Found my way to busy central florida hway today to try Chinese cuisine at Ji Bei Chuan. It completely met my expectations. The restaurant waa in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Ample sitting area. Cool decor. Service was good and quick. I mean just look at the dishes. Ramen soup with many protein options. I chose tripe. I know, not many people like this but I do. In my opinion, the prices were decent. Definitely a must in my book if you are in the area.

This Chinese restaurant just opened yesterday. And it is located next to I4, close to Disney, SeaWorld and Universal Studio. I am happy to have this restaurant near my house. The foods are so delicious, I even finished soup, you can see it through the picture. If I don’t like it, I will not do that. Another good thing is their price is not expensive, the price is affordable. I will always come here to enjoy their food.

We had an amazing meal at Ji Bei Chuan in Orlando! We ordered the chicken fried rice, beef fried rice, tonkotsu ramen, chicken thighs, fried pork, and pork gyoza, and everything was delicious. The fried rice was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The tonkotsu ramen had a rich, savory broth and tender noodles. The chicken thighs and fried pork were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the pork gyoza were some of the best we’ve had crispy, flavorful, and perfectly pan-seared. The service was quick and polite, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving authentic and satisfying Chinese comfort food!💕

This super hidden place was such a great experience! Look for WOB and Tijuana Flats and you’ll find the restaurant in between! Food: everything was flavorful and fresh! Very large portions and quick to come out. We got the stir fried beef udon, cucumber salad, pork gyozas, and two bowls of rice noodles - mala with beef tripe, add beef brisket, and sauerkraut beef tripe, add beef brisket. And the BEST thing we ate was the fried boneless chicken thighs! So huge, juicy, and crispy. A must get! Vibes: lights everywhere and overall hip feel. Not that many tables but does not feel crowded. Service: server was super attentive and nice. Gave us great suggestions.

JBC, you had me at goji berries. This noodle house is definitely a new family favorite. The fish maw broth with chicken all tastes incredibly hearty, healthy and homemade. Korean fried chicken was also very good; still not close to the crispy fried wings like I’m used to from K-towns or Miami but still deserve to be highlighted for its authentic bon chon flavors even without sauce - which I personally prefer. Still don’t get what all that LBB hype is about, but the ambience and decor are pretty decent.

Presentation 5 stars My friends and I had our early dinner today, and we loved what we had. For appetizers: takoyaki and scallion pancakes. Mango/Pomelo and Brown Sugar Boba for drinks. Sliced Beef Udon Noodles and Chicken Udon Noodles for our main fare. Every was amazing and fresh. And the smells of the fresh ingredients….

Our waitress was really sweet. Our food is always amazing, and the food comes out timely. Fair prices for amazing food. Love the fish maw noodles and the sauerkraut (suan cai) noodles. I highly recommend this restaurant, in my opinion it’s genuinely the best in the area. Nothing else comes close. I will definitely be returning, probably atleast once a week. 1000% would recommend. Keep up the great work.

We went for dinner after a looong day at Universal and the food felt like a warm blanket on a cold day. The soup chicken dumplings were amazing!!! Our server was very busy and yet she was able to manage all the tables flawlessly with a smile on her face. All the food tasted home made. Definitely recommend.

This is a new store with a trendy interior and a comfortable and clean environment. I ordered the signature fish maw and chicken soup rice noodles, which were very flavorful. The kids loved the Tonkotsu ramen, which was affordable. We will come back again!

Food was good, staff was friendly, interior was clean and new, and prices were fair for this part of Orlando. The menu is mostly ramen/udon in broth with a few noodle/rice dishes. They also have many appetizers and a few desserts. I got the beef brisket dry noodles. It only had 1 pepper on menu for spice level, but after ordering the waitress immediately pointed to the spice level on my menu and asked if I am ok with it. It was very spicy, but I could eat it. I got scallion pancakes as an appetizer, which were also good. They have several fruit teas with fresh fruit and jelly in themand mine was very good. Overall very good Chinese Ramen shop. Only thing to say is that the entrance and is on back side of the building and hidden from the road.

Came for dinner and ordered fried squid and spicy beef noodle soup. Food was delicious and great service!

I stopped by this place for some Chinese noodles. We ordered tomato soup rice noodles and minced pork dry rice noodles. Both dishes had a generous amount of noodles, easily enough to feed two people! The peanut paste for the dry noodles was very spicy to me, even though it was labeled with spice level 1. They also offer ramen, udon, and a good selection of Asian appetizers. I also ordered fried pork, and the dry seasoning that came with it was very good. Many Asian customers were dining there, which might be a good sign of the food's quality.

I come here every single week—yes, that’s how much I love Ji Bei Chuan. Their rice noodle soup is always on point. The broth is rich and flavorful, never greasy, and the noodles have that perfect silky-soft texture without falling apart. My go-to is the [insert your favorite, e.g., beef noodle bowl], which always comes with generous portions and tender meat. The pickled vegetables and chili on the side make it even better. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They actually remember my usual order and how I like it (extra cilantro and spicy!). The place is clean, well-kept, and even during busy hours, service is efficient and smooth.

Great food and service from Judy, tried the mixed beef dry mix noodles, chicken wings and scallion pancakes which were super crispy and included a very tasty spicy dip!

What a little gem on the hidden side of this restaurant area. Found them on Google, and were not disappointed in the ratings. Our party of 3 ordered an array of different apps. All very flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. Came out piping hot and were served perfectly. Great service provided. We had vegetable gyoza, vegetable stir fry rice, salt and pepper fried calamari, brown sugar rice cakes, and not to be missed Korean fried chicken. I am not a fan of calamari, but was still very good tasting after trying some. The have a variety of noodles and Ramen, other apps, rice, and Boba drinks among others. All are reasonably priced. Check it out yourself.

Really enjoyed my meal at Ji Bei Chuan! The noodles were perfectly chewy and coated with a flavorful sauce that wasn’t too heavy. The toppings like braised egg, meat, and beef tripe were tender and well-seasoned, cut generously without being dry. Portion size was great, flavors were authentic, and everything came together really well. Service was quick and the atmosphere was relaxed—definitely a place I’d come back to.

I recently visited Ji Bei Chuan and was truly impressed. The food is authentic and flavorful. The rice noodles are especially fresh and delicious, with a rich, satisfying broth. The hand-mixed noodles are perfectly seasoned and taste amazing. One of the highlights for me was the brown sugar glutinous rice cake (红糖糍粑),crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. The restaurant itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The interior design is stylish and full of character, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. On top of that, the staff are friendly and attentive, which makes the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for authentic flavors with great service and a unique setting, Ji Bei Chuan is definitely worth a visit.

First time being here. Food: pretty good variety of noodles and ramen choices. I ordered the Tonketsu Udon noodles and pork soup dumplings The dumplings were juicy and good. A little pricey but good The udon noodles and Tonketsu were delicious and not too salty. I do think they could have done better with more pork slices. 4/5 Service: waitress was amazing and attentive ; food came out on time. Waitress was very helpful with the menu 5/5 Atmosphere: super chill vibe place. Very bright and cohesive themed spot. Bathrooms were clean especially for late night 5/5 Definitely will come back to try other dishes

I got the mushroom and beef slices rice noodles which was savory. I wanted it a bit more salty so I adjusted it with salt, pepper and chili oil. The portions were a good size too for the price. Will definitely come back again.

Tired for first time yesterday. Really like decor of the restaurant. Server was extremely nice and she always made sure we were taken care of and refilled our drinks. Food was really good. Really like the pork dumplings and really enjoy the chicken Ramen. The portions were big and it was not overpriced either. Definitely recommend if you want to get some good Ramen or rice noodles soup.

I went to try this restaurant with a friend and we had a really good time. The decoration is really nice, there’s a cute spots to take pictures while having fun. We tried the snow queen (I had the strawberry one, it was extremely delicious; and my friend had the passion fruit one, which also was really good). We had the edamame and the pork gyozas as an entree, both were really good. We ordered the beef slices ramen, which were not the best we had tried but it was good overall. We also ordered the chicken fried rice, which was good overall. The service was nice and our server was good too. They have a whole wall full of labubus, which was a nice touch.

Always Delicious, Always a Surprise! I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Ji Bei Chuan — it’s that good! The broth is rich and full of flavor, the beef is tender, the tripe perfectly crunchy, and every ingredient soaks up that amazing soup. The cold beef platter is generous and delicious, with peanuts and cilantro adding the perfect touch. Not only is the food always on point, but the service is warm and welcoming, making me feel like I’m dining at a good friend’s home. Five stars every time. Fast service. The lychee and strawberry soju taste like cough syrup. (Update it's now a different brand). Otherwise wish we would have ordered more food. Reminds me of Tokyo. Their fried rice is very addicting. Update: we have eaten here 5 times andnwe don't live in Orlando. Fried rice still slaps. They have changed their menu slightly.

We stopped at this place at 1 pm on Sunday noon. There were still many customers inside. By looking at the surroundings we did not see many office buildings nor residential areas, wondering how they can support those 7-8 new restaurants in this location (both sides of the road). The restaurant is part of the franchise and we had been in their Houston location (locally the one near UCF was closed). The decor at this new restaurant was attractive, and the service was attentive. The food was good and we may want to try other things next time.

Was excited for the Fish Maw at first hearing it, since there aren’t many in the area. First impressions of the soup was uncommon but tastes actually good. It was on point for not being too watery or too herby. I enjoyed the portion of every topping in it. Noodles were also cooked well.

We enjoyed our visit! The ramen was flavorful and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s always fun trying new spots while traveling, and while the quality was solid, the $15 per bowl price felt a bit steep compared to what we’re used to back home in Houston. Still, if you’re in the Orlando area and craving a warm bowl of ramen, it’s worth checking out!

Comfortable layout cafe seating. friendly staffs, decent selection menu and reasonable price. Overall We enjoyed pickle broth Raman with sliced beef, pork belly Raman with mild flavor broth, and their signature thick chicken broth noodle soup. Raman and noodles are cooked perfectly. Takoyari appetizer was average.

Went just for some small bites and was disappointed. I highly recommend against the crispy pork, it was a piece of pork a centimeter in diameter and mostly just fried batter. There were two prices that had any substance. 1/5 for that, unless you like eating straight batter. The takoyaki was alright, 2/5, but it’s also not my favorite in general. Crab soup dumplings were actually good, 4/5, but it’s easy to please me with soup dumplings so take that with a grain of salt. We didn’t order any ramen which is the main attraction so I’m open to changing if I go back, but based on what we ordered I was let down.

The atmosphere at Ji Bei Chauan Rice Noodles and Ramen was definitely a highlight — clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t quite live up to the ambiance. We started with the crispy pork appetizer, which turned out to be mostly greasy fried dough with barely any pork — pretty disappointing. The fried rice came in a generous portion (easily shareable), but it was on the mushy side and loaded with iceberg lettuce and carrots, which didn’t really work for us. As for the ramen, it was just okay — nothing particularly flavorful or memorable. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but we’ve had better. Probably a one-and-done visit for us.

I always drive through here so I wanted to give it a go. Overall it was a mixed experience. The Broth was creamy and they are very generous on the noodle portions but it lacked flavor. The takoyaki looks nice but it is smothered with an overabundance of mayo. Once removed it became clear it is because the takoyaki are lackluster. The calamari batter was just not my thing and was softer/rubber than I expected Maybe it is better for other but for me I will pass.

We stay at Hilton Parc Soleil frequently so we were excited when this new ramen shop opened and were eager to try it on our next trip. We ate there on 8/20/25 and here are our impressions. The restaurant is not overly large, the dining room has maybe 15 tables or so. It’s very clean with a modern decor, though it can feel a bit stark at times. The tables are comfortable is spartan, and there are some condiments available on each (soy, vinegar, chili oil). Service was decent if not great, but we didn’t find ourselves waiting too long for service. We ordered chicken ramen, chicken fried rice, pan fried pork gyoza, and Korean fried chicken thighs. I’ll start with the good, the Korean fried chicken was excellent. One thing to note is that perhaps they ran out of thighs, because what we got was definitely strips of chicken breast. However, we like both kinds of meat and the breading was crispy and delicious. Definitely our favorite of the things we ordered. For the ramen, the broth was decent if a little bland. Perhaps the expectation is that each person is going to further season with soy, vinegar, oil etc which is fine. The noodles had a nice chew, and it came topped with seaweed, corn, mushrooms, and half of a boiled egg. It was an ok bowl of ramen but it didn’t really wow me, the chicken was a bit tough to chew and also bland. The gyoza were ok but didn’t seem like they were made in house, more likely a frozen brand from somewhere. They were lightly pan fried but not crispy, and the filling lacked flavor. We paid $8 for 6 of these and were disappointed. Lastly, the fried rice. I had high hopes for this because I’ve gotten awesome fried rice at other ramen shops and was hoping for the same thing. I didn’t order anything special, just ordered to come as they make it. For whatever reason, this restaurant puts chopped lettuce in their fried rice which I’ve never experienced before. I generally like lettuce, but can say for me it did not work well in fried rice. The lettuce wilted as you’d expect (unlike say cabbage which I very much like in fried rice), and it watered down the flavors. The worst part for me though was just the texture, all the moisture from the lettuce made the entire dish soggy and unappealing. There was also a definite fishy taste to the dish, I don’t know if they use fish sauce in their seasoning or if it was just the remnants from other dishes, but I noticed it. I will say that I’m very sensitive to fishy tastes and don’t like them, others may find it appealing. All in all, we paid about $50 with tip for what we had and came away disappointed. It could be that they just have a style of food that we don’t enjoy, but after this experience it would be highly doubtful if we were to ever go back.

The food was basically pre-made dishes, all about “high-tech processing and heavy additives.” You’d think that would mean the food comes out quickly, but instead the service was extremely slow. The staff said they only had one pot cooking? And because we ordered last, ours was slow? If they had just told us upfront that it would take a long time, we wouldn’t have eaten there at all! When we arrived, it wasn’t even busy—there were plenty of empty seats. We ordered their signature dishes, and if even the signature dishes take this long to prepare, they really shouldn’t be in business. Orlando is way too tolerant of Chinese restaurants—probably because there aren’t many options. With this kind of food quality and service, in a big city with a large Chinese population, they’d go out of business very quickly. We even saw other customers leave because their food took too long and never came out.

The food is good. But One male server's attitude doesn't really nice.I came here alone and that time almost everywhere is full with the black seat so I sat on a 6 people table. When the other 6 people who came. The guy request me to move to a table near the Well.I'm in the middle of eating and not very happy about it.He just feel this is what I am supposed to do .I think I arrive first and have the equal right as the other customer .If he ask me nicely I won't give this bad feedback. But I don't like his attitude.
