Opinions de Tyler's Burgers Palm Springs
My wife and I were hungry for a burger. We got lucky and found Tyler's. Tyler's has a cute shaded outdoor eating area. Nice spacing between tables and very clean! We each ordered a burger mine with cheese. The burgers come with lettuce, tomatoes pickles white onions ketchup mustard and mayo. The burgers are handmade thick and very juice, 7oz patty I believe. Buns were soft and fresh both white and wheat. We ordered a half order of fries, more than enough to share, they were very hot crispy yet tender. Service was excellent from the person who seated us and got drinks and refills to the server. Can't say enough good things about Tyler's. It was a delightful experience. Sorry I wish I had taken a picture, but it was to tempting to wait for the shot.
Great Place . Staff is amazing. Professional and Pleasant
I got the turkey burger and it was fantastic! Great flavor as if it was a hamburger. The fries were also delicious. Everyone at the table enjoyed them. Lovely outside eating area, perfect for locals and tourists. The service was also great! Very attentive servers, and one was kind enough to take a photo of the group! Parking was a little hard, but that's to be expected downtown Palm Springs.
Really excellent burgers at a very fair price. The cookies were also tasty and not on the menu. Potato salad was great. We had about a 15 minute wait on a busy Saturday afternoon for lunch, but things move quickly.
All I have to say is Tyler's is the absolute best! There turkey sliders are TO DIE FOR!!🙏🏽😍😋a Palm Springs favorite for sure!! Must try!! Trust me you won't be disappointed 😉👌🏽🤌🏽
Fun place. Great cheese burger and fries! The meat and bun were as fresh as could be. Highly recommend this place. It's also right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs.
Came for the sliders ended up getting the egg salad toasted on sourdough, chili, hibiscus tea and a ice cold coke. The egg salad sandwich was sooo delicious!! Felt like I got a half pound of egg salad on that joint. Their hibiscus tea, perfect! The server and Junior were awesome…great service! Highly recommend
Stopped in for lunch on a Friday as soon as we arrived in town. Excellent service and wonderful interactions with every staff member we encountered. Food was spectacular: cheeseburger was fresh and perfectly balanced and oh-so delicious; kids loved the sliders, and wife loved the veggie burger which is exceedingly rare at a burger-centric establishment. Fries were astoundingly good and milkshakes equally over the top. If you can add a stop here to your visit in Palm Springs, it will complete your trip.
My experience here at Tyler’s Burgers was the best. I truly enjoyed my experience here as it was very chill and one of the best outdoor experiences I’ve ever had. The waiters were very friendly and helpful in making sure we got everything we needed. The food came at a relatively good time and I just enjoyed everything. Their bacon cheeseburgers and strawberry shakes are the best, I definitely will be going again to try that and the overall downtown Palm Springs vibe just gives this place such a nice staple in downtown. I’d highly recommend this to anyone in Palm Springs or nearby for any premium burger spots.
Tyler's is a must! First you need to go early because it is always packed, and you also need to go early to get the potato salad. There is a limited amount because the owner makes it fresh every morning. Everything here is amazing. I love the tuna melt, chili dog, chicken salad. The staff is also amazing, so friendly, polite, and smiling. They make you feel like an old friend. The only thing that is a bummer is they close for two months over the summer but that is understandable since foot traffic slows considerably during those months. But be sure to try Tyler's and you will be a fan for life.
Bacon cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and presented well. The bun was soft and the ingredients fresh. Homemade Cole slaw was obviously made in house, crunchy, tangy and sweet. Roxy served me on the front patio by the street. She was attentive, friendly and professional. She greeted everyone with a genuine smile and clearly loves working with people. 10s across the board!
this is a somewhat unique, excellent burger joint. the burgers are just great with plenty of toppings. the sides are well prepared and tasty. the aroma of the burgers cooking envelopes the area.
Best burgers in Palm Springs!!! Amazing potato salad. Fantastic chicken salad. Superb egg salad. Great staff. Wonderful location. Don't miss out on the opportunity to eat at Tyler's the next time you're in Palm Springs.
Sometimes a local institution can slip into a complacent fog of dereliction and self-importance, not so with this place. Everybody knows everybody, but they're ready to welcome you too. Had a cheeseburger, fries, and a vanilla milkshake. All were delicious and prepared properly to order. For sure, the best in town. Very conscientious service. I sat at the bar inside, as it's still pretty hot, but plenty of shaded outside seating, as well. There's a trick where exceptional service can induce a camaraderie among the patrons that makes a simple burger joint feel like a country club. Make no mistake, this isn't a simple burger joint, but the unpretentious and warm-hearted staff here are masters at setting just the right tone. Hard to compose this on my phone and seem rational, but this is an awesome place, with the atmosphere and high quality food balancing each other. I didn't grow up in Palm Springs, but dining here made me nostalgic and sad for all my youthful haunts that are no more. This place still is and actually has higher quality food! Easy to recommend.
The food was good and the service was beyond great. Roxy was such an upbeat person serving us. It made my hamburger even better. I would give her 6* stars if I could. We even bought the up sale of cookies she suggested. If you eat there you will feel full and feel like smiling.
Delicious potato salad!! We had burgers, blt and turkey sandwich. All very good ! Crispy fries ! We ate at the counter, Jessie gave us great service with a smile and boy, what a busy kitchen!! Recommend for a great lunch spot.
Great burger... Nothing fancy, but executed perfectly, had lots of good flavor and was very juicy. Vanilla shake was also very good and the fries were outstanding! Highly recommend for a chill lunch in PS.
My first time here upon a friend's recommendation and she was spot on! I was looking for a simple sandwich and not a burger but once inside and I saw them preparing the food and their burgers looked really really good. I stuck with a Turkey sandwich and it was exactly what I was seeking. All 3 of our meals were well worth a good tip. The friendly service is always a plus.
Only open 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. but it's worth going to. The service is excellent and the people are great.
Arguably one of the best burger joints in the valley, possibly beyond. Food is fresh and as far away from fast food garbage as you could get. Everything is good. Even the milkshakes are out of this world. I’ve been a regular for at least 15 years and I really appreciate the owner and the staff.
My favorite restaurant in Palm Springs. I love every item on the menu. Cannot recommend enough.
One of my top favorite burgers all time. This place is simple and delicious. Small feel and friendly staff.
The best turkey burger, hands down. A week later I'm still dreaming about this burger! Juicy, well seasoned and down right delicious. Fries were hot and crispy although they needed a bit of salt in my opinion. Easy solution. Ask for the hot sauce, it's made in house and was balanced with just a bit of a kick (great mixed with the ketchup for the fries.) Service was prompt and friendly. We sat on the front patio with our pooch. They brought out ice water and treats which was a nice and generous touch. Definitely will hit this place up again when we are back in the area.
Great burgers and sandwiches at this iconic Palm Springs location. Don’t forget the fries and the potato salad and/or Cole slaw.
Have dined here a few times. Always has the food been very good. Service great. Will go again when visiting Palm Springs.
My favorite place in PS. Always consistently great food. The ladies who work here are so nice.
🌟 My Experience Stopped into Tyler’s for lunch on a sunny, toasty afternoon in Palm Springs, and what a perfect choice it turned out to be! The vibe was casual and welcoming—just the kind of cool oasis you crave in the desert heat. 🍽️ Delicious Food We ordered the organic chicken salad with bleu cheese and apple—refreshing, crisp, and full of flavor 🥗🍏🧀—and a loaded chili dog that hit all the comfort food notes 🌭🔥. Both were satisfying and super fresh. The iced tea was just what we needed to cool down—crisp, cold, and perfectly brewed 🧊🍹. 🙌 Outstanding Service Huge shoutout to Blanca, our lovely server! She was friendly, efficient, and genuinely sweet—checking in with just the right timing and keeping everything flowing smoothly. Her aloha spirit made our lunch extra enjoyable 💁♀️✨. 💬 Final Thoughts & Recommendation Whether you’re cooling off from the desert sun or just craving a solid, satisfying meal, Tyler’s delivers with delicious food and heartwarming service. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, we’re trying the milkshake too! Highly recommended for lunch lovers and iced tea fans alike! 🤙🌴
Best thing to do is sit at the bar. We've ended up talking to several regulars on our trips to Palm Springs and this is where they always sit. The burgers are delicious. Wonderful sandwiches and great shakes too. I've never sat outside or the patio so don't know what's that like. Our experience has always been amazing.
I first experienced Tyler's over 20 years ago! It's still a favorite with family and friends, with the same great service, an even greater menu, and the same kind and caring staff! Having lunch at Tyler's is a Palm Springs tradition!
My favorite spot to get a burger in Palm Springs! It’s the best! Fresh ingredients and you don’t feel heavy after eating one. I highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger and potato salad! You won’t regret going here, it’s delicious and the people there are amazing! Thanks for being awesome! :)
This is one of my must go to restaurants when I visit Palm Springs every year. I absolutely love their BLT sandwich on cranberry bread. Their homemade coleslaw is also great if one of the best I ever had at a restaurant. My husband loves their hamburgers, which is what they are known for.
Excellent food and even better company! I got the Bacon Cheeseburger and it was excellent! Large order of French fries. Wow! The staff was so friendly and so helpful! My only regret is not staying longer to justify comping back here several more times! Years ago when my wife and I stopped by we saw Huel Houser eating here. I could not resist. So I walked up to his table, (I know, very rude), but I had to say something. I told him how much we enjoyed his videos and thanked him for all the hours and hours of entertaining and funny visits he had all around California’s Gold!
What a great Palm Springs Landmark! Our latest trip we went in for a 4th of July hot dog. Sitting at the bar we watch regulars come in and everybody knows everybody's name. We watched the owner help so generously help out an older customer, I won't go into details, let's just say this restaurant has a real family / community feel to it. Great burgers and sandwiches, oh, and the cole slaw is great. This is our spot for a burger in PS, thanks Tyler's Burgers.
Went today and had the bacon cheeseburger, french fries, and a draft bud light. It was like the American Dream on a plate. The burger was probably one of the best burgers I've had, the bacon was larger than life with a flavor to match. The same goes with the patty, which worked in harmony with the crispy lettuce and delicious, soft bun. The place is also just an enjoyable experience overall, I sat next to regulars who conversated with the employees ala Cheers. Including who I can only assume is the owner, or at least the one running the show. She was very hospitable, friendly and it was cool seeing her taking the lead of a team that operated like a well oiled machine. The whole experience was amazing enough to inspire me to write an online rant about how it was.
We stopped at Tyler's at the recommendation of our bike tour guide, and we were not disappointed! I love a well compiled burger, and Tyler's didn't disappoint- the burger was perfectly sized to the bun, there was just the right amount of sauces (not sloppy) and the toppings were also perfectly sized. The fries were thin, crispy, and hot/fresh! Great way to pass the day
We love Tylers. Easy going yet efficient. Really looks and feels like a hamburger joint in a vacation spot. Small menu so they everything well. Hamburgers, chicken salad sandwiches on cranberry walnut bread, and cole slaw are our favorites. Tylers gets busy and has a sign-in sheet. But the tables turn quickly and it is a great place to sit and wait.
The best diner in Palm springs for the money. It's great for seniors as they are given discounts. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and it's clean. I make it a point to have breakfast there at least 1 time per week. Go and try. I've eaten breakfast and lunch there and it's always been good.
Great lunch spot, outdoor seating, chill, cheerful and delicious burgers. The buns are thinner than most burger places and the patties are thick. And yes they’ll prepare it however you want.
this is a unique burger joint w great, old fashioned burgers...thick and tasty. they will prepare it any way you want, though there's something just wrong w putting mayo on a burger. they have a nicely varied menu that includes some nice salads. the shakes are thick. i especially enjoy the peanut butter shake. most of the seating is under a big awning. the staff is very pleasant and quite attentive. we make a trip to PS whenever we are close to stop here.
I have wanted to try Tyler’s for years just never happened. Suppose to be just the best burger. It has to be without a doubt the WORST burger I have really ever had. Asked for it medium came well done, thick dense bun no thank you. No seasoning it was just so bad. And the fries like I can get them at McDonalds for half the price. Man what a disappointment. I would give it zero if I could.
Tyler’s is my favorite place to eat in the desert. The tuna sandwich is fantastic and the fries are addictive. You can’t go wrong with anything here. It is great for families and groups too but they do not take reservations. The service is always prompt and kind. They have a diverse menu so everyone can find something they like. I also love their iced tea. 10/10 no complaints ever.
When you see a crowd standing outside a restaurant, you pretty much know “hmm bet it’s good”. Tyler’s is that kind of place. Been here several times now in the past year, and although there’s always a wait, it’s usually under 20 minutes or so. Even though it’s covered up with tourists. Lunch only at this all outdoor seating, sidewalk cafe vibe. Serving the usual suspects of burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads. Haven’t had anything on the menu I didn’t like, it’s all been good. I find the fries exceptional, having a crispy crunch and cut a bit bigger than Micky Ds fries. Had a cauliflower and carrot soup one time that was very good. Portions aren’t huge but plenty, and typically priced high. As is all of downtown Palm Springs. Service has always been fast and friendly. Although the greeter person where you sign the list is a small man with a very loud yell. Calling out patrons names at the top of his lungs is annoying, over and over while you’re trying to dine al fresco in peace. Because of that I only cut one star for “atmosphere”. Typically closed in the hot summer months. Tyler’s is a great little spot for a very tasty lunch. Maybe break out your ear plugs if you’re seated next to the check in podium.
Family-friendly dining experience with phenomenal staff who were very accommodating to our two small children. We ordered a patty melt, bacon cheeseburger and fries. Burgers were a 10/10, cooked perfectly with fresh ingredients. Fries were equally impressive. There is no restroom but the wait staff will gladly direct you a private restroom about 50 yards north of the restaurant which was clean and easy to access
Been passing this place for years and finally had an opportunity to check it out. This spot is adorable! Located in an old Greyhound Bus Depot. Option to sit inside or outside, we chose the small counter bar. Wonderful service, reasonably priced. The burgers were juicy, fresh, like homemade . Also ordered the Coleslaw…, SO GOOD! Fries also a great choice. We grabbed a couple of fresh squeezed lemonade and it was perfect. Nothing fancy. This is a total Mom and Pop place and we’re coming back.
This is one of the best downtown Palm Springs burger stops! They have amazing burgers, sandwiches, salads , soups, potato salad, slaw, fries, and milkshakes. It is pretty much always busy, as it is hugely popular with both locals and visitors, so expect to wait a bit during the popular lunch and dinner times for a table. Service can also be a little slower during the really busy rush times. Prices are very reasonable, too.
June 2023 Value! If you're in town, this is one of the best priced hamburger and sandwich place. Perfect place on the outside patio for large groups, if you're a bicycle group, motorcycle club, out of town visitors, this place is definitely a crowd-pleaser. We sat on the outside patio, about 100 degrees. BUT, in the shade under the awning, and with the fan going and the water mist, it was actually kinda nice. Food is great. The price you pay for the value of food you get is totally worth it. If you're a tourist, or coming in from out of town, this is one of those places where you get your money's worth for sure. I got a turkey sandwich, and felt completely satisfied with my order. The Taste was good, you can tell the oven roasted turkey was fresh and real. This isn't deli meat for sure. It's an actual real turkey breast that they roast on site. Some of the other people in our group had gotten burgers, and those all looked great. Again, priced fairly. The service was on point. Our waiter came back several times to check in on us. Parking is kind of tricky. If you can find a space in the lot where the restaurant is, your golden. Otherwise, you do have to drive around a little bit and try to find a 2 hour Spot somewhere. Though there are no bathrooms on site, it's just a quick 200 ft walk to the nearest one, which is in one of the businesses close by. They will give you the code for the gate to enter.
Haven’t been here in years and I forgot how good it is. It’s just a great homemade burger in the center of town. No frills, not boujee, just basic, the way a burger is supposed to be. I know it gets busy and it’s not worth waiting more than 15 mins but if you do get in you won’t regret it. It may kill your pool bud vibe but enjoy your vacation.
Probably one of the best burgers I have eaten. The beef is ground fresh and you can tell. The burgers are moist and nicely cooked. The bacon was also well cooked and so was firm but not overly hard to bite. Burgers are made to order. The fries were crisp and nicely seasoned. The waitress was quick and friendly.
Food is very good, burgers are nice and thick. I had the bacon cheeseburger with Swiss cheese and avocado. The family had a vegetarian burger, a salad, and another standard burger. We also ordered fries and when the food arrived, the fries did not. We were told, "the fries are always late" multiple times by the waitress. You would think that if the fries are always late that they would do something to prevent it, instead of telling customers 3 times over. Other than that, very good food. Misters on the patio would be great but the food makes up for it.
we ALWAYS bring our family and loved ones here when they’re visiting town. Great burgers, perfect location, awesome service, and really great ambiance!
Tyler’s is a quaint little burger and American fare joint in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. With the best potato salad I’ve ever had at a restaurant and a scrumptious chili dog, it is worth a visit. But some of our other food like the patty melt and turkey sandwich were lacking in flavor. The flies were constantly bothering us. They only have outdoor seating.
This is a nice place, it took me by surprise it was in the middle of a parking lot. I got the turkey burger with cheese, bacon, avocado and fully dressed … grill the onion if you remember to ask. All the reviews talk about the potato salad and coleslaw so we got that and they were good. The potato salad has some good chunks of egg in it which I like, the wife doesn’t. Overall it was good meal.
A fun lunch venue, with great reasonably priced food and service and I love that yer pup is welcome as well.
Good fast eattery. Not your typical fast food. Had burgers, kraut dog and FF..all very tastey. They were out of potatoe salad. I asked what the draft beers were and he listed a number of them. Ends up I got bottled beer and it was $1.00 more. They need to provide a list as the helper didnt communicate properly and it wasnt on the menu. Liked the patio..hard to get parking around there. Busy.
A great burger place with difficulties to deliver food in optimal time. There is nothing wrong with that experience, but honestly, I love good food as the next guy, but I give no figs for lack of food delivery efficiency. If you come, probably bring a bag of nuts. You will be waiting to be seated and waiting (event longer) for your food. The food is wonderful and the malt is divine.
COVID UPDATE Tylers is the perfect restaurant for the times. Their patio is enormous, and they have good separation of their tables. Food is still great. They have a QR code on the table so you just point your phone and it opens a menu, no paper or menus to pass around. Were there on Saturday, and found it very nice to have the opportunity to eat there. Tyler's! This is the best burger in the Coachella Valley, hands down, no argument. There are bigger, more expensive places. Everyone has a favorite, but these burgers are honest, on a great bun and done the way you want them. End of discussion. The place is a mostly outdoor experience, I don't really recommend it in August, but then most Augusts they are closed. There is a small inside restaurant, mostly counter, which is great fun for watching the cooks and the assembly. It feels like an old-time lunch counter which is fine by me.Our waitress said she had been there 15 years, and she was the new girl. It's not just burgers, the fries and the malts are also outstanding. We found the portion sizes to be generous. We got two orders of fries and one would have been enough. The milkshakes are old time good, get a spoon. Parking is a pain, but it's downtown Palm Springs. They take credit cards, have everything to go and are just a good place to stop if your nearby. They are not a 5 star because, hey, it's a lunch counter.
Had a burger & chili dog. Both were okay. Definitely not the best I’ve ever had, but very fresh. Pricey for the amount of food, but you pay for the proximity of location to everything Palm Springs has to offer. This is a great lunch spot. They don’t have dedicated parking, so try to find parking within a few blocks.
Well, the burger was disappointing. Yes, the grind their own meat but it really didn't have much burger flavor. Seemed more steamed than griddled. The toppings were fresh and the bun great. The sandwiches were really good. Great coleslaw too, not too much dressing. Fries were right from the fryer to the table! Outdoor seating was very nice and service was great. Would i go again? Absolutely! Just not a burger.
I was really excited to try the burgers at Tyler's. Overall, it's a good burger built well. The condiments and bun were stacked very well-Where it lacked was the meat. Although the meat was juicy, it lacked seasoning and was not cooked to a medium finish as advertised. Instead, medium well to well done-not a fan. However, I will return and give the burger another try and emphasize the cook on the meat. The highlight of my meal were 3 other items- potato salad, clam chowder, and fries. The potato salad is incredibly amazing and the best I've ever had in my life! The clam chowder - only served on Fridays - was ridiculously incredible and the best I've ever had. The fries were cooked to perfection and were super addicting. I sat at the bar, and the service was excellent! Also, the bar is indoors and has A/C. They have plenty of outside seating, just a little hard to find a parking spot. I parked in the parking structure a few blocks away. I will return to try the burgers again and hopefully get a perfect piece of meat the 2nd time.
Great basic burgers and a lot more. Always eat here a few times when in town. Lots of outdoor seating in front and in back. Staff very efficient and friendly. Burgers are just how I like them, not fancy. Potato salad good, thankfully salt and pepper are provided for you to add in. Beer and wine served.
Would have given 5 stars but to be fair it was really busy and there was one lovely waitress handling all the customers at the back patio. Ordered a lemonade to wash down my bacon cheese burger and it was all very delicious. The bacon was crisp to the bite and savoured every bite. Would totally come back for a gourmet style burger.
I've been to Tyler's a number of times and always had great burgers and service, but this time was just OK. Ordered a cheeseburger, came without cheese, lettuce was wilted and overall the burger lacked any flavor. Service, like the burger, was just OK. Definitely not what I've experienced in past visits. I may go there again, but it won't be high on the list.
😑Your onion slices: Do not ask for grilled onions, it's not how it is, more like a quick stir fry to half cooked, not a bit caramelized. Burger patty just ok, on the dry side. 🥵Atmosphere: Outdoor seating under a huge tent. Only a few fans as ventilation. Anyone who is looking for a place to cool yourself after activities in the area, this is not the place. Also, no bathrooms. 💰Price: Acceptable as you're in a tourist place.
Lots of hype surrounding this place. I'm afraid it's not warranted. Burgers were just okay but the fries were perfect.
We had high hopes for Tyler’s Burgers after hearing it was the “best burger in town,” but our group of six left underwhelmed. The food was decent but definitely overrated for the hype. On the bright side, the location was great and the service was excellent friendly, fast, and attentive. Overall, a nice spot to visit, but the burgers didn’t quite live up to their reputation. It’s a low 2 if you’re looking for a great burger !
This place has the potential to be a really good burger. IF...YOU COULD SPARE A LITTLE SALT. Food needs salt. Especially a burger patty. Salt the damn patty. Geez. Service here is really good though. Not their fault the chef/owner can't salt their damn food. And, 17 bucks is pretty steep for a medium sized bacon cheeseburger.
Extremely disappointing, the reviews and all the "awards" on the wall really hyped this place up. The cole slaw was the only decent dish my wife and I had. The burgers are definitely fresh but the patties have zero flavor. 2 burgers, a drink, fries and coleslaw for $60? Will not be coming back and will definitely not recommend to anyone.
Im absolutely curious what some of the basis is here for people saying this is the best burger i have a feeling theyre rating the food as the service. The service is wonderful and i think its their crutch. The burger not only isnt the best its truly not very good. I explain in detail below, I'd beg to understand the truth behind some of these 4 star reviews, based on emotion and service, nit actual food quality. Okay, had tylers again today. This place continues to go down hill. A perfrctexample of falling victim to complacency and greed. Ill explain. The burger had very little flavor. The ingredients tasted like typical food distributor ingredients, as an example, the pickles and onions and lettuce are the same youd get at a yellow basket or Goodies etc. This is a massive turn off. So now at this point the only thing making this burger special would be the bun and patties... yet again, failed. The bun is dryish and tasteless. It's grilled slightly but clearly only for anesthetics, no grill taste whatsoever. I cant imagine getting any nutrition from any of the vegetables or bread (i know its a burger place but the veggies, if fresh do privide a fairly balanced meal). The patty has also since gone downhill. I admit it tasted clean and fresh but was slightly dry and had no flavoring at all. As an example here, if youre serving a very high end beef or beef blend, then yes you wouldnt need to add seasoning... here its nothing special at all. The service makes you feel guilty for saying anything negative, the service is good and the people are very friendly. Its really just the food i have a problem with So now for the fries, again, standard food distro fries and the worst part is these tasted freezerburned. And the ketchup... what is their ketchup, im very curious the brand.? It's absolutely not house made or heinz. It tastes cheap and has a kind of potentially expired flavor whatever that tastes like, it not good. This is the last time i am coming here. Its over for tylers. I recommend Stout or the new burger joint Heyday down the street infinitely over tylers. Original review: Slightly over priced... these are priced at gourmet burger prices but are definitely not gourmet. You can go to many newer places now, such as stout or Smokehouse etc. Think of Tyler's as in n out but bigger patties, and bigger buns. The quality of the meat is good... but they're raking in cash at these price points... many people will pay it, not for good food but simply to say they ate at tylers... social media is funny that way. I have moved to having Tyler's once every 5 years or so... and every visit reminds me why.. their pricing just isn't fair. Again, can't blame them if people are dropping money emotionally so really it's just society now. Anyway, good burgers, not the best, over priced, but youl get get quality meal here. Nothing special. Still rating 4 stars because it's good and the service has remained good for the 11 years I've been going here
Really expected so much more after hearing so many positive reviews of this place. Burger had absolutely no seasoning, and was very dry. Fries were good, but also very little seasoning. For $23 I expect so much more. Server was so sweet however, and the atmosphere inside was really nice.
What a surprise. This has been a talked about location for our first trip to PSP. First place we chose to eat. While the food & atmosphere were great-the service was absolutely terrible. Had a hair in my burger, and instead of them making a new one for us, they chose to cut my partners in half since we ordered the same thing. Thanks for taking it off my bill, but I’ll never recommend this location to anyone-ever. Customer service is dead.
The staff was really nice and the restaurant was tucked away in a peaceful area. But also accessible to the shops. I usually don't care that they call me Stephen cause I tried to get in and out. Even if it's a 20min wait I dont mind but what I don't appreciate is waiting 5 minutes before they even acknowledge me, acknowledge other people before they acknowledge me, try to take other people's orders before they acknowledge that I was in line first, then, telling me they'll come out and get me and her not coming and getting me. So I wait by the door for 20min with nothing so I get concerned and go inside to find my burger off To the side cold. This was weird because the server was asking other people for their phone number so that she could contact them when their food was ready, she didn't ask me for my phone number, nor did she come out and get me like she said she was going to. What she did do is make an excuse saying, she called out my name, Which is wrong as I've stated David multiple times. The food good but honestly, very laxadaisical, and not even close to mids when it comes to the service. It's pretty regular here in Palm Springs when you get a good product, the staff and the business check out. Whether they're overwhelmed or they just don't care it shows. It's like they think because they have a good product they don't have to care as much or something. One thing I can be grateful for is that tyler's gave me such an experience that I'll make my own burgers from home now
