Amazing food! Everything is super fresh and piping hot! The fries are perfection! The Double western bacon cheese burger is king of all fast food burgers. If you want a quality burger in a take out place, Carl's it is! Pricey but way worth it!

The one problem with this locale is the drive thru intercom. It's facing the 5 Freeway and the person taking your order can have trouble hearing you.... Best to speak up when ordering.

When we first moved to the AV this was the first fast food we ate. It was honestly the best Carl's Jr food we ever had! My parents just went here after coming out from San Fernando for a day. They went here and said the same thing. They make it fresh everytime.

Music was on point for dine-in, classic oldies clarinet lounge music. Almost felt like time machine diner vibes instead of fast food. Ronak (Ronny) was very friendly and helped my mom with some recommendations. Good stop on the way to the Grapevine.

I haven't dined at Carl's Jr. In at least a decade. I was running errands all over and I needed to eat something. I went through the drive through. I ordered a special Famous Star burger combo. This location is in a grimy part of town near the 5 entrance. Honestly I wasn't expecting much, I was so wrong. The drive through staff was very pleasant and professional. My burger was so delicious! I'm going to dine at Carl's Jr again in less time than a decade.

Not judging their food as I didn’t purchase. But I did an ubereats order. So in the time that I went to pick up someone else’s order from another place, then came to this location, they didn’t have the order ready. The cashier told me 5 minutes.. I end up standing around for 15 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and two orders of chicken strips….. while orders were just flying out for the drive thru. So I hope the food was great for the customer but that service is horrendous.

Review for January 3rd 2022. I usually come here after work after working a very hard day. There is an In-N-Out Burger is right across the freeway from them. But In-N-Out Burger is usually pretty full in the Drive-Thru. So I go to Carl's Junior and get a burger here right before I get on the freeway. It's pretty decent is not bad can't complain. It fills me up whenever I'm really hungry right after work. I'm not guilty, to say that I do appreciate the fact that they are not as busy as in and out. Thank you.

Drive through wait time was longer than Mc Donald's or Jack in the box on any given day. I felt rushed when placing my order. Food was hot and as expected. The sandwich I ordered cost $7.

This is a great place to grab a burger. The food here is consistently made with good quality ingredients. Of course this is still "fast food" so I expect to fill satiated and tired afterwards. Fortunately the fresh vegetables they serve really make a difference. The service is fast and friendly, what more can you ask for when you are hungry and are ready to not-be-hungry anymore. 😎

The ladies here provide pretty good service...polite and most times the order comes out correct. Usually not much of a line here so wait times are fairly short. On the other hand, this is typical fast food, so forget quality. On the negative side, occasionally you will get buns that are old..I think they are lax on checking freshness.

You guys are incredibly careless. My family and I got really lucky that we DOUBLE CHECKED the items before we handed them to the person for whom the order was for. We ordered a BEYOND FAMOUS STAR because the individual it was for CANNOT EAT MEAT. Not out of some fashionable thing, but literally CANNOT EAT MEAT. Had they eaten it and possibly end up at the E.R., it would have been terrible. The entire order was mostly correct except for that one burger. This is unacceptable. This is like lazy baristas who give caffeinated coffee to someone who ordered decaf because they think it's funny. I get that mistakes happen, but you NEED TO QC items before just handing them off. I have filed a formal complaint with your corporate headquarters to further address this matter. Be happy this is me you will be dealing with, and not any of the Attorneys I work with. If this had been a different outcome, the complaint you'd be receiving would be addressed via the Superior Court.

I was a customer, I bought famous star and western bacon cheese burger combos. I ask the lady for the bathroom so I can wash up before I eat, she pointed to me and said 'back there'. So I walk to the back of the store only to find out I needed a combination to get in. She could have told me that before making walk all the way to the back, and walk back to the front and ask for door combination. I am giving this review a 2 stars because of poor customer service. I use to work at Carl's Junior when I was in college, and I've never miss treated my customers that way.

The staff gave us proper service, however my complaint is with how much they overcharge for food that isn't even that big. My gfs burger (jalapeno Angus) cost nearly twice as much as mine burger, yet hers was as big as my value menu burger, and they both looked like they were for kids. The burgers used to be bigger, now we're paying $15 for two small sandwiches. And I know the problem is specific to this location, because if you visit a Carls Jr in Santa Clarita, the burgers you get are actually big and proper for an adult. Would not recommend going to this location, try any other Carls Jr instead.

I went to Carl's Jr after getting off my overnight shift. Placed my order with the app. When I get to the drive thru window and the younger girl was completely rude and arrogant and with an attitude. Then I try to ask her for BBQ sauce and she closes the window and walks away. Bad management and customer service..I order from the drive thru at 9 pm ..the cashier rush my order I paid with my debit card she kept my card did not realized until the next day..I called them all day which they have a voicemail left several message until I got off work show up to ask for my card and the cashier said I had to wait management was in a meeting ..had me wait until they decided to give me my card back ..by the way employees were afraid to approach management...how poorly is this location manage? Very bad costumer service! I had coupons for free $5 meals but the lady in the drive through told me that they no longer accepted them. She explained that the coupons only work on Tuesdays but I used one the day before (which was a Friday). We talked with the manager and she kept saying the same thing. This place use to be great and nowadays is just a dump. The worst Carl's Jr. you can go to. The staff is rude and will literally talk behind your back. In my case i ordered sweet potato fries from the drive-thru as well as a combo meal for my mother. As i was heading back home i saw that the fries were half-way filled from the container, looked old, and tasted old. I went back to have new one's down. When i told the girl about the problem i had, she literally rolled her eyes at me. Took the fries and told the cook to make more as she did that her co worker asked what the problem was. So here’s what we got for $19: one tiny kids meal drink cup, 5 chicken tenders, and maybe 7 cross cut fries. When we got the fries, they only filled up half the fry box. I asked if that was typical and the workers said “yes, it’s supposed to be halfway.” I wouldn’t have even paid $15 for that at a sit-down restaurant. Pretty ridiculous honestly. My second time coming to this location with my cousin. We were greeted both times by Sofia who remembered from the first time. She is friendly, helpful, and competent. Thanks Sofia!
