I just tried this place for the first time, and I loved it 😄! I got a large bowl of teriyaki chicken with white rice. The teriyaki sauce was delicious. Good prices, and they give you a huge amount of food! I will most definitely be back.

Pretty good spot, nice and hidden, food is great and so is the spicy chicken teriyaki, the egg rolls aren't bad either. If your looking for some panda express or beef bowl, this is nothing like that. Good food.

My first time here and it def won't be my last!!! Food was delicious and it was a whole lot of bang for my buck. Everyone was nice and service was fast even though it was lunchtime.

The cashier, Carmen was exceptionally nice and called me by name 3 times during my visit. Good food and great service. Not much more you can ask for.

I've been eating at this place for a little over a year now. The food is always consistently good. Its now one of my favorite spots

The young girl at the register who helped us is one of the nicest people I have ever come across while eating out. She was so pleasant, helpful and upbeat that I had to look around and make sure I was still in LA/North Valley. That girl has a future above and beyond Teriyaki Madness. I also really enjoyed my meal. The order was made correctly, the food was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is very no-fills but it’s a fast casual dining restaurant so it was as expected.

Great food with sooo much flavor and the chicken is ALWAYS fresh/juicy. I’m not usually a fan of veggies either, but they’ve got it down with their combination of veggies. I’ve only gone there a few times, but after going the 2nd time they asked and even remembered my name. On top of that, they are quick with their orders. The whole team there is awesome and Angie really came through for me on a last minute catering order - they made it happen and everyone complimented how tasty the food was. Thank you Teriyaki Madness! See you today for lunch :)

This place is great! I really like the spicy chicken bowl and the fried tofu bowl. However, all of the items are delicious! The people there are always friendly and ready to help. I gotta say this place is one of my and my friends' favorite go-to restaurants.

Great terriyaki bowls, love that they have keto options.

They don't add enough sauce nor did they send additional. Other than that the food was good, best egg roll I've had in a long time.

Really tasty food! Even though my kids said it reminded them of another restaurant, I appreciated the fact that they had appetizers in addition to the chicken bowls and beef bowls. I would definitely go back! Try the potstickers, crab rangoons, and the chicken teriyaki bowl.

Order ahead it you'll be waiting 30 plus minutes. Food is good, but takes a while to get your order. You can't go wrong with the spicy chicken.

it's good food I would recommend the teriyaki chicken rather then the orange chicken. they also seem to take some time before your order comes out. overall good

This is good food...if you like spicy chicken I would recommend this place. Update.... You guys need better consistency on the amount of food that is in the plates or bowls. I always order the same thing every time I go but the portions of the fry rice keeps getting worse and worse. I was very disappointed on my last visit

This is my first time and she was reluctant to explain if any substitutions? Just kept repeating the same words and showed to be very annoyed by my simple question." If I didn't want vegetables, if I could get more rice" she kept repeating in a hasty tone you only get your rice, over and over.Very disappointed at your service. Left an unsavory taste on my visit. We were 3 people and we all agreed on her attitude. We could not leave the place fast enough.

Really good food but I drove 20 minutes to get some food just to find out it was a 20 minute wait for chicken breast. 😒 like it's dinner time...chicken breast should be prepped seeing how 85% of their dishes have chicken with it. Ijs...very very disappointed.

3 orders of the worst chicken teriyaki. All 3 came with dried chicken. The spicy chicken teriyaki had zero taste of teriyaki and more of a Mexican chili chicken tatse. No extra teriyaki or sauces just made the lunch even more dry. Rice was as horrible as mine. Delivery was fast. Not your usual teriyaki spot.

Got the fried rice, chicken, and veggies. Bottom of the bowl was full of water, more like soup or broth than a rice bowl. Brother's bowl with no veggies was not swimming. Recommend skipping veggies.

This is the go to place if you love rice! There's at least triple times the rice compared to the veggies and meat in one plate. The food and quality is pretty generic compared to other teriyaki places, prices are unreasonably high though, even with the current inflation. I ordered the protein plate which includes both chicken and beef. It costs more and you get the same amount of protein as a regular beef or chicken plate, they just reduce the amount of both.... And again, it contains tons of rice.

8Dont get me wrong the flavor was great. The brown rice was excellent, the vegetables were very good. The breast of chicken not so good. The breast of chicken had good flavor but it was tough as nails. Chicken breast should be tender. After eating the chicken breast it felt like I had large rocks in my stomach. The chicken was very hard to chew, was over cooked and dry. I had to over load it up with teryaki sauce to eat it. Chicken breast should be given at least 5 minutes to rest after cooking and before cutting into strips so. It holds in the moisture. Chicken breast should be well seasoned inside and out. Chicken breast should never be under cooked or over cooked. When over cooking Chicken breast. It becomes very tough like jerkey or more like shoe leather.

Terrible so I had a coupon for a 5$ bowl and ordered my food and it rang up as 6.60$ and the coupon was 5 not 6 so I showed the cashier she tried to cover it up by saying it’s “tax” OK SO TAX FOR 5$ IN CALIFORNIA IS NOT 1.60$ AND ON THE RECIPT TAX WAS 60 cents then she tried to fix it and got the manager and then talking nervously in Spanish to the manager and then after 10 minutes they finally give me 1.10$ 10 minuets to give me a dollar ten ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Went to pick up my phone order.. it was wrong I called to let them know and they just hung up on me nobody cared I was not rude at all they were the rude ones. I didnt want anything in return I was already home just wanted to let them know cause I go there ALL the time but you just lost a good customer. Very unprofessional and you ruined our lunch. Thanks

I've been coming to this spot for years the food is good but the one thing I don't like is the inconsistent on the portion of food you get its always different. Get that fix pls

The food is ok. But the best time to go here is when it is not lunch time the food was rushed and customer service not that great. The young girl that helped me had an attitude when i asked to upgrade my order. She said you should have said that before. Sorry to say if a customer wants more why give attitude. Sorry to say i will not return here.

NEVER GOING THERE AAGAIN. three times in a row they have either forgot something or messed up the order. This time was the first time i went back. they told me this is the way i ordered it. no it was the way they entered into their system. They exactly epected me to buy a new order of food. I ordered I bowl for a three year old and plate for an adult. they mixed up the orders. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. they should have said sorry and remade the order.

If I wanted to eat chicken fat I could have save myself the money and gone to El Super across the street and bought the chicken myself. Overall I don’t know if got I bad batch but the quality of everything has gone down in this specific Teriyaki Madness

I've been to this location a couple times before never had a problem. Yesterday when I went I ordered Teriyaki Chicken with White Rice and Vegetables on the side. When I received my meal, the vegetables were in the bowl. Due to allergies, this won't work. I went up to the register and kindly expressed the the young man that I need the vegetables on the side and not in the bowl. He looked at me with a blank face and told me that he did put that the vegetables should be on the side. I kindly showed him that they were not and rather in the bowl. I asked for it to be re-made due to an allergy. He told me twice that I should just pick the vegetables off out and eat it anyway. I asked for it to be re-made and was told no. I then asked for a refund and to just be done with it and he didn't want to. Luckily the nice girl running the other register stepped in to quickly process the refund. This man was incredibly inconsiderate and unkind. I've never experienced a restaurant that simply refunded to fix and error even after they admit that they did hear the request.
