You gotta check this place out! I ordered a dragon fruit açaí bowl and it did not disappoint! I received my order within a couple minutes and it looked so beautiful I ended up eating it there. The fruit is organic which is a plus for me and it tasted better than it looked! I also ordered a couple of macarons based on the cashiers recommendations and they were equally as tasty. The store was clean, the employees were all wearing masks, and I saw the cashier disinfecting the tables a couple times. There isn’t much parking out front but there is a huge parking lot across the street with plenty of open spots. This is my new favorite spot!

Boba drinks are good. Would have given them five stars, but the wait is too long. Seems like they are understaffed. Waited about 15 minutes to give my order (I was in the front, cashier left to the back of the shop). After my order was taken I waited about 30 minutes to get my order. I will suggest ordering online, so you won't have to wait too long, specially with two toddlers.

Nice place to get a boba. Customer service they where nice and helpful no parking lot. If you go look for a free parking in front of Jack in the Box. Most of the time is full.

First time trying this place with my aunt was afternoon waited literally a hour for drinks the afternoon staff suck they take forever and gossip a lot and have earphones on while working . Gave this place a try a second time this time night and the night staff seemed way more alive then the the afternoon only waited 20 mins for my two drinks . I would recommend going towards the nighttime compared to day time other than that only 2-3 stars I rate . The drinks are delicious just staff could be way better maybe not have younger people working the hours and more older ones who care about their job and the satisfaction of the customer . 👍

They need more help, there’s only 2 girls running the place. I waited over 30mins for my drinks. They were so overwhelmed that they skipped my order. They need to be more organized. It was supposed to be a quick run to get some drinks and i wasted a long time

Apparently the restroom is broken only for a paying customer. Was told the restroom doesn’t flush, but saw employee walk out with a smirk. Poor customer service

The person working on Thursday the 18th took a very long time to prepare our drinks, and unfortunately, when we finally received them, they were incorrect. It was a frustrating experience, especially after the long wait.

Like 40 minutes to have a order that i buyed online 10 min before. Just two drinks. One guy and one girl. 50 minutes just for 2 drinks and like 50 costumes on wait. Friday night. Poor administration.

I ordered a mango slush with boba and as I was waiting for my order, I saw that the employee who was in charge of the cashier would help make drinks and would rub her finger across the rim of several cups without properly sanitizing their hands.

First of all, someone walked off with my sons order and they didn't even call the order numbers through their microphone. The music was too loud when you sit near the restroom. We decided to simply stand up and wait for our order and then we realized that our number was already made but it wasn't on the counter. So I then asked one of the workers about our order and she said they would make everything we ordered all over and she apologized which we were OK with that. She then told us she'd have a few extra Taiyaki made for the inconvenience. She asked for our order number and we gave it to her. She made our drinks. When the girl making the Taiyaki brought out our box I asked her where the extra ones were at they said they'd make and she said she made them that we got 5 because we ordered 3. I told her no we ordered 5 and she said that in the receipt I gave her it said 3. I never gave her a receipt, I only interacted with her until she handed us the box of Taiyaki. She tried to falsely accuse me of giving her someone else's receipt instead of admitting her mistake of making the wrong ones. It's funny how the girl who prepared our drinks got them right but the one making the Taiyaki didn't. I had my son hand me his receipt so she could see our order. When we were walking out she then yells, well the Taiyaki in the box aren't even the right ones made. So I walked back in and had them refund the Taiyaki. Waited about an extra 30 minutes for that headache. Next time don't pin your mistakes on the customer. Admit when you mess up.

The boba drinks are good, but the customer service here is awful. It takes forever for these kids to make drinks even when there's like 10 of them on shift. It seems like they're always on break. Because of this, I always order ahead. If you go to the right side for mobile order pickup, no one greets you and they will completely ignore you as they pass by. One time, my mobile order was ready and when I asked an employee if they were ready, she checked the orders and said no. So I waited right in front for my name to be called. 20 minutes later, someone else approaches me and asks my name. She checks the same orders and gives me my drinks. Are you serious?! I don't know who trains these kids, but they have no sense of urgency and no work ethic.
