Mixed bag in customer service. Many workers are decent in diner order which I'm grateful for and thank you for that. There's a time where you'll get a newbie that takes forever to get your coffee order, and when they screw up in causing the delay, the lack of accountability or ownership in the situation is mind mind-boggling -- work ethics is lacking there.

Great people working here, very decent cleanliness and high efficiency of this restaurant. When using the drive through, I've never had issues with mixing up orders, incorrect order fulfilled, or any significant delays. During the pandemic, all staff always wears masks, and seems very effective at keeping the food and customers safe. Thank you, staff, and I hope you are being rewarded for the risks you are taking! I'll continue to visit this location, and I hope it stays open for long. 2024 edit: This place has gone downhill since 2020-2022. Prices doubled or tripled, even as supply chain issues are not prevalent any more. But most annoying is that now it takes literal 20-30 minutes to pick up an order as simple as just medium fries! I am talking, literally standing in the lobby, or sitting in your car, for 20-30 minutes, in a crowd of similarly annoyed customers, for an order that takes less than a minute to fulfill. This happens both around 6-7pm, and well after 9pm. I don't recommend this place if you want your food in any reasonable amount of time.

Ok I order to in and they call me to the counter once to pick it up. I order in and then give me an empty cup with my order so now I gotta walk away from my food and go to the soda machine. I order in and they give me a complete order but forget the napkins I order in and they don't follow the instructions like th photo. They are always missing something here. these are my experiences here in the past month.

Had the RUDEST cashier ever. Unbelievably rude for no reason. She had attitude and it stunk. I felt so bad but everybody around watched and listened in horror while I politely asked for 2 fresh coffees. She should not be working serving customers. She needs to work on her attitude first and foremost. On top of that, though the pricing was great, the coffee tasted only so-so. Come McDonald's surely you can hire more pleasant, mature people rather this lazy unwilling woman!

The middle aged guy working behind the counter today (12/4) was unbelievably rude. He cut me off multiple times when I asked if my order was ready and walked away while I was politely asking for my order mid sentence (I’d been waiting for 30 minutes, it was not busy). Finally after arguing with me turns out it had been prepared and was sitting on the counter behind him for 10 minutes!!

UPDATE: Saw some minivans at the drive through with a bunch of kids and I know how that goes. So, I got out of the car and went into the restaurant. Stood there 10 minutes with only one employee addressing me saying she'd be right with me as soon as she dropped 2 shakes and then she walked by me and didn't speak to me again. There was another employee who walked right up to the register making change for something while I was standing literally right across the counter and she didn't say anything to me, just walked away. Not impressed. ******************************************* The trick to getting a good fast food fix at McDonald's is to request fresh fries and your burger with a special order like no mustard or salt. Pretty damn good food if you do that because it's fresh and tasty. A nice treat.

This is a PSA that this location is permanently closed and is planned for demolition. Despite numerous attempts to list this place as permanently closed on Google Maps, some ill-informed or potentially malicious user keeps editing this location to be shown as operating normally.

Worst service ever! Extremely rude people! It is better shutdown. To each drive through driver they were rude, I could see it. When my turn came I realized I can’t hear them at all, background noise and she is speaking to someone in parallel, or they weren’t focussing on my order , so I ask politely -Hi are you taking my order ? Response - yeah! I thought you are talking to yourself!. And for that I got a dry old bread and a cold patty without lettuce, sauce and nothing in it. Please shut this place down.

I work doing delivery, I go to this store daily. Today a customer made a report because his food arrived half an hour later than expected. Who takes responsibility for this? The problem is mine, not yours. If you are unable to serve your customers, close the store.

1 filet of cheese NO cheese, small fries and a large carmel frappuccino. Recived, after 35 mins, 1 filet of fish WITH cheese, cold fries and a carmel cappuccino! Worst ever experience at a McDonald's!
