. So wait times for waiters can be quite a bit. If you have patience then it's okay but if not I would go to a different location. I've gone twice within the last month and it's been the same both times.

This location is clean, well staffed and friendly. The servers are up to par with their smiles and service. I didn't go without a refill and the food ordered was delicious. Good prices and friendly staff, what's not to like. Parking is easy and accessibility is easy as well. Go get them pancakes!

Waitor didn't tell me about an up charge but said I could have any selection of pancakes with Breakfast. Delicious and restaurant smelled good, music was ambient, but surprise charge. My check suggested 18%,20% or 22% but when I paid the tablet started it's suggestions a bit higher and didn't let me customize to an 18% because of the surprise unchanged. When I tried it defaulted to 20%. I found it surprising that I couldn't get out of there under $24.50 for a simple pancake platter! Ouch. Restaurant empty, which was fine for a personal call I intended to make!

The place had a little funk to it, had kids around our booth. A lot of birthday celebrations which hinder getting a quick service. Food was good though.

Second time we’ve been serviced by Fatima and were treated quite poorly. Noticeably different from the other patrons dining. And being ignored as we waited to pay the bill when others got serviced in the meantime. Heard her say to other patrons to enjoy their meals or address them. We were simply asked what we wanted to order and given our meal with “anything else?” Vs. “Enjoy your meal ladies” to another table sat in her area. Not sure if we did anything to deserve such poor service but literally every other waiter/waitress we’ve had has been spectacular.

If there food isn't over cooked, it's questionable. I have never appreciated seeing other people get served after I've already been sitting there waiting. Coordination seems off. Everyone gets crammed into a corner of the building while everything is open. The building is falling apart. Have you ever had to reach out to the waitress or waiter to get a drink of water because your cup was left empty at the edge of the table not once but twice. IHOP...changed their rules which was fine, but I won't go back, went for dinner party of 5, restaurant was busy. But at the beginning of the year owner changed policies.....1 server at night...now this was probably 7:30 at night but restaurant was half full....I paid almost 4 for one glass of coke... because she was too busy to come back and check on us....to the owner I won't be back and I won't recommend you ever.

I understand when restaurants are busy, but our waitress was not very attentive. We saw her maybe 2 or 3 times? And when our food was brought out, she dropped it and ran. I called out after her, but she was gone. Also, due to the busy busy (I'm assuming), the quality of the food was inconsistent. The biscuits were great, and the amount of food we got was pretty good. But one stack of pancakes was overdone, another Specialty item did not have a lot of filling and toppings comma and another specialty item add almost non existent icing on top. Which is one of the reasons why we come to ihop because of their fun specialty sweet items they have. But it was pretty disappointing. We will probably be back to try again, Just during a different meal time or different Day.

I came at 9:30pm. Someone opened the door, and asked me if I was here to pick up food. I said no and told her that I wanted to sit down and eat. Her response was we close at 11:00 but we're cleaning now. She smiled and said No and then closed the door. I literally will never eat here ever again.

My mom wished to celebrate her birthday at IHOP on 08/13/24. On that day, the restaurant wasn't busy at all. It was my family and a customer eating alone. My brother had to go get the waitress because she took a long time to come take out order. My family ordered their food and I ordered a sampler and a side of broccoli. As I ate my broccoli I realized it was very hard and the pieces were a little too big so I began to cut it. I THEN LOOKED CLOSELY AT THE BROCCOLI AND WAS DISGUSTED TO SEE THAT IT WAS INFESTED IN MAGGOTS!! There were worms all over the stems of the broccoli. And worse, I had already eaten some. I freaked out and went to the waitress immediately to let her know. I showed her the worms on the broccoli. Then I ran to the bathroom to throw up. When I came back, I told the waitress that I wanted to take pictures of the broccoli and she said she threw it in the trash already. I told her I couldn't believe that whoever is cooking the food isn't washing it or inspecting the food before cooking it or steaming it. Of course, my family and I were all upset, disgusted and disappointed that one of our favorite restaurants would let us down on our mom's special day. It's been a week since this happened and I'm finally able to speak about this without getting a panic attack. Because of this, I have no desire to eat at any restaurant. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS OR ANY OTHER IHOP RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN. To anyone reading this, my only advise is, please inspect your food whenever you eat here.

NO! Absolutely disgusting food. Cold damp (dare I say moist) bread, cold Turkey, cold slice of cheeses not even close to melting, cold rubbery what I think is suppose to be bacon, something green on there. Avocado maybe? … let’s talk fries, guess what. Luke warm and had that freezer burnt taste definitely under cooked as they were yellow with some brownish edges. I can’t speak on the drink I ordered as it didn’t arrived 🙄

Just wanted to share my experience with the catering service here. I tried to place an order twice today. The first time was in the morning, around 10am, but they were swamped and asked me to call back in the afternoon, around 2pm. When I tried again, I got hung up on, which was around 3pm. It's a bit of a bummer when you're trying to support local businesses and you get the feeling they assume you'll just keep calling back. In the end, I decided to go with another IHop that's a bit of a drive, but their service was top-notch. I hope this can be a learning opportunity. I'm all for supporting local, but if the service isn't up to scratch, I'm not afraid to explore other options.
