I am getting so sick of my own cooking! So Panda Express to the rescue! I love the just right portions. Really like the variety & nutritious way the foods are wokked up for us. It's like having a great chef, right there in front of you; fixing you a most delicious meal. Go there take your friends. Take out or sit down. Wherever we visit n stay ... Panda Express is always consistent. It was a close drive to where we're staying. Chowmein is always tasty .. chicken n green beans is my staple. My hubby loves chowmein n Honey Walnut shrimp n eggplant. If y take their short survey online .. get a # add to your receipt n get small Free 3rd entree. Brought to our room. I was going take pic of my Hubby's plate ... He eats too fast 🤣

We came on friday evening to have a dinner. The place is easy to find, there is parking right outside including a rack for bikes. The space Inside is not large, around 10 tables. When We came, the space was not crowded bit not empty either. We ordered two plates (each ~10usd) and a cola, we sat at a table by the window. The table and chairs were clean. The food came in large portions and was very tasty (i ordered my favourite - sesame honey chicken), however, indeed, not so healthy (but that is known in advance) :)) Overall it was a very good experience. The service was fast and polite, the food - warm and tasty, the interior clean.

Sometimes you feel like Panda Express. This location was clean, had a good selection of entrees at waist level (or slightly lower), and was priced under $10. The bathroom is gender specific, and outside, and was clean. The location is wheelchair accessible, and there is an outside parking lot. Yes, it's full of sugar, fat, and especially salt. Yes, it's White Washed true Chinese cuisine, but for fast food, Panda Express is a good choice. Family friendly, and ethnically diverse. $$ out of $$$$$. I would recommend Panda Express.

Got to watch the servers. Sometimes a little skimpy with the servings. Depends on the server. Taste is at least consistent though. COVID 19 safety protocols are practiced by staff. That's much appreciated.

Food is good, American-Chinese style. Orange chicken is the classic. The indoor dining experience is not 5 star, but for the most part service is good.

You know what you're getting at The Panda. This one is no different. Inexpensive, unhealthy, yet tasty fast food. Healthier and tastier than most other comparable fast food joints. Still that doesn't mean you won't get a batch of rice that has been sitting in the steamer for too long and gives you a stomachache. But this is the risk you're willing to take when you eat at The Panda!

I was looking for a quick lunch and happen to come here. Service was quick but the portion size compared to other Panda Express was a little lacking. Besides that, same great flavors.

Good quality food. For steam table cuisine, they manage to keep the vegetables from getting over cooked. Flavors are good, but many items are sweeter than they need to be.

Most people probably already know panda express, so not sure what to say.. the food is Chinese fast food. Very salty and oily, but that's what makes it good. Panda express claims not to use any MSG, but I believe they use some variation because the food tasted is very enhanced and you're usually thirsty after eating. Why do I give them 4 stars then? Because I already knew all these things and came with those expectations. I know it's not healthy food, so I limit myself to once or twice a month. It's a good fast food option so that you're not only eating burgers. It's also pretty cheap, since the plate with 2 entrees cost $7.50 and you can get a 3rd entree free if you complete an online survey with your ticket (so don't throw it away and after your first purchase, you'll just have a free side entree each time). That's plenty of food for me to eat lunch and leftovers dinner, So technically I'm spending less than $4/meal:) The system is easy to understand, you chose bowl or plate and then rice/noodle/steamed veggies and 1~3 entrees. The price will depend on the size you chose and there is an extra charge for shrimp dishes.

The food was great, but I feel that more lavender hints in my G.U.W would have elevated the dining experience. Food choice is quite important and especially with a tough dish like G.U.W, I am willing to let it slide. Next time I expect more lavender though.

Tried new shrimp wok fired entre. This is same as honey walnut shrimp. Good as usual.

Food is the better than any other panda I’ve been to, however the employees 2 female (Indian?) are very rude to customers as well as fellow coworkers. They should really stop being rude towards people, if they are not happy about the work they do they should change their profession. I felt very bad for the Indian male and Asian male working with these two young women. And please accept my apologies as I did not see name tag other than on Tanish.

When I crave Chinese food that’s quick and easy, I go to Panda Express—and this location is the best within a 10-mile radius. The dishes aren’t drowned in sweet sauce, which makes a real difference. The beef and broccoli and the chicken breast with string beans are genuinely tasty and feel lighter than most fast-food options.

Good prices and portions, panda is really popular and usually students come around here, looks clean and the workers are friendly. Also you can get fresh food, perfect for different occasions. The recommendations are; orange chicken, chicken teriyaki. You also can mix rice and Noddles. 😊

It is Panda Express - no surprises. Great if you run out of time or other options or you need the Orange chicken fix. The location is easy to reach, parking is available and it is rather clean. In peak hours you can notice tables not being cleaned as fast as desired.

Often busy. It's right off of the busy road El Camino so there's usually always a line. Be prepared to wait especially if your there on Friday. Staff was very nice and did there best to hurry the lines along.

The food here was on par for what to expect from a Panda Express restaurant. The dining room was not very well cleaned. We were not overly impressed and will likely not return here for another meal.

Working a lot of OT today and unable to leave until late today. I ordered this through Doordash and was sad to find my bowl like this. I ordered a 1/2 chow mein and 1/2 fried rice with KUNG PAO and 3 ragoons.

I love Panda Express. But this joint is not up to Panda's usual standard. The service was slow while not many customers were around at 8:30pm on Sunday night. The place was not clean. Kitchen was quite a mess. Panda needs to pay more attention here.

Very friendly staff....especially Sabrina! Food choices were slim, empty trays so I had to wait 10 minutes to get what I went there for. All in all...Sabrina made it well worth the wait. Very entertaining.

Arrived at about 8:45 pm. Getting crowded. I think their menu and pricing is confusing. Only time I have seen a menu that says, "Starting at ..." I wound up paying a lot more than I thought I would pay. Food was meh. Not freshly made. Some of the teriyaki chicken was almost rubbery.

I like Panda, I eat often. But this location the food doesn't taste the same. The cream cheese Rangoon has butter taste others don't have. Chicken teriyaki does not taste the same as other locations. The Pepsi machine got to be cleaned. The service was good as panda standards. It won't make me stop eating at Panda at all.

Every time I have come in to this place the soda macgine is broken or they have no ice or they are all out of something. The tables are always dirty the trash is full. I thought because of the location it would be nicer then most but its the total opposite. Sad

If you come at lunch time during the weekend, they won't have about one third of the entrees options available. It takes between 5 min if you're lucky or 20 min if you are not. Either they need more employees or they need to be better organized.

I used to stop at Panda at least one a week. Then they stopped serving pot stickers and I stopped going to Panda. How many years is that......nice one Panda. Not serving pot stickers .......dumb. I get a better meal at an Indian take out within a food store for less than $10.

It's fast food and it's cheap. The service was a little disinterested. But I got my food reasonably quickly. It was what I expected. You do very a lot of food for very little money.

Order was completely wrong, I walked into correct it she gives me a tiny box of Angus beef, which in my opinion is not worth it anymore, I'll never do it again they do things under the desqiuse of mushrooms, and veggies. Not the first time incredible so I actually count the chunks of so-called Angus beef, which I don't think it is it's too chewy for one, three chunks of Angus so-called beef, so after that I had to go back in again because I said half and half and they put all noodles. Then they wanted to see my receipt again, I explained to them I was just in here 30 seconds ago and then the girl walks over oh I'm sorry and then they dump some rice on top. I don't know what to say I usually don't complain about nothing but this time was, unbelievable, along with that they acted like it was my fault.

This restaurant is strategically located on el Camino Real. It's a short drive from Stanford university / hospital. There was ample parking when I went. The food is Panda Express standard. The only downside is the customer service. The gentleman at the cashier didn't look like he wanted to be working today. His attitude and demeanor ruined an almost great experience.

Foods solidly average. They were out of most of the entrees. I asked if they were going to make more and they said no so I just left. So I guess unreliable is how it describe the place.

I'm afraid all the reviews talking about this place being well below Panda standards are right on target. My impression of the service is that of a bunch of kids, on their very first job, who've received minimal training, and no supervision, and are slowly conforming to the lowest common denominator amongst them. A special mention goes out to the cook. I have never seen a Panda Express cook move so slowly. And since he was the only cook while I was there, it was a problem. The girl who waited on me seemed afraid to tell him that they needed more veggies, (she was probably afraid of overwhelming him). Finally, after he had slowly churned out three other dishes, she mentioned it to him. And then she disappeared. The veggies finally came out...and sat on the counter. I basically had to order all over again with someone else, even though I had already paid. Oh, and my table was dirty. On the plus side, the food was good.

Food is good, but not everything is available at times. The supervisor makes herself TOO heard and known. When she shouts orders it's very irritating, and I sometimes leave because of it, and go to eat at the Fish Market down the street instead. Who needs the aggravation around a meal you are suppose to enjoy ?!

Noodles were overcooked n dry, no flavor on fry rice. The only good thing with flavor was orange chicken and broccoli beef . Also they ran out of to go plates. Giving you bowl with no covers. Really dissatisfied

Food is solid and priced very nicely, but they tried to charge me for something I did not order. It’s really disappointing when they try to pull that off… I probably would not go back. If you go, I recommend checking the charges.

Lelani need to get better in costumer service... Plus there's another tall guy that came and grave a rice pot without lid he lift the pot with the jacket he's wearing and start serving the plates. He didn't have a batch name. I don't recommend this place. There was a long line waiting and they where focused on online orders. It takes us more than 10 minutes to grave a plate.

Long line, only one doing service, 20 minutes wait.. do not use their mobile aplication cause your food wont be ready when you arrive. Crossing the street is POKI BOWL restaurant .. and is better to get faster food there.

Foods are so bland. The honey walnut shrimp are very salty. The chow mein is not cooked. Overall all the foods I ordered wasn't good. Not going back there anymore.

I went in to get honey walnut shrimp only to have them ignore me at the front of the line while filling out 10 online orders. By the time they finished every online order they had they finally decided to take my order but it was too late as all the honey walnut shrimp was gone. Do not go to this panda express location. Edit: also watch out if Kevin is scooping your entre he jips you on the amount. Its like he's counting the exact number of pieces recommended in their manual as he scoops like I watched him count one by one as he gave me exactly 6 shrimp on my honey walnut order and went out of his way to avoid scooping me any walnuts Edit: It would take me too long to describe how much this panda location has fallen apart. I wish I could leave more one star reviews to keep people away. This location needs to be shutdown or completley restarted or put under new management. Its a disaster in every way. I wish it wasn't the only panda close to my work.

This place is a racket. They refuse to cancel orders that their online system misordered. The other location I was supposed to get the order was unwilling to assist with the order at all and due to not being a "member" of their online ordering system they are completely unwilling to make things right. "Panda express we steal you money"

Terrible service. Out of white rice. Cashier was having a bad day and it was heavily affecting his attitude. Minimal parking capacity. Doors wide open everywhere because of the heat inside. Bathrooms are outside and around back.

It was disgusting. The quality of the food seems to have gone way down. Everything was extremely greasy. It looks like they're recycling food from previous day by basting it with oil and reheating... In addition, the "beijing beef" had rubbery coating with almost zero meat and the few pieces that had some meet in them tasted horrible.

I have been to Panda Express a couple times in the past. But it was the first time I've been to this one in Palo Alto. I was dropped off by a friend running errands to hang loose for a hour or so. So, I thought I would give Panda a try again. Hmmm interesting I picked to three item lunch. The Hispanic lady that serve me cautiously scoop the items into the box and I noticed she start to scoop part of it back into the tray. Ok, let us see when I paid for it and got it. It felt incredibly light, almost like it was empty. When I opened the box it was half empty. Okay, she's trying to make money for owner. Nope, within a few minutes a large Hispanic group came in and as she filled their boxes she can barely close it, it was so full. I am Asian American and I guess, we are not welcome it this establishment. I have encountered this in the past on rare occasions, quite rare. The management of this Panda Express may be in need if closer scrutiny by the owners. It would be hard to believe the owners would approve of this. Also, upon paying, they didn't even give me my change, it was less than 20 cents, but the cashier just handed me the receipt. The food was meh, pretty marginal, I would be hard press to go to another Panda Express.

This is the worst service I have ever seen in a restaurant. I waited 45 minutes for an online order. Then I tried to cancel the order which the people there don't know how to do. Then I call the number they provided which nobody picks up. They should be banned from doing business. Wasted 2 hours. What a scam!

Walked in today at 3:35 pm. One of the employees standing behind the food sneezed in the open air ; she was holding some containers (bottles) . I walked out. Can't believe she would do this . I am a Registered Nurse...This is not Fake news . Management please take precautions

The last 3 times I've gone to eat here there has been at least a 10 minute wait in line with an additional 10-15 minutes to cook the 1 item you're actually there to eat. Whoever designed this restaurant has no concept of a working kitchen

Employee was rude. I order online and decided to get drinks so i got in line and Bryan ask which plate was ours and we told him we were just getting drinks he said you have to wait in line. Which we were already waiting in line so he got mad and didnt give us our mobile order and had us wait there for 20 mins we asked multiple times about our order. Another employeee we asked went and check on the mobile order rack and our food had been there since we got there. He just didnt gave it to us! Thank you Bryan for wasting my 30 mins of lunch break.

Always inconsistent serving sizes. Yet the prices keep going up. When I asked for the correct portion size of chicken from HAN she all of the sudden couldn’t speak English and kept saying that I’m good. I will drive to the next town instead of here again. Avoid this location

They have poor management. I walked in and the items I wanted were empty. Asked how long until they would have more, they said 5 minutes. I waited almost 10 minutes and asked again, they said oh at least another 10 minutes, you can wait. Well needless to say I didn't wait. They were cooking items that were still half full before they were cooking the empty items (they had been empty for over 5 minutes when I first arrived). The manager said that is how they cook things in order. I told her she can't manage obviously and walked out.

We went to pickup food around 8:45pm and they had already stopped cooking 45 minutes ago. I asked them why and they said we just don't. They should publish on their website that only left overs i.e. few items 3-4 if you are lucky will be served in the last hour and a half. Chef was willing to cook but this girl in the front taking orders didn't wanted him to do anything. Also, when the chef finally agreed to cook just chowmein..another customer came and wanted the same so it ended being less for my order. Chef wanted to cook more to make up but the same front customer service girl said...No..let me adjust two orders into three. I was charge full price for both of mine. Couldn't get anything else... Honestly, I get happy with bottom end service considering its reasonable and make sense. I understand this is a franchise but company should definitely look into this because it will really bring the original company reputation down if not already. I do want to give negative 1000 but yelp is too nice and does not offer that option. I love Panda express and will continue to eat but NEVER at this location in this and all future lifes. People should avoid this 2 star rating location. Sad..and I hope they change their staff and make the Panda Express Name Shine again.

Not a friendly staff, I try to avoid this specific location when I’m in the area because some of the staff members are not friendly and the portions they serve here are less compared to other PE I’ve visited. I was starving and I was in a hurry, and decided to eat here. Love the food of PE, I usually go once a week to eat, but last time I’m this location, experience was not good at all!

I was saddened by my visit. There was no food in bowls to choose from, items missing and the woman taking my order was dismissive when I voiced my opinion. Furthermore she never gave me a receipt when i went back i noticed the sign said if you don't receive a receipt your order is free. I pointed this out she said sorry sorry here is your receipt. I pointed out sign she then ignored me. This is not the Panda Express I know.

The customer service is the most terrible I have ever seen. I ordered Pacific Chili Shrimp and they told me 10 minutes, so I said sure I could wait. However, after 20 minutes, I was still waiting. I asked the person in charge (a short girl) what took so long like 20 minutes, she not only did not apologize, but asked for my receipt to see the transaction time (she doubted it was really 20 minutes) - and yes it proved to be more than 20 minutes. How is this even possible to treat customer like this? She was extremely rude and impatient, and did a poor job explaining. I will never come to this Panda again and this is one of the poorest experience I have ever had in dining industry! Yes, I got refund for *that item*, and it also took them extra 10 minutes just to do that, and I left Panda without eating much.

Incomplete order, they charged 4 and gave me 3 plates, also forgot soda, I had to remind them but I didn’t see plate missing until I got home; the other plates were a little lighter than usual, they are making some extra cash during this crisis. Check thoroughly even if they gave you the evil eye, thats just tactics so you don’t take time to check bag. Food was cold and it seems it was from way earlier, no fresh stuff. Shame on them.

Ordered the day before. Food was not ready when I picked up on 2/3. I was told I have to wait because they are working on another big orders. Very disappointed. Every customer should be treated the same. The manager should be aware of this and train the employees prioritize things and value everyone.

The workers had very bad service. When I arrived, they had the food but the chomew was missing and they left the plates alone without the food. I told him to put the food in because I don't have much time to wait. He said, "Don't worry, it's late, nobody comes anymore." So more people came in and the food ran out. I got upset because he made me wait more than half an hour for my food. It doesn't seem fair to me. That's bad service.

Need paper towels.. need to lock the door? Good luck with that. Food was just ok and not up to par with other locations. Google pay doesn't work there unlike other locations.

Just a heads up for all you who order pick up. Check your food before you leave. I ordered a bowl last night honey walnut shrimp with fried rice. When I pulled out the bowl to each lunch at night. Bowl only had three shrimps. Like come on in that case should have just ordered rice by itself.

Waited a while for my mobile order. People waited in line got their food faster than I did. Portion was small. BUT Food was not that good at all!! Beef was over cooked, orange chicken was so hard, and Kung Pao chicken was kinda stale. Also, I asked for two hot sauce. I got two soy sauce, two sweet and sour, but only one hot sauce… Definitely not coming back here again.
