I have lived in Palestine for 3 years now. When we first moved out here we came to Chili's and the service was terrible. We never got waited on so we left, on 2 different occasions. More recently we come for lunch and have no issues. The staff are super friendly and the food is good.

What an amazing experience we had at this Chili’s. Some Of the best service i have ever experienced in a restaurant. From our Server Sky to our Food and Drink Runner Connie (who is more than just that) and the amazing manager Jessyca. My youngest daughter and I went to eat dinner for her 15th birthday. Valeria and Ms. Connie made it an awesome and truly one-of-a-kind experience that she and I will both cherish for the rest of our lives. I created a custom dessert by taking their Chocolate Chip Cookie, Molten Lava Cake, and Cheesecake, and combining them all together, and asked if that would even be possible. Ms. Connie totally made it happen and turned it from just an idea, into reality! It was absolutely AMAZING, and I named it "The Mountain of Awesomness" lol! The manager even sent the idea to corporate to inquire about putting it on the menu. I am so grateful to the entire staff of Chili's Palestine for making her birthday celebration an above and beyond total success! 🧡

I had some really good food. My all time favorite with them is ,the original chicken crisper, mashed potatoes; fully loaded, and corn on the cob. Nice waitress. Good prices.

That old timer cheeseburger was one of the best I've ever had. Just the right amount of pink inside and grilled to perfection on the outside. Service was fantastic!

I ordered from the Smokehouse menu and I was glad that I did. It had the option of either two or three options. I ordered the two options with brisket and bacon+cheese covered chicken with toast, fries and street corn. The brisket was tender and delicious and the chicken was amazing as well. Chilis has numerous options but I suggest that you try the Smokehouse Combo.

So much food! Great dinner for me and my family of 5. Queso blanco was a fan fave! The Togo girl was super sweet and interacted with all the kiddos.

I ordered the guiltless sirloin. I am more of a ribeye guy. The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare, the pesto was great, and the pico was amazing. Well done on this one Chili’s!!

$5 margaritas and some surf n turf? Count me in! Nick was a great server and must have read my mind when I sat down. It was a long day of baseball and a margarita was just what I needed! Was very happy with our visit. We walked in an a lady immediately helped with the door. Sat us at the table right there (I'm handicap and was in visible pain) We ordered our food and all Gluten-Free questions were answered. Food was so good. We watch one of our teams play while eating. We had late lunch around 1:30 and it was by far the best food we have had from any chilis location!! Our portions were BIG and everything was fresh and hot!! Also the southwestern queso was spot on delicious!!! Our server, Diana, was exceptional! She checked in frequently and we never had to ask for refills!!! She was patient with us and a baby! HIGHLY recommend and ask for Diana’s section!!!! She’s the best!!

I had dinner here on 3/8 at around 6pm. I was immediately seated and ordered an ice cold blue moon and the triple dipper sampler with chipotle chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and southwestern egg rolls. Everything was so good. For the entree, I got the steak with avocado and asparagus. It was so very delicious. I don’t have words. It must be experienced. Then for dessert, the molten chocolate cake was absolutely fantastic. Our server was also one of the best I’ve had. What a wonderful dinner.

The chicken was spicy and made my nose run after the first bite lol. Our server Diana Va. was super friendly in a natural way, not a I’m-working-you-for-a-tip kinda way. The restrooms were clean. Our waitress as well as all staff were on it! They kept us up to date and in the loop as far as where our food was. Food came out after quite the wait. But... the ambience was much nicer than many chili's we have eaten at.

For a small city, we were lucky to find a restaurant open at the hour we visited. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, but it did take a little while. They did bring us some free chips and salsa while we waited.

I guess I just didn't order the right thing. I had the quesadilla salad. I didn't care for the dressing on it. My daughter said her Caesar salad wasn't good either. The water in Palestine is horrible. I had a water and couldn't drink it. The wait staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was great.

We went as a group with our Relay for Life meeting. They were very friendly and had excellent service. We plan to do a fund raiser with them. It sounds exciting and they are doing a ton of work for us! Excellent. Only thing is for a business meeting it was hard to hear. Good business there! Excellent food! I will go back.

The food was good. You can save money if that is important to you by joining their club and get texts for specials and free items occasionally. In the restaurant you can sign up and get specials when you sign in before ordering at times. I am unsure if that is all of the time. They have good lunch specials, for example their chicken and shrimp fajitas are very good on the lunch menu. I hope these items do not go away with many restaurants announcing they are increasing prices and focusing on higher prices items. The service was a little slow due to our server was very new but she was very nice. However, the other staff and management assisted and made it our lunch enjoyable. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I will go back!

We had the Honey Chipotle and Nashville Hot chicken strips, and regular strips. The chicken strips were really good, but the Nashville Hot ones were not hot at all but they were good. Sliders, fries, queso, and Mac n cheese were all good. The ultimate Cajun pasta was real good. Service was not good, our server was nice but they were very slow bringing our drinks and taking our actual order. They brought the appetizer out quick but then we had to wait more than 15 minutes to have our actual order taken. Great Food but the atmosphere and wait was terrible.

We eat here quite a bit now that we have discovered that sitting in the bar gives faster service as well as more attentive service. We sat at the tables a couple of times and received slow service. The wait staff was sitting in the booths on the wall by the restrooms hanging out with their friends. They would get up and go get food and wait on tables after laying all over their friends and touching each other and not even wash their hands. The service was so bad on these particular visits that customers had to yell across the restaurant to get their server's attention because the servers were too busy with their friends to do their job properly. On one occasion, the poor bartender was running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to pick up the slack. The hard work of the bar staff is what lead us to give Chili's another chance by sitting in the bar. Our favorite bartender is smaller and dark haired- she is spunky and a lot of fun to talk to.

Kind of waited awhile after being seated but we lived in the area for a decade moons ago so I get that it’s laid back. My chicken sandwich and fries were simple but not very good. The fries were pitiful and good fries are easy. Overall it is what it is.

Service was slow. One person is taking food orders for all the tables. Miscommunication on what food or drinks goes to which tables. The husband enjoyed his rib plate, I enjoyed a cup of enchilada chicken soup, but brothers' cheese fries were overdone on top but still not completely done in the middle. Everyone was really friendly and happy to help.

Bartender was not very good. Glasses remained empty for way too long; even after asking for a second round she took so long to even start on them. Asked for ranch; never received it. The were 6 people total in the bar area. Jacksonville location will be our favorite forever

Great food and prices. The staff is very friendly. That said, either fix or get rid of those kiosks. It seems like every meal we have there ends in trouble with one of them. This time we had one that worked and my wife had logged us in. Here comes a young woman and replaces ours with another one and sys we had the wrong one. This one never booted up. Had to get our server and the manager involved, They did a great job of checking us out, but it just gets old dealing with these things.

I am trying to be understanding because we are in the middle of a pandemic, and there's a labor shortage, but it's getting to be more of a pain to try to eat here than it's worth. First, they don't have the soup. Ugh! I was really looking forward to it. Not their fault, so I switch gears. Decide to get a nice steak. Apparently, that was a mistake. They wait until my son gets there to pick up the order to tell him that they don't have the steak I ordered. ??!! Then they tell him that it will take 30 minutes to get it. ??!! AND that it will take another 30 minutes to cook it. ??!! I don't know what cow they were going to have to butcher to get that steak (since it was going to take 30 minutes just to get the steak...from???), or why it was going to take ANOTHER 30 minutes to cook it, but almost 1-1/2 AFTER I ordered it, while my son's food got cold andy daughter's drink hot watered down, wasn't happening. I switched to a lesser quality steak just so I could eat dinner tonight. My son had to sit in the restaurant alone to eat his food so it would still be worth eating while they cooked my dinner. Don't know who dropped the ball, but this is really unacceptable. It's not that difficult for the kitchen to let the manager know that they are out of something, and for the manager to make sure the servers and the to go order taker know that they are out of it. That's standard restaurant protocol. What you don't do is wait until someone shows up to get their order and THEN tell them they aren't getting what they ordered.

Fries were burnt as well as the bacon on my burger which made the whole meal unpleasant and the Cajun pasta we ordered to go was half ass thrown into the bag and half full as in person it would be the full quantity and I shouldn’t be paying the same price Togo and in person if I’m not getting the same quality and quantity of the food

We went for lunch from 12-1. The restaurant was NOT busy. We waited for a waitress to come but no-one came so I went to the hostess and asked her to tell our waitress we needed to order. We ended up ordering to-go because of the time but even then barely had time to make it back to work on time. The wait staff needs to take orders more promptly.

I usually love coming here, but this particular location is not a location I'd go back to! I drove two and a half hours to visit with my family and we only had a short time together due to the fact i had to work the next day. When we finally got our food after waiting almost an hour after ordering, everything smelled great and it looked very appetizing! I ordered the mango Chile chicken with wild rice and broccoli. I began eating and noticed it was an unusual texture and when I looked at it closer, I realized it was still pink inside. I told the waitress and she apologized for it and asked me if I wanted to send it back and of course I agreed. Everyone else had started to enjoy their meal but by the time I got my order everyone else was done eating! This upset me. 😡 I didn't get to enjoy my meal along with my family! I didn't want to make them sit there and wait even longer for me to be able to eat... there was apparently no manager available to speak to nor any supervisor. I didn't think I should have to pay for a meal that I wasn't even able to enjoy! Still had to pay for it and was not offered any sort of compensation for anything, so her tip was not as big as it would have been!

This place makes Applebees look good. Need I say more? The one good thing is that when they get your order wrong, and they will, they'll give you a discount next time.

I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS RESTAURANT!! We had the most horrible experience at Chili's in Palestine,TX.(First and last visit.) The restaurant was NOT crowded. We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Our waitress Angela took her sweet time about getting our drink order and an even longer time to take our food order. We ordered 2 kid pizza meals with fries, 2 orders of nachos, and 1 soup and salad combo. After waiting for almost an hour, the kids meals came out wrong and I asked to speak to a manager. I was then told that she would be right out she's helping to get your order. Several minutes later the manager was helping Angela bring out the food. All she could say was we're short handed. (Really not even an apology.) The kids meal pizza's were VERY undercooked and the fries were cold. The nachos were brown and hard from being under the heat lamps. And the soup and salad were not even on the tray. We just got up and walked out. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

Stopped by Chili's to eat an appetizer and watch softball championship on tv. Ordered beef nachos. The meat on them tasted bad. They took them off the bill and we tipped waitress and left. Place wasn't the cleanest either.

Thoroughly ridiculous experience! Walked in and sat at the bar. Asked the bartender politely to turn the radio down a little “that was sitting on the bar”. Was told the manager was in charge of it….ok? He turned it down and we ordered. Waited over 45 minutes for food as bartender was socializing with what appeared to be friends. After asking about our food it finally came old cold. Starving at this point we just ate. The radio still playing had explicit lyrics coming out of it so i personally turned it off. They ended up comping our meal it at this point i was done. I informed them that it was unacceptable having profanity playing in their establishment especially when there are children sitting literally 20’ away! Totally unacceptable! Never will go back.

Service slow. Several waitstaff walked right by our table and never said a word. Waitress finally came over, first thing she said was there were complaints about the taste of their water and tea due to no filtration on the water supply. We left and won't be coming back.

Went to the Palestine, TX Chili's on 1/2/2020. Service was horrible. Our daughter's family was with us. They said the service was bad the last 2 times they ate there. We were seated right away. We didn't see a server for almost half an hour. After 45 min we finally had our drinks. Food was slow to come too. We had to keep flagging down another server because ours was MIA. I did the survey and was supposed to get a call. That never happened. Applebee's is just down the street and they always have great service. Went from 2 stars to 1 star. Sandwiches served with half rotten avocado and fries not fresh. Some of the food is just average, nothing special. 2019

As a rule we are usually seated and the orders come in a timely manner. Tonight we ordered the same thing as usual they we not busy when we arrived, but it took almost 30 mins to get out food. I had fajitas and the beef had 3 burnt pieces in it. Black on both sides. The ribs were dry. As we you waiting for someone to bring our check the waitress asked did my husband want a refill on his tea. We had been there a little over an hour and that was the first time they came to refill.very disappointed. It's usually better than that.

On Monday the 6th around the evening time, I ordered chilis bone in wings for take out, I remember I got lemon pepper & garlic wings. When I was telling the girl on the other end of the phone what I wanted, she was hard to understand, she kept pausing in the middle of her sentences & basically acted like she didn’t know what she was suppose to be doing, I got there, got my food & went home. As soon as I take a bite into a wing, it was cold in way, wet, slimy & gooey, I couldn’t finish them. The next day my dad was going to eat the rest I left but as soon as he bit into a wing, he said they were still raw & thats why they tasted the way they did & thats why I didn’t like them, you can clearly see that it was still raw & not fully cooked, when you pull back the chicken skin or bite into it, you can clearly see how slimy & gooey they were, they were disgusting. I didn’t call the restaurant & complain but i should’ve, regret not doing that as soon as I stopped eating them. I told my family & friends about the raw chicken to warn them that chilis doesn’t care & could poison you with their food, they are lucky & I’m lucky that I didn’t get sick & gotten food poisoning or something worse. Also, their coke was watered down. For $18 a meal this was disappointing.

Normally I never have issues here. However the last time I visited, the inside of my steak was gray. When I spoke to a manager, he tried telling me he gets a truck with fresh food on it every other day, which I highly doubt. He then tried offering to cook me another steak, which I did not want. He tried offering something else off the menu and I wasn't eating anymore because I was so disgusted. He comped my meal, which was nice, but don't serve people nasty food to begin with.

I would like to begin this review on a positive note. The server was pleasant and tried to take care of us, and the ice tea was good. I am, also positive that I will not go back to eat at this particular Chili's again. I took my wife there for her birthday. Total of seven of us. Mine and my wife's steaks were cooked wrong ( mine over cooked, hers almost mooed at us it was so rare ). The steaks were very low quality ( mostly fat and gristle ), but the price was high. The shrimp tasted old, and were very greasy. We took a couple of bites and could not finish the meal. We make it a point not to return meals at restaurants because I am afraid I will receive "special sauce". We normally try to praise restaurants but I can't in this situation. We paid for the meal, even though the majority of ours went in a "doggy bag". I spoke to the manager that basically told me " I appreciate your telling me this". He did not offer any corrective action or solutions to this situation. I don't think he really cared because I had already paid for the meal. What else can I say? Except if you eat there, good luck.......... I gave 1 star rating, just because of the server.

My wife and I have been here three time since they opened and never had a good experience. The first was shortly after they opened, the service was very poor (even by Palestine standards) and I chalked it up to fairly new staff. Months later we gave them another shot. After 10 minutes of waiting to be seated, we left. (No, they weren't busy... they very obviously didn't care that we were there.) Again, months later, we were seated after a short wait (again, they weren't busy). Service was slow, our medium rare steak was medium well, the veggies were cold... and they refused to reduce our bill even though we hardly touched any of the food. This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to.

I ordered a to go order today. It took 20 minutes for the phone to be answered. When I arrived it took another 10 minutes for them to acknowledge I was there. It then took another 20 minutes to get my order. I won’t be back. Jacksonville store is much better

We ordered curbside pickup and it took longer than expected. About 10 minutes longer. The guy that brought out the order was polite. The nachos were burned. Didn't put enough dipping sauce with chicken crispers. The Cole slaw was dry. Mashed potatoes were good. The cheesecake was awesome.

What a way to ruin an Anniversary dinner! We arrive and were seated. It was not busy and there was no wait. Our server Darren greeted us and we ordered an appetizer (queso) and our meal and drinks. The last thing he said was,” I’ll go ahead and get the chips and salsa right out”. He brought our drinks and left. About 10-12 minutes later my husband stopped an employee walking by and told her we had ordered an appetizer and knew the food was gonna arrive any minute. She got Darren who walked over to our table and said,” What appetizer? I didn’t hear y’all order an appetizer-I didn’t even write it down”. I looked at my hubby and said to Darren,” Never mind- it’s time for our food”. He said,” No, I can have it out in one second”. So my husband said OK. He brings the appetizer out and another server walks up behind him with our food. I ordered chicken crispers with corn and black beans. I got corn and fries. I reminded him but he beans never arrived. Then he actually asked us to “leave a good review and tell them how great I am”. What??? Really?? Ugghhhhh!

I give it 1 star because there’s no option for zero stars. Now that I’ve been there and got on here to write a review, I see all the bad reviews of this place, I should have looked beforehand, but didn’t figure I needed to check a review for a Chilis. Anyway, we showed up and ordered appetizers and drinks from the bar. (We like the chips and salsa here, but were informed that they didn’t have any chips). And steaks as our main course. We waited about 15 minutes for our drinks and my strawberry margarita was absolutely horrible. Lacked any strawberry flavor at all and I honestly wondered if there was alcohol in it. It looked like slightly pink water with sugar on the rim. My companion ordered a drink that was supposed to be blue and it came as pale green and also tasted terrible. We waited another 30 minutes and a young man brought our appetizer- literally 30 seconds before another young man brought us our steaks. They brought me the wrong side dish and forgot my tortillas as well. After taking my plate back and correcting that, I got my food back and we prepared to eat. It was at that point that I observed a very good size, very curly, very dark black hair on top of my loaded potato. I pointed this out to our waitress and she took the plate back and said she would have it remade. It took almost another 40 minutes to make my plate again, my companion was done eating and had been sitting there for 20 minutes before they brought my food back out, at which point we were both too irritated to even want the food anymore. We asked for the bill and was told that there was nothing they could do and that we would still be paying full price for everything. Floor was dirty, there was no salt and pepper on the tables, the customers were passing salt and pepper shakers back and forth from table to table. My companion ate her food, but had to douse it in salt and pepper as she said everything was very bland and had no flavor. We paid our bill and left in disgust. All in all a completely horrible experience and a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Our waitress herself was very sweet and attentive. But literally everything else about this experience was terrible. I wish I could give zero stars. Believe all the bad reviews people, they’re all accurate.

I question if there is even a manager in the location right now. Sunday 1:30 so yes it was busy. Looks like 4 empty tables in the place. Came in no host. Every server walks past us at some point and says nothing. There’s only 2 of us. Two 6 tops pile in with us and finally the host comes over and just stares at us. I tell her I need a table for 2 and she says give her 2 minutes. Never comes back. Now there’s about 30 people in the entry way not greeted. Finally the greeter comes back and sits us and just lays the menus down and walks away. Doesn’t tell us who the server is doesn’t even speak a word. We sit at the table for about 10 minutes again with everyone passing us and not being acknowledged. Finally the greeter walks by and I snag her and she gets us drinks, but still no server. The tablets are suppose to make things more efficient, but yet there is nothing efficient about today’s visit. We have officially been here 30 minutes and finally a server stops and says she’s not our server and she’s takes our food order. She says she can’t put our food in because our drinks are rang up under someone else, but will get someone to ring it in. Let’s hope we get Lunch soon.

I will not be using the app or online to order from them. Also had a issue with boneless wings. Ordered Buffalo medium and got Buffalo hot. My wife could not eat them. We will not be back. The order was a online to go.

They pull leftover food from plates and serve to guest,and when asked to correct their issues the manager wants to be rude with you. Then wants to talk trash about you when they go to the back and don't realize you hear them.

Ordered big mouth bites twice both times they came out they were raw meat!!! Absolutely gross! Brought it to the hostess attention since our waitress was not around and she completely rolled her eyes at us!!!! I caught the feeling that she didnt care for my skin color and was very oblivious about it!!!! I dont care if you're purple, you don't treat people that way in the food industry or at all for that matter!!!! I will not EVER be sitting down at this location again!

Atmosphere sucks. Feels like just some zombies walking around. Appetizer and soda came out fast. We ordered our main plate at the same time as the appetizer. We sat for what seemed like forever. I honestly thought maybe they accidentally had skipped us, but then the food came. Steak fajita tasted like it had been cooked a day or two before, and it was VERY tough. I had to stop eating it after the second bite. So sad considering we live so close. I'll drive to Athens from now on. Night to day comparison in our opinion.

What I ordered vs what I received. My door dash order to over 30 min longer than expected to and this is what I received. Dry quesadillas that were coming apart in the container and no sour cream, pico de gallo, or ancho chile ranch to go with it. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The meat on our sliders was burnt black and tough. The quesadillas were room temperature. The waitress was nice but very inattentive. We would have complained to management but for the fact that we had some invited guests with us. We eat at several different Chili's and always have good food and service. Not this one. Don't waste your time or money on this sub par Chili's

We were unable to stay to eat because they were out of several side dishes. I had kids with me and wasn't able to adequately feed them with the options available. I was still charged for all of the drinks that were left mostly untouched during our short visit due to their problems.

I already sent in a complaint on the app. I’ll do it again because it was that bad Quesadilla salad - was supposed to have fried chicken. Had grilled (I may have messed that up and selected grills) grilled chicken was nasty, it’s cheap frozen $1 bag chicken with zero seasoning. And the rest was just sad, didn’t really eat much out of it Pizza x2 - disgusting, one had to make himself finish it, the other didn’t and spit some out. I tried it, took one bite and gave it to the goats. Another tried a bite and spit it out immediately Steak - cooked correctly at least, asparagus maybe had pepper on it? Very, very overcooked, it needed viagra. It was wilted and sad. But a couple were hard, so inconsistent We stopped going to Applebees about 10 years ago. This is like Applebees Waste of $45 gift cards It was ready when they said it would be Maybe don’t put a timeframe on it, food is ready when it’s ready, not a preset time before you start Server guy was friendly so give him a raise.

A waitress looked me right in the face and said she would return with my drink and never did. The same waitress brought me burnt loaded fries and when I said" these are burnt" she responded " no ma'am " I placed a to go order that should up before my elderly mom's order for the actual restaurant. Better staffing and a better cooke is needed.

July 11th 2025 visited Chili's in Palestine been there many times was taking an employee out for drinks and food as a reward ordered chips salsa to Dragon margaritas and food the waitress Casey was amazing Margaritas terrible overflowing with ice so I ordered two more without ice of the four my employee who is from Mexico and I tasted no alcohol and either one of them so I ordered two shots of tequila they came with no lime no salt and we did the shot thinking it was going to be like a tequila shot but it was tasted like syrup something you would put in a margarita ask for the manager the DM came out her name is Courtney ask her to please go taste the tequila in that bottle cuz there was no alcohol in it she refused saying that she couldn't because she couldn't drink on the job I told her she didn't have to worry about that because there was absolutely no alcohol in that bottle even though I'm a Rewards customer I was charged for the chips and salsa and I think she gave me a little bit of credit on maybe two of the drinks I really couldn't figure out because it didn't say I paid the bill check my amazing waitress $20 on way home I stopped by and got a bottle of Tito's tequila went home did a shot and it was a normal shot of tequila you can taste all that tequila in the shot, I usually buy Patron's or Azul so I bought it just to make sure of taste. Got home tried to call Courtney at Chili's again she would not come to the phone and was told that she had just left I'm being a business owner I feel that this district manager is way out of her League definitely does not need to be representing Chili's in any way! I never complain about restaurants but I thought this one should definitely be addressed.

I've tried this place 3 times already and have had long wait times all 3 times, but this last time was the worst. I went in, and it was just me and was at down over at the bar side at a table and ordered my drink and an appetizer when first sat down, 15 min went by got my drink and 10 min later got an appetizer but my server never came back after I was first sat down to order food. I had other people bring the 1st 2 things, and after almost 40 minutes of sitting there, my server finally came back to take my order, and I think after about an hour, I got my food. I know the dip did not come out the warmest either. I came in and sat down and ordered at 8:15pm. I got my appetizer at 8:41pm and my food at 9:17 pm. I know this because I took pictures of the food when it came out.
