Consistent food, great quality ingredients, quick turnaround time, pleasant service and overall clean operation. My highest daily streak is 5 days in a week, the staff knows me by name without using the order name. This place helps me stay fueled!

I recently visited World Wraps at the Stanford Shopping Center and had a great experience. Manager Carmen was very attentive and gave the best recommendations as it was our first time , definitely recommend the peanut noodle salad with chicken! Was very good and a good portion! Will definitely be visiting again especially if Carmen is there!

Visiting the area and had the Thai surf and turf two days in a row! It is very good. My husband and I split it last night for dinner. Liked that you can order ahead.

Came from 3 hours away not intending to come here but sure glad I did. Really Great Hot Food, Delicious fries and, even better service, this one gentleman from the central valley. Highly recommend would come again if i passed through!

In September 2025, a woman named Carmen was the general manager of this place. She is friendly and responsive and an all-around terrific customer relations person. I love their food and the people that work there are terrific.

First and foremost I want to thank Julie for her great customer services. Food was great and the best thing about it, it was quick and steady. Overall, the world wraps team does an amazing job! I highly recommend people to come and check it out.

Love love love. Fresh ingredients and healthy options that taste delicious. Had the tuna nori wrap which was good. Had better ones but this tasted good. Shout out to Hayes and Cesar for their warm hospitality. Hayes recommended the pineapple mint juice and gave me samples of others. Juice was refreshing and delish. Hayes hooked it up for 10% discount for first time customer which was super nice. Tipped it back and more of course. Cesar was super friendly and helpful, said they make their flat bread fresh daily made to order and that I should’ve tried that. Will next time. And he complimented me with a delicious chocolate fudge brownie which was yum! Nice chill ambiance, tall doors and ceiling which I liked—it allowed for plenty of fresh air to flow through. Glad I stopped by!

Really enjoyed my burrito. Happy to have found this place. I will say that "4% surcharge added for operating costs" annoys me to no end. (what exactly is the rest of the price of the burrito for? just increase the base price!). However, the burrito was so yummy that I'll excuse it.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was super attentive. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and came out right on time. You can tell they really care about the details and making sure guests are happy. Gio was especially helpful and guided me to make a better choice when ordering — I truly appreciate it. It was my first time here, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food is fresh, good portions. Staff is awesome, super friendly and accommodating, they recognize me and treat me like a friend. Mall discount for workers. Punch cards for free meal. Indoor and outdoor seating options. They have Sriracha and soy sauce to add if you like. Got a complimentary cookie this time! Where is the sixth star?

This is my wife and I's go to spot whenever we are at the mall. We may not shop for anything but will always get the bowls at World Wrapps. Love that they can substitute tofu in any of the bowls - makes it great for vegetarians as well. The sauces add a lot of flavor so the pro tip is to get that on the side with the Ube Horchata :)

Amazing service! I’ve been eating here for a couple years now and the food has always been great. Then 3 weeks ago there were several bones in the fish for the first time. I shared my feedback and they fixed it immediately and offered me free food and drinks to make up for it. I’ve never seen such great service!

I wanted a chicken Cesar salad wrap and this place delivered. The potatoes were good too. I wanted to go back in the morning and get another one but they didn’t open until 11:30 on a Sunday and I had to leave earlier than that.

My parents visited this restaurant and came home excited to tell me how delicious the food was and how impressed they were with the staff. I wanted to see for myself if it lived up to their praise, so I decided to try it. When I arrived, the cashier, Julieth, helped me and recommended several dishes, which were incredible. I chose the chimichurri dish, where Geobany's attention made me feel welcome. At the end of this wonderful experience, everyone said goodbye and wished me a happy day. I really appreciate this kind of attention, as it's not common in many restaurants.

Since the revamp with bowls, our team have enjoyed their lunches. Bowls have been consistantly great that we asked our work to place this on the monthly dept lunch rotation. Their salmon bowls are awesome, tasty, salmon are moist, rice is surprisingly great (not dry or "Uncle Ben's" style). Poke bowls are awesome and fresh too. Definitely would order bowls here outside of work. Boba milk tea needs some work though. The bobas are mushy and barely taste any tea. Then again, this is not a boba tea place. 09.06.22- had their Hawaiian poke bowl again. Their bowls continue to be surprisingly delicious. The fish was great, rice was just right, and veggies seemed fresh or at least not sitting out for long before it went into the bowl, 4.5/5 for this bowl.

We came to the shopping area to spend some hours and occasionally got hungry. Checked for healthy and not overpriced food in the area and discovered this place. We came to the place and could directly order as it was not crowded. We ordered two Argentinian salad bowls - one with lax and one with steak - and dined in. We paid somewhat above 30 usd. We took a place outside. The food arrived very fast. The food was very tasty and fresh. The portion could be a bit bigger but generally it was enough. I liked the combination of rice and quinoa, I found it unusual and very tasty. A pleasant surprise is that the food is served on real plates and with real silverware, which is such a relief after all the plastic and paper that you get in other places. The design of the place is very nice both inside and outside: the combination of bright colors makes you feel happy, while wooden elements add some natural touch. I liked their vases with succulents placed in the exterior, it made the place look cosy. I could definitely recommend this place.

I had a great visit at World Wrapps today for lunch. I ordered the Burrito Brava with chicken and a pineapple mint lemonade. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the portions were satisfying. Angel provided excellent customer service. He checked in during my meal and made sure everything met my expectations. That attention made the experience even better. The menu offers a wide range of appealing options, and I look forward to returning to try more dishes. I do not live in the area, but I know there are other locations, and I plan to visit again soon. I forgot to take a photo, but the presentation looked as good as the food tasted. Great job, World Wrapps.

Angel and the great food made for a great experience and I'd recommend this restaurant.

World Wraps in Palo Alto is fantastic — the food was amazing and the service was just as good. Huge shoutout to Julie for taking such great care of us. We accidentally messed up our order when we placed it through the app, and she jumped in right away to fix it without any hassle. She was quick, kind, and genuinely made sure everything came out exactly the way we wanted. We left happy, full, and really impressed. If you go, ask for Julie!

I ordered the Gaucho steak and shrimp quesadilla and wow, it was so delicious! The flavors from the chimichurri, along with the steak and shrimp were so good. Everything worked together really well and to just think about it is making my mouth water. I ordered a side of papas bravas and those were also very good. They took me back to when we were on vacation in Spain. Great job with the food and great service! I will definitely be back.

I always walked past this place in favor of the more exciting spots nearby, but finally gave it a shot and really enjoyed the food. Nothing crazy - just good, healthy, and filling food. Nice and quick service.

I’ve walked past this place several times because I’m just not into wraps- until i saw people in the outside seating area with bowls!!! They have food selections- asian themed in taste. I loved the options they have for their Nori bowls and how you can choose between, chicken or steak. You get bang for your buck because they don‘t scrimp on the ingredients. You will get a generous portion and totally money well spent! Food is presented well & carefully prepared- it’s almost a shame to wat it! There’s something for everyone! Kids menu, vegetarian options… I like how they’re environmentally conscious. Waste sorting bins and the first place that i’ve seen use bamboo straws! Way better than paper straws because they don’t get mushy however long it’s submerged in your drink. Great ambiance with good music that plays from a central sound system. Nothing too loud but sends a good vibe. Staff are nice and polite. I got the impression that it was self service but staff behind the counter insisted we leave our trays on the table. I loved the bowl i got and left stuffed. I literally walked around & shopped afterwards because you will need that walk! Would definitely come back here to try the other bowls. I’m glad that there’s an option to get a bowl if you’re not into wraps. The bulgogi steak nori bowl i got was sooooo yummy!!!! I’m salivating just thinking of it right now. Bowl had some seaweed seasoning sprinkled on it which went really well with the dish. Orders can be placed on big touch screen kiosks at the counter where you can customize your order.

Fries are really good for me I like the garlic aioli and the tikka sauce. They heated the fries a little too hot for me to eat them easily. The order ahead terminals also can't process orders correctly.

The protein portion was not acceptable considering the price. There were too many added fees My bowl cost $20 for salad and mostly quinoa Go to Chipotle!! I will not be back

Placed an order for pickup 30 Jan 2026 around 5pm. Server didn't include the drink I ordered. Inattentive.

Used to be my usual spot. But the staff on Tuesday was extremely rude. I requested for extra paper towels and they wouldn’t give it to me. Sorry to see your firm lose a 2 year customer to paper towels.

I got a chunk of plastic in my bowl. Pretty disappointing as I was just trying to get a healthy meal.

Ordered take out from here - specifically a chicken caesar wrap. Opened the wrapp and the smell was immediately off. Smelled more like tuna than chicken. Still gave it a chance and it tasted inedible - Literally didn't taste like chicken or caesar dressing at all. Had to throw it away.

Recently I went with my friends to try the food, which one of my friends had already tried before and they thought it was great, and I definitely exceeded my expectations but there was only one problem the service was terrible from Gio, the attitude was arrogant and rude towards us and although we kindly asked for more napkins, his expressions of displeasure bothered me a lot, it seems to me that such a person should not be in front of customer service.
