Best coffee around. Asked for it iced! They have the Carmel syrup which is chock full of sugar and calories, but the occasional splurge is worth it.

Its 7:15 and I've been at the drive through for 25 mins they are the slowest yet best tasting McDonalds I've ever been to. I normally dont eat McDonald's at all but this one deff cooks their food with love. Just wish I didnt have to wait soo long.

I have to be honest, I don't like to go McDonald's when I'm in a rush because they take forever but this particular location OMG!!! PROOF ME WRONG!!! THEY ARE AMAZING 👏 💯 SO PROFESSIONAL, FAST and all my order perfectly handled 👏 😀 👌 🙌 Really great customer service and the taff over efficient!!!

I am thrilled to see that this location has finally reopened after the renovations. I have it looks like great! At first I was a little concerned when I learned that the seating was going to be reduced. But it occurred to me that it made sense since so many people are having their orders delivered. I really like the barstools as a seething option. I like it so much that what I’ve been using. I am sure many will use the new kiosks to place their orders. But they aren’t for me.

The food quality was excellent here. I am from the boroughs so stopping here on some errands was a no brainer since I figure it was a regular degular McDonald's but I was wrong. I was impressed how fast the drive through was for it to be so late at night. Inside was closed but I could see it was clean. French fries was very fresh and hot. I got a cheeseburger and to my surprise the patties were thoroughly seasoned and delish. I forgot that the Spanish ran McDonald's tend to dash a lil of that Sazon on their burgers. The same was the case back in like 2005 when Spanish staff was in the one in Manhattan on W 34th St. The best seasoned Quarter lb-ers you ever had. Anyhoo...they don't do that in Brooklyn so I enjoyed not having a ketchup ridden blah patty. The soda was nice, cold, well mixed. They have an auto soda dispenser so everything was exact. I would go back there if ever in Deer Park again. It was a nice quick bite that really hit the spot like I needed it to.

10/10. Wow. This McDonalds had the best fresh fries I’ve had in a long time. The interior still has the retro design that brings you back to your childhood. Customer service was 10/10. Our cashier was Sidel, he was friendly, polite, and energetic!

This place was very good before but now it is great. The customer service is professional and very friendly. Everytime i go at any hour my food is hot drinks cold and filled with ice and no drink in it like the other place down the block. The order comes out at reasonable amount of time and its always correct. I never had to go back in and complain. And when I get delivery it is perfect and they do it neatly and I get it earlier than expected. 5 stars all the way.

did drivethru today and felt like posting a review. This McDonald's is great. Today I noticed that they added a second lane in the drive through, I have been coming here for at least 15 years and do not notice a difference in the wait in the line. The lines merge anyway. I DO like that they upkeep how the place looks , they recently remodeled and the MCD looks clean & new. The parking lot is marked and painted well-- for that, GOOD JOB. I can't stand going into a parking lot where the stalls are faded out, the stop signs fell down, or the arrows washed away. Very clean parking lot. Nice upkeep. Kudos

For some reason they took like 15 minutes (from the time I ordered to the time I got my food) and there were only 2 cars in front of me. It seemed like the first car had to wait the longest for their food.

Everyone is polite that work the first and last shift can't say the same for mid shift they have a attitude problem. And sucks that if you in the mood for a shake and it's between 3am-8am you not getting one cause the machine is down no ice cream nothing between those hours no matter what day it is total bummer

It allowed people inside!!!!! Walking in was.much quicker than the drive up. Ordered the sausage egg and cheese in the afternoon and I had to wait. On the good side the sandwich was fresh and warm.

Service could be a little faster but overall a solid McDonald's location for either drive through or eat in. Like a number of locations on Long Island, this McDonald's offers a free ice cream scoop with purchase of any kids meal. You may have to ask for it, though.

Once in a while, I like to get McDonald’s for breakfast. I always go for the 2 for 6 dollar sausage, egg and cheese Mc griddles and I give my fiancé the other one if he’s been nice to me. 😉

Everything was made fresh to order. The drive-thru line went very fast. The employees were very nice I would have given five stars but they forgot my sweet & sour & salt, so when you're going through the drive-thru make sure you double check your bag but otherwise everything was very good.

I would have given McDonald's a 5-star rating even though I go there at least once a week. The reason why I gave it four stars is I tried to order through my phone with the app. But it was very hard navigate especially someone like myself who is not app savvy. Overall I then ordered through the kiosk and receive my food in a timely manner. Don't McDonald's still have my stomach and my heart. Just be careful because I do love Wendy's also. So if you're a McDonald's lover like myself enjoy because I always do. I cannot wait until the McRib sandwich is back.

It's McDonald's. You've had it before and it's unlikely to change. But this location did renovate and it's a nice update. The double drive through kiosk is a welcome addition. What's not so great? The cost. Cost is king and for the money you can get some freshly made food from any of the local Mom and Pop's.

I always go to this McDonalds. I did a week ago and got the same thing I order everytime. Today however when I went there the young lady working the drive thru had the nerve to tell me that they DONT SELL STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE. Either she was lazy to make it or didn't care much but I know that they sell it because I get it every single time. That's all my son wants.

Meh...You'll do better thru the drive thru, Maybe. Ordering inside I felt like a 2nd class citizen, seen more than half dozen cars roll thru the drive thru with Ordering and getting their food and leave before I had to ask where my food was and was told they were out of fries and are cooking them... My order was 4 cheeseburgers and 3 fries.. Will I go back.. prob not.

In the morning or afternoon they are good on everything but at night the manager their is rude and looks like he hates his life. He even told the drive thru lady to not give me sauce for my nuggets and I was very polite the whole tome and saying please and thank you to everything. If you're a girl/woman though and polite he would do it and I was very offended. Otherwise you get no sauce or order is messed up. It's been like this for months probably a year.

My husband works overnights and he stopped in around 4am. The guy taking orders tells him lunch menu is over it will be about 15 mins to change the system over to breakfast. Ok no problem. My husband waits. All of a sudden they’re threatening to call the police because he’s waiting in the drive through area. My husband moves to the parking lot. Waits 15 mins goes back to the drive through to be told again it’ll be about 20-30 mins to change the system over to breakfast. He said I already waited 15 mins there’s no response from the man on the speaker. He waits another 10 mins and is told the same thing again. Terrible terrible customer service!

This location was recently redone and the dining area has been reduced so the self service kiosks could be used more. I personally feel it has lost its person touch. The outside has been reduced to a shipping container type facade and if that is who they want to compete with then they suceed. The art of efficient food prep and delivery is always being pushed to better numbers and seemingly less reliant on employees to help keep costs down. It is a shame that efficiencies and automation keep changing the human experiences. Food is typical McDonald items but whether here or elsewhere the burgers seem to continue to shrink in diameter.

THE TRUTH HURTS

WALKED IN AT 10:59 PM AND WAS TOLD BY WHAT SEEMED TO BE THE MANAGER, THAT THE DINING AREA WAS CLOSED. I SHOWED HER THE TIME AND POINTED TO THE DOOR WHICH PLAINLY READS THAT THE DINING AREA IS OPEN TILL 11:00 PM. SHE ALLOWED ME IN AND AFTER PLACING MY ORDER, THE CASHIER SAID I COULD DINE INSIDE. WHEN THE MANAGER FOUND OUT, SHE TOLD ME THAT I COULDN'T BECAUSE THEY'D ALL GET IN TROUBLE, REALLY? I'VE WORKED IN EATING ESTABLISHMENTS AND IF THE CUSTOMER IS EATING INSIDE BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME, EVERYONE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THEY WERE DONE. THIS WAS A VERY POOR MANAGERIAL DECISION. I'M GUESSING SHE NEEDED TO HIT, "DA CLUB", AND WAS IN A HURRY. SMH

The line at the drive thru took over ten minutes. Its poorly designed because when the drive thru line gets too backed up it blocks quite a few parking spots, so either someone is stuck in a spot or you move and lose your place in line. In addition, I had to place my order approximately three times because the person working seemed to struggle to understand me. I believe English was not their first language, but at the same time there must be some sort of interference between the ordering microphone and the persons headphones. Maybe that's why it was so backed up.

App did not work. I had to go inside to place order. Thus is not the first time their app has not worked. When the app. dies nit work Mcdonalds does not want to honor the offers they text you. Management says that is from corporate and we have nothing to do with this.

August 24 update* Well it's been renovated and this McDonald's has tanked since renovations. #1) it's ugly now. It used to have nice glass surrounding the building and was nice to eat inside #2) the counter is also ugly and small now with more walls #3) the drive through is a double lane now which you might think is good but they lost most parking spaces on the north side of the building. There is no no place to pull over for a minute to get the app out for your order that never works. Anyone who uses that knows you need to be ready when you pull up cause they don't really let you read the menu 😆 #4) Touch screens before touching food to order is gross. How did we get here after the covid years? #5) this is actually the biggest. This McDonald's used to serve all day breakfast even after the corporate office stopped mandating it. It made them #1 and blew Deer Park away. This is now gone 😭 Ps: corporate needs to bring back snack wraps, parfaits and salads. Covid is over and it's time to have options again. I'm demoting my 5 star rating to 2 for making things worse instead of better. Good job McDonald's. This is by far one of the best McDonald's in the United States. If you go just down the block to Deer Park they won't even give you egg McMuffin once you hit 10:30. I was recently at a McDonald's across the street from the White House in DC. They tried to charge me for a refill on my Coke for my kids Happy meal before driving back to New York and 25 cents for ketchup packets as if we were in some European nightmare. This is America we expect better out of McDonald's. But this McDonald's will take care of you all day long with your needs and menu desires. It's clear that this franchise owner is a winner.

I've been coming here for a few years since living in town but they are getting worse unfortunately. I went yesterday and the guy charged me for someone else's order. Granted the order I paid for was cheaper but that's not the point. Not sure how many other orders he messed up.

They hold your order to long. They do it so the time on the receipt is close to when you get your food. So even if you're at the window trying to pay, they wait until your food gets to the window, so it doesn't seem like a long time. I started on the drive through line at 12:23 and didn't get off the line until after 1am.

You never get any ubereats orders correctly. Never mark bags with customer names. Hence why I always get a completely different order. Need to be better!

Update - even after the renovation, it's still awful. By far the consistently slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. No matter what time of day, it takes forever. If you’re in a hurry, go to the one over on montauk highway in west islip. 5x faster

First time visiting Macdonalds North Babylon. After they renewed all the stores, I ordered two billetes o fish, with a medium orange soda, no iceby the drive trough,at one window you pay first then go to the next window to pick up your food, what a surprise! The fish sandwich seems to be shrinking with almost nothing of the tartar sauce, and the soda flat and no flavor,2 stars is too much!

They didn't include a single pouch of ketchup with my drive-thru order. This oversight significantly affected my experience as ketchup is a staple for enjoying fries. This lack of attention to detail is disappointing for such a renowned fast-food chain.

The food severed here has really gone downhill. The Big Mac was a great burger years ago. Now it's just sloped together. The double cheeseburger meat has no moisture and the new bun is awful. The Quarter Pounder now has no flavor with a dry piece of meat, not the favorite full meat patty there used years ago. The fries are nothing more then dry sticks.

Would give 0 stars. Did a door dash order and they acted like they didn’t receive or see the order and made my dasher go back on line just for it to be canceled. Sunday, 11:14, and the cashier did not have cash for a twenty. She has no fives. Okay-happens. Then I had to wait 14 minutes for my burger and fries. How can you have no fries? There were 3 others cars stacked up waiting, presumably for fries. Not the way to run a business.

Absolutely the worst... Placed an order tonight from UberEats and when our order arrived NONE of our drinks were there so I called the restaurant and was told we didn’t order any drinks but for the inconvenience we could drive up and get drinks for free. Upon arriving at the restaurant the young girl working the drive they window Victoria had a nasty aggressive attitude from the start rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breathe when I asked for the manager Victoria said sure whatever and got the over night manager Tina who also had a real nasty attitude and unwilling to even listen to what I was saying and refusing to even try and rectify the situation.

A living nightmare for Uber Eats/DoorDash Drivers past 11pm. You can either do what every other driver does and decline order requests here, or be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for 10 Nuggets & a McFlurry. Meanwhile corporate wonders why nobody takes these dreaded late night orders.

Ordered a cheeseburger, Oreo McFlurry and chocolate shake off Uber eats. 30 minutes later we get a cold cheeseburger and 2 red slushies. For $14- are you kidding me?! Called McDonald’s and a RUDE employee with absolutely no customer service skills tells me “we don’t have ice cream at night, the machines are off” really that’s FUNNY cause I ordered an Oreo McFlurry last week through the drive through at like 11pm and I got it no problem. Why would you give the Uber driver the wrong order and not say anything? Are you purposely doing this to Uber customers because you get paid by Uber no matter what? To top of off I tipped the driver $5 so that’s $20 ROBBED FROM ME. How dare you do this to Uber customers! Will be filing many complaints!

This place used to be reliable. Three mistakes in one order. STAY AWAY. Go to the OTHER McDonald's by BAY SHORE ROAD. They have nicer landscaping, are not chintzy with ketchup, have fresher food, and the staff actually smiles at you there. The West Islip McDonald's on Sunrise is a close second.

This McDonald's commits serious wage theft with their workers. I have heard many complaints from employees about being denied breaks and treated poorly in general. I know it is a bad corporation overall, but do better. Unhappy workers make unhappy customers.

Every time i come to this location something is wrong! Earlier this week they rang up my order as individual items instead of a meal which made my meal cost 3 dollars more! Today i come and when i order fries they tell me its going to be an 8 minute wait so i cancel the fries because i am in a rush. when i get to the window i pay and begin yo wait, 5 minutes pass before they tell me to park and they will bring me my food. I am currently wait for my food still and i am currently at 17 minutes! This is OUTRAGEOUS!

Never in my life have I dealt with an employee taking my order with a rediculous attitude. As I'm sitting here waiting for my food. Cursing under her breath at the other people in the Drive-Thru giving their order. We are sorry your job is so hard that you have to call the customers names. I pulled up to the window and said hello got no reaction from her then when she handed me my credit card back I said Thank you and got no reaction from her all I can hear was her cursing as she's packing my food. Very unprofessional and not something paying customers want to hear. Maybe she would be better off not working the midnight shift. To top it all off the food was cold and no gloves worn.

Not only do the associate's give you an attitude while you are ordering but they forget items. Karen was kind enough to fix my missing Big Mac and get me a Mac sauce on the side. Her pink bow was cute. Won't be back but Karen you are the best!

This is the worst McDonald's on long island, the employees are lazy and have no sense of ergency, some of the management is just as bad. They always get the order wrong. I'm not sure how they get away with the poor service. The same group ownes other locations and they all run great. Just no focus on this location. Maybe due to its busy location they figure it will make money either way. In my opinion it's worth driving 5 more minutes to the next location

Me and my family went to this McDonald's in the morning and there was no sign saying there is no dining in my two little children already sat at a table the manger pops his little head out and says we can't sit. My kids looked really sad when we had to go. The only reason we even stopped is because my girlfriend wanted there breakfast but my experience at this particular McDonald's is that when I order my food I feel like there growing it in the back because it takes forever to get it.

My wife and I have been treated with the utmost disrespect by the employees on multiple occasions. We will purposely go out of our way to the other one on Deer Park Ave because their service is 100% better. I called to tell the manager about the disrespect we have experienced and she said she was the manager and her name was Rocsi. Her response to my complaint was "I didnt hear her when she asked for my order". I am sorry but if some one asks you "how are you today?" Is it that hard to respond politely, I asked her twice and she did not respond. I told her I will be going corporate with my complaint I said have a nice day and she laughed and hung up. Someone needs to do something about management and the workers there.

I've been going here for years but last night at 7:30pm it was a scary sight. I don't know why they didn't pull the cashier, the young man, off the drive-thru window, as his behavior was outrageous. He was very angry and arguing with his co-workers and with a person who may have looked like a superior. When I got my drink I told him I ordered it with no ice and he looked so angry and started knocking the plastic cups off the counter and continued to argue with someone inside. I did not get a receipt and I didn't say anything more to him because I was afraid of confrontation.. I took my food I went home. I realized when I arrived home that it was a large order instead of a medium and when I opened up my Big Mac there was nothing on it but two slices of meat and lettuce. No pickles no, or special sauce, etc.. I didn't complain because it wasn't worth it but believe me when I say, if that's how they run their operation, I will not be returning. That behavior and service was out of control and scary.

Hey, a whole was very disrespectful over the phone. When I politely ask Mr. sunny deals for national ice cream cone day and I mean he left me off when he when he told me that he had to go and he had no time for me when I am the customer and I’m always correct. ““ He said gotta go I after I repeatedly asked to see what kind of flavors they have soon to know they only sell vanilla. This customer service is terrible even threatened me to come to his job and fight him. Please get this taken under control.

I recently visited McDonald’s and was deeply disappointed. The food quality was poor, with a tasteless, overly processed burger, wilted vegetables, and a dry bun. The service was slow and uninterested, and my order was incorrect. Additionally, the dining area was messy and uninviting. This experience, combining subpar food, indifferent service, and lack of cleanliness, was underwhelming and discouraging, making me unlikely to return or recommend it. I threw the food out so no pictures sorry

Awful experience today from every employee there. Issues with app, rude employees raising their voice at me and swearing (you chose to work here). Called the manager who was no help. Soggy sandwich and fries and a meal now costs $17 (have you lost your minds?). Never coming back.

The employee being rude was bad enough, but when I called to complain, the "manager" didn't even care or bother to ask what had happened and just gave me a fake number to complain to corporate. This really says a lot about this place. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other McDonald's. I really hope the franchise owner pops in unexpectedly to see the mess they are making of this place.

This place is actually awful. Workers, are extremely unhappy due to management and higher ups being entitled, and extremely rude to them. These people work hard, but are extremely under appreciated.

McDouble deal was nothing like the photo on the drive thru board. No cheese, missing ketchup, burgers werrle like hockey pucks, got home and no sauce for the Mcnuggets. McNuggets did not taste like real chiken and ecen our cat and dogs woulf not touch them. Cmon McDonalds! The only thing good was the Coke drinks.

Filet of Fish meal was disgusting & inedible. Roll was hard as a rock. Fish & cheese pieces, ridiculously small & hanging off the roll. Paid $11.72 which included an .88 upcharge for water instead of soda. Shame on you, McDonalds!! Wouldn't go to this location ever again!

Ordered the Chicken Tenders and after the first bite, I almost threw up they tasted so horrible. I was in a rush so I didn’t go in to complain. However, definitely didn’t taste like “chicken” like they claim it is. I won’t be going to this location again. West Babylon location on Sunrise is better quality.

I don't know who she was, in all likelihood must of been some sort of manager, very disrespectful, she literally almost threw the cup at my head, not even a thank you, I ordered 2 LG fries I got 1 LG fry which let me tell you were cold and not even filled to the correct amount, so I went back and this young guy gave me the correct order with the correct amount a fries and thanked me and apologized on her behalf so 5 stars for him!!! Never again!!!!!

Very terrible customer service. I order 1 med cup coffee on my way home from work. The restaurant was completely empty just me and 2 other customers that was waiting on their breakfast.After 10 minutes of ordering a lady came around from the back and asked if I just waiting on 1 cup coffee I told her yes. She went back to the kitchen made the coffee come back to the front and put the coffee on the far right counter and walk over to the counter on the left where the registers are in which I was standing. Looked at me and then turn around talking to the guy next to me that had just walked in. I then asked her if the coffee was mine she gave me a nasty look and said of course with a dirty attitude. This location deserves ZERO STARS..... absolutely unacceptable when dealing with paying customers doesn't matter how much you spend. Ordered a light coffee and she made it dark. Had to throw it out.

Got a hot fudge Sunday (never got a receipt) paid for extra hot fudge as it showed on the screen when I finished my food I noticed it was coffee chocolate and no where near extra so I brought it back and was told I needed my receipt I never received women in window got rude for no reason and all this after making me wait in line again for 20 min ended up giving me a cup with a small dot of hot fudge to be petty I’m assuming terrible service

McDonald’s in north Babylon must have Better customer service. My son likes to order in the drive-through. He is nine years old and Ordered a McChicken a cheeseburger and a medium fries and when we got to the window, the lady at the window said that next time that a adult or parents should order because they try to make the service fast and it takes longer for them to make the order when the kid is ordering, and we took two minutes to order our food and she said that next time They can refuse the order, and when Ask her why the child couldn’t order. She said that because they try to move the drive-through fast and not keep people waiting. But when we got there, the line was empty and there was two cars that came behind us. After and the drive-through was empty.this Is not the first time my son orders at the Drive-through she didn’t even ask us if we wanted. Any sauce or didn’t give us any Ketchup for my fries McDonald’s en North Babylon. Must Work on customer service urgently.

Went during my lunch breach to get a quick snack wrap meal which is $10!! I ask for 2 sauces and the girl at the window tells me I have to pay for it I couldn’t get at least 1 or even a ketchup packet that’s absolutely ridiculous have to eat my fries dry now thanks didn’t know it was that serious LOL 🤦🏻‍♀️

Sometimes I get home late and have to grab a bite to eat at McDonald’s. This night I got the smash burger that we see in the videos on YouTube. I couldn’t eat my McChicken sandwich because it looked like someone punched it and threw it in the bag. The fries were half empty so I can assume that someone is not happy with their job. Two of my friends had the same experience late at night at the same location. Stay away from this North Babylon location after 9pm or you risk getting a smashed sandwich.

Too many times I've been giving my order with either items missing or the order is entirely wrong. For example today I went through the drive through and I was missing basically half my order. This happened today around 8:10 pm and Whoever the manager is she needs to fix her attitude and customer service. Absolutely terrible communication skills and needs to be taugh that the customer is always right.

This was the worst experience ever at a McDonald’s. I ordered a breakfast combo deal which came out to be a little expensive than normal because I ordered orange juice instead of coffee, however they don’t tell you ahead of time that you have to pay an additional fee for a juice which was over a $1 extra, but that wasn’t really bothering me because I wanted the juice. When I get to the pick up window the juice was as if it was a kiddie cup, when I speak to the girl migalia mcdalia not exactly sure something to that effect, she was the rudest most nastiest woman ever. Not only did she not speak English she was screaming, she speaks Spanish as I do as well and I tried to help her to make me understand why she was so nasty yet when I spoke in Spanish she still kept on killing it with the English language that I finally said let me speak to a Supervisor. She screamed to him as well, his name was Daniel he was not pleasant either, as I was speaking to him he did nothing so I asked for my money back and she kept on going she took the bag of food back and said good I get to eat this now, I said to Daniel she’s still talking being rude that he finally said Migdalia, Migalia, stop enough. Will never go there again. Terrible customer service, and it’s a shame they just renovated the place. Disgusted with the lack of customer service
