Delicious food, nice ambiance, and our waiter was great! We got the caviar, tuna tartare, spicy rigatoni, black truffle pasta, flan, crepes, and martinis! We are already looking forward to coming back. The valet was very prompt as well.
First time in with my wife for our 10 year anniversary dinner. Very delicious meal and excellent service. We got lucky with parking right out front as well! Thank you for the experience
I've only been once, but we really enjoyed sitting up at the bar, our bartender (I can't recall her name but great smile and glasses!) was engaging and knowledgeable about her craft, nicest margarita I've had in a while. We ordered a range of food, we had the seafood tower, caviar, Australian wagyu, and the truffle spaghetti. Everything tasted delicious and service was great.
Gotta give it to the staff. Steve the owner is running a fabulous establishment, new and thriving, food and atmosphere is phenomenal. Thanks to Diane , Marco , Steve , Chef for the Tuna Tartare. Some of the best food in palm beach hands down. I got the Wagyu skirt steak , skirt steak is one of my personal fav cuts to cook on the grill at home, paired with the mashed potatoes. (Pomme puree) Deliciously seasoned, well executed temp
One of the BEST newest restaurants in Palm beach!!! My group of friends and I were left SO happy and impressed with our experience here. The owner is super, super kind and treats his guests VERY well! The amount of detail thought out to this restaurant is incredible. Amazing ambiance and music, the cocktails and food were extremely tasteful and impressive! Our waiter, Max, was also really sweet and made sure we were cared for the entire night! The Polo Room has easily become one of my favorite places to have a nice, lovely dinner in Palm Beach! ❤️
An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The service was impeccable, from the moment you walk in every staff member was super attentive. The food was just as impressive, beautifully presented, and delicious! We will definitely be returning!
I had a fabulous meal at the new Polo Room. The caesar salad was fantastic, especially the croutons. For mains, the spicy rigatoni à la vodka was full of flavor, and the filet mignon au poivre was cooked just right. The vibes were sexy and lively, with attentive service. I can't wait to return—it's quickly become my favorite spot!
We had the most amazing time at Polo Room. The staff was so attentive, and the food was great. The caviar & chips, tartare, empanadas, & truffle spaghetti were some of the stand outs. Overall, amazing experience. The key lime pie was also great. Definitely a must on the island compared to the other, regular options.
Empanadas were excellent and they made a pomodoro spaghetti specially for my son. Cocktails were also top notch. Our server Camilla was great. We enjoyed our first visit and look forward to returning.
Amazing new restaurant - great food, great staff, great ambiance. A big win for Palm Beach.
Great meal and great service! The savory croissant, key lime pie, and chocolate mousse are musts. Our server, Marko, was super attentive and helpful.
Excellent lugar y exquisita la comida
The Polo Room in Palm Beach is outstanding. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels elegant, warm and inviting. It immediately sets the tone for a great evening. The service is excellent. Every person we met was friendly, attentive and genuinely focused on making the experience memorable. It is rare to see a team that creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment. The food is exceptional. Every dish was full of flavors and prepared with real care. You can taste the quality in every bite, and it is clear that the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. This restaurant is perfect for a dinner with friends, a celebration or simply a night where you want to enjoy amazing food in a beautiful setting. I recommend The Polo Room without any hesitation. If you are in Palm Beach, this is a place you should absolutely visit.
A true Palm Beach classic. The ambiance is intimate and elegant, with impeccable service from start to finish. Don’t skip the warm bread rolls - perfectly crisp outside and soft inside and the Russian caviar, which is fresh, beautifully presented and absolutely worth it. A refined, flawless dining experience every time.
We went to The Polo Room to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, the ambiance was elegant and inviting, and the service was exceptional. Everything made the night feel truly special. This time we went with a group of friends to celebrate, and it was the perfect setting for a fun and memorable evening. My husband and I will definitely be coming back again, we can’t wait to return and enjoy the bar scene next time as well. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a great night out!
Tried out the polo room for the first time the other day and had a great experience! I love Pisco sours, and they were delicious. The MUST GET is the empanadas- both flavors, and the best chocolate mousse ever. Such a fun experience sitting in the oyster bar and the service was exceptional, some of the nicest staff. The interior was very cool.
Steak Empanadas are a must! The bar is first come first serve since reservations are booked for months. Bartenders are friendly and the food arrives fast!! Great atmosphere and classy vibes. Dress to impress
One of Palm Beach’s Best! We dined at the Polo Room last night. It is the kind of experience that lingers long after the evening ends. It is a place where extraordinary food, impeccable service, beautiful people and a refined atmosphere come together to create a restaurant that feels genuinely special and absolutely worth returning to. We can’t wait! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dined here for New Years Day 2026, hard to believe the place has only been open 3 weeks. The Service was beyond Exceptional and the Food was an Absolute 10 across the Board. We had both the Waldorf Salad and the Ceasar Salad and both were Phenomenal. Appetizer was Hamachi which was moth watering. The Rib Eye Steak might have been the best we have ever had, and we are big steak people. Desserts were the perfect encore with the chocolate mousse being all I could eat after the tremendous meal but I had to try it and it was hard to stop eating it. 5 Stars for Sure. Make your reservations as they will be certainly hard to get with food and service this Epic. MUST TRY
It was our first time here, and the food was exceptional. The service was top notch, too. Amazing steak, corn casserole, and empanadas. Really impressive experience!
I have not had as good a meal as the one I had at The Polo Room in years! I still can’t stop thinking about the short ribs and corn pot pie! And the cocktails are next level! My friends and I all had the best time in this relaxing yet chic atmosphere! The energy was amazing! I have gone back 3 times each time bringing more friends who all love it!
Incredible food and the decor created with the most attention to detail. Had an amazing experience with for my girlfriends. The drinks are great and the food it’s outstanding. We ordered a few things to try on the menu. The highlights, where the Gorgonzola salad, the beef empanadas.
Excellent . Daniel , professional , service. First class, white table cloths, proper glasses( thin and beautiful, polished ) Empanadas a must must , really. Marco was right on, our writer . Flan flan, share or what ever , just order it. I’ll be back for sure . Oh by the way drinks are delis
Fabulous atmosphere, amazing food, and a very different vibe for Palm Beach. I loved the good vibe and will definitely be returning!
Beautiful setting themed around the sport of POLO. Fantastic service great food and of course, a beautiful mellow ambience.!
Went last night and loved it, amazing food and spot-on service all around.
Amazing! From service, vibe and of course the food. Empanadas are a must!!
Great food and excellent service and beautiful place
Will you offer a happy hour? Thanks.
Amazing team and menu
Amazing food and atmosphere!
We had a great experience at Polo Room. The food was excellent across all courses, with the butternut squash agnolotti standing out as an exceptional highlight - rich, balanced, and absolutely memorable. Drinks were well-crafted and complemented the meal nicely. Service was another strong point. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional without being overbearing, which made the evening feel relaxed and welcoming. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance: upscale but not overly formal, making it comfortable for both a special night out or a refined casual dinner. The tables can feel a bit cramped and the layout is slightly awkward, but it doesn’t detract much from the overall vibe. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and highly recommended for anyone looking to try a quality spot in Palm Beach. We’ll definitely be back!!
We had an excellent experience and do not recognize the restaurant described in some of the negative reviews. Our reservation was handled professionally, we were seated promptly at the bar, and the manager was present and attentive throughout the evening. Service was polished and consistent. The food was very good. Portions were refined and appropriate for this level of dining. The crab and avocado appetizer was fresh and flavorful, the sea bass was perfectly cooked, and dessert was well executed. Wine service was correct, with reds served at proper temperature. The pacing of the meal felt intentional, not rushed, and we left satisfied. Overall, a high-quality dining experience that we would happily repeat.
The Polo Room has a great atmosphere and a lively bar scene that really stands out. It’s a fun place to grab a drink and enjoy the ambiance. The food was good, but the highlight for us was definitely the bar. Service was just okay—nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. We would return, mainly to enjoy a drink or two at the bar and soak in the atmosphere.
Service is very good. Food is tasteful. Atmosphere felt a little too uptight. Due to that and it being a bit overpriced, I deducted one star. For reference, I ordered 4 oysters as appetizer, filet au poivre, 2 glasses of wine and still Evian water, with 20% tip…$165.45 (for one person).
I love the place, and the service was great. My only complaint, and the reason why this place doesn't have five stars for me, is that the portion size is ridiculously small. We ordered a plate of pasta and it was appetizer size at best. All of the portions were way too small. I had to eat something when I got back home, which I never do.
A lot of comparison with actual Polo Bar but they are nothing alike 👎 Chaotic, loud and turns are not managed well.
My husband and I went to the polo room last weekend . We made our reservation a month ago . My husband is very tall and when we asked for a booth they said there was none available . They put us in an extremely cramped two top near the front door . The food was average, the service was mediocre compared to other nice restaurants in Palm Beach and they brought all the food at once. The vibes seem chaotic, not worth the hype. It was extremely expensive. And don’t get the caviar. Overall average and not worth the price.
We have not had a great night there mainly due to the hostesses botching the entire start of the evening. lets dive into the details: Hosting: I give the hosting a solid F. As we walked in, we were greeted by young girls who seem to be on their first day at the job. After saying hello, immediately, we were told that while we have a reservation, they will only allow us an hour and a half for our visit. then we were walked through a somewhat empty restaurant to what I consider the worst table in the place. I was seated facing a door on my right. Long story short, not 1 min goes by and someone comes out of the door. not 3 minutes go by and someone walks into the door and then 2 minute later goes out of the same door... The hostess (a child) comes over, listens to my complaint, goes back to the hostess station, and a minute or two later comes back with a decisive answer: NO! you cant move (not offering any explanation why the door is being used again and again and not offering any accommodations. Mind you, the place has SEVERAL tables empty at this time). We decided to leave. A lady-manager of the place, steps in "Don't leave sir, I will take care of you". She proceeds to move us to a table in the middle of the room. To finish this part of the review: That table we sat in was not sat in for the rest of our evening (2+ hours). The room never filled up to capacity (so I don't understand what was the whole idea with warning us, as we walked in, that we have an hour and a half to finish our business and leave nor do I understand why we were walked to the shittiest table in the place and were told we couldn't move).... an absolute disaster of a hosting which shed a long shadow over the entire night. Food: I give the food a solid B+. I am not sure what pastas have to do with an Argentinian inspired menu but there were so many other items on the menu that I ignored the entire pasta section in the menu (with the likes of Bice, Renato's, St. Ambroeus nearby, I would not even give the pastas, as a main course, a try. Let the Italians do the pasta). Started with Caviar Tartlets - great idea, mediocre execution but fun (so try it!). Then moved to the Empanadas (tried all three types). The shrimp empanadas must be avoided (meh), the chicken (getting warmer) and beef (disco!!!) are great but still Empanadas like any other I have eaten (not sure what the hoopla is about, but definitely try it!). We proceeded to eat two main dishes: My wife had the Chilean Seabass which was good (not spectacular but good, so try it!) and I tried, based on our waiter recommendations the Wagyu French Dip (which was second only to Palm Beach Grill's French Dip, so DEFINITELY TRY IT!). We ordered, as a side dish to share, the Black Truffle Pasta (as I stated above: just don't order Pasta, as a main dish, in this place. It was an absolute forgettable pasta that was soft and uninspiring, so DON'T try it!). For dessert we have had the Dolce-de-leche (I hope I am spelling it right) crepes and they were great (so DEFINITELY TRY IT!) and to add, I have heard from close friends that their chocolate mousse is also incredible (but we didn't order it so I wont recommend myself). Drinks: I give the drinks a B. Bar drinks are great. The Wine selection is way too young, seems like they wont be investing in wine, which is fine, just be warned: don't expect a wine list like you would in neighboring restaurants). Service: I give service a C+. our waiter was great. The lady manager, after convincing us to stay, visited a couple of times and seemed very genuine and proud to have worked there (she is one of the best things this place has going for it). With that said: how can there be good management with such a disaster for a hosting staff and practices??? Bottom line: Professionalism as it pertains to hosting and guest services is DOA (literally) at The Polo Room. Food is good but nothing to write home about. If they do not get their act together, this second act of a fabulous place (I miss the Palm Beach Catch) will be short lived.
Hyped and over rated. Servers are more like fast food trying to rush your table and food is below the standard for comparable restaurants in the area. I see no reason to go back.
Terrible experience. Lousy table and the hostess refused to repeat us when there were empty tables. Service was awful, server couldn't get anything straight. Food was mediocre and overpriced.
This place stole my food, I have ibs and asked them to pack my food to go and when I get home all my food is missing. It’s just the scraps, like I have the whole top of my pot pie and my veggie for my snapper missing.
Just left a most disappointing experience at the Polo Club Room. We were rushed from the moment we sat down by at least three separate servers and the hostess. Food was mediocre at best. The packed crowd overflowed at the bar and into the dining room making it difficult to enjoy what we hoped would be a special and enjoyable higher end dinner out with dear friends. Will not be returning.
Don’t understand the hype behind this restaurant. We were here to celebrate a special day and it was a very rushed experience to be honest. They continuously ask if you’re done eating when you’re clearly still eating a course, and try to turn the table over quickly. To put this into perspective, the reservation was 5:00 and by 5:50 the manager herself had already put the dessert menu while we were very clearly having our main course, her exact words being “while you finish that up, take a look at the dessert”. Very unprofessional, overzealous and pushy. I’ll take the real polo bar any day, this is a wanna-be imitation that doesn’t compare in terms of service. Definitely won’t be returning
I dined at this restaurant with two friends. The atmosphere was charming, but the evening was unfortunately ruined by an inappropriate accusation. Shortly after I placed my napkin in my lap, the server took the holder.Later, a manager asked, ‘Oh, where’d the other one go?’ ( since there were now only 2) When I explained the server had taken it.. she just kept going with the accusations, she responded, ‘Oh yeah, they sure tend to just disappear, don’t they? They just slip in your pocket or your purse… But they’re handmade, they’re really hard to find/make.’ These insinuations were humiliating and disrespectful. After we spoke to another manager, the woman later came to our table, not to apologize, but standing with her arms crossed, avoiding eye contact, as if she was forced to check on us. This lack of genuine care was disheartening. Though another manager apologized and offered dessert, the damage was done and truthfully made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of the night.
The worst dining experience we have ever had on Palm Beach Island- if used to going to places like La Goulue be prepared- arrived only to be told reservation made on Open Table for the Bar isn't something they actually reserve - manager said" we will take care of you" sure enough never saw him again and nothing was taken care. Portions tiny- do not order the crab and avocodo app for $32- literally a few spoonfulls of shredded crab- took about three minutes to eat. Sea Bass was edible but nothing out of the ordinary and again tiny size portion- Flan wasn't even comparable to Publix Flan. Both Red wines served were served much colder than what white wines should be served- super cold and couldn't even taste the wines. Entire meal for $200 per person took 40 minutes and literally could have went out to another restaurant as was quite hungry. Best part of the experience was parking across the street in the Wells Fargo parking lot and not wasting money on their valet.
Nasty owner hovering outside chasing pedestrians with dogs away after he has taken up the entire sidewalk with obnoxious plants and tables. Not long for palm beach.
Last Friday evening, my friend experienced a severe allergic reaction while dining at this restaurant. From the beginning, the service felt rushed. We were told that our entire order needed to be submitted at once, which created unnecessary pressure. At no point were we asked about food allergies. After the appetizers, my friend began feeling unwell. Because we had already been required to place the full order unnecessarily, we remained at the table waiting for the remaining courses, hoping his condition would improve. Unfortunately, by the end of the meal, he collapsed at the table due to what appeared to be an allergic reaction. While we were waiting for the ambulance to arrive, he regained consciousness and began vomiting on the table and on himself. During this extremely stressful moment, a staff member brought the bill, took my friend’s credit card, and asked me to sign and include a tip on his behalf. In that situation, settling the check should not have been the priority. I paid immediately so I could focus entirely on my friend’s condition. When he collapsed, another staff member loudly asked if he could be taken outside. Treated us like dogs and an inconvenience to something we had no control over. Extremely insensitive given the medical emergency we were facing. After the ambulance arrived and we stepped outside, no staff member followed up with us or offered any apology. We were alone outside. Additionally, the cocktails we had ordered (and did not consume due to the emergency) were removed from the table, yet we were still charged for them. This was a frightening and traumatic experience. In situations involving medical emergencies, especially potential allergic reactions, staff should demonstrate greater awareness, compassion, and professionalism. I hope management will take this seriously, provide proper training, and ensure that future guests are treated with more care.
Extremely disappointing experience. The Polo Room has a serious reservation management problem and zero accountability for it. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were told there was no table available and that our reservation was considered a "request" until we tipped the manager (Toni) and the assistant GM to “save the night.” While waiting, we saw friends leaving because their reservation had also been mishandled and they were given the same explanation. This seems to be a pattern, not a one-off mistake. Having to tip management just to receive a table that was already reserved is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. On top of that, the food was completely mediocre. For Palm Beach standards, it simply does not compare. We had lunch earlier at Lola 41 — which was far busier, far better run, and the food was a million times better. Terrible food presentation, and even store bought peppers on top of appetizers. Where is the authenticity? As a local who has grown up here my entire life, I will not be returning and absolutely would not recommend this restaurant. Palm Beach has too many excellent, well-run dining spots to waste time and money on a place that treats reservations like optional suggestions.
Waited a month to finally get a reservation, experience was horrible, I've never been more rushed in my life, I sat down at 4:30 and was out by 5:10. Could not take a minute to speak to my dinner guest without being bothered to order immediately. Also upon arrival the restaurant was still setting up tables, putting the rug outside at 4:25, this place is a disaster. The food was just average as well. Would never come back as there are much better options in town.
