This place has excellent food, the employees remembered me the 2nd time we went. They are friendly, fast, and great quality.

Pros: Food is great and they have a drive thru. One of the few places you'll find Horchata and Jamaica slushy. They also sell delicious Churro Cheese Cake. Cons: place is small and can get very pricey.

Que Ricos is a cool Mexican dive with friendly staff and budget friendly prices. This restaurant has a drive thru as well as indoor and outdoor dining options. The menu consists of traditional Mexican food such as tacos, burritos and enchiladas with your choice of meat. There's a light menu with smaller portions of a Mexican entree served with beans and rice. (7.99) The standard portion size is large enough to share Large family meals are designed to feed about 4 people. The family deals are especially good values. The steak plate with beans and rice is popular and it comes with a large amount of beef. I like the enchiladas which are made to order and served with beans, rice and a small salad. Que Ricos offers healthier food with larger portion sizes which makes it a better value than nearby fast food places. Que Ricos it's a good choice during COVID thanks to Que Rico's safe pandemic practices, takeout, drive thru and outdoor dining options.

Tis a vibe, tacos crumble when you bite em. And if it ain't crunchy enough to disintegrate and good enough to eat with your fingers I don't want it. 10/10 taste

Love the staff great food at times fast. Restroom clean and when asked. Parking available also drive threw there is a wide menu board with a box on the bottom attached. Speck there I passed it went to the pay window/2nd window my bad but they did help me with kindness. I keep going back tell there is a bad apple for now we good. I give it a 8.9

Best Carne Asada in the San Fernando Valley, I am african american, and I say yessssssssss to Que Rico, taquitos are great! They have a fantastic refried bean, and I eat it as a bean dip with Juanitos Tortilla ChipI get from the store.

I wasn't expecting much but after my first bite of my taco de asada I was blown away. It's very hard to find good Mexican food in LA but I was surprised by this place. I would recommend. My only complaint is the rice it's ehh. Service was really good and I'd love to come back here.

Wow', you guys should promote dolores. We are a big fan of your restaurant we been coming here for years and dolores always took our order correctly. Best Mexican restaurant around in San Fernando, this place is amazing because it has a drive through. Also they are open late for a late night hunger. The wet burritos are amazingly good, the sopes and tacos and the best. Everything on there menu is just absolutely delicious.

This spot is another authentic Mexican food gem! It has a drive thru, and always has a car in line waiting to grab their share of amazing tasting food! My favorite is their asada quesadilla! But you could quite literally pick anything on their menu and love it! Do yourself a favor and grab yourself some amazing food here! Then get a yummy dessert to truly feel content. You won't regret it!

Tacos pastor were so good. Simple fast service. Had no problems with customer service. They greet you and ask you what you want, give you the food and tell u to have a nice night. That’s all that should be expected - it’s a drive through. Churro cheesecake bites !!!! Try them ! The order is a good amount 4 pieces. Delicious! Yummy place

This place is really good and good prices. I got 3 tacos pastor. The red salsa is perfect spicy. The customer service was really excellent. The skinny man wearing a black beanie at night was very very nice. He smiled and was very kind and respectful. Very polite. I like to spend money on food at places where the people are nice, if they’re mean I don’t go again. I’m coming back here for more food and to try the churro cheesecake bites!!!

My husband and I stopped here by chance in hopes that the food was good. We ordered the tacos and nachos. It was absolutely delicious. If I was not so full I would try something else. My husband and I are passing through this area and if we ever come back we would stop at this restaurant for sure.

I've been going here since 2006. Right now due to the coronavirus pandemic it is convenient because it has a drive thru. It is open 24 hours each day as well, so during non pandemic times you can stop by after a night out dancing. Even though there are other restaurants closer to my home, I drive here is I want tacos, sopes, etc.

Excellent late night or just a quick bite to eat. Everything is good, just don't order the menudo.

Food comes out hot and fast. Food is good, hot sauces can cause heartburn. This spot is a hidden gem in Santa Clarita.

Delicious and relatively inexpensive food. It has a nice atmosphere and if you like authentic Mexican food then this is the place for you. It even has a little drive through, I believe.

This place is perfect for a quick bite and nothing else. It's good but don't go into it expecting restaurant level quality. I only go for their burritos whenever I have a late night crave and that satisfies me. However I can see what others mean when they are disappointed.

Great hours ...! 24 lol ...! Also the people working there were efficient, informative and easy to talk to ...even though I'd never been there before they didn't mind my probing questions re: the food ingredients etc. I wanted to eat there because they actually had pozole soup/stew at a fast-food place which is very unusual so that was the hook that got me pulled in ...plus the late hours are a bonus always ...otherwise the food was basic tacos and burritos -the stand out was the pozole- hopefully homemade which would explain the heftier price tag !

The food used to be good here, especially the nachos, but maybe the cook changed since then, but the food is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too salty. It's basically inedibly salty to the point I had to stop eating to write this review. Do they not taste their own food? And also their Horchata tastes like cheerios milk. I have not been impressed lately. I might have to find another Mexican spot for my munchies that actually cares about their food. __________________ Update 07/2025: I've since been back multiple times and their food has gotten way better. I have been coming here for the past ten years, about two Saturdays per month. WHY you ask. Because the workers keep the restaurant cleaned, tables, chairs, and floor ETC. also you see them prepare the food, love the salsa which is always fresh. My favorite if I come in the morning is machaca... taste great. If after lunch, is the combo plate ( asada) deliciousos

Good burritos, I like the Carne asada. I tried el pastor tacos and their shredded beef tacos and the meat was dry.

Food is good, not great, and the employees give a lot of attitude. Their nachos have shredded cheese instead of melted cheese. Other than that it's a good place to eat.

Service was quick and courteous, food was ok, meat was dry, got cabeza tacos, meat wasn't that good, got a milanesa torta, milanesa was dry, little bit of beans, no much flavor, one or two slices of tomatoes and a bit of lettuces and dry cheese, food was better when we used to go dine in, not sure what changed! I wouldn't recommend it, and I'm not planning to go back, sucks because I used to like that place

The 24hr drive thru is pretty cool if you hate the long line at the Jack n the Box or McDonald's by this spot. Other than that the food is OK, not the greatest. I think the price is a bit too high for the small tortas and tacos they sell but if you are hungry what can you do. The people who have reviewed this place are pretty much on the mark, not everything is going to be super awesome but as for the tacos, nachos, burritos they are nice. This place used to he so much better 3 yrs ago, not sure what happened.

This place is open 24 hours, their tacos and nachos have a very good flavor but they need to improve in customer service. I just came back from picking up some chicken nachos at 11:20pm, no one else but me in the drive thru and it took a good 2 minutes for the guy to finally ask me for my order. If the staff attitude n service was as good as the tacos, it would be excellent.

I was in debate whether to give this place 3 or 4 stars. The reason is the Food is pretty good .for a few exceptions. But the service always bad for me . The only reason I return is for the food. Everything I go there ,I get rushed and rushed to order. Even if there are no cars behind me . As for the attitude, Horrible. But like I said . Food is Good.

Good food, but why do they have signs everywhere about wearing mask, when they (workers) have a man in the kitchen area with no mask? Told the lady at register she said he's in the back. He was all over the cooking area. So no one needs to wear a mask. I can't risk going back.

This time I was disappointed. The service was not that great and the food was overpriced and not as good as the last time. The cook was a little confused and took an extra long time to make our order.

Went to the place for the first time to get street tacos and it wasn’t that good. Since coronavirus pandemic I didn’t go to any open street food taco places in the valley. So this one I felt it was safe to go since it has a small drive Thru. The lady who was at the cashier didn’t wear any gloves. She was the one who served us the food as well. Tacos wasn’t bad but wasn’t that good as street tacos we usually get. they put enough meat pieces inside the taco but there were no onions, no cilantro which was very disappointing. For the price $2 per taco I think it’s pretty decent.

I get it. Ur in a hurry but I'm still paying for my food. So I don't see why I should compromise. It's not like u would except half the money. So I don't expect half the service.

Food was great but on a Friday afternoon my wife and I were the only ones eating there and we had out meal I had a burrito de cabeza which was good but unfortunately right after I got food poisoning which lasted a whole week of horrible runts idk why if everything was clean and spiffy but who knows

The tacos here aren’t good and are overpriced. Let me not forget to mention the meat was in big chunks I had to chew on it for a bit to break it down. If the prices are going to be 2 dollars for a “ok” taco aleast chop the meat into small pieces.

It depends whose the cook sometimes the food is good sometimes the food is nasty. So I gave this place a try again and the lady that work the morning on 10/21/2021 she is one rude as lady has no people skills at all I hope the owner looks at this review.

Horrible service. The girl got our order completly wrong. She gave my mother attitude and when my mother asked for her name she refused to give it to her. We go here a lot and the food is okay but they need better employee's/ customer service.(not all the employees are rude tho)

The service and food is starting to go down hill. Dont know if its the new staff or what. I know during the current situation thing change. But the vibe now is not the same as before. I go here for lunch for a quick bite. But i have gone in for something to eat after work and i walk in tell them what i want and the mess up my order of course i dont check till i get home and i see the food. The main thing for me is that i dont eat chili i say no chili. And no beans and of course theres chili and beans. So you see my frustration. It was a nice spot butt who knows whats going on.

Aside from Jack in the Box and Denny's, I believe that there is no other dining establishment that is open 24 hours, and in comparison that's not saying much. None the less it is available. But if you have a craving at 3am it's there. The drive through is available.

A few years ago the food was really good but lately the quality and taste has been steadily declining. It’s disappointing because the pastor used to be one of my favorite meat choices. Hopefully they’ll start bringing back that quality in taste they had.

I hadn't had their menudo until this past Saturday, everything else so far has been good and satisfactory. No complaints. But this time, I guess I assumed that since the rest of the food I've tried was good, I expected it to be better. Not so. It didn't have hominy, which was immediately disappointing. Then it was on the chewy, rubbery side. The soup itself didn't have much flavor, so even if I didn't want to add lemon and onion, I kind of had to, just to make it a little tasty. One place down, and others to try........

Ordered a burrito of birria 2 months ago, it was full of fat, not meat. I forgot about it and came back. Got 3 tacos of birria, yet again 2/3 of the tacos is full of fat. I was going to eat my sisters tacos because she didn’t like them and my first thoughts on the appearance alone is it looks like dog food, also smells like it. Meats still red and it just isn’t good. Maybe the other food here is good but definitely not their birria or customer service

I ordered a torta and tacos de asada. The torta meat tasted old and the tacos nasty. Altogether I think the meat was old and distasteful.

The lady in the counter is not really friendly I’d ask for a burrito de asada no cebolla, no cilantro and this is the 3rd time she did it … And she got mad saying you were on the phone blah blah blah that’s why your order is like that, N I’m like I said no cebolla, No cilantro please but didn’t care and she couldn’t exchange it so I just wasted my money old lady …

Went to have menudo to eat in they gave to in plastic to go container,I asked for bowl was told they don't have any and their attitudes changed immediately, cooked tried to stare me down, cashier turned cold and unfriendly, never going back there again, I had five dollars in my hand to put in cup as a tip, what a fool I am and tip plastic cup is same as container they gave me menudo in, bad experience I don't need the headache dealing with people like these

Ask if they could put steak in a breakfast burrito. They said okay. I watch them make it bare handed. I saw no egg going in and ask why lady said I'm not going to get a breakfast burrito with steak.

Stay away from here unless you want food that has no flavor, too overpriced and the taste of cheap ingredients. Not worth the price. The sopes have no flavor at all, watery sour cream ;if you consider that as any type of cream. They charge 25 cents for extra salsas which are no more than 1.5 oz. Their food has too much oil for what they should come with. Their aguas are watered down and syrup are added. You would think they could contain some type if fruit but no. The lady in the drive thru responds with attitude whenever asked a question or deflects it. Never again coming here. They give tacos a very bad name.

I'm an Ubereat delivery guy. the woman at the front desk treated me so badly. After I left that place, I really don't think I can do delivery work anymore. I'm a diamond driver and I worked really hard. It's such a frustrating time.

I ordered a chorizo burrito with nothing but egg and chorizo (feeling nostalgic for my homeland of san diego where it's a common thing) and i think they put breakfast sausage in it instead? It doesn't taste like chorizo at all. It's skimpy, has very little meat. And I paid $7 for this? My husbands enchiladas were tiny and had no sauce. Won't be back.

This place is very bad. Went there for a taco, burrito and horchata. Well the service was horrible made us wait like fifteen minutes for service. Then they tried to rob us of a drink while charging us for it. And the food was low quality have had better tacos and burritos anywhere else but here. Won't be going back.

Got a breakfast burrito "bacon & egg" couldn't find the bacon only found myself chewing on eggshells yuck! They stuffed my burrito with rice and green sauce for over 8 bucks. Las lomas has a healthy size burrito with plenty of bacon for 6 bucks.

This is a bit of a late review, anyhow I've been coming here for years since I was 5 (now 27). I ordered a breakfast burrito with chorizo (which I've ordered many times in the past) went through drive thru, paid for my order, checked my food and they gave me something totally different. When I told them this wasn't what I ordered they told me that they don't make that and when i explained that ive ordered this in the past and ive never had a problem they told me that I should just take what I ordered. I'm not one to ever complain about my food service, but the rudness of the 2 men was unbelievable. They told me to hurry up and take my food because I was holding up the line. I don't understand, its on the menu yet they told me they don't make it. I'm never going back, they just lost a customer.

Service sucks here. They don't listen to your order over old messed up speaker. Then when you get home and have chili on your kids tacos you waste more time to go back only for them to blame you. Martin and the lady are rude. Hub liquor down the street saved the day.

We bought the combination with the chicken tacos,milansa torta and menudo. They gave us beef tacos instead weren't good, the torta wasn't good neither. The menudo had a funky smell to it which is normal for the meat, it was really good in my opinion great flavor it just needs to be washed better to get the smell of it, it stays in your mouth the whole day, which I didn't appreciate.

My food did not look anything like in the picture, in the picture your order comes with one grilled jalapeno, but the cashier lady with her bad attitude said that grilled jalapenos doesn't come with the order. I told her that it was part of the order, and if not, it shouldn't be in the picture. Then the orchata water tasted like water and sugar. I ordered the fajitas and combo plate and I feel like I got robbed. I will file complain with BBB. This place used to be good with friendly people, the food used to taste good, what happened to it, a shame.

The woman (heavy set) at the drive thru window is so unprofessional and rude (not the first time). It seems as if management is afraid of her because why would they let her be the face of their business? Management should send her to customer service training; she didn't inform me of the debit card fee and she didn't even look at me when she handed me my food; her thank you was as phoney as her greeting. I will not eat at this place again!

Ordered the shredded beef crisp tacos with side of rice and beans. The rice, beans, and shredded beef were very, very SALTY. I got 3 tacos with the order and could only eat 1. I discarded the rest. Chances are slime that I'll be back to the City of San Fernando place.

Wanted to order food for a group of us working overnight in the nearby hospital. Could not place order online, guess it was too close to the cut-off time. Coworker went to the drive thru instead, arrived at 10:25 pm. Drive thru is advertised as being open "24 hours". I am aware that the main restaurant is advertised as closing at 10:30 pm. Lady at the drive thru could not speak English very well, which led to a communication barrier. Had specified salsa on the side for all items but all our tacos came with salsa on already. One person could not eat their tacos because of this. Buns for the hot dogs were stale. The order also had an horchata slushy, was not included. Receipt was not itemized, could not discern what we were charged for. Food was overall mediocre. Will not be ordering here again.

The asada burritos are beyond Greasy. I'm straight mexicano. But the burrito looked like it was drenched in grease oil. A little is fine and makes them taste better . But this was beyond greasy. You could fill an entire salsa container with oil from just one burrito. I also got an Agua de piña . And it tested funny. I was extremely pissed when I was eating this at home. I have been coming to this spot for over 10years and it's getting worse and worse. I will not come here anymore. And the prices are getting out of hand for the product they they serve. Service is good though

I came here with my partner and her sister for some food since it’s been a while that we came here. My partner ordered chicken nachos and when we received it, she noticed one piece of meat. It was not an issue until we saw that it was full of meat. It looked like they tried to cover it with a lot of sour cream. My partner can’t eat meat. When we went to see if we can get a new plate, he looked bothered, threw the food away, and refilled it with chicken using the same bowl that had meat in it. Be careful if you have any food allergy coming to this place.

I went throw the drive throw and order super nachos and two taco. Wait for 4 minutes for the response from the person work the window only to hare very low to pull up to the window. Never repeat my order. Got my order and no tacos and I ask where are they they told me I only order the nachos. so I just said no I want two taco to and was like what ever. And drove off. ya I’m never going here again. Specially, since there’s better places that I could have gone to. But went here out of Convenience cause it was on the way home.

Ordered 5 tacos a torta and a burrito the lady only gave 2 tiny sauces. When I asked for 2 more theres an extra charge ahe said. How is 2 little sauces enough for all that food. The lady at the drive through is rude and has no customer service. We'll never go here again . They are very cheap and theres way better places for mexican food.
