📅 Date of Visit: 3/30/2019 💬 OVERVIEW - 4.25 Came here for a quick bite to bring home to the family after a Saturday of out shopping. 🗺️ LOCATION - 5 Located on the busy State Street not too far from University Parkway is an ideal location, especially considering that there is no McDonalds in sight which has to be great for them. 💲 PRICE - 5 It's a fast food restaurant that has rather competitive prices, so the prices are reasonable, not Taco Bell cheap but cheap enough. 🍔🍟 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 3 This was one category I wasn't impressed with. I bought the Big King XL, which is kind of like a knock-off of the Big Mac, but tons better. I was disappointed with the salad they used. It looked like it was a touch on the soggy side, with a bit browning on the edge of some of the salad. 📢 POINTERS/PERKS - N/A The Burger King app is a bit of a perk as sometimes you can get in on promotional offers. Sometimes mailers go out with reasonable coupons as well. Other than that, I can't really think of anything. 👨‍🍳 EMPLOYEES - 4 The employees were another factor that could have been better. I saw a customer come in (as I waited on my own food), waiting to be served. It was a few minutes, I bet it was two to three minutes before any of the employees bothered to even help her on the register, when she was clearly waiting to be served. 📅 Date of Visit: 2/10/2020 Maximum Occupancy: 96 💬 OVERVIEW - This Burger King is typically my go to when I have down time and I'm in need of a burger. 🗺️ LOCATION - 4 This Burger King has a pretty decent location along the busy State Street, easy to access if you're going northbound, but if you're going southbound it can become complicated depending on traffic. 💲 PRICE - 4 Most the burgers and other accessories are rather reasonably priced. There are a few sandwiches that feel a bit over-priced, but overall, if you stick with the cheap, you get what you pay for. 🍔🍟 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 Burger King is probably my number two go to of fast food burger joints. Their burgers taste good with that artificial flame broiled taste. 📢 POINTERS/PERKS - N/A They have Surge here with their Coca-Cola Freestyle machine! It is amazing! Also I would recommend downloading their app for better deals, and sometimes if you're fortunate enough you may receive coupons in the standard mail. 👨‍🍳 EMPLOYEES - 5 Overall, every time I have come in the employees have been standard, nothing over-the-top, and minimal for conversation, no awkward small talk.

I only ordered French toast sticks and tots and I somehow got raw French toast sticks. It took a few minutes to just get ketchup so im not gonna bother them.

When I order delivery from here, the workers always forget to add straws to our orders. At least they add napkins, so that's slightly better than other places.

Food took a while yet no one was in the lobby but me and my S/O. I asked for fresh OR (onion rings) and they delivered. None of the employees were wearing name tags. My patty on my rodeo burger was old. Overall tables were clean and they didnt ahort me on sauce!

Had us wait 10 minutes for chicken fries(that's fine, really) then delivered the absolute worst whopper jrs I've ever received, cold, dry buns, yall prepped the sandwiches and had them wait for the chicken fries too? Seems like new staff, which sucks.

Ordered online when I went to pickup the order it was completely cold even though it didn’t even give me a time of when it would be ready just said go to the drive thru. The Latin lady there didn’t care she said I should have gotten there sooner cuz as soon as they get the order they make it. This has never been my experience before as when I placed my order online I go to the drive thru and then have to wait to get my order as they make it fresh. The Spanish speaking lady working there on 12/11/2025 around 8pm had zero customer service skills and didn’t care that I had to take home over $25 of cold food. I just took the food and thew it away as I don’t want to get food poisoning. Never going to this location again.

**Burger King Review: Disappointing Experience and Health Issues** I rarely leave reviews, but our experience at Burger King today compels me to share our unfortunate situation. We spent $29.57 for a family meal that left us all with a negative impression and health issues. My wife ordered a Whopper, I opted for a fish sandwich, and two of our kids chose Whopper meals. Unfortunately, our excitement for a quick meal turned into a disaster. After enjoying our food, my wife became violently ill and threw up, I experienced severe diarrhea, and my daughter suffered a headache. This was alarming and enough to make us rethink our choice. When we visited the kitchen area, I noticed an unsettling sight—an overweight individual eating while wearing gloves. This raised serious concerns about food handling and hygiene standards at this location. Moreover, we were disappointed by the service. The staff, mainly teenagers, were inattentive and unprofessional. They failed to engage with us in a friendly manner, which only added to our frustration. It's disheartening to invest money in a meal only to receive poor service and, on top of that, to suffer health-related consequences. Given these issues, I strongly urge the management to address these problems urgently. Not only did we have a disappointing experience, but the aftermath negatively affected our family's health. I am formally requesting a refund for our meal, as we believe it was not only unsatisfactory but potentially harmful. If you value your health and a pleasant dining experience, I suggest avoiding this location. We will certainly think twice before returning to Burger King in the future.

updated - i got food poisoning. will not come back. waited more than 20 mins for 2 whoppers, chicken sandwich, and cheeseburger. employee who “greeted” us at the drive thru kiosk and window was rude and unhelpful. once we pulled back up to the drive through kiosk after being told to park up front to wait, he was so rude to us just for asking where our food was. and idk if this location just needs to hire more people or train them better.

Failed to get their orders correct in the drive thru. They asked if we wanted ketchup at the window, but we got none. We asked for marinara and got ranch with mozzarella sticks after they confirmed marinara would be part of the order. What's the point of asking if you're not gonna do it. Charged for a double whopper and got a single whooper. I suppose that's why they are closing stores in the area due to unable to comprehend the customers orders with accuracy.

I ordered DoorDash from this location and payed extra for bacon to be added to my sandwiches, which it wasn't on either of them. The sandwiches tasted good, but I am really disappointed that I went out of my way and paid extra for a service that wasn't given? I most likely will not be ordering from this Burger King again. The food was otherwise good and I probably would have, but instead I feel stupid for wasting my money on something that wouldn't even have taken an extra minute of their time but was carelessly forgone.

Update 12/27/2023: I decided to give this location another chance, and my experience here went from bad to worse. The food wasn't as good, and the service was worse. When asking for sauce, not only did he want to charge me, but the employee was mean about it. I will no longer be giving this location my business. 12/10/2023 My experience here was mildly disappointing today. The food was adequate. It was made fresh and quickly. Yet, like other fast food restaurants, this location is charging extra for sauces. It's just annoying.

Yesterday we ate here. The hamburgers were cold and bloody looking. We asked the lady at the counter to give us fresh fries. I told them they were cold and not fresh. I took one and ask her to touch it. She refused and refuse to give us fresh fries because I had touched one.
