Tasty! Tastes fresher than the poke bowl (town & country). Just opened and have been here multiple times. Great fast fresh healthier alternative. Have ordered in and Uber eats. Definitely worth stopping by to check it out if you like poke.
I tried like 10 poke's in Bay Area. This one definitely is the Number 1. Consistent flavor, good fish.
I love the service from the people working here (Allan, Rafa and Lucia), besides the fresh fish and how clean is always everything! It’s a must for you if you in the Stanford mall and you love poke 🙂
Six stars minus one star because the sides are like a two rating = 5 stars Best poke I’ve ever had Extremely high quality Delicious sauces & toppings too They put Care into their food Thank you all!! I’ll probably be ordering consecutive days in a row :-) I wish they would offer one size smaller as the “small bowl “is a lot of food. Also the first time I ordered from here the crab side topping killed my stomach but The topping has been fine since
Love this place. They have 2 sizes here. Large and Regular. You get like 5 scoops of fish options with a large and 3 for the regular. The food ALWAYS tastes fresh here. My favorite is their signature poke. 😋 It is cafeteria typ of service. You point and select your options or they have a menu you can choose from. No fountain drink self serve machine but they do have three types of juices they have daily and a mini drink bar selection. Bathroom inside and some seating inside as well as out. They have a nice pitcher of water for anyone, free of charge. Parking is in the parking garage and is located next to McDonalds. This place is a bit pricey but worth it. My kid loves coming here.
Always love having my lunch here. It gets busy so I come during late lunch. Love that tap water is provided if you don't want to pay for your drinks. Utensils are also provided. Choose either regular spoon/fork or chopsticks for dine-in. There aren't a lot of seats inside but there are more outside. It's also near the covered parking lot, so I can easily park in, eat, and leave without passing by the tempting stores on the area, lol. I wish I had taken pictures, but I keep forgetting when I am eating here. Also, I usually skip breakfast, so I always order the large bowl, which is just the right amount for my appetite. The 5 fish choices mean I will have a few fish meat on every bite. So I think 3 fish orders are just fine.
Great poke place in the area. The fishes are seasoned really well, the toppings are fresh, sauces tasty, and price reasonable. I won't say this place is outstanding, but if you live nearby its definitely worth checking out. Vegetarian option is available (tofu) which is quite good as well
Very friendly people, David suggested us according to our taste, very kind! Large poke was so good that I will go back again. Only the place could be more cozy.
Fun first experience building our own bowl at Go Fish Poke Bar 🥗🍣 It was our first time making a custom poke bowl, and the process was easy and enjoyable. For the base, we did half sushi rice and half organic greens. You can choose up to three proteins, so we added salmon, tuna, and shrimp, plus crab salad on greens. Avocado and fish roe were extras, and totally worth it. We finished it off with sauces like sesame and spicy aioli, and toppings including tempura flakes, sesame seeds, garlic furikake, green onions, and cucumbers. Everything came together into a super fresh, flavorful, and delicious poke bowl. Great quality ingredients and a fun, customizable experience—we’ll definitely be back.
The large size is genuinely HUGE :))) very happy with the portion and quality of fish.
Really food. God price. Good portion. Service is really good. You can eat outside. Good atmosphere. I got a large bowl with a 5 fish, it was $18. Wasn’t busy when I came. There’s a free parking close by.
Best place for poke in the Bay Area. Handrolls, musubis and more. Service is fast.
love this place for poke! It’s definitely pricier than the nearby Poke House in Town & Country and has smaller portions but I like the premade mixes they have. I usually get the premixed sesame gomae shrimp, the veggie mix, and the seared shouyu salmon. Since the mixes are already flavored you don’t need to even add sauce and it tastes delicious. I also recently discovered you can request all salad and no rice as the base so combined with the poke you can have a really savory salad! Anyways this place is great if you want a light and relatively healthy yet still tasty meal. The service is pretty fast when I go (albeit I usually go just before they close so they’re never busy then). The inside of the restaurant is modern but warm. I also like how they have inside and outside seating so you can sit outside when it’s warm.
One of the best poke restaurants in the Bay Area. The fish seems to be very high quality, and they give you a sizable portion. Their rice is very good, and many of their toppings are free. Some toppings, like avocado, cost $1 extra. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes poke, or who wants to try it for the first time.
A great place for a quick lunch if you love seafood. Highly recommend. After I ate this Poke it is hard to find a good Poke back in London!
So good. Fresh fish. Amazing toppings. Get a large bowl at a reasonable price. Pictured: large bowl with salmon, seared salmon, signature poke mix, white rice, and most of the toppings.
It was so good and fresh. I never can find a good sushi rolls around here so the poke bowl is a very good alternative. Please , add an option to add red caviar like I ate in a poke bowl in Hawaii for $20. I would gladly pay a few extra dollars for that.
5/5 - Wow I ordered the miso beef short rib special on a whim and it was one of the best cooked meats I've had in a while. The miso flavor was amazing, the fat melted in my mouth and the meat fell off the bone. I would've paid $30 instead of $15 for this at a fine dining restaurant. The picture doesn't do it justice but trust me, you'll love it.
Love this place! Fish is super fresh, sauces are good, and portions are large. Great place to stop for lunch at SSC!

Pricy but worth the money if you are tired of traditional sushi. Portions are not super-sized, be prepared if you are hungry.
Fresh fish. Portions could be bigger for the price, but overall really good. The guy who served me had a dunder mifflin shirt so that is a huge plus.
Can’t wait to go back. really enjoyed the salmon hand roll. They even had veggie options for my boyfriend.

Line rolls fast, busy place with limited seating in and outside. Food looked and tasted good. Depending on how wet your food choice is the serving bowl may not last long. They don't take AMEX and don't have NFC payment yet.
Pros: - fairly priced compared to other local poke spots - good portions - super friendly staff - sometimes play songs from the Twilight soundtrack - easy to steal wifi from the McDonalds next door Cons: - limited veggie topping options
Good, fresh tasting poke bowls and hand rolls. Can be slow and expensive, not a place to relax. As long as you're planning to buy and take out, you'll enjoy your poke bowl.
This was my first time ever having a poke bowel. I tried the sesame shrimp on white rice with avocado, cucumbers, sesame sauce and onion crisps. I found the bowl to be flavorful. I was very pleased with the food. However, I ended up feeling nauseous later on. I am not one to have light stomach and honestly don't remember the last time I got sick from a meal. Could have been a fluke. Also, I was shocked to pay $20 for 1 bowl of food.
No frills counter order style Japanese meals mainly bowls and rolls within the vibrant shopping center. The filling to rice ratio for the rolls are substantial. Seating is limited while most sales are for takeouts and quick bites at the outdoor tables. A good place for snacking or if you are craving for rice meals.
Service was pretty efficient so good job guys. Quality is fresh and not bad for a location at a mall. Pricey due to Yay area's standards, however, imho, they could do better with the quantity. We've been at other spots that justify their quantity with their high price. Comparing the large to small bowl doesn't have a big difference with quantity, just the price. So we recommend to stick with a small or and for the Kids...get them the Kid's bento box.
So yummy, feels like I’m in Hawaii. Thank you for being here. Amazing selection of food. Oh my Geee!!! The ribs fall off the bone delicious. The chicken is just nailed it, balanced with ginger and soy...I’m an addict for your food. Love the healthy choices and great offerings- brown rice and salads. Yummy Yes yes
Mar 2023: Still tasty, but the portion sizes seem to have gotten a bit smaller, at least for the large poke bowl, and the rice was a bit too cold. (3 star) Mar 2019: Recommended for a quick bite! Tasty, friendly service, well priced at $12 for three hand rolls. The rolls were freshly made. I chose spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and shrimp tempura; the shrimp tempura was warm and perfectly crispy. The others were tasty and delightful. Will return for some more. (5 star)

Totally disappointed today by their sushi rice. It isn’t cooked properly. Crunchy and hard with some bites, and at other bites a bit mushy. End of day rice? I dunno but it’s usually very good. Going to have to give this place a break for a while.
Last year I ordered go fish Poké bar a lot, and the customer service was on point. i’ve been noticing the down trend on customer service they’re not picking up the phones at all. I placed an order through Uber Eats just to make sure I can get the correct sauce and dietary restrictions that I need for the order. I called the store five times no one picked up my Uber driver is there and I am relying on Uber to pass information to the restaurant but knowing Uber eats they don’t do that that well. I tried calling the restaurant a dozen times and no one‘s picking up their service and customer support is terrible, but the food is very good and the atmosphere is very good. Go fish Poke bar please fix this cause you guys are really good before what’s going on.
Situated in Stanford Shopping Center, prices are definitely high. The seats are high (I am 5'10'') inside the restaurant so it would be uncomfortable to sit for a long time. The atmosphere inside was also not very welcoming, with staff being not very attentive, although not necessarily rude. For example, there was a station where customers can pour their own cup of water, but even when it was out, no one seems care enough to refill it, even though they were not helping any customers. Food was very fresh, but serving quality can definitely use some improvement. For example, one bowl was only half full, but the other two were near the top of the bowl. It would have been helpful for staff to pay more attention to what is missing or needed in the restaurant, and be more consistent in measuring out the portions in the bowls. Granted, it was not measured by weight but by volume, but a bowl that was literally half full was very apparent from one that is nearly full. I did not wish to complain to the staff as I do not frequent the place often but it was something I have never witnessed in my life: a stark contrast of a literally half-full bowl to a nearly-full bowl is just not something one can easily forget. If the staff can be more attentive (and perhaps more welcoming) and be more consistent in measuring out the portions, the higher prices are definitely worth it.
Sooo the scoops have become considerably smaller- the friendly service worker shyly admitted that they were ordered to reduce their scoop sizes. Quality is great, service is great, but unfortunately I just wasn't full at the end of my meal so I don't expect to return. :(
I came here for lunch two days in a row and was a bit disappointed with how things have changed. The portions have noticeably shrunk — they’re now using something like an ice cream scooper for the protein, and the containers are smaller too. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up, not down, which makes it even more frustrating. It’s sad to see how inflation is creeping in and affecting even our go-to lunch spots.

Usually I like this place, but yesterday‘s poke bowl gave me a very upset stomach, not sure if it’s food poisoning. 2 hrs after eating I was vomiting for hours and still feel nauseated, sick and sleepless all night. I had not eaten anything else other than the tuna, shrimps and salmon mix… please check correct handling and storage of the raw fish…
Expensive! Small portions! Not the best poke experience! I’ve had better pokes! They didn’t have edamame and very little options for sides and sauces! 15,00 USD the Small bowl and 17,00 The Big Bowl (which is actually medium size)
I understand it’s inside a mall but very small portion and there’s hardly any toppings.

Ordered bowls online for pickup. Unfortunately the bowls were not created and were missing the sauce toppings making the bowl pretty dry. Didn’t have any crab salad either. Was excited for the meal, but didn’t come out as I had expected. Maybe done order online and go through the line to build your bowl directly.
They have an ant problem inside. They shut down before their hours end…what’s the point of even having hours when they throw in the towel 30min before closing… showed up at 7:30 and they had clearly been packing up since 7 or 7:15. Pointed at the sign showing 8pm as their close fine and they just waved me off. Come on, be better Food is solid if a bit overpriced (hard to mess up Poke as long as you source good fish), but hey it’s Stanford shopping center what are ya gonna do
Horrible portion sizes. Absolute scam. Ordering a large bowl is filled half way and the same amount of food as regular. Not worth your money, save yourself from this scam
My poke was basically just rice and salmon. No veges no sauce. Normally I enjoy any poke very much, but not this one. I could not even finish it, and while I was eating it I was very unhappy with the quality. Wont go again.
